Derived from the growing importance in the field of histological sample processing, over time various automated devices have been developed for the processing of samples of histological sections, which is why a search for the state of the art in this regard was carried out, and United States patent number US9079735 (B2) was found, with a publication date of July 14, 2015, entitled "NON-STICK HISTOLOGICAL SAMPLE FEEDER AND METHOD" that describes an apparatus and method for feeding histology sample slides from a stack of slides in a slide printer. The slide stack includes a first slide, the next to be removed and a second slide having adjacent surfaces. A flow of gas is applied to a location where the adjacent surfaces of the first and second slides meet when the first slide is removed from the stack. The flow of gas, which can be a jet or blast of air applied through a nozzle, and which can be applied before and/or during removal of the slide from the stack, helps to detach the slides to improve the feeding action.
