The control unit 34 controls display on the display/operation unit 35 and receives operation input of the display/operation unit 35 by the administrator who carries the mobile terminal 23 . The storage unit 36 stores various information.
By the way, examples of odorous substances, which are articles having specific odors such as rotting odors, volatile odors, and irritating odors, include rotting materials such as garbage, fermented foods, and dangerous materials such as explosives. Articles are generally defined in the terms of use of the locker device 1 as articles that cannot be stored in the locker 3 . Also, the terms of use are displayed at a position where the user can see, such as the display operation unit 11 of the locker device 1 . A method of managing the locker device 1 when focusing on odorous substances will be described below.
The storage unit 30 of the locker device 1 stores a first table T1 shown in FIG. The administrator may be able to edit or view the first table T1 by switching the control device 4 of the locker device 1 to the management mode using the maintenance lock 20 as described above. The first table T1 stores at least specific odor information, which is information about specific odors. The specific odor information is a template that matches or substantially matches the detection result when the specific odor is detected by the detection unit 8, and there may be a plurality of templates depending on the type of rotten odor, irritating odor, or the like.
Each piece of specific odor information is stored in the first table T1 in association with the type information of the corresponding odorant. Therefore, when the detection result of the detection unit 8 regarding the odor in the interior 3F of the locker 3 matches the specific odor information, the administrator accesses, for example, the first table T1 to store the odor in the locker 3. The type of odorant present can be specifically identified.
In the locker device 1, the control unit 25 collates the detection result of the detection unit 8 regarding the odor in the interior 3F of the locker 3 with each specific odor information in the first table T1 for each of the plurality of lockers 3 (locker Verification step in the management method of the device 1). The timing at which the control unit 25 performs collation may be the timing when the user puts the article in the interior 3F, may be always, or may be periodic timing.
When the detection result of the detection unit 8 matches any of the specific odor information in the first table T1, the control unit 25 causes the odorous substance having the odor corresponding to the specific odor information to be stored in the corresponding locker 3. It is determined that it is stored in Considering that the detection result of the detection unit 8 may vary, a certain range may be set for the specific odor information. In that case, when the detection result of the detection unit 8 falls within the range of the specific odor information, the control unit 25 determines that the detection result of the detection unit 8 and the specific odor information match.
A second table T2 shown in FIG. The administrator can browse the second table T2 as well as the first table T1. In the second table T2, the time when it was found that the odorant was stored in the locker 3; The image data of the peripheral image captured by the imaging unit 5 in , and the remarks are stored in order of discovery time. The image of the surrounding area and the time of identification stored together in this way can be used to enhance patrols around the locker device 1 by the manager, and to assist in criminal investigation when a crime using the locker device 1 occurs.
In the collation step described above, when the detection result of the detection unit 8 for the interior 3F of a certain locker 3 matches any of the specific odor information in the first table T1, the control unit 25 checks the detection result and the specific odor information. The time at which the odor information matches is acquired as the identification time. Then, the control unit 25 acquires the locker number of this locker 3 . In addition, the control unit 25 identifies the type of article associated with the odor information in the first table T1 as the type of stored article, that is, the odorous article. Further, the control unit 25 acquires from the imaging unit 5 the image data of the peripheral image of the locker 3 when the odorant is stored. The control unit 25 newly stores the acquired identification time, locker number, type of stored items, and image data in the second table T2.
The identification time is an example of time information regarding the storage of odorants. The identified time may be the time when the user puts the odorant in the locker 3, that is, the time when the storage is started. In addition, if the article has been stored in the locker 3 and becomes odorous after a while, the control unit 25 calculates the elapsed time from the storage start time by subtracting the storage start time from the identified time. and may be stored in the remarks of the second table T2. Elapsed time is also an example of the above-described time information. By accessing the second table T2, the administrator can grasp the time when the odorant was stored and the elapsed time from this time.
Furthermore, by accessing the second table T2, the administrator identifies the odorous substance, the locker 3 in which the odorous substance is stored, and the user who has stored the odorous substance in the locker 3 based on the peripheral image. can do. Also, the image of the user who put the odorant in the locker 3 may be stored for a predetermined period of time as evidence instead of being discarded immediately. In this case, when the imaging unit 5 images the same person in the future, the control unit 25 may warn the user not to store the odorant in the locker 3 by means of the display operation unit 11 or the like. It should be noted that the image data itself of the peripheral image may be stored in another storage area or the like in the storage unit 30 instead of the second table T2. 2 may be stored in the peripheral image column of the table T2. Further, in the present embodiment, the time information such as the time of discovery and the surrounding images are associated with each other and stored in the second table T2, but only one of the time information and the surrounding images is stored in the second table T2. may
In the collation step described above, when the detection result of the detection unit 8 for the interior 3F of the locker 3 matches the specific odor information, the control unit 25 indicates that the odorant is stored in the locker 3. External output (external output step in the management method of the locker device 1). At that time, the control unit 25 also outputs the locker number of the locker 3 , the time when it was found, and the type of stored items obtained as described above, in association with the location name of the locker device 1 .
Information such as the fact that the odorant is stored in the locker 3 is externally output from the locker device 1 to the management device 2 . In response to this, the control unit 31 of the management device 2 displays a warning screen 41 shown in FIG. The warning screen 41 includes a message 41A to the effect that the odorant is stored in the locker device 1, a location name 41B of the locker device 1 ("○○ station south exit" in FIG. A locker number 41D of the locker 3 and information 41E of the items stored in the locker 3 are displayed. Note that the image data of the peripheral image may also be externally output from the locker device 1 to the management device 2 and displayed on the caution screen 41 .
Information such as the fact that the odorant is stored in the locker 3 may also be externally output to the mobile terminal 23 by the control unit 25 of the locker device 1 . In this case, the control unit 34 of the mobile terminal 23 also displays the caution screen 41 on the display/operation unit 35 . Note that the content of the caution screen 41 displayed on the display unit 21 of the management device 2 and the content of the caution screen 41 displayed on the display operation unit 35 may be the same, or may differ in detail.
The administrator in charge of the management device 2 and the mobile terminal 23, which are external output destinations from the locker device 1, rushes to the locker device 1 when they see the caution screen 41. Then, the manager can forcibly unlock the locker 3 in the management mode as necessary, and then quickly perform work such as removing the odorant from the locker 3 . This allows the locker 3 to be used by the next user. In addition, the administrator who sees the caution screen 41 immediately after the user puts the odorant in the locker 3 immediately rushes to the locker device 1 and urges the user not to put the odorant in the locker 3. be able to. As described above, it is possible to suppress long-term monopoly of the locker 3 by odorous substances, so that the utilization rate of the locker device 1 can be improved with respect to odorous substances.
Also, in this embodiment, the detection unit 8 detects the odor in the interior 3F of each of the plurality of lockers 3 . Therefore, the existence or non-existence of the odorous substance can be accurately grasped for each of the plurality of lockers 3. Therefore, for the lockers 3 in which the odorous substance is present, the work such as removing the odorous substance from the locker 3 can be performed promptly. The locker 3 can be made available to the next user. As a result, it is possible to improve the utilization rate of the locker device 1 with respect to odorous substances. Note that if one detector 8 can collectively detect the odors in the interiors 3F of the plurality of lockers 3, the detector 8 does not have to be provided in each of the plurality of lockers 3.
When the detection result of the detection unit 8 for the interior 3F of the locker 3 matches the specific odor information, the control unit 25 may lock the locker 3 in which the odorant is stored. As a result, it is possible to prevent other users from opening the locker 3 abruptly and feeling uncomfortable due to the specific odor. Furthermore, the control unit 25 may lock not only the locker 3 but also other lockers 3 located around the locker 3 . As the other locker 3 to be locked, lockers 3 that are vertically and horizontally adjacent to the locker 3 storing the odorant can be mentioned. As a result, since articles cannot be stored in the other locker 3, it is possible to prevent the specific odor from adhering to the articles to be stored in the other locker 3 from now on. In addition, when the specific odor may affect all the lockers 3, the control section 25 may lock all the lockers 3 including the locker 3 in which the odorant is stored.
After locking the corresponding locker 3 in this manner, the control unit 25 outputs to the outside that the odorant is stored in the locker 3 in the external output step described above. The administrator rushes to the locker device 1 upon seeing the warning screen 41 output from the external device, and then forcibly unlocks the locker 3 as described above, and then removes the odorant from the locker 3 . After that, the administrator unlocks the other lockers 3 located around the locker 3, thereby making all the lockers 3 that are locked with respect to odors available.
At the timing when the user stores the article in the interior 3F of the locker 3, if the detection result of the detection unit 8 for the interior 3F of the locker 3 and the specific odor information match, the control unit 25 changes to FIG. A warning screen 42 for the user shown may be displayed on the display/operation unit 11 . The warning screen 42 displays predetermined information including a message 42A to the effect that the article stored by the user emits a specific odor and cannot be deposited. Assuming that the user is a foreigner, a message 42B obtained by translating the message 42A into a foreign language may also be displayed on the warning screen 42 . The warning screen 42 can instantly call attention to the user who has stored the odorant.
The control unit 25 may display the warning screen 42 on the display operation unit 11 before completing the payment. As a result, the user who stored the odorous item in the locker 3 can be urged to take out the item from the locker 3 before the payment is completed.
In addition to displaying the warning screen 42 on the display/operation unit 11, or instead of displaying the warning screen 42, the control unit 25 causes the light emitting unit 6B (see FIG. 1) of the display unit 6 to display a predetermined color such as red. The user may be warned by emitting light in a warning color. The display unit 6 in which the light emitting unit 6B emits light in the warning color displays predetermined information corresponding to the message 42A of the warning screen 42. FIG. It should be noted that the user may be warned by combining not only the light emitting color of the light emitting section 6B but also the light emitting pattern. As an example, blinking the light emitting unit 6B can be mentioned.
The present invention is not limited to the contents of the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the claims.
For example, there may be another relay device (not shown) that relays transmission and reception of information between the locker device 1 and the management device 2. That is, the locker device 1 and the management device 2 can communicate with each other via the relay device. A server or the like having a control unit and a storage unit may be used as the relay device.
In this case, the controller of the relay device may output to the management device 2 instead of the controller 25 of the locker device 1 that the odorant is stored in the locker 3 of the locker device 1. . In addition to executing the external output step in this manner, the control unit of the relay device may also execute the collation step. For this reason, at least one of the first table T1 and the second table T2 described above may be stored in the storage unit of the relay device. Of course, at least one of the first table T<b>1 and the second table T<b>2 may be stored in the storage unit 32 of the management device 2 .
The various features described above may be selected and combined as necessary.
