可选地,凹槽配置成:在横截面中,凹槽的前端面与水平线的最大夹角角度为8°-12°;凹槽的后端面由内向外向后倾斜,且与凹槽的前端面的最大角度面的夹角角度为3°-5°。
可选地,凹槽包括依次相接的沿左右方向延伸的前区段、沿前后方向延伸的中间区段和沿左右方向延伸的后区段,前区段构成凹槽的前端面,后区段构成凹槽的后端面;
前区段的横截面由外向内包括依次相接的向后弯曲的弧形段、倾斜段和水平段,水平段的末端对接中间区段。
可选地,中间区段的内表面向内延伸形成有至少一个固定凸起,固定凸起上开设有第一固定孔;
连接件上对应固定凸起的位置处形成有固定槽,固定槽上开设有第二固定孔,固定凸起配合在固定槽内,利用固定件穿设第二固定孔、第一固定孔实现连接件和外观件的固定。
可选地,固定凸起自中间区段向前倾斜延伸形成;
固定孔沿左右方向开设,倾斜角度为9°-13°。
可选地,连接件具有沿左右方向延伸的主体部,主体部贴靠前区段的内表面设置;其中
前区段的内表面形成有至少一个第一卡接凸起;主体部上对应第一卡接凸起的位置处开设有沿前后方向的第一卡接口,第一卡接凸起配合在第一卡接口内;和/或
后区段的上部和/或下部向后延伸形成有第一延伸区段,第一延伸区段上开设有至少一个沿上下方向的第二卡接口;主体部的上部和/或下部向后延伸形成有第一延伸部,第一延伸部上对应第二卡接口的位置处形成有第二卡接凸起,第二卡接凸起配合在第二卡接口内。
可选地,外观件还具有自后区段的末端向后延伸形成的第二延伸区段和自第二延伸区段的末端朝向门体的另一个侧端部一侧延伸形成的第三延伸区段;
门体的主体部分包括前端板、上端板、下端板和第一固定板,上端板自前端板的上端向后延伸形成,构成门体的上端部;下端板自前端板的下端向后延伸形成,构成门体的下端部;其中
第一固定板自上端板的后端向下延伸形成和/或自下端板的后端向上延伸形成,第一固定板上开设有至少一个沿前后方向的第三卡接口,第三延伸区段上对应第三卡接口的位置处形成有第三卡接凸起,第三卡接凸起配合在第三卡接口内。
可选地,外观件还具有自弧形段的末端向前延伸形成的第四延伸区段、自第四延伸区段的前端朝向门体的另一个侧端部一侧延伸形成的第五延伸区段;
主体部的前表面向前延伸形成有第二延伸部,第二延伸部的远离第四延伸区段的侧表面形成有至少一个第四卡接凸起;
门体的主体部分还包括第二固定板,自前端板的靠近外观件的一端向后延伸形成,第二固定板上对应第四卡接凸起的位置处开设有多个沿左右方向的第四卡接口,第四卡接凸起配合在第四卡接口内。
本发明还提供一种冰箱,冰箱的门体具有前述的把手组件。
本发明的门体的把手组件通过设置成包括外观件和连接件,将外观件配置成构成门体的一个侧端部,将连接件配置成与门体的主体部分、外观件相连接,且外观件覆盖连接件的外端面,使得把手组件在外观面上仅为一个件,外观效果好,且把手组件具有整体性,同时也不会存在外观能看到的装配闪缝等问题。
进一步地,本发明的门体的把手组件的外观件通过设置成具有开口朝向远离门体的另一个侧端部一侧的凹槽,且凹槽的前端面至少部分向后凸出形成弯曲结构,使得该门体的把手组件能满足用户的握感需求。

如图2和图3所示,本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200包括:外观件201和连接件205。外观件201配置成构成门体100的一个侧端部。连接件205配置成与门体100的主体部分101、外观件201相连接,且外观件201覆盖连接件205的外端面。本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200通过设置成包括外观件201和连接件205,将外观件201配置成构成门体100的一个侧端部,将连接件205配置成与门体100的主体部分101、外观件201相连接,且外观件201覆盖连接件205的外端面,使得把手组件200在外观面上仅为一个件,用户在外观上只能看到外观件201,看不到连接件205,把手组件200的外观效果好,且把手组件200具有整体性,同时也不会存在外观能看到的装配闪缝等问题。外观件201起到用户用手推拉门体100以开关门体100的作用,连接件205起到将把手组件200整体与门体100的主体部分101装配的作用。
本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200的推广性及可复制性强,可以应用作为各种器具的门体100的暗把手,包括不限于冰箱。本发明实施例还提供一种冰箱,该冰箱的门体100具有前述的把手组件200。如图2和图3所示,外观件201构成门体100的右侧端部,连接件205与门体100的主体部分101、外观件201分别相固定,连接件205被包裹在门体100的内部。
如图3和图6所示,本发明实施例的门体100的主体部分101指除把手部分之外的其他部分,主要包括前端板111、上端板112、下端板113、左端板、门衬114。前端板111构成门体100的前端部,上端板112自前端板111的上端向后延伸形成,构成门体100的上端部。下端板113自前端板111的下端向后延伸形成,构成门体100的下端部。门衬114构成门体100的后端部。左端板115构成门体100的另一个侧端部115,图3中为左端部。外观 件201构成门体100的右端部。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200的外观件201具有开口朝向远离门体100的另一个侧端部115一侧的凹槽210,且凹槽210的前端面至少部分向后凸出形成弯曲结构。本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200的外观件201通过设置成具有开口朝向远离门体100的另一个侧端部115一侧的凹槽210,且凹槽210的前端面至少部分向后凸出形成弯曲结构,使得该门体100的把手组件200能满足用户的握感需求。如图2和图3所示,外观件201具有开口向右的凹槽210,且凹槽210的前端面至少部分向后凸出形成弯曲结构。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200中,外观件201的凹槽210配置成:在横截面中,凹槽210的前端面与水平线的最大夹角角度α为8°-12°;凹槽210的后端面由内向外向后倾斜,且与凹槽210的前端面的最大角度面的夹角角度β为3°-5°。凹槽210的前端面与水平线的最大夹角角度α可以例如为8°、10°、12°,凹槽210的后端面与凹槽210的前端面的最大角度面的夹角角度β可以例如为3°、4°、5°。本发明中,“内”、“外”是以靠近门体100的内部空间的一侧为“内”,以远离门体100的内部空间的一侧为“外”。以图3为例,凹槽210的后端面的左端为内,右端为外,凹槽210的后端面由左向右向后倾斜。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200中,外观件201的凹槽210包括依次相接的沿左右方向延伸的前区段211、沿前后方向延伸的中间区段212和沿左右方向延伸的后区段213,前区段211构成凹槽210的前端面,后区段213构成凹槽210的后端面;前区段211的横截面由外向内包括依次相接的向后弯曲的弧形段221、倾斜段222和水平段223,水平段223的末端对接中间区段212。前区段211的弧形段221、倾斜段222构成前端面的弯曲结构。如图3所示,外观件201的凹槽210的前区段211包括从右向左依次相连的弧形段221、倾斜段222和水平段223,水平段223的左端向后延伸形成中间区段212,中间区段212的后端向右后方倾斜延伸形成后区段213。此处,倾斜段222的面构成凹槽210的前端面的最大角度面,倾斜段222与水平线的夹角角度α为8°-12°,例如10°;后区段213与倾斜段222的夹角角度β为3°-5°,例如4°。
本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200中,外观件201和连接件205 可以通过螺钉固定结构和/或卡合固定结构装配在一起。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200中,中间区段212的内表面向内延伸形成有至少一个固定凸起231,固定凸起231上开设有第一固定孔2310。连接件205上对应固定凸起231的位置处形成有固定槽256,固定槽256上开设有第二固定孔2560,固定凸起231配合在固定槽256内,利用固定件(图中未示出)穿设第二固定孔2560、第一固定孔2310实现连接件205和外观件201的固定。如图6所示,中间区段212的内表面从上往下间隔形成有四个固定凸起231,连接件205上对应形成有四个固定槽256,每个固定凸起231对应一个固定槽256设置。固定件可以为螺钉。利用固定件穿设第二固定孔2560、第一固定孔2310可以在左右方向固定外观件201和连接件205。
如图3所示,固定凸起231自中间区段212向前倾斜延伸形成;第一固定孔2310沿左右方向开设,且倾斜角度为9°-13°。第一固定孔2310的倾斜角度γ可以例如为9°、11°、13°。第一固定孔2310的倾斜角度γ即固定凸起231的横截面中,第一固定孔2310的中心轴与水平线的夹角。在一个示例性实施例中,倾斜段222与水平线的夹角角度α为10°,后区段213与倾斜段222的夹角角度β为4°,第一固定孔2310的倾斜角度γ为11°。图10是图2所示的门体100的把手组件200出模时的示意图。把手组件200的模具出模时,不能按照把手组件200的日常使用方向摆放出模,而是如图10中所示的竖直摆放方式出模,此时连接件205的模具无需旋转出模,而外观件201的模具需要旋转γ角度后出模,例如旋转11°后出模。外观件201的凹槽210的前端面与水平线的最大夹角角度α设置为8°-12°,使得可以不会影响把手组件200的外观效果,同时满足用户握感体验,以及适配门体100的发泡层厚度。后区段213与倾斜段222具有夹角,使得该把手组件200预留出出模角度,从而可以避免出模时外观件201的外观出现损伤。如此,本发明实施例的把手组件200通过优化设计把手组件200的各个结构的角度,使得该把手组件200既满足了出模要求,又满足了各方面功能需求。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200中,连接件205具有沿左右方向延伸的主体部250,主体部250贴靠前区段211的内表面设置。前区段211的内表面形成有至少一个第一卡接凸起271;主体部250上对应第一卡接凸起271的位置处开设有沿前后方向的第一卡接口261,第 一卡接凸起271配合在第一卡接口261内。通过设置第一卡接口261和第一卡接凸起271,第一卡接凸起271配合在第一卡接口261内可以在前后方向固定外观件201和连接件205。如图6所示,连接件205的主体部250上从上往下间隔开设有六个沿前后方向的第一卡接口261,前区段211的内表面形成有六个第一卡接凸起271,每个第一卡接凸起271对应一个第一卡接口261。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200中,后区段213的上部和/或下部向后延伸形成有第一延伸区段241,第一延伸区段241上开设有至少一个沿上下方向的第二卡接口262;主体部250的上部和/或下部向后延伸形成有第一延伸部251,第一延伸部251上对应第二卡接口262的位置处形成有第二卡接凸起272,第二卡接凸起272配合在第二卡接口262内。通过设置第二卡接口262和第二卡接凸起272,第二卡接凸起272配合在第二卡接口262内可以在上下方向固定外观件201和连接件205。如图7所示,后区段213的上部向后延伸形成有第一延伸区段241,第一延伸区段241上开设有一个沿上下方向的第二卡接口262,主体部250的上部向后延伸形成有第一延伸部251,第一延伸部251上形成有一个第二卡接凸起272,第二卡接凸起272配合在第二卡接口262内。如图8所示,后区段213的下部向后延伸形成有第一延伸区段241,第一延伸区段241上开设有一个沿上下方向的第二卡接口262,主体部250的下部向后延伸形成有第一延伸部251,第一延伸部251上形成有一个第二卡接凸起272(图中未示出),第二卡接凸起272配合在第二卡接口262内。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200中,外观件201还具有自后区段213的末端向后延伸形成的第二延伸区段242和自第二延伸区段242的末端朝向门体100的另一个侧端部115一侧延伸形成的第三延伸区段243。第一固定板116自上端板112的后端向下延伸形成和/或自下端板113的后端向上延伸形成,第一固定板116上开设有至少一个沿前后方向的第三卡接口263,第三延伸区段243上对应第三卡接口263的位置处形成有第三卡接凸起273,第三卡接凸起273配合在第三卡接口263内。通过设置第三卡接口263和第三卡接凸起273可以将外观件201与门体100的主体部分101相固定。如图5、图7和图8所示,自上端板112的后端向下延伸形成有第一固定板116,同时自下端板113的后端向上延伸形成有第一固 定板116,位于上部和位于下部的第一固定板116上分别开设有一个第三卡接口263,第三延伸区段243的上部和下部分别对应形成有一个第三卡接凸起273。
本发明实施例的门体100的上端板112和下端板113可以依照把手组件200的横截面的形状进行相应的变形,如图7所示,上端板112可以包括具有较大前后宽度的第一部分和具有较小前后宽度的第二部分,第二部分用于覆盖外观件201的后区段213、第一延伸区段241。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200中,外观件201还具有自弧形段221的末端向前延伸形成的第四延伸区段244、自第四延伸区段244的前端朝向门体100的另一个侧端部115一侧延伸形成的第五延伸区段245。主体部250的前表面向前延伸形成有第二延伸部252,第二延伸部252的远离第四延伸区段244的侧表面形成有至少一个第四卡接凸起274。门体100的主体部分101还包括第二固定板117,自前端板111的靠近外观件201的一端向后延伸形成,第二固定板117上对应第四卡接凸起274的位置处开设有沿左右方向的第四卡接口264,第四卡接凸起274配合在第四卡接口264内。通过设置第四卡接口264和第四卡接凸起274可以将连接件205与门体100的主体部分101相固定。如图6和图9所示,外观件201还具有自弧形段221的末端向前延伸形成的第四延伸区段244、自第四延伸区段244的前端向左延伸形成的第五延伸区段245,第二延伸部252的左侧面从上往下间隔形成有三个第四卡接凸起274,第二固定板117上从上往下间隔开设有三个第四卡接口264,每个第四卡接凸起274对应一个第四卡接口264。
如图3所示,第二延伸部252的前端还向右延伸形成有第三延伸部253,第三延伸部253的前表面贴靠第五延伸区段245的内表面,从而使得连接件205可以对外观件201的第五延伸区段245提供前后方向的定位。
继续参考图3,主体部250的一端抵靠第四延伸区段244,另一端向前延伸形成有第四延伸部254,第四延伸部254的前端朝向远离第四延伸区段244一侧延伸形成有第五延伸部255,第五延伸部255的前表面贴靠前端板111的内表面,从而使得连接件205的主体部250被夹设于门体100的主体部分101的前端板111和外观件201的凹槽210的水平段223之间,进一步保证把手组件200和门体100的主体部分101的连接稳固。
本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200通过设置成包括外观件201和连接件205,将外观件201配置成构成门体100的一个侧端部,将连接件205配置成与门体100的主体部分101、外观件201相连接,且外观件201覆盖连接件205的外端面,使得把手组件200在外观面上仅为一个件,外观效果好,且把手组件200具有整体性,同时也不会存在外观能看到的装配闪缝等问题。
进一步地,本发明实施例的门体100的把手组件200的外观件201通过设置成具有开口朝向远离门体100的另一个侧端部115一侧的凹槽210,且凹槽210的前端面至少部分向后凸出形成弯曲结构,使得该门体100的把手组件200能满足用户的握感需求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种门体的把手组件,包括:
    外观件,配置成构成所述门体的一个侧端部;和
    连接件,配置成与所述门体的主体部分、所述外观件相连接,且所述外观件覆盖所述连接件的外端面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的把手组件,其中,
    所述外观件具有开口朝向远离所述门体的另一个侧端部一侧的凹槽,且所述凹槽的前端面至少部分向后凸出形成弯曲结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的把手组件,其中,
    所述凹槽配置成:在横截面中,所述凹槽的前端面与水平线的最大夹角角度为8°-12°;所述凹槽的后端面由内向外向后倾斜,且与所述凹槽的前端面的最大角度面的夹角角度为3°-5°。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的把手组件,其中,
    所述凹槽包括依次相接的沿左右方向延伸的前区段、沿前后方向延伸的中间区段和沿左右方向延伸的后区段,所述前区段构成所述凹槽的前端面,所述后区段构成所述凹槽的后端面;
    所述前区段的横截面由外向内包括依次相接的向后弯曲的弧形段、倾斜段和水平段,所述水平段的末端对接所述中间区段。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的把手组件,其中,
    所述中间区段的内表面向内延伸形成有至少一个固定凸起,所述固定凸起上开设有第一固定孔;
    所述连接件上对应所述固定凸起的位置处形成有固定槽,所述固定槽上开设有第二固定孔,所述固定凸起配合在所述固定槽内,利用固定件穿设所述第二固定孔、所述第一固定孔实现所述连接件和所述外观件的固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的把手组件,其中,
    所述固定凸起自所述中间区段向前倾斜延伸形成;
    所述第一固定孔沿左右方向开设,且倾斜角度为9°-13°。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的把手组件,其中,
    所述连接件具有沿左右方向延伸的主体部,所述主体部贴靠所述前区段的内表面设置;其中
    所述前区段的内表面形成有至少一个第一卡接凸起;所述主体部上对应所述第一卡接凸起的位置处开设有沿前后方向的第一卡接口,所述第一卡接凸起配合在所述第一卡接口内;和/或
    所述后区段的上部和/或下部向后延伸形成有第一延伸区段,所述第一延伸区段上开设有至少一个沿上下方向的第二卡接口;所述主体部的上部和/或下部向后延伸形成有第一延伸部,所述第一延伸部上对应所述第二卡接口的位置处形成有第二卡接凸起,所述第二卡接凸起配合在所述第二卡接口内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的把手组件,其中,
    所述外观件还具有自所述后区段的末端向后延伸形成的第二延伸区段和自所述第二延伸区段的末端朝向所述门体的另一个侧端部一侧延伸形成的第三延伸区段;
    所述门体的主体部分包括前端板、上端板、下端板和第一固定板,所述上端板自所述前端板的上端向后延伸形成,构成所述门体的上端部;所述下端板自所述前端板的下端向后延伸形成,构成所述门体的下端部;其中
    所述第一固定板自所述上端板的后端向下延伸形成和/或自所述下端板的后端向上延伸形成,所述第一固定板上开设有至少一个沿前后方向的第三卡接口,所述第三延伸区段上对应所述第三卡接口的位置处形成有第三卡接凸起,所述第三卡接凸起配合在所述第三卡接口内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的把手组件,其中,
    所述外观件还具有自所述弧形段的末端向前延伸形成的第四延伸区段、自所述第四延伸区段的前端朝向所述门体的另一个侧端部一侧延伸形成的第五延伸区段;
    所述主体部的前表面向前延伸形成有第二延伸部,所述第二延伸部的远离第四延伸区段的侧表面形成有至少一个第四卡接凸起;
    所述门体的主体部分还包括第二固定板,自所述前端板的靠近所述外观件的一端向后延伸形成,所述第二固定板上对应所述第四卡接凸起的位置处开设有沿左右方向的第四卡接口,所述第四卡接凸起配合在所述第四卡接口内。
  10. 一种冰箱,其中,所述冰箱的门体具有根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的把手组件。
