本申请要求了申请日为2021年10月25日,申请号为202111240826.1,发明名称为“吸顶组件及风扇灯”的中国专利申请的优先权,以及申请日为2021年10月25日,申请号为202122567464.9,发明名称为“吸顶组件及风扇灯”的中国专利申请的优先权,两项专利申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及照明装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种吸顶组件及风扇灯。
背景技术
风扇灯是一种常用的家用电器,是照明灯具和风扇的结合,既具有照明灯具的照明性能,又兼有风扇的散热性能,成为室内照明最常见的灯具,在家庭、办公室、娱乐场所等各种场合都有广泛的应用。
现有的风扇灯的吸顶盒是用螺钉固定的,需要多人配合,一人托举风扇灯且使吸顶盒的安装孔对准支架本体的螺丝孔,另一人通过螺丝进行紧固,安装过程较困难,外观也不美观,影响风扇灯的整体美观性。另外,风扇灯在安装过程中往往需要爬高作业,采用螺钉固定方式造成风扇灯的安装与拆卸困难,安装人员的劳动强度大,容易危及安装人员的人身安全,费时费力。
有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种吸顶组件及风扇灯,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种用于风扇灯安装的吸顶组件,该吸顶组件结构简单、外观美观、安装方便快捷。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种吸顶组件,用于风扇灯的安装,包括:支架本体和吸顶盒,所述吸顶盒具有安装腔,所述支架本体收容在所述安装腔内,所述吸顶盒上设有第一连接部,所述支架本体对应所述第一连接部的位置设有第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部可拆卸连接,第一连接部对应所述第二连接部的连接面上设有第一导向部。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述第一导向部倾斜设置,且所述第一导向部上任一处沿高度方向的截面积正相关于该任一处与所述第一连接部的导向端之间的间隔距离。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述第一连接部背离所述连接面的一侧设有加强筋。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述第一连接部设有两个,两个所述第一连接部镜像设置。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述支架本体还包括安装部,所述安装部与安装基础连接,所述安装部与所述第二连接部之间存在沿高度方向的第一落差。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述第二连接部包括第二导向部与限位部,所述限位部与所述第二导向部分别位于所述第二连接部的两端,且所述限位部的延伸方向与所述第二导向部的延伸方向相反。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述限位部固定连接所述安装部与所述第二连接部。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述吸顶盒上设有第一安装孔,所述支架本体上设有第二安装孔,悬挂组件穿过所述第一安装孔及所述第二安装孔至少部分收容在所述吸顶组件内。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述支架本体还包括底板,所述底板上设置有豁口,所述豁口与所述第二安装孔连通,所述悬挂组件通过所述豁口与所述支架本体可拆卸连接。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种具有前述吸顶组件的风扇灯,该风扇灯可单人安装及拆卸、省时省力、高效安全。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种风扇灯,包括悬挂组件、叶片组件、光源组件以及前述的吸顶组件,所述吸顶组件与所述悬挂组件可拆卸连接,所述悬挂组件与所述叶片组件及所述光源组件固定连接,且所述光源组件位于所述叶片组件背离所述吸顶组件的一侧。
本申请的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本申请的吸顶组件结构简单,外观美观,通过旋转连接的方式可拆卸连接,简化安装工序,降低安装成本,安装方便快捷,使得具有该吸顶组件的风扇灯可单人安装及拆卸、省时省力、高效安全。另外,本申请通过将吸顶组件的连接部设置在吸顶盒的安装腔内,很好的利用吸顶盒的空间,提高风扇灯的外观美观性。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请进行详细描述。
在此,需要说明的是,为了避免因不必要的细节而模糊了本申请,在附图中仅仅示出了与本申请的方案密切相关的结构和/或处理步骤,而省略了与本申请关系不大的其他细节。
另外,还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他 性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。
请参阅图1-9所示,为本申请提供的一种用于风扇灯100安装的吸顶组件1。该吸顶组件1包括支架本体12和吸顶盒11,支架本体12和吸顶盒11可拆卸连接,吸顶盒11通过支架本体12安装到安装基础上。安装基础用于吊挂风扇灯100,例如,安装基础可以为房屋的天花板等。通过设置支架本体12和吸顶盒11的可拆卸连接方式,以代替现有技术中支架本体12与吸顶盒11的螺纹固定连接方式,简化安装工序,降低安装成本,使得具有该吸顶组件1的风扇灯100安装和拆卸过程方便快捷,单人即可实现安装与拆卸、省时省力、高效安全。
请参阅图4-6,并结合图1-图3所示,吸顶盒11具有安装腔111,支架本体12收容在该安装腔111内,以减少支架本体12占用的空间,提高风扇灯100的结构紧凑性。进一步地,吸顶盒11的安装腔111内也可以容置风扇灯100的一些功能构件,例如驱动组件、电源组件、安全绳组件5、端子组件6等,以更好的利用吸顶盒11的空间,提高风扇灯100的结构紧凑性与外观美观性。
具体地,吸顶盒11包括第一环形部112及位于第一环形部112下方的截锥形部113,第一环形部112及截锥形部113围设形成安装腔111。截锥形部113的包括第一端和第二端,第一端与第二端相互平行,且第一端在水平方向的横截面积大于第二端在水平方向的横截面积。第一环形部112的顶部所在的平面高于或等于支架本体12的安装部121所在的平面,以将支架本体12完全收容在吸顶盒11内,提高风扇灯100的结构紧凑性与外观美观性。第一环形部112的底部与第一端连接,以增大吸顶盒11的安装腔111的容积。第二端朝向第一端的一侧向靠近第一端的位置延伸形成圆心相同的第二环形部114和第三环形部115,第二环形部114的直径小于第三环形部115,且第二环形部114在竖直方向的高度低于第三环形部115。支架本体12收容在安装腔111内,且支架本体12的底板123位于第二环形部114的上方,支架本体12的侧壁122与第三环形部115的内壁抵接,以将支架本体12限位固定在吸顶盒11的安装腔111内,限制支架本体12在水平方向的自由度,提高吸顶组件1的连接稳定性。
在吸顶盒11第一环形部112的内壁上设有第一连接部116,支架本体12对应第一连接部116的位置设有第二连接部124,第一连接部116与第二连接部124可拆卸连接,第一连接部116对应第二连接部124的连接面上设有第一导向部1161及结合部1162。第一导向部1161倾斜设置,优选地,第一导向部1161为倾斜斜面,第一导向部1161远离结合部1162的一端为导向端1163,第一导向部1161上任一处沿高度方向的截面积正相关于该任一处与第一连接部116的导向端1163之间的间隔距离。通过设置第一导向部1161,使得第二连接部124沿第一导向部1161快速滑动到位于第一连接部116下方的连接面上,以引导第一连 接部116与第二连接部124平滑接合,方便第一连接部116与第二连接部124的可拆卸连接。结合部1162与第一连接部116远离导向端1163的一端连接,且结合部1162在水平方向的宽度大于第一导向部1161在水平方向的宽度,以增加第一连接部116与第二连接部124结合的紧密性。优选地,结合部1162水平设置,当然,结合部1162也可以设置为其他与第二连接部124匹配的结构,本申请对此不予限制。通过设置结合部1162,以使得第一连接部116与第二连接部124紧密连接,利用吸顶盒11自身的重力,压紧第一连接部116与第二连接部124,提高吸顶盒11与支架本体12的连接稳定性。
进一步地,第一连接部116背离连接面的一侧设有加强筋1164,通过设置加强筋1164,以起到定位安装并向第一连接部116提供稳定支撑的作用,使得第一连接部116与第二连接部124实现吸顶组件1定位连接的同时,增加第一连接部116的结构强度,提高吸顶组件1的连接牢固性。
请参阅图6-7,并结合图1-3所示,支架本体12包括安装部121、侧壁122以及底壁,安装部121与安装基础相连接,侧壁122与安装部121及底壁连接,底壁与吸顶盒11的第二环形部114连接。在一种可选的实施例中,支架本体12可以为一体式冲压结构,以增强支架本体12的结构强度,避免支架本体12连接断裂。在安装部121上设有第一固定孔,螺栓等紧固件穿过第一固定孔与安装基础固定连接,支架本体12的侧壁122与安装壁及底壁之间形成容纳空间126,该容纳空间126用于容纳悬挂组件2、风扇灯100的驱动组件等组件,以提高风扇灯100的结构紧凑性及美观性。
在支架本体12的安装部121下方设有第二连接部124,即安装部121与第二连接部124之间存在沿高度方向的第一落差,以在支架本体12上形成让位空间125,方便吸顶盒11上的第一连接部116与第二连接部124旋转卡接,同时将第一连接部116与第二连接部124均收容在吸顶盒11的安装腔111内,以充分利用吸顶盒11的内部空间,提高风扇灯100的外观美观性。
进一步地,第二连接部124包括第二导向部1241与限位部1242,限位部1242与第二导向部1241分别位于第二连接部124的两端,且限位部1242的延伸方向与第二导向部1241的延伸方向相反。在一种可选的实施例中,第二导向部1241斜向下延伸,以形成斜面引导区,引导第一连接部116与第二连接部124的平滑接合,以降低第一连接部116与第二连接部124的配合精度要求。限位部1242向上延伸,固定连接安装部121与第二连接部124,以限位止挡第一连接部116,防止第一连接部116从第二连接部124上滑出,实现防脱落的效果,提高吸顶组件1的连接稳定性。
在一种可选的实施例中,第一连接部116的数量为多个,多个第一连接部116均匀布置在吸顶盒11内壁的同一圆周,第二连接部124的数量为多个,且与第一连接部116数量相同,多个第二连接部124均匀布置在支架本体12的同一圆周。优选地,第一连接部116设有两个,两个第一连接部116镜像设置,对应地,第二连接部124也设有两个,两个第二连 接部124也镜像设置。通过镜像设置的第一连接部116与第二连接部124,当吸顶盒11在沿着第一方向转动时,两个第一连接部116与两个第二连接部124均通过第一导向部1161与第二导向部1241的导向作用,实现吸顶盒11与支架本体12的匹配连接,提高吸顶组件1的连接稳定性。当吸顶盒11在沿着与第一方向相反的第二方向转动时,两个第一连接部116与两个第二连接部124均朝着远离彼此的方向滑动,以实现吸顶盒11与支架本体12的拆卸。
在另一种可选的实施例中,支架本体12的安装部121上设有第一凸出部1211和第二凸出部1212,第一凸出部1211和第二凸出部1212相对设置,且第一凸出部1211与第二凸出部1212可以滑动连接。通过第一凸出部1211和第二凸出部1212的滑动连接,能够提高支架本体12强度同时能够对支架本体12的体积进行调节,从而方便支架本体12的安装。
请参阅图8-10所示,吸顶盒11上设有第一安装孔117,支架本体12上设有第二安装孔1231,第二安装孔1231与容纳空间126相连通,悬挂组件2穿过第一安装孔117及第二安装孔1231至少部分收容在吸顶组件1内,以实现风扇灯100的吊装。
具体地,悬挂组件2包括吊杆21与吊球22,吊杆21与吊球22通过螺纹可拆卸连接,便于吊杆21与吊球22安装和拆卸,便于风扇灯100维修。进一步地,为了防止吊杆21脱离吊球22,在一种可选实施例中还可以通过螺钉等紧固件将吊杆21和吊球22进行锁紧,以实现吊杆21与吊球22之间的固定。
吊球22穿过第一安装孔117及第二安装孔1231位于容纳空间126内,并卡接在第二安装孔1231内,吊杆21可以与吊球22伸出容纳空间126之外的部分连接,吊杆21远离吊球22的一端可以连接叶片组件3和光源组件4,以方便风扇灯100的吊装。
优选地,在底板123上设置有豁口1232,豁口1232与第二安装孔1231连通,悬挂组件2通过豁口1232与支架本体12可拆卸连接。当吊杆21与支架本体12拆卸时,提起吊杆21,将吊杆21从豁口1232处移出支架本体12之外。当吊杆21与支架本体12安装时,提起吊杆21,将吊杆21从豁口1232处移入支架本体12之内,然后在落下吊杆21,吊球22正好卡在第二安装孔1231内。如此设置,以实现悬挂组件2与支架本体12的可拆卸连接,方便了风扇灯100的装配和拆卸。
在一种可选的实施例中,在吊球22与第二安装孔1231之间还设有限位块7,限位块7通过螺钉固定在支架本体12的第二安装孔1231的上部。限位块7内设有第三安装孔71,可选地,限位块7上对应支架本体12的豁口1232的位置设有开口72,开口72与第三安装孔71连接,以方便悬挂组件2与支架本体12的可拆卸连接。吊杆21的横截面尺寸小于限位块7的开口72以及支架本体12的豁口1232,吊球22的横截面尺寸大于限位块7的开口72以及支架本体12的豁口1232。如此设置,吊杆21可以从限位块7的开口72和支架本体12的豁口1232进入到限位块7和支架本体12的内部,并使吊球22位于限位块7的上方,此时在重力作用下,吊球22与限位块7的上端面抵紧,并受到限位块7的限位作用,从而 使吊杆21以及通过吊杆21吊装的风扇组件吊装在支架本体12上。
为了提高限位块7对吊球22支撑的稳定性,本申请实施例中的限位块7具有倾斜的或弧形的支撑面,相应地,吊球22的外侧面呈倾斜面或弧形面,如此,在吊球22受限于限位块7时,吊球22的外侧面与限位块7的支撑面紧密贴合,从而增大了两者之间的接触面积,与此同时,支撑面对吊球22的外侧面的作用力可以分解为轴向力和径向力,轴向力可以抵消风扇组件的重力作用,径向力可以使吊球22不会相对于限位块7错位移动,从而保证了对吊球22支撑的稳定性。
请参阅图11所示,为本申请提供一种较佳实施例的风扇灯100,该风扇灯100包括悬挂组件2、叶片组件3、光源组件4以及前述的吸顶组件1。吸顶组件1与悬挂组件2可拆卸连接,悬挂组件2与叶片组件3及光源组件4固定连接,且光源组件4位于叶片组件3背离吸顶组件1的一侧。吸顶组件1用于实现风扇灯100与安装基础之间的连接,从而实现风扇灯100的安装。悬挂组件2可以实现叶片组件3与吸顶组件1之间的连接,即悬挂组件2中吊杆21的长度可以灵活设置,可选地,吊杆21可以采用多段式结构,使得用户可以根据自身需求调整吊杆21的长度,从而改变风扇灯100的安装高度。叶片组件3可以实现吹风功能,光源组件4可以进行照明,从而使得风扇灯100的功能性更强。
该风扇灯100安装时,可以先将吸顶组件1中的支架本体12通过螺丝等紧固件固定安装在安装基础上,将市电与端子组件6电连接,将悬挂组件2中的吊球22卡接在吸顶盒11的第一安装孔117内,悬挂组件2的吊杆21依次连接叶片组件3和光源组件4,将功能组件放置在吸顶盒11的安装腔111内,将吸顶盒11对准支架本体12后,将悬挂组件2的吊球22通过底板123上的豁口1232进入支架本体12的第二安装孔1231,与支架本体12可拆卸连接。此时,逆时针旋转吸顶盒11,吸顶盒11的第一连接部116与支架本体12的第二连接部124在第一导向部1161及第二导向部1241的导向作用下旋转卡接,吸顶盒11的第一连接部116与支架本体12上的限位部1242接触后,即完成安装。当需要拆卸风扇灯100时,先托举吸顶盒11,再顺时针旋转,使得吸顶盒11的第一连接部116与支架本体12的第二连接部124分离,然后将悬挂组件2从底板123上的豁口1232拉出第二安装孔1231,即可。该风扇灯100可实现单人安装及拆卸、省时省力、高效安全。
综上所述,本申请的吸顶组件1结构简单,外观美观,通过旋转连接的方式可拆卸连接,简化安装工序,降低安装成本,安装方便快捷,使得具有该吸顶组件1的风扇灯100可单人安装及拆卸、省时省力、高效安全。另外,本申请通过将吸顶组件1的连接部设置在吸顶盒11的安装腔111内,很好的利用吸顶盒11的空间,提高风扇灯100的外观美观性。
以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本申请进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吸顶组件,用于风扇灯的安装,其中,包括:支架本体和吸顶盒,所述吸顶盒具有安装腔,所述支架本体收容在所述安装腔内,所述吸顶盒上设有第一连接部,所述支架本体对应所述第一连接部的位置设有第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部可拆卸连接,所述第一连接部对应所述第二连接部的连接面上设有第一导向部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶组件,其中,所述第一导向部倾斜设置,且所述第一导向部上任一处沿高度方向的截面积正相关于该任一处与第一连接部的导向端之间的间隔距离。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶组件,其中,所述第一连接部背离所述连接面的一侧设有加强筋。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶组件,其中,所述第一连接部设有两个,两个所述第一连接部镜像设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶组件,其中,所述支架本体还包括安装部,所述安装部与安装基础连接,所述安装部与所述第二连接部之间存在沿高度方向的第一落差。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸顶组件,其中,所述第二连接部包括第二导向部与限位部,所述限位部与所述第二导向部分别位于所述第二连接部的两端,且所述限位部的延伸方向与所述第二导向部的延伸方向相反。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吸顶组件,其中,所述限位部固定连接所述安装部与所述第二连接部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶组件,其中,所述吸顶盒上设有第一安装孔,所述支架本体上设有第二安装孔,悬挂组件穿过所述第一安装孔及所述第二安装孔至少部分收容在所述吸顶组件内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吸顶组件,其中,所述支架本体还包括底板,所述底板上设置有豁口,所述豁口与所述第二安装孔连通,所述悬挂组件通过所述豁口与所述支架本体可拆卸连接。
  10. 一种风扇灯,其中,包括:悬挂组件、叶片组件、光源组件以及如权利要求1-9任一项所述的吸顶组件,所述吸顶组件与所述悬挂组件可拆卸连接,所述悬挂组件与所述叶片组件及所述光源组件固定连接,且所述光源组件位于所述叶片组件背离所述吸顶组件的一侧。
