借指套把持外物的构造装置,包含基座及指套,其中,指套如同一条带子从手机套材料延伸出来,弯曲成可穿通手指的管状,设有两列而互相垂直;每一列中有两个并排的指套,指套互不妨碍各穿过一手指,食指及无名指各插入一指套而把持手机;变换插入的指套列,手机可竖的或横的置于面前,也可左右手互换。在指套旁设容纳室可收纳指套;形成指套的带子一端有引导段,可先插入指套容纳室便于带子其余部分容易插入;指套上设凸起物及钩便于推拉;指套在手机套投影处有一对应而大于指套的孔口,指套与孔口都具有两段或两段以上的宽度;手机套并设吸盘及按键可操作吸牢手机;指套及指套容纳室适宜与手机套一体射出成型生产制造。

Description

借指套把持外物的构造装置 技术领域
本发明属于便于把持手机的构造装置;借此构造装置将手机或其它被支持的外物与指套连接,而指套可套于手指,如此将手机或其它被支持的外物把持于手中的构造装置。
背景技术
常用的手机指环是将一金属指环构造粘贴固定在手机或手机套背面,将手指穿过指环而把持手机。
习用的指环构造,对于手和手机之间只提供一种松散的连接,对于手机的把持并不十分稳固,在用手机拍摄照片或视频或要抓拍、需要快速而稳定的移动的时候,尤嫌把持不够牢靠,而如果要使用手机的无线充电功能会妨碍其无线充电;再者,若使用时间稍长,指环可能造成手指不适或疼痛!
发明内容
本发明则提出一种借指套把持外物的构造装置,在手机或手机套背面设置适宜套于手指的管状手指套,此手指套在本文中简称指套,这种指套是如同带子而弯曲呈管状(即环状)者,可套着手指,此指套可设一个,也可设置一个以上,让多支手指同时穿过,指套可并列,可确保不易脱落,用于手机套时不易将手机掉落地面,于拍摄照片或视频时,手指绷紧指套,进而绷紧手机套,就容易保持手机稳定,镜头不摇晃;将排成一列的指套两组垂直排列于手机套,就可容易的横的或竖的把持着手机,在所述排成一列的排法可以是形成指套的带子的纵长延伸方向列于一直线。
也可两个或多个指套并列(二指套的穿过方向相同)在一条线上,同时另有一条交叉的直线上(两直线交叉呈X形)也同样并列两个或多个指套,将此两列指套设于手机背面,左手或右手手指(例如食指及无名指)穿过并列的指套,就可横的或竖的把持着手机。
还可将上述两列指套各调整角度,与手机横边或竖边呈45度夹角(如图1所示),这样左手或右手(其姿势)就可斜插于手机背面(手指穿过指套而与手机固定),而令手机横的或竖的置于面前。
本案所述的指套用于手机套时,尤其适宜采用与手机套相同的材质而与手机套设于同一射出成型模具,于手机套射出成型时,指套与手机套一体射出成型,如此可在连接上确保牢固可靠,并降低生产成本,而因手机套是软质材料制造,因此指套为软质,套在手指上较为舒适。
基座有一个平板状部分(就手机套而言是其背壳平板部分),指套或指套容纳室设置于此板状部分;所述基座可以是一个手机套,也可以是其他要用手把持的物件或此物件的套子,用手把持指套而将套有手机套的手机把持于手上,另外,基座也可以是可连接在手机或手机套上的一块板子。
指套如同一条带子弯曲呈环状,是可包围着手指的管体,其带的一端与所述基座在适当的位置固定连接,其带的另一端连接于所述指套容纳室的开口的边缘。
现在以指套设置于手机套为例说明本案;手机套的内侧包着手机,大体上是套在手机的背面,指套位于手机套外侧,指套其管状体的管侧边设置有指套容纳室,指套容纳室具有一个容纳空间,可容纳所述的指套,指套容纳室在不受到外力的自由状态时呈扁的袋状,指套容纳室有一开口,此开口的方向平行于手机套的平面,可让指套经此开口进入指套容纳室,亦即指套容纳室开口面大致垂直于手机套(平板部分),当插入指套时,本为管体的指套受限于指套容纳室的空间而呈压扁折叠的扁平状而插入指套容纳室内。
在指套外表面设置施力区,此施力区表面具有适当的凸起物,当手指执此施力区而推或拉(形成指套的)带子时,施力区的凸起物可勾住或绊住施力的手指,提供对其推压的手指较多摩擦力或阻力,因而容易移动所述带子,将指套插入指套容纳室或从指套容纳室将指套拉出。
凸起物具有向横向弯曲的钩或凸起物,当将指套插入指套容纳室或将指套从指套容纳室拉出时,可勾住施力的手指而便于施力。
凸起物顶端也可具有裂缝,令压在其上的手指不易滑脱。
凸起物顶端可具有裂缝,其横断面如同岩羊分叉的蹄子,不易打滑。(观察岩羊,因为有分叉的蹄子,可在悬崖峭壁上任意行走,不会打滑而失足摔落。)
前述施力区的位置,位于完成指套插入指套容纳室的操作后,仍留在外的指套的表面,(指套被压平后,其折叠的部分插入在指套容纳室,而尚有一段未折叠的部分露在指套容纳室外)如果施力区在插入时被收纳入了指套容纳室,则其凸起物会多占用指套容纳室里的空间,也就是指套容纳室要额外加大。
在要将指套插入指套容纳室时,比较困难的是开始的时候,如果指套已经有一小部分插进指套容纳室了,指套与引导段连接的其余部分就可以继续顺利的推进,进而接着插进指套容纳室。
有鉴于此,本发明在指套上设一段引导段;(就基座而言,基座面向其所支持的外物的一侧是为内侧,而相反的另一侧是为外侧)形成指套的带子从其基座外侧的部分向基座内侧方向延伸,其延伸到达基座内侧的带子凸出点后弯曲或曲折而反向向基座的外侧方向继续延伸,最后经过一小段平直延伸段而垂直连接于指套容纳室开口的边缘并挡在容纳室开口前,所述这些(形成指套的)带子在靠近指套容纳室的一端弯曲或曲折而挡在容纳室开口前的部分是为引导段。
引导段末端与所述指套容纳室的开口的边缘连接,而引导段挡在所述指套容纳室的开口前,于开始将指套插入指套容纳室时,此引导段如如图5的形状很容易被稍微推压就插入指套容纳室。
插入指套容纳室内的引导段会被指套容纳室压扁,而其原本弯曲或曲折处被压扁而位于其插入的前方,此引导段可保留在指套容纳室内不容易脱出,而使后续的推送动作容易进行(因此被称为引导段)。
继续从后向前推送带子(指套),压扁的指套因为已经有引导段在容纳室内,就可顺利推送前进,而将指套其余部分接着一面被折叠压扁一面插入指套容纳室。
被压扁的指套有恢复的弹性,将手机套(的平板部分)顶离手机背面,在手机套设置有适当的吸盘,吸盘吸住手机背面即可使手机套(平板部分)贴着手机背面,此吸盘也可在手机套使用中,手指穿过指套而拉扯手机套时,令手机套紧贴手机背面而保持稳固。
本发明的目的是提供能够舒适而牢固的把持手机或其他被固持件的构造。
本发明的再一目的是令把持构造可容易收折,而在被收折时平整而薄,不占空间,用于手机时也不妨碍无线充电,并且可快速变换把持构造成使用状态。
本发明的另一目的是藉由吸盘吸住被支持物而更牢固,同时因为中间部分可借吸盘与被支持的外物直接连接,而具有更多的连接点,比较不需要坚硬的材料结构作为支撑,而可采用比较软的材质(请参阅本文[0084]的叙述)。
本发明的另一目的是提供在生产时可一体成型的构造。
本发明是一种借指套把持外物的构造装置,包含基座及指套,其中,所述基座可与被支持的外物连接,所述基座有内侧及外侧而所述被支持的外物位于所述基座的内侧,所述指套是软质的带子弯曲而形成套而设于所述基座,所述指套位于所述基座外侧的部分可让手指穿过,其特征在于,所述设于基座的指套具有两列而此两列呈相交叉或垂直排列而各列中均有一个以上其让手指穿过的方向相同的所述指套而此穿过方向与其列向垂直或交叉。
根据前述的借指套把持外物的构造装置的一实施方式,还包含有指套容纳室,其特征在于,所述指套容纳室连接于所述基座而设置于所述指套侧并且与所述指套的一端连接而可用于容纳所述的指套。
根据前述的借指套把持外物的构造装置的一实施方式,其中,所述指套容纳室有一个开口,形成所述指套的带子于接近所述指套容纳室的开口的部分设有一段引导段,其特征在于,所述引导段是形成所述指套的带子前端弯曲或曲折而挡在所述指套容纳室的开口前的部分,而于开始将所述指套插入所述指套容纳室时便于令所述引导段先塞入指套容纳室而便于将所述指套与所述引导段连接的部分接着插入所述指套容纳室。
根据前述的借指套把持外物的构造装置的一实施方式,其特征在于,所述引导段是所述指套的带子从所述基座外侧的部分向所述基座内侧延伸而后弯 曲或曲折而向所述基座的外侧方向继续延伸而连接于所述指套容纳室开口的边缘并挡在所述开口前的部分。
根据前述的借指套把持外物的构造装置的一实施方式,其特征在于,所述指套与所述引导段连接的部分其插入所述指套容纳室方向的横断面有弯曲或曲折,而使其在插入方向不易弯曲或弯折(挫曲)而易于插入。
根据前述的借指套把持外物的构造装置的一实施方式,其特征在于,所述基座设有可吸附所述被支持的外物的吸盘。
根据前述的借指套把持外物的构造装置的一实施方式,其中,所述基座内侧设有可容纳所述吸盘的凹槽,其特征在于,所述基座于所述凹槽处的外侧设置有凸起件,可按压所述凸起件而令所述吸盘吸附所述被支持的外物。
根据前述的借指套把持外物的构造装置的一实施方式,其中,在所述指套在所述基座的投影处有一个与所述指套对应的孔口,其特征在于,所述孔口的宽度小于其所对应的所述指套的宽度,于压平所述指套时,所述指套从所述基座的外侧向内侧移向所述孔口,而所述指套的两侧边被所述孔口的两侧边挡住而所述基座将所述指套扣止住,防止所述指套弹回。
根据前述的借指套把持外物的构造装置的一实施方式,其中,所述指套具有两段或两段以上的宽度,其特征在于,所述宽度沿着所述指套的纵长延伸方向在向所述容纳式的方向梯阶式的缩小。
根据前述的借指套把持外物的构造装置的一实施方式,其中,在所述指套在所述基座的投影处有一个与所述指套对应的孔口,其特征在于,所述的孔口具有两段或两段以上的宽度而此宽度在向所述容纳式的方向梯阶式的缩小。
根据前述的借指套把持外物的构造装置的一实施方式,还包含有设于所述基座而可置入所述指套的指套容纳室,其中,所述指套外表面设有施力区,所述施力区表面具有可产生较大摩擦力或阻挡力的凸起物而于将所述指套插入所述指套容纳室或将所述指套从所述指套容纳室拉出时藉所述施力区便于施力,其特征在于,当所述指套完成置入所述指套容纳室之操作时,所述施力区之位置仍在所述指套容纳室外。
根据前述的借指套把持外物的构造装置的一实施方式,其特征在于,所述凸起物上具有横向凸起物而于将所述指套插入所述指套容纳室或将所述指套从所述指套容纳室拉出时可勾住或绊住施力的手指而便于施力。

在以下,对本发明借指套把持外物的构造装置的构成及技术内容等,参照本发明的图示列举实施例;然而本发明当然不是限定于所列举的所述的实施例、图式或详细说明内容而已。
熟悉此项技术者亦当明白,所举的实施例与所附的图式仅提供参考与说明之用,并非用来对本发明加以限制;能够基于所述记载而实施的修饰或变更而完成的发明,亦皆视为不脱离本发明的精神与意旨的范围,所述的修饰或变更而完成的发明亦均包括在本发明内。
为了叙述的明确,本文中所述的‘宽度’一词,指的是形成指套的带子的宽度,或手指插入方向上,指套入口和出口面的距离,也可以是指手机套(或基座)孔口13与此相对应处的距离,亦即,在图3中上下的距离为宽度。本文中所述的‘两侧边’一词,指的是让手指穿入及穿出的两开口的边,亦即,在图3中指套21或孔口13的上下两边。本文中所述的‘内侧’一词指的是手机套(或基座)面对手机(或被支持物)的一侧,亦即,在图中的手机套内侧面12。本文中所述的‘外侧’一词指的是手机套(或基座)上与前述内侧相反的一侧,亦即,在图4中的手机套外侧面11。
本文为了便于说明,以手机套为例,尤其是指指套、指套容纳室及手机套是采用一体成型的制造方式形成,图中三者的连接处的结构、形态都是易于由一体成型制造方式(尤其是指用液态硅胶,将所有构造一次全部射出成型)所达成的连接结构和形态;现以这种手机套为代表来做说明各种适宜安装指套而把持的物件。
图1中画出本发明,借指套把持外物的构造装置,图中显示是由4个指套-指套容纳室组2,作交叉呈X形排列于手机套1外表面,(图中的指套21均为从指套容纳室22取出的备用状况)图中的指套21侧视时是U字形(请同时参阅图4、5),与手机套外侧面11共同形成一个封闭环而可套于手指,指套21是可收纳于指套容纳室22中的,而图中的指套21是已经从指套容纳室22中拉出来,呈备用状态。
指套21及指套容纳室22都是由手机套1材料延伸出来而形成;指套容纳室盖222外表从手机套外表面11平行的浮凸起来,手机套套在手机背面的时候,手机背面与手机套内侧面12相贴,可作为容纳室的下盖,也就是手机背面与盖222共同形成一个扁袋状的空间,此空间就是指套容纳室22,可用以置入指套21。
在图中手机套外表面11上有4个指套21,这4个指套两两平行(指手指插入方向平行)而交叉排列,可用食指及无名指穿过并排的两个指套而把持手机,其姿势是手斜插于手机背面,而手机可以端正的置于面前,由于两组并排的指套交叉呈X形,因此更换插入另一指套组,手机可以作横的或竖的的方向更换,也可以左右手互换;由于有两个手指同时插入指套,就不容易意外脱落,当特别需要将手机握持牢固时(例如要用手机拍摄照片或视频或需要快速而稳定的移动),用力弯曲手指压迫指套21而令相连接的手机套1绷紧,就可以达到稳固的效果,如此更容易牢固的掌握手机,在抓拍或一些移动的视频的时候更凸显本案构造优势。
另外,也可以是指套两三个串成一串(一只手指可同时穿过的是为一串),设几串并排排列,可以同时穿过几只手指,这样可以握持牢固,用在比较大比较重的产品上,例如平板电脑,较适宜。
指套容纳室22设置于所述指套21管侧面,可将U管状的指套21压扁,叠成两层而插入指套容纳室22(图6是指套插入指套容纳室的情况),也可以在指套两旁边各设置一个指套容纳室22,这两个指套容纳室分别设于指套管的轴线的两侧,如此指套可同时收入在其两边的指套容纳室,因此每个指套容纳室就可以比较短,有利于排列,再者,当要将指套收入指套容纳室的时候,从中间压下凸出的指套,就可分别向两边收纳入指套容纳室。
现参照图3(并图4至6)详细说明。图3是一组指套及指套容纳室组2平面视图,也就是从手机套内侧看,左边是一个指套21及右边一个指套容纳室22,二者首尾相接横列于图中。在手机套(平板部分)上,位于指套21的投影处有孔口13,为了在射出成型时,指套及手机套的平板部分可以由前后模仁单纯的穿插成型(不需要滑块或斜梢等构造),同时指套还可以被压下而扣到手机套内侧(指套在图中上下宽度要比其在手机套上投影处的孔口13的对应处宽,如此,当比较宽的指套被压,而通过比较窄的孔口后,孔口两侧边的台阶131就可以扣住指套两侧边的边缘[图中编号215、216、217],这样指套边缘就可以被扣到手机套[平板部分]孔口内侧而容留于凹缺131a中,被压平如图6中的情况,并且无法回弹),将指套21及孔口13的宽度(在图3中是上下距离)各都做成三段不等的宽度,从左到右依次宽度最宽、中等宽度、最窄,而且是从左到右(也就是向所述容纳式的方向)梯阶式的缩小。
指套21左端2110连接于手机套1(同时参阅图10),指套左边有一段竖直的部分211(参阅图4),这也是指套最宽的部分(指套第一宽度处215);此处在手机套上的孔口宽度(参阅图3)是位于孔口第一宽度处134,此宽度134比指套第一宽度215宽度宽,同时指套竖直部分211经斜线(或面)214而变窄至第二宽度216,孔口从宽变窄的斜线133在外围,因此模具上可以由前后模仁单纯的穿插成型。
[0061a]在图3中所画的指套及孔口宽度,各都有三段的宽度,但实施时也可做成二段或多段的宽度。
接着看指套左边圆弧部分213及指套水平部分212,(同时参阅图9)(指套竖直部分211表面与圆弧部分213表面交界线213a以二点连线画出)(图7至11中的二点连线均为指套竖直部分211表面与圆弧部分213表面交界线213a,)指套此处宽度是位于指套第二宽度处216,而在此处手机套孔口宽度是位于孔口第二宽度处135,孔口第二宽度处135的宽度比指套第二宽度处216的宽度宽,因此模具上可以由前后模仁单纯的穿插成型,而不需要滑块或斜销等构造。
接着看指套右边圆弧部分213及指套右边竖直的部分211,(同时参阅图7或图8)(指套竖直部分211表面与圆弧部分213表面交界线213a以二点连线画出)指套此处宽度是位于指套第三宽度处217,指套第三宽度比第二宽度窄,宽度经由其两侧的斜面214而变窄,而在此处手机套孔口宽度是位于孔口第三 宽度处136,孔口第三宽度比第二宽度窄,宽度经由其两侧的斜面133而变窄,孔口第三宽度处136的宽度比指套第三宽度处217的宽度宽,因此模具上可以由前后模仁单纯的穿插成型,而不需要滑块或斜销等构造。
当要收折指套时,(同时参阅图6)将左边的竖直部分211向右压倒呈水平,为了防止其反弹,要将此部分指套压到手机套(平板部分)下面,由于将指套竖直部分211向右压倒时,其主要部分位于手机套孔口第二宽度处135,令手机套孔口第二宽度比指套竖直部分宽度(即指套第一宽度处215)窄(参阅图3),而此孔口两侧设有第一滑入倒角137,并且此孔口两侧,位于手机套内侧有台阶131,而由此台阶形成肉厚凹缺131a,此凹缺可容纳指套的边缘,
将左边的竖直部分211(即指套第一宽度215)下压经第一滑入倒角137(同时参阅图5、图9)通过孔口第二宽度处135到达台阶131下的凹缺131a,因此指套此部分其两侧被台阶131挡住,而被扣留在手机套下面无法弹回。
接着也将指套左边圆弧部分213及指套水平部分212压倒,这两部分是指套第二宽度216,而压倒后位于手机套孔口第三宽度处136,如前令此孔口两边缘位于手机套内侧有台阶131,而且同样形成肉厚凹缺131a,此凹缺同样可容纳指套的边缘,
将指套左边圆弧部分213及指套水平部分212压下,压经第二滑入倒角138通过孔口第三宽度处136,到达经台阶131形成的凹缺131a,因此指套此部分其两侧被台阶131挡住,而被扣留在手机套下面无法弹回。
在将指套收折入指套容纳室时,(请参阅图4至图6)开始操时可先将指套压向手机套平面(压扁)然后向右推入容纳室,首先位于容纳室开口处的引导段218会被推入容纳室,接着原本是指套右边的竖直部分会被向右推送进入容纳室,由于此部分进入容纳室的时候是不断的连续被折叠,阻力较大,因此此部分的横断面如果只是平直的,就欠缺刚硬性,容易发生挫曲或弯曲、弯折,难以进入指套容纳室,因此将其横断面(与插入方向垂直的断面)改做成有弯曲或曲折,例如波浪状或M型等,如此被压倒后的所述指套右边的竖直部分可以承受手指较大的向右的推力,而顺利进入指套容纳室。
综合以上所述可知,在手机套(平板部分)指套的投影处的孔口,其宽度小于要压入的指套各部分的宽度(孔口第二宽度比指套的第一宽度窄,孔口第三宽度比指套的第二宽度窄),压指套通过所述孔口,就可将指套扣留于手机套下与手机背面之间,如此,在要收折指套时,将指套压迫通过所述孔口,指套可被基座(平板部分)扣止住,指套无法借其恢复力弹出,如此,指套就压平于手机套。
在将指套塞入指套容纳室的时候,如果已经开始有一小段指套塞入了指套容纳室,后续的塞入动作就容易进行,因此,在指套容纳室的开口221处设有一小段指套的引导段218。
此指套的引导段218与指套其他部分,同样是由形成(弯曲而成套状)指套的带子所构成,
引导段218挡在开口221前,当它他受到压力的时候,很容易就会进入指套容纳室22;引导段218是位于右边的指套竖直部分211向下延伸,经左边的大园弧2183、右边的小园弧2184,向上延伸经引导段的竖直部分2182而与指套容纳室的开口的边缘处2185(同时也是在指套容纳室盖的内侧面2221)连接。
从图5中可看到所述如同带子的弯曲而形成套的部分21与所述引导段218分别位于的所述盖板的内侧面2221的上下两边。
指套容纳室22的容纳空间,位于指套容纳室盖222及手机背面(即手机与手机套内侧面12相贴的表面)之间,指套21(包括引导段218)可呈折叠状而置于指套容纳室22中。
请参阅图6,这是表示将指套插入指套容纳室的概略状况,图中左边,原本弯曲成U型的指套其实难以被压平成图中所画的平直状态,多少会有些起伏不平,在图中所画的水平直线,只是表示指套被压平于手机套下了。
图中右边二点线所画的是,开始时引导段218被稍微向右推就进入了指套容纳室22,引导段原本位于最下面的凸出处2181位于二点连线的最右端,而受限于指套容纳室22的上下空间,引导段218被压扁,
引导段的最凸出处2181要适当的向下凸出,也就是最凸出点2181要低于手机套内侧面12一个适当的距离,如果此距离过大,要将引导段218向右塞入指套容纳室22就比较费力,如果此距离太小,向右塞入的引导段218容易向左滑脱出来。
图中右边实线所画出的指套21,表示完全插入套容纳室22的指套是呈折叠状态而受压于指套容纳室22的上下空间中,当然原本弯曲成U型的指套难以被压平,图中直线及曲线所画出的指套21仅概略表示指套是呈折叠状态,局部的小幅度起伏波动并未画出。
指套容纳室开口221处是比较容易受损的地方,因此设置有材料加厚补强2211。
为了便于将指套插入指套容纳室或从指套容纳室拉出,在指套外表设有易于让手指对指套21施力的施力区219,(参阅图1、4、5、6)在施力区219表面有凸起物2191,凸起物有倒钩21911,(倒钩21911可设置于凸起物的顶端,也可设置于凸起物的侧面,如图4中左上方2点连线所示,当倒钩设置于凸起物的侧面时,其凸起物的顶端在用手指拨动施力区时,仍然可产生原来的摩擦阻力作用)于用手指将指套21插入指套容纳室22时,凸起物的倒钩21911可勾着手指表面,加大手指与指套间的摩擦阻力,便于推动指套21而容易插入指套容纳室22,(请参阅图6)
凸起物顶端的裂缝21912也可增加凸起物与手指间的摩擦阻力,而便于手指对指套21施力。
当要将指套21从指套容纳室22取出时,可借着拨动各凸起物2191对施力区2129施力,而将指套21向左拨出,
也可捏着凸起物2191,而将指套21从指套容纳室22拉出。
插入在指套容纳室22中的指套21是折叠的,它有一个恢复的弹力,此弹力趋向使手机套的內侧面12与手机背面分离,但需要令二者紧贴,这样不但整个手机套比较平整,做各种操作时也比较便利、优良,
因此在手机套(平板部分)的內侧设有圆形吸盘3,在图2中可看到手机套1内侧设有5个圆形吸盘3,当然也可以设置其他数量或大小的吸盘,目的是要能够做到吸牢手机背面(手机与手机套内侧面12相贴的表面),
请同时参阅图13,圆形吸盘3有圆环状的裙部31,可牢牢地贴附于手机背面,手机套1內侧设有容纳吸盘的圆形凹槽32,而在凹槽背面有圆形的凸起件33(在手机套外表面凸起)如同按键,当要操作吸盘吸附时,按压此凸起件33,即可令吸盘3吸附手机背面。这种形状的吸盘3及凹槽32在射出成型时,可以简单的由前后模强制脱模成型。
设有吸盘的手机套另有一个优点;在5寸左右或更大的手机,手机套的4角虽然可以牢牢的扣住手机,但由于其上下长度比较长,而手机套左右边缘仅小幅度的向内扣住手机正面边缘,扣的并不牢固,为了防止中段部分稍微受到碰撞就垮塌而剥离手机侧面,手机套必须用比较硬的材料,以免发生中段部分稍微受到碰撞就垮塌而剥离的现象,但本案的手机套中段部分,在接近手机边缘设有吸盘吸住手机,可避免手机套中段部分受碰撞发生垮塌而剥离,因此本案的手机套可以选用比较软而手感比较好的材料制造,握持手机时将比较舒适。
以上所述本发明对于熟悉相关技术的人,可以就本发明做各种变形、修饰、应用,但凡属于本发明的精神范畴内,其产品都是本发明的产品,都包含在本发明的专利权内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种借指套把持外物的构造装置,包含基座及指套,其中,所述基座可与被支持的外物连接,所述基座有内侧及外侧而所述被支持的外物位于所述基座的内侧,所述指套是软质的带子弯曲而形成套而设于所述基座,所述指套位于所述基座外侧的部分可让手指穿过,其特征在于,所述设于基座的指套具有两列而此两列呈相交叉或垂直排列而各列中均有一个以上其让手指穿过的方向相同的所述指套而此穿过方向与其列向垂直或交叉。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的借指套把持外物的构造装置,其特征在于,还包含有指套容纳室,所述指套容纳室连接于所述基座而设置于所述指套侧并且与所述指套的一端连接而可用于容纳所述的指套。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的借指套把持外物的构造装置,其中,所述指套容纳室有一个开口,形成所述指套的带子于接近所述指套容纳室的开口的部分设有一段引导段,其特征在于,所述引导段是形成所述指套的带子前端弯曲或曲折而挡在所述指套容纳室的开口前的部分,而于开始将所述指套插入所述指套容纳室时便于令所述引导段先塞入指套容纳室而便于将所述指套与所述引导段连接的部分接着插入所述指套容纳室。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的借指套把持外物的构造装置,其特征在于,所述引导段是所述指套的带子从所述基座外侧的部分向所述基座内侧延伸而后弯曲或曲折而向所述基座的外侧方向继续延伸而连接于所述指套容纳室开口的边缘并挡在所述开口前的部分。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的借指套把持外物的构造装置,其特征在于,所述指套与所述引导段连接的部分其插入所述指套容纳室方向的横断面有弯曲或曲折,而使其在插入方向不易弯曲或弯折(挫曲)而易于插入。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的借指套把持外物的构造装置,其特征在于,所述基座设有可吸附所述被支持的外物的吸盘。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的借指套把持外物的构造装置,其中,所述基座内侧设有可容纳所述吸盘的凹槽,其特征在于,所述基座于所述凹槽处的外侧设置有凸起件,可按压所述凸起件而令所述吸盘吸附所述被支持的外物。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的借指套把持外物的构造装置,其特征在于,在所述指套在所述基座的投影处有一个与所述指套对应的孔口,所述孔口的宽度小于其所对应的所述指套的宽度,于压平所述指套时,所述指套从所述基座的外侧向内侧移向所述孔口,而所述指套的两侧边被所述孔口的两侧边挡住而所述基座将所述指套扣止住,防止所述指套弹回。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的借指套把持外物的构造装置,其中,所述指套具有两段或两段以上的宽度,其特征在于,所述宽度沿着所述指套的纵长延伸方向在向所述容纳式的方向梯阶式的缩小。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的借指套把持外物的构造装置,其中,在所述指套在 所述基座的投影处有一个与所述指套对应的孔口,其特征在于,所述的孔口具有两段或两段以上的宽度而此宽度在向所述容纳式的方向梯阶式的缩小。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的借指套把持外物的构造装置,还包含有设于所述基座而可置入所述指套的指套容纳室,其中,所述指套外表面设有施力区,所述施力区表面具有可产生较大摩擦力或阻挡力的凸起物而于将所述指套插入所述指套容纳室或将所述指套从所述指套容纳室拉出时藉所述施力区便于施力,其特征在于,当所述指套完成置入所述指套容纳室之操作时,所述施力区之位置仍在所述指套容纳室外。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的借指套把持外物的构造装置,其特征在于,所述凸起物上具有横向凸起物而于将所述指套插入所述指套容纳室或将所述指套从所述指套容纳室拉出时可勾住或绊住施力的手指而便于施力。
