  1.  航空券及び宿泊施設を予約したユーザの生体情報、個人情報、フライト情報、及び宿泊情報を対応付けた登録情報を登録する登録手段と、
     前記登録情報に基づいて、前記ユーザの到着空港における送迎車両を配車するための配車情報を生成する配車情報生成手段と、
     出発空港において前記ユーザが手荷物を預ける際にスキャンされた前記ユーザの生体情報を取得する取得手段と、
     取得された前記ユーザの生体情報について、前記登録情報を用いて、生体認証を制御する生体認証制御手段と、
     前記生体認証に成功した場合、前記手荷物が前記ユーザの手荷物であることを識別するための手荷物情報を生成する手荷物情報生成手段と、
     前記手荷物情報と、前記配車情報とに基づいて、前記手荷物を前記送迎車両に積載するための情報を提供する情報提供手段と、を備える、
