As shown in the figures, the present technology comprises a modular and configurable folding tricycle, with hybrid electric and/or human propulsion, independent, modular and configurable suspension with comfortable and safe driving, comprising: a folding chassis (1) composed by a proximal segment (1 ') and a distal segment (1 ”) tilting with respect to each other, comprising a front shock absorber (17) and a chassis hinge (19), to achieve the front independent suspension and the fold between the segments ( eleven "); a steering assembly located in the proximal segment (1') comprising a front fork (4) operatively connected to the proximal segment (1'); a handlebar (3) and a stabilizer bar (7) integrally connected to the front fork (4) and a steering wheel (5) connected for free rotation with respect to the fork; a seat (8) demonstrably connected to the distal segment (1”), to obtain forward and backward driving; a support base (2, 2', 2”, 2”') located in the distal segment (1”); a main shaft or torsion bar (26) that is operatively joined to the support base (2, 2', 2”, 2”') through one of several holes available in the lower part of the support base (30) that allow the free rotation of said main axis or torsion bar (26) and thereby change the configuration of the tricycle; a torsion bar (7) that is operatively joined to the support base (2, 2', 2", 2"') a left frame (12) and a right frame (22) are operatively joined to the main axis (26) and jointly with the torsion bar (7) to give it stability; where: to the left frame (12) a left rear shock absorber (13) is operatively coupled; a left electric motor (14) and a left power transmission means (11) for rotating a left drive wheel (10); a right rear shock absorber (16) is operatively coupled to the right frame (22); a right electric motor (14'); a right power transmission means (21) for rotating a right drive wheel (20); an electronic motor control device (18) that commands the rotation of the left electric motor (14) and the right electric motor (14'), achieving traction control of the tricycle and a battery powering the plurality of motors and the electrical control device of the tricycle.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Un triciclo plegable, modular y configurable con propulsión híbrida entre eléctrica y/o humana, suspensión independiente, con conducción cómoda y segura, CARACTERIZADO porque comprende los siguientes módulos: un chasis plegable (1) compuesto por un segmento proximal (1 ’) y un segmento distal (1 ”) basculantes entre sí, que comprende un amortiguador delantero (17) y una bisagra del chasis (19), para logra la suspensión independiente delantera y el pliegue entre los segmentos (T, 1 ”); un conjunto dirección ubicado en segmento proximal (T) que comprende una horquilla delantera (4) conectada operativamente con el segmento proximal (T); un manubrio (3) conectados solidariamente con la horquilla delantera (4) y una rueda de dirección (5) conectada para el giro libre respecto de la horquilla (4); un asiento (8) conectado demostrablemente al segmento distal (1 ”), para obtener una conducción hacia delante y hacia atrás; una base soporte (2, 2’, 2”, 2”’) ubicada en el segmento distal (1 ”); un eje principal (26) que se une operativamente con la base soporte (2, 2’, 2”, 2”’) a través de un orificio de varios disponibles en inferior de la base soporte (30) que permiten el giro libre de dicho eje principal (26); una barra torción (7) que se une operativamente con la base soporte (2, 2’, 2”, 2”’) un marco izquierdo (12) y un marco derecho (22) se unen operativamente al eje principal (26) y solidariamente a la barra de torción (7) para darle estabilidad; en donde: al marco izquierdo (12) se le acoplan operativamente un amortiguador trasero izquierdo (13); un motor eléctrico izquierdo (14) y un medio de transmisión de fuerza izquierdo (1 1) para hacer girar una rueda de tracción izquierda (10); al marco derecho (22) se le acoplan operativamente un amortiguador trasero derecho (16); un motor eléctrico derecho (14’); un medio de transmisión de fuerza derecho (21) para hacer girar una rueda de tracción derecha (20); un dispositivo electrónico de control de los motores (18) que comandan el giro del motor eléctrico izquierdo (14) y del motor eléctrico derecho (14’) logrando el control de tracción del triciclo; y una batería que alimenta la pluralidad de motores y el dispositivo de eléctrico de control del triciclo. 1.- A folding, modular and configurable tricycle with hybrid electric and/or human propulsion, independent suspension, with comfortable and safe driving, CHARACTERIZED because it comprises the following modules: a folding chassis (1) composed of a proximal segment (1 ' ) and a distal segment (1 ”) tilting together, comprising a front shock absorber (17) and a chassis hinge (19), to achieve the front independent suspension and the fold between the segments (T, 1 ”); a steering assembly located in the proximal segment (T) comprising a front fork (4) operatively connected to the proximal segment (T); a handlebar (3) integrally connected to the front fork (4) and a steering wheel (5) connected for free rotation with respect to the fork (4); a seat (8) demonstrably connected to the distal segment (1”), to obtain forward and backward driving; a support base (2, 2', 2”, 2”') located in the distal segment (1”); a main axis (26) that is operatively joined to the support base (2, 2', 2", 2"') through one of several holes available at the bottom of the support base (30) that allow the free rotation of said main axis (26); a torsion bar (7) that is operatively joined to the support base (2, 2', 2", 2"') a left frame (12) and a right frame (22) are operatively joined to the main axis (26) and jointly with the torsion bar (7) to give it stability; where: to the left frame (12) a left rear shock absorber (13) is operatively coupled; a left electric motor (14) and a left power transmission means (1 1) for rotating a left drive wheel (10); a right rear shock absorber (16) is operatively coupled to the right frame (22); a right electric motor (14'); a right power transmission means (21) for rotating a right drive wheel (20); an electronic motor control device (18) that commands the rotation of the left electric motor (14) and the right electric motor (14') achieving traction control of the tricycle; and a battery that powers the plurality of motors and the electric control device of the tricycle.
