步骤101,确定目标对象的百科内容中的待检验内容,根据待检验内容生成目标对象相关的至少一个问题。
其中,目标对象可以为实体,例如为人物、动物、事件、地理名词等类型,目标对象的百科内容能够提供与目标对象相关的内容。为了提升百科内容的准确性,首先对待检验内容生成与目标对象相关的至少一个问题。需要说明的是,可以根据具体应用需要采用不同方式确定目标对象百科内容中的待检验内容,举例说明如下:
在一个实施例中,待检验内容是根据用户消费数据匹配生成的,具体包括:基于用户的授权,获取用户消费数据,其中,用户消费数据可以包括用户的搜索数据和/或下载数据等,将用户消费数据与目标对象的百科内容进行匹配处理,进而将匹配成功的内容作为待检验内容,根据待检验内容生成目 标对象相关的至少一个问题。举例说明如下:假设目标对象为人物“小Y”,若用户通过搜索引擎搜索“小Y”,两者匹配成功,确定待检测内容为“小Y”,生成与小Y相关的问题。
在另一个实施例中,待检验内容是将目标对象百科内容与其他参考信息进行比较确定的,具体包括:获取目标对象的百科内容中的属性以及对应描述的第一内容,如果在百科内容中或者其他参考信息中检测存在与第一内容描述矛盾的第二内容,则将百科内容中的属性以及对应描述的第一内容确定为待检验内容,根据待检验内容生成目标对象相关的至少一个问题。其中,属性包括与目标对象相关的各种特征信息,第一内容包括描述该特征信息的内容,举例说明如下:若目标对象为人物“小Y”,属性为“年龄”,对应的第一内容为“16岁”,在新闻报道中,小Y的年龄为18岁,可以将“年龄”和“16岁”作为待检验内容,生成的问题可以为“小Y的年龄为16岁吗?”。
在另一个实施例中,待检验内容是根据百科内容对应的目标内容和/或内容属性是否满足预设的信息完整条件确定的,具体包括:检测目标对象的百科内容对应的目录内容和/或内容属性是否满足预设的信息完整条件,如果不满足信息完整条件,则将缺失的内容确定为待检验内容,根据待检验内容生成目标对象相关的至少一个问题。其中,目录内容为该目标对象在对应的目录下的详细介绍,内容属性为对目标内容的进一步划分,举例说明如下:若目标对象为人物“小Y”,且预设的信息完整条件为人物经历目录内容和获奖记录目录内容都完整,假设人物经历目录内容存在空缺,则待检测内容为人物经历目录内容,生成与小Y的人物经历相关的内容。
在另一个实施例中,待检测内容是根据目标对象的对象类型和/或百科内容的目录类型确定的,具体包括:判断目标对象的对象类型和/或百科内容的目录类型是否为预设的检测类型,如果为检测类型,则将与对象类型和/或目录类型关联的百科内容确定为对象中的待检验内容,根据待检验内容生成目标对象相关的至少一个问题。其中,对象类型能够表示该目标对象所属类型,例如:人物、地理名词、事件等;目录类型能够表示目标对象的目录所属类型,例如:人物目录类型、地理名词目录类型、事件目录类型等。举例说明如下:假设目标对象为人物“小Y”,“小Y”的对象类型为满足预设检测类 型的人物类型,因而确定“小Y”的百科内容为待检验内容,进而生成与小Y的百科内容相关的问题。
进一步地,在另一个实施例中,在根据待检验内容生成目标对象相关的至少一个问题之后,如果检测到问题中存在目标对象的对象名称,为了消除文字相同但是含义不同的对象名称所造成的歧义,生成与对象名称对应的链接,其中,该链接关联对象名称在百科内容中的摘要信息。
当用户在用户终端触发问题中的提示控件,用户终端响应于该操作,向服务器发送包含对象名称的解析请求。进而,在接收到该解析请求时,根据链接获取与对象名称对应的百科内容中的摘要信息,并将摘要信息发送给用户终端,从而使用户根据该摘要信息明确该对象名称所指的目标对象。
举例说明,若目标对象的对象名称为“小Y”,存在姓名为小Y的一位物理学家和一位文学家,若问题为“小Y的生日为?”,其中该问题中的小Y指代的是文学家,则生成与文学家小Y对应的链接,该链接关联的内容可以为文学家小Y的简介。
步骤102,根据至少一个问题生成对应的信息任务,将信息任务发送给多个用户终端。
可以理解地,一个问题能够生成对应的信息任务,在本实施例中,多个问题之间可能存在关联,为了提高信息处理的效率,可以根据相关联的多个问题生成一个信息任务,从而一次能够对多个关联问题进行判断,减少了判断次数,示例说明如下:
一种可选的实施方式中,从同一对象中获取满足内容关联的多个问题,生成包含多个问题的信息任务。在本实施例中,关联的多个问题是指该多个问题的相关性较高。一种可选的实施方式中,可以使用神经网络模型对同一对象的多个问题进行语义匹配,确定匹配成功的多个问题内容关联,进而生成包含多个问题的一个任务信息。举例如下:假设对象的对象名称为“a城市”,使用神经网络模型内容匹配成功的两个问题为“南区为a城市的市辖区吗?”和“北区为a城市的市辖区吗?”生成的包含量两个问题的任务信息为“南区和北区都为a城市的市辖区吗?”。
另一种可选的实施方式中,从多个对象中获取满足内容关联的多个问题,生成包含多个问题的信息任务。一种可选的实施方式中,可以使用神经网络 模型对多个对象的多个问题进行语义匹配,确定匹配成功的多个问题内容关联,进而生成包含多个问题的一个任务信息。举例如下:假设第一对象的对象名称为“a城市”,第二对象的目标名称为“b城市”,使用神经网络模型内容匹配成功的两个问题为“a城市位于C国的北方地区吗?”和“b城市位于C国的北方地区吗?”生成的包含量两个问题的任务信息为“a城市和b城市都位于C国的北方地区吗?”。
需要说明的是,本实施例中可以根据待检验内容或应用场景等确定对应的任务信息的类型,示例说明如下:
若待检验内容是根据用户消费数据匹配生成的,信息任务可以为选择项类型。其中,选择项类型的信息任务中包括题干和多个选择项,用户需要从多个选择项中选出最符合题干的一个或多个选择项。例如:参见图2a,问题为“a城市位于C国的哪个地区?”,选择项类型的任务信息中题干为“a城市位于C国的哪个地区?”,选择项为“A.西方B.北方C.南方”
若待检验内容是将目标对象百科内容与其他参考信息进行比较确定的,信息任务可以为选择项类型的信息任务,或者判断类型的信息任务。其中,判断类型的任务信息中包括题干和判断选项,用户需要从判断选项中选出用户认为最符合事实的一个选项。判断选项可以为“是”和“否”,也可以为属性对应的第一内容和第二内容。例如,参见图2b,问题为“a城市的人口数量为?”,该问题对应判断类型的信息任务如图2b所示,该信息任务的题干为“a城市的人口数量是50万么?”,判断选项为“是”和“不是”。
若待检验内容是根据百科内容对应的目标内容和/或内容属性是否满足预设的信息完整条件确定的,信息任务可以为填空类型的信息任务。其中,填空类型的信息任务中包括题干和空白内容,空白内容可以与不满足预设的信息完整条件的内容相对应。例如,参见图2c,问题为“a城市的行政区划包括?”,图2c中,使用括号表示填空,则根据该问题生成的填空类型的信息任务为“a城市的行政区划包括()。”
若待检测内容是根据目标对象的对象类型和/或百科内容的目录类型确定的,信息任务可以为判断类型的信息任务。举例而言,假设目标对象为“a城市”,目标对象的对象类型与预设的检测类型相同为地理名词,将“a城市” 对应的百科内容确定为待检验内容,根据“a城市”的百科内容生成至少一个问题,并根据该至少一个问题生成判断类型的信息任务。
在确定信息任务之后,可以将该信息任务发送给多个用户终端,该用户终端包括但不限于:移动终端设备、台式电脑中的任一或多个,该用户终端的确定方式有多种,例如,可以是预先设定的,也可以是通过与目标对象的对象类型进行匹配确定的,本实施例不作限制。
一种可选的实施方式中,可以优先分发对应的问题未被反馈的时间最长的信息任务,若多个信息任务对应的问题未被反馈的时间相同,可以按照随机顺序分发该多个信息任务,若多个信息任务对应的问题未被判断过,也可以按照随机顺序分配该多个未被判断过的信息任务。
步骤103,接收多个用户终端发送的对信息任务处理后生成的多个反馈结果,基于多个反馈结果确定每个问题的目标答案。
多个用户终端可以针对发送的信息任务进行处理,例如:针对选择项类型的信息任务进行选择处理,针对判断类型的信息任务进行判断处理,针对填空类型的信息任务进行填空处理,并且根据多个用户终端的处理结果生成对应的多个反馈结果。
进而,在本方法中,接收多个用户终端发送的反馈结果,该多个反馈结果可能是不相同的,因而需要基于该多个反馈结果确定每个问题的目标答案,该目标答案的确定方法有多种,可以根据问题难易程度等进行设计和选择,示例说明如下:
一种可选的实施方式中,若信息任务对应的多个反馈结果中数目最多的反馈结果为一个,可以将该反馈结果确定为该问题的目标答案;若信息任务对应的多个反馈结果中数目最多的反馈结果为多个,可以将该信息任务再次发送给其他的用户终端进行处理。
另一种可选的实施方式中,任务信息包括两个候选答案,分别为第一候选答案和第二候选答案,设置预设门限值判断当前的反馈结果的数量能否支持确定目标答案,具体包括:
步骤a,如果反馈结果的数量大于等于预设门限值,则根据反馈结果的时间,获取达到门限值的多个目标反馈结果。
如果反馈结果的数量大于等于预设门限值,说明当前的反馈结果的数量支持基于该反馈结果确定目标答案,可选地,该预设门限值可以与信息任务的分发数量相关,例如:预设门限值可以为对应的信息任务分发数量的一半,信息任务分发给了10个用户终端,预设门限值可以为5;该预设门限值还可以与对应信息任务的分发数量无关。一种可选的实施方式中,若反馈结果数量等于预设门限值,由于当前的反馈结果数量已经足够判断目标答案,则不再下发该信息任务,并且为了避免一个用户对同一信息任务进行多次处理,在用户对该信息任务进行处理或跳过该信息任务之后,相同的信息任务不会再分发给该用户。
在本实施例中,门限值用于过滤掉用户思考时间较短的反馈结果,同时提高目标答案的准确性,进而,根据反馈结果的时间,获取达到门限值的多个目标反馈结果。其中,该门限值可以根据信息任务的难易程度、信息任务的文字数目等进行调整,
步骤b,从多个目标反馈结果中确定选择第一候选答案的第一数量,以及选择第二候选答案的第二数量。
步骤c,如果第一数量大于第二数量,则确定第一候选答案为对应问题的目标答案。
步骤d,如果第一数量小于第二数量,则确定第二候选答案为对应问题的目标答案。
步骤e,如果第一数量等于所述第二数量,则调整门限值,根据调整后的门限值重新确定对应问题的目标答案。
在本应用场景中,对多个信息任务对应的目标反馈结果进行解析,从而确定选择第一候选答案的第一数量,以及选择第二候选答案的第二数量。将第一数量和第二数量进行比较,如果第一数量大于第二数量,则确定第一候选答案为对应问题的目标答案;如果第一数量小于第二数量,则确定第二候选答案为对应问题的目标答案。
举例说明,如果第一候选答案为“是”,第二候选答案为“否”,确定选择“是”的第一数量为5,选择“否”的第二数量为2,5大于2,则确定问题的目标答案为“是”;类似的,如果选择“是”的第一数量为2,选择“否”的第二数量为5,2小于5,则确定问题的目标答案为“否”。
如果第一数量等于第二数量,可以调整门限值,进而根据调整后的门限值重新确定对应问题的目标答案。
举例说明,若第一反馈结果为“是”,第一反馈结果的时间为10秒;第二反馈结果为“是”,第二反馈结果的时间为8秒;第三反馈结果为“否”,第三反馈结果的时间为5秒;第四反馈结果为“否”,第四反馈结果的时间为9秒,调整前的门限值为4秒,四个反馈结果均达到了该门限值,四个反馈结果均为目标反馈结果,且第一数量2等于第二数量2,则调整门限值,调整后的门限值为6秒,第三反馈结果的时间为5秒,没有达到调整后的门限值,因而该第三反馈结果不是目标反馈结果,进而第一数量为2,第二数量为1,2大于1,“是”为目标答案。
步骤104,按照目标答案对待检验内容进行更新。
在本公开一些实施例中,当目标答案与待检验内容一致时,无需对目标信息进行修正处理;当目标答案与待检验内容不一致时,需要按照目标答案对待检验内容进行更新,该更新方法可以根据应用场景进行选择,本实施例不做限制,包括但不限于以下三种:
方法一,如果目标答案提示待检验内容有错误,可以根据目标答案对待检验内容进行修正处理。例如:待检验内容中a城市属于C国的南方地区,目标答案中a城市属于C国的北方地区,可以将待检验内容中南方地区改为北方地区。
方法二,如果目标答案能够补充待检验内容,可以根据目标答案对待检测内容进行补充。例如:待检测内容中a城市的人口数量信息存在空缺,目标答案中a城市的人口数量为60万,可以将待检测内容中a城市的人口数量信息补充为60万。
方法三,如果目标答案提示待检验内容有错误,可以使用人工对待检验内容进行审核。
综上,本公开实施例的信息处理方法,根据待检验内容生成目标对象相关的至少一个问题,生成该问题对应的信息任务,将信息任务发送给多个用户终端,接收多个用户终端发送的对信息任务处理生成的多个反馈结果,基于该多个反馈结果确定每个问题的目标答案,按照目标答案对待检验内容进行更新。从而减少了对百科内容进行审核所需要的知识,降低了用户对百科 内容进行审核的门槛和难度,让更多的用户可以对百科内容进行判断,从而增加了发现待检验内容问题的可能性,也确保了审核的准确性以及待检测内容的时效性,提高了审核的工作效率。同时,也降低了对百科内容进行审核所需的成本。
图3为本公开实施例所提供的另一种信息处理方法的流程示意图,如图3所示,该方法中,根据待检验内容的信息类别生成与目标对象相关的至少一个问题包括以下步骤:
步骤301,确定待检验内容在百科内容中所属的信息类别。
在本实施例中,百科内容是由多个信息类别的内容组成的,该信息类别包括:
摘要信息类型,该类型的内容用于概括性描述目标对象。
基本信息类型,该类型的内容通常是由属性及其对应的属性值组成的,能够从不同的维度描述该目标对象的特征,例如:目标对象为“a城市”,基本信息类型的内容包括:属性“地理位置”对应属性值“北方地区”,属性“行政区数量”对应“16个”等。

根据摘要信息类型的内容生成的问题中可以包括摘要附图,以及与该摘要附图和目标对象的对象名称相关的疑问句。参见图4a,若目标对象为的对象名称为“a城市”,待检验内容为摘要附图,则在生成的问题中,包括该摘要附图和“下方图片是a城市吗?”
在另一些应用场景中,待检验内容属于基本信息类型,则获取待检验内容在基本信息中对应的属性和属性值,根据目标对象的对象名称、属性和属性值生成目标对象相关的至少一个问题。
在本实施例中,为了确定目标对象中属性及其对应的属性值是否正确,获取待检验内容在基本信息中对应的属性和属性值,根据目标对象的对象名称、属性和属性值生成目标对象相关的至少一个问题。
在本申请一些实施例中,生成的问题可以为“对象名称”的“属性”是否为“属性值”,参见图4b,若目标对象的对象名称为“a城市”,待检验内容为“辖区数目16”,则生成的问题可以为“a城市的辖区数目是否为16?”。
在另一些应用场景中,待检验内容属于正文信息类型,则解析与待检验内容关联的正文片段的语义和标点,根据与待检验内容关联的正文片段的语义和标点生成目标对象相关的至少一个问题。
正文信息类型内容通常由多句组成,为了降低判断每个问题所需要的知识量,若待检验内容属于百科内容中的正文信息类型,可以根据语义和标点对与该待检验内容关联的正文片段进行划分,从而生成至少一个问题。
一种可选的实施方式中,可以通过神经网络模型,解析与待检验内容关联的正文片段的语义和标点,根据与待检验内容关联的正文片段的语义和标点生成目标对象相关的至少一个问题。参见图4c,假设与待检验内容关联的正文片段“a城市共辖16个市辖区。a城市的气候属于半湿润半干旱季风气候。”,使用神经网络模型解析该正文片段,生成的两个问题分别为:第一问题“a城市共辖16个市辖区吗?”和第二问题“a城市的气候属于半湿润半干旱季风气候吗?”
综上,本公开实施例的信息处理方法,根据信息类别确定对待检测内容的处理策略,生成至少一个问题。从而基于问题的生成策略,可以高效的生成问题,并且不同信息类别存在对应的处理策略,使用户可以较好的理解该问题。
图5为本公开实施例提供的又一种信息处理方法的流程示意图,如图5所示,该方法中,根据用户的问题类型以及目标对象的对象类型确定目标用户终端包括以下步骤:
步骤501,根据至少一个问题生成对应的信息任务。
本实施例中,根据至少一个问题生成对应的信息任务的方法与上述实施例中类似,此处不再赘述。
步骤502,确定信息任务中每个问题所属目标对象的对象类型。
步骤503,根据与用户匹配的问题类型确定与对象类型匹配的多个目标用户终端。
为了将问题分发给适合作答该问题的用户,从而提高目标答案的准确性以及作答效率,确定任务信息中每个问题所属目标对象的对象类型,将该对象类型与用户对应的问题类型进行匹配,若对象类型属于用户对应的问题类型,则该用户对应的用户终端为目标用户终端;若对象类型不属于用户对应的问题类型,则该用户对应的用户终端不为目标用户终端。
步骤504,将信息任务发送给多个目标用户终端。
进而,在本公开实施例中,在确定多个目标用户终端之后,将信息任务发送给多个目标用户终端。
综上,本公开实施例的信息处理方法,根据该至少一个问题生成信息任务,并且对信息任务中的每个问题所属对象的对象类型和用户的问题类型进行匹配,从而确定目标用户终端。本方法中,可以将问题对应的信息任务分发给擅长作答该类问题的用户,提升了信息任务作答的正确率和效率。
图6为本公开实施例提供的又一种信息处理方法的流程示意图。该方法可以由信息处理装置执行,其中该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在电子设备中。
如图6所示,该信息处理方法可以包括:
步骤601,检测用户当前的场景特征是否满足预设的信息任务处理条件。
在本实施例中,预设的信息任务处理条件用于判断当前场景中,用户是否适合对处理信息任务。具体的,包括以下场景中的至少一种:
场景一,检测用户在用户终端的消费数据与预设关键词匹配,则确定当前的场景特征满足预设的信息任务处理条件。
在本场景中,预设关键词用于确定用户在当前场景中是否能够进行信息任务的处理,该预设关键词包括但不限于:答题、闯关、百科问答中的任一个或多个。在获取用户许可的情况下,可以获取用户在用户终端的消费数据,并检测该消费数据与预设关键词是否匹配,该匹配可以为语义匹配也可以为字面匹配,若检测到消费数据与预设关键词匹配成功,则确定当前的场景特征满足预设的信息任务处理条件。
举例说明,假设预设关键词为:答题和百科问答,用户在用户终端通过搜索引擎搜索百科问答,字面匹配成功,确定当前的场景特征满足预设的信息任务处理条件。
场景二,接收用户作用于与信息任务关联的应用程序的触发操作,则确定当前的场景特征满足预设的信息任务处理条件。
在本应用场景中,应用程序包括:手机应用程序、电脑应用程序、手机小程序等。该应用程序能够实现信息任务的处理,该应用程序与信息任务关联,若用户触发该应用程序,接收用户的触发操作,确定当前的场景特征满足预设的信息任务处理条件。
场景三,接收用户作用于预设的信息任务链接入口的触发操作,则确定当前的场景特征满足预设的信息任务处理条件。
在本应用场景中,可以通过链接入口进入该任务信息的处理界面,若用户触发预设的信息任务链接入口,接收用户作用于该链接入口的触发操作,确定当前的场景特征满足预设的信息任务处理条件。
步骤602,响应于满足信息任务处理条件在用户终端显示信息任务,其中,信息任务关联的至少一个问题是根据目标对象的百科内容中的待检验的内容生成的。
在本实施例中,若用户当前的场景特征满足信息任务处理条件,在用户终端显示信息任务,其中,信息任务中包括一个或多个问题,该问题是根据目标对象的百科内容中的待检验的内容生成的。以下述示例说明一个任务信息中可以包括多个问题:若目标对象为“a城市”,该目标对象的的两个问题分别为:“a城市的辖区数目是()。”和“a城市的气候是()。”根据该问题 生成并显示在用户终端的信息任务可以为:“a城市的辖区数目是(),a城市的电话区号是()。”
可选地,还可以在对象名称的预设区域生成提示控件,以提示用户该对象名称的含义,如图7所示,具体包括:

在本实施例中,在用户终端显示的任务信息关联的至少一个问题中,可能包含目标对象的对象名称,由于目标对象的对象名称可能有多个含义,例如:a城市可以表示城市名、也可以表示歌曲名,为了确定该对象名称指代的含义,在对象名称对应的预设区域内生成提示控件。
本实施例中,预设区域的位置以及该预设区域内提示控件的样式,可以根据应用场景进行选择,本实施例对不作限制,例如以下两种表现形式:
表现形式1,如图8a所示,图8a为本公开实施例提供的一种提示控件的示意图,当预设区域位于对象名称区域的周围时,提示控件的表现形式可以为:问号形式。
表现形式2,如图8b所示,图8b为本公开实施例提供的另一种提示控件的示意图,当预设区域位于对象名称区域内时,提示控件的表现形式可以为:词条名称的字体和/或颜色变换。
步骤702,响应于用户对提示控件的触发操作,显示与对象名称对应的目标对象的百科内容中的摘要信息,以使用户根据摘要信息对问题进行处理。
用户可以对该提示控件进行触发操作,响应于该触发操作,将该对象名称对应的目标对象的百科内容中的摘要信息显示给用户,以使用户根据该摘要信息确定对象名称的具体含义,从而对问题进行处理。
如图8c所示,若用户触控a城市,则显示a城市的百科内容中的摘要信息:“a城市为C国的重要城市之一,拥有悠久的历史。”。
步骤703,接收用户对信息任务处理后生成的反馈结果,并将反馈结果发送给服务器,以使服务器根据多个用户终端发送的多个反馈结果确定每个问题的目标答案,并根据目标答案对待检验内容进行更新。
在用户终端显示信息任务,用户在用户终端上对信息任务进行处理,用户终端接收用户对信息任务处理后生成的反馈结果,并将该反馈结果发送给 服务器,服务器能够根据多个用户终端发送的多个反馈结果确定每个问题的目标答案,并根据目标答案对待检验内容进行更新,其中服务器对多个反馈结果的处理过程详见前述实施例。
综上,本公开实施例的信息处理方法,若当前场景特征是否满足预设的信息任务处理条件,在用户终端显示信息任务,避免在用户不便于信息处理时显示信息任务,从而提升了用户的体验感,同时基于该场景特征能够便于用户找到进行信息任务处理的入口。
基于上述实施例,还可以对用户进行奖励,可选地,还可以包括步骤901-903。为了更清楚地说明该方法,可以通过图9具体说明,图9为本公开实施例提供的又一种信息处理方法的流程示意图,具体包括:

举例说明,如图10所示,目标区域可以为用户终端显示界面的右上部分,奖励数据为600金币,奖励标识为用于突出奖励数据的背景标识。可选地,该目标区域中还可以显示答题成功的数目,使得用户对自身的答题情况以及 获得奖励情况有量化的认识,从而可以提升用户的答题积极性,提升信息处理的效率。
一种可选的实施方式中,对用户进行奖励方法时,可以取反馈结果与目标答案一致,且按照作答的时间排序位于前N个用户作为成功用户(其中N为正整数,N的取值可以与上述实施例中的预设门限值相同),并对成功用户进行奖励。若反馈结果的数量大于N时,由于反馈结果的时间靠后,反馈结果没有被采纳为目标反馈结果的用户,但是当该用户的反馈结果与目标答案一致时,该用户也可以作为成功用户。并且,若用户超过预设时间阈值没有对该信息任务进行处理,或者用户点击如图10所示的“换个题”时,可以将当前信息任务分发给其他用户。可选地,为了提高确定目标答案时反馈结果的使用率,当反馈结果的数量等于N时,可以不再分发该任务信息。
综上,本公开实施例的信息处理方法,在目标区域显示奖励内容,可以提升用户的答题积极性,提升信息处理的效率。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定目标对象的百科内容中的待检验内容,根据所述待检验内容生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题;
    根据所述至少一个问题生成对应的信息任务,将所述信息任务发送给多个用户终端;
    接收所述多个用户终端发送的对所述信息任务处理后生成的多个反馈结果,基于所述多个反馈结果确定每个所述问题的目标答案;
    按照所述目标答案对所述待检验内容进行更新。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定目标对象的百科内容中的待检验内容,根据所述待检验内容生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题,根据所述至少一个问题生成对应的信息任务,包括以下情况中的至少一种:
    获取用户消费数据,将所述用户消费数据与所述目标对象的百科内容进行匹配,将匹配成功的内容作为所述待检验内容,根据所述待检验内容生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题,并根据所述至少一个问题生成选择项类型的信息任务;
    获取所述目标对象的百科内容中的属性以及对应描述的第一内容,如果在所述百科内容中或者其他参考信息中检测存在与所述第一内容描述矛盾的第二内容,则将所述百科内容中的属性以及对应描述的第一内容确定为待检验内容,根据所述待检验内容生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题,并根据所述至少一个问题生成选择项类型的信息任务,或者判断类型的信息任务;
    检测所述目标对象的百科内容对应的目录内容和/或内容属性是否满足预设的信息完整条件,如果不满足所述信息完整条件,则将缺失的内容确定为所述待检验内容,根据所述待检验内容生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题,并根据所述至少一个问题生成填空类型的信息任务;
    判断所述目标对象的对象类型和/或所述百科内容的目录类型是否为预设的检测类型,如果为所述检测类型,则将与所述对象类型和/或所述目录类型关联的百科内容确定为所述对象中的待检验内容,根据所述待检验 内容生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题,并根据所述至少一个问题生成判断类型的信息任务。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述待检验内容生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题,包括:
    确定所述待检验内容在所述百科内容中所属的信息类别;
    根据所述信息类别对应的处理策略,生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述信息类别的处理策略生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题,包括:
    确定所述待检验内容属于所述百科内容中的摘要信息类型,则根据所述摘要附图和所述目标对象的对象名称生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题;
    确定所述待检验内容属于所述百科内容中的基本信息类型,则获取所述待检验内容在所述基本信息中对应的属性和属性值,根据所述目标对象的对象名称、所述属性和所述属性值生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题;
    确定所述待检验内容属于所述百科内容中的正文信息类型,则解析与所述待检验内容关联的正文片段的语义和标点,根据与所述待检验内容关联的正文片段的语义和标点生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述至少一个问题生成对应的信息任务,包括:
    从同一对象中获取满足内容关联的多个问题,生成包含所述多个问题的信息任务;或者,
    从多个对象中获取满足对象关联的多个问题,生成包含所述多个问题的信息任务。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果检测到所述问题中存在所述目标对象的对象名称,则生成与所述对象名称对应的链接,其中,所述链接关联所述对象名称对应的百科内容中的摘要信息;
    在接收到用户终端发送的包含所述对象名称的解析请求时,根据所述链接获取与所述对象名称对应的百科内容中的摘要信息,并将所述摘要信息发送给所述用户终端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述信息任务发送给多个用户终端,包括:
    确定所述信息任务中每个问题所属目标对象的对象类型;
    根据与用户匹配的问题类型确定与所述对象类型匹配的多个目标用户终端;
    将所述信息任务发送给所述多个目标用户终端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述多个反馈结果确定每个所述问题的目标答案,包括:
    如果所述反馈结果的数量大于等于预设门限值,则根据所述反馈结果的时间,获取达到所述门限值的多个目标反馈结果;
    从所述多个目标反馈结果中确定选择第一候选答案的第一数量,以及选择第二候选答案的第二数量;
    如果所述第一数量大于所述第二数量,则确定所述第一候选答案为对应所述问题的目标答案;
    如果所述第一数量小于所述第二数量,则确定所述第二候选答案为对应所述问题的目标答案;
    如果所述第一数量等于所述第二数量,则调整所述门限值,根据调整后的门限值重新确定对应所述问题的目标答案。
  9. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测用户当前的场景特征是否满足预设的信息任务处理条件;
    响应于满足所述信息任务处理条件在用户终端显示信息任务,其中,所述信息任务关联的至少一个问题是根据目标对象的百科内容中的待检验的内容生成的;
    接收所述用户对所述信息任务处理后生成的反馈结果,并将所述反馈结果发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据多个用户终端发送的多个反馈结果确定每个所述问题的目标答案,并根据所述目标答案对所述待检验内容进行更新。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测用户当前的场景特征是否满足预设的信息任务处理条件,包括以下情况中的至少一种:
    检测用户在所述用户终端的消费数据与预设关键词匹配,则确定当前的场景特征满足预设的信息任务处理条件;
    接收用户作用于与所述信息任务关联的应用程序的触发操作,则确定当前的场景特征满足预设的信息任务处理条件;
    接收用户作用于预设的信息任务链接入口的触发操作,则确定当前的场景特征满足预设的信息任务处理条件。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所显示的所述信息任务关联的至少一个问题包含目标对象的对象名称,在所述对象名称对应的预设区域内生成提示控件;
    响应于所述用户对所述提示控件的触发操作,显示与所述对象名称对应的所述目标对象的百科内容中的摘要信息,以使所述用户根据所述摘要信息对所述问题进行处理。
  12. 根据权利要求9-11任一所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述服务器发送的奖励消息;
    解析所述奖励消息获取奖励数据,和/或,奖励标识;
    根据所述奖励数据,和/或,奖励标识在预设的目标区域显示奖励内容。
  13. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一生成模块,用于确定目标对象的百科内容中的待检验内容,根据所述待检验内容生成所述目标对象相关的至少一个问题;
    第一发送模块,用于根据所述至少一个问题生成对应的信息任务,将所述信息任务发送给多个用户终端;
    第一确定模块,用于接收所述多个用户终端发送的对所述信息任务处理后生成的多个反馈结果,基于所述多个反馈结果确定每个所述问题的目标答案;
    第一更新模块,用于按照所述目标答案对所述待检验内容进行更新。
  14. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一检测模块,用于检测用户当前的场景特征是否满足预设的信息任务处理条件;
    第一显示模块,用于响应于满足所述信息任务处理条件在用户终端显示信息任务,其中,所述信息任务关联的至少一个问题是根据目标对象的百科内容中的待检验的内容生成的;
    第二发送模块,用于接收所述用户对所述信息任务处理后生成的反馈结果,并将所述反馈结果发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据多个用户终 端发送的多个反馈结果确定每个所述问题的目标答案,并根据所述目标答案对所述待检验内容进行更新。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    所述处理器,用于从所述存储器中读取所述可执行指令,并执行所述指令以实现上述权利要求1-8中任一所述的信息处理方法,或者,权利要求9-12中任一所述的信息处理方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行上述权利要求1-8中任一所述的信息处理方法,或者,权利要求9-12中任一所述的信息处理方法。
  17. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括计算机程序/指令,所述计算机程序/指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8中任一所述的信息处理方法,或者,权利要求9-12中任一所述的信息处理方法。
