用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机 技术领域
 本实用新型属于绝缘加热线管设备技术领域,涉及一种用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机。
背景技术
线管主要用作电缆附件被广泛应用于线缆中,根据线管制造材料的不同,线管主要有热缩内护套、外护套,以及绝缘加热线管等种类。
线管在生产完成时,通常需要对其进行收卷成盘处理,使用时通常将线管盘放置到开卷设备上,通过开卷设备上的收卷结构对线管进行收卷,开卷机收卷结构一般由两个收卷隔板组成,收卷隔板之间具有线管室,现有市面上收卷结构的两个收卷隔板通常都是固定的,无法调节两个收卷隔板之间的间距,致使需要调整收卷隔板时,将整个收卷结构进行置换,存在置换拆装周期长,拆装不方便等问题。
技术问题
 本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种线管室间距调节方便的用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机。
技术解决方案
 为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了下列技术方案:
一种用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机,包括驱动器以及连接于驱动器上的转动轴,其特征在于,所述的转动轴上设置有固定挡板与移动挡板,所述的固定挡板固连于转动轴上且设置于靠近驱动器一侧,所述的移动挡板套设于转动轴上可沿转动轴的长度方向进行移动,所述的移动挡板上设置有用于移动挡板调整后与转动。轴相固连的锁定组件,所述的移动挡板与固定挡板之间形成有间距可调的线管室。
在上述的用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机中,所述的转动轴上设置有径向凸起的限位台阶,所述固定挡板一端的侧部抵接于限位台阶上,所述固定挡板的另一侧通过螺栓与转动轴相固连。
在上述的用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机中,所述的固定挡板包括挡板本体以及设置于挡板本体上的抵接台阶与绕管台阶,所述的抵接台阶套接于转动轴上且设置于靠近驱动器一侧抵接于限位台阶上,所述的绕管台阶套接于转动轴上且设置于背离抵接台阶的一侧上。
在上述的用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机中,所述的抵接台阶与挡板本体之间设有连接段,所述抵接台阶、挡板本体与连接段形成有渗油间隙,所述的连接段上设置有若干径向贯穿连接段表面的油孔。
在上述的用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机中,所述的绕管台阶呈锥形,且绕管台阶直径小的一端朝向移动挡板。
在上述的用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机中,所述的锁定组件包括连接于移动挡板上的固定套,所述的固定套上设置有可相对固定套进行转动的锁定件,所述的锁定件上设置有可插入至转动轴内部的固定销。插接部与连接部,所述的固定销通过连接部转动连接于锁定件上。
在上述的用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机中,所述的插接部呈圆柱形,且插接部与插孔间隙配合。
有益效果
与现有的技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:
1、本实用新型的移动挡板套设于转动轴上可沿转动轴的长度方向进行移动,移动挡板调整后通过锁定组件与转动轴相固连的,具有方便调整的优点。
2、本实用新型中抵接台阶、挡板本体与连接段形成有渗油间隙,通过渗油间隙内的油孔添加润滑油,提高固定挡板与转轴之间的润滑性能。
3、本实用新型中绕管台阶呈锥形且绕管台阶直径小的一端朝向移动挡板,便于线管的收集。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步说明。
如图1至图4所示,一种用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机,包括驱动器1以及连接于驱动器1上的转动轴,转动轴上设置有固定挡板2与移动挡板3,固定挡板2固连于转动轴上且设置于靠近驱动器1一侧,移动挡板3套设于转动轴上可沿转动轴的长度方向进行移动,移动挡板3上设置有用于移动挡板3调整后与转动轴相固连的锁定组件4,移动挡板3与固定挡板2之间形成有间距可调的线管室5。
在本实施例中,转动轴上的固定挡板2、移动挡板3与转动轴相联动,转动轴由驱动器1驱动从而进行工作,驱动器1可为电机,在具体的使用场合中,移动挡板3相对转动轴进行移动,移动挡板3调整完成之后通过锁定组件4实现移动挡板3与转动轴的固定。
在本实施例中,转动轴上设置有径向凸起的限位台阶6,限位台阶6用于固定挡板2的移动限位,当固定挡板2一端的侧部抵接于限位台阶6上时,固定挡板2完成转动轴轴向上的限位,然后在固定挡板2的另一侧通过螺栓与转动轴相固连实现周向上的定位。
在本实施例中,固定挡板2包括挡板本体7以及设置于挡板本体7上的抵接台阶8与绕管台阶9,抵接台阶8套接于转动轴上且设置于靠近驱动器1一侧抵接于限位台阶6上,绕管台阶9套接于转动轴上且设置于背离抵接台阶8的一侧上。
抵接台阶8与挡板本体7之间设有连接段10,为了提高固定挡板2与转轴之间的润滑性能,抵接台阶8、挡板本体7与连接段10形成有渗油间隙,连接段10上设置有若干径向贯穿连接段10表面的油孔,通过油孔可以在将润滑油注入至固定挡板2与转动轴的间隙中。
作为优选,为了便于线管的收集,绕管台阶9呈锥形,且绕管台阶9直径小的一端朝向移动挡板3,移动挡板3上也可设置相对应的绕管台阶9。
在本实施例中,锁定组件4包括连接于移动挡板3上的固定套,固定套上设置有可相对固定套进行转动的锁定件,锁定件上设置有可插入至转动轴内部的固定销,转动轴上设置有若干与固定销相配合的插孔,若干插孔沿转动轴的长度方向均匀分布于转动轴上。
锁定件的两侧表面上设置有径向凸起的用于插入至固定套侧壁上的连接销,锁定件的底端与固定套之间设置有弹性件,弹性件设置于锁定件远离固定销一侧的端部上。
锁定件通过连接销分成左右两部,弹性件设置于锁定件的一部内,固定销设置于锁定件的另外一部内,当锁定件处于原始状态时,弹性件施加弹力于锁定件上,使得锁定件的该端部向远离转动轴的一侧翘起,而固定销一侧朝向转动轴一侧运动插入至插孔中实现转动轴与固定套的固定,当对锁定件具有弹性件的一侧进行挤压时,锁定件的该端部向靠近转动轴一侧凹陷,而固定销背向转动轴一侧运动脱离插孔,实现转动轴与固定套的脱离。
固定销包括插接部与连接部,固定销通过连接部转动连接于锁定件上。
插接部呈圆柱形,且插接部与插孔间隙配合。

  1. 一种用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机,包括驱动器(1)以及连接于驱动器(1)上的转动轴(21),其特征在于,所述的转动轴(21)上设置有固定挡板(2)与移动挡板(3),所述的固定挡板(2)固连于转动轴(21)上且设置于靠近驱动器(1)一侧,所述的移动挡板(3)套设于转动轴(21)上可沿转动轴(21)的长度方向进行移动,所述的移动挡板(3)上设置有用于移动挡板(3)调整后与转动轴(21)相固连的锁定组件(4),所述的移动挡板(3)与固定挡板(2)之间形成有间距可调的线管室(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机,其特征在于,所述的转动轴(21)上设置有径向凸起的限位台阶(6),所述固定挡板(2)一端的侧部抵接于限位台阶(6)上,所述固定挡板(2)的另一侧通过螺栓与转动轴(21)相固连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机,其特征在于,所述的固定挡板(2)包括挡板本体(7)以及设置于挡板本体(7)上的抵接台阶(8)与绕管台阶(9),所述的抵接台阶(8)套接于转动轴(21)上且设置于靠近驱动器(1)一侧抵接于限位台阶(6)上,所述的绕管台阶(9)套接于转动轴(21)上且设置于背离抵接台阶(8)的一侧上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于绝缘加热线管的开卷机,其特征在于,所述的抵接台阶(8)与挡板本体(7)之间设有连接段(10),所述抵接台阶(8)、挡板本体(7)与连接段(10)形成有渗油间隙(11),所述的连接段(10)上设置有若干径向贯穿连接段(10)表面的油孔(12)。
