Abstract

Procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur pour calculer des paiements de dommages causés par une maladie en raison d'une faute de propagateurs associés à une police d'assurance d'exemption d'isolement (IEIP). Sur la base d'une évaluation de dommages causés par une maladie attendus et de la faute partagée de victimes et de propagateurs de ne pas s'être isolés, des compagnies d'assurances s'accordent sur un procédé pour rassembler et stocker informatiquement des données épidémiologiques pour calculer des paiements versés au fonds de propagateurs et par celui-ci pour couvrir la part des dommages causés par une maladie subis par les victimes qui sont de la faute des propagateurs. Chaque fois qu'un emplacement subit une maladie infectieuse épidémique avec des contagions présymptomatiques significatives, et que des isolations obligatoires sont imposées à des individus asymptomatiques pour réduire la propagation, il pourrait être offert à ces individus une IEIP pour éviter ces isolations obligatoires. Le procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur peut être mis à jour dans le temps. La partie des préjudices causés par une maladie qui est de la faute de la victime est couverte par chaque assureur.
