现有的旋转剃毛器,例如剃须刀,通常其刀头都是通过具有一到两个剃须环的刀网配合旋转切刀组成切割单元安装到刀头架上,通常刀网的顶面是凸出刀头架一定高度的,以方便进毛。而对于一些大面积区域的剃毛时,通常是在刀头架上使用两个或多个切割单元,以提高剃毛效率。而由于安装和功能的需要,不同切割单元之间,是间隔开一定距离进行安装的,这就使得多个切割单元覆盖的区域中,在不同切割单元之间是存在切割盲区的,需要反反复复转动和移动剃毛器去达到全面切割覆盖的效果,这种类型的刀头,为了提高剃毛时的舒适性,部分设计会在两个不同切割单元之间设置部分按摩结构,达到按摩的效果,如授权公告号CN 201960587 U,名称为剃须刀头的实用新型专利,但是由于其空间位置的局限性,其只能在位于三个切割单元之间的中间区域设置按摩结构,使用时只有很小的区域才能按摩到皮肤,按摩结构不能随着切割单元的移动在切割后对切割区域进行按摩,而由于实际使用中是剃毛为主,所以在顾及剃毛的同时,其按摩的范围和效果非常有局限。
本实用新型就是基于这种情况作出的。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、剃刮面积大且按摩效果好的剃毛器圆刀刀头。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,包括刀头架,所述刀头架上设有刀网和能相对刀网旋转的动刀单元,所述刀网包括外环剃须轨道和内环剃须轨道,所述外环剃须轨道和内环剃须轨道上分别设有进毛槽,所述外环剃须轨道和内环剃须轨道之间设有露出在刀网顶部上的按摩环。
如上所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,所述按摩环上设有凸起的按摩结构,所述按摩结构包括橄榄形的凸台,所述凸台橄榄形的两个尖端分别朝向内外方向。
如上所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,所述按摩环上设有刷毛。
如上所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,所述外环剃须轨道有一个,所述内环剃须轨道有两个,外环剃须轨道和内环剃须轨道形成内外共三个剃须轨道供动刀单元的动刀在内旋转切割毛发。
如上所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,所述刀网上设有从上往下内凹的环形安装槽,所述按摩环固定在环形安装槽中。或者所述刀网包括相独立的外网和内网,所述外网为环形,并套在内网的外侧,所述外环剃须轨道设置在所述外网上,所述内环剃须轨道设置在内网上,所述外网和内网之间通过按摩环连接。
如上所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,当刀网上设有环形安装槽时, 所述按摩环通过胶水粘贴固定在环形安装槽中。或者所述环形安装槽的侧壁或底部上设有卡接孔,所述按摩环上设有能卡接在卡接孔中的卡扣。

本实用新型所要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种结构简单、剃刮面积大且按摩效果好的剃毛器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型一种剃毛器,包括如上所述的剃毛器圆刀刀头,以及手柄,所述刀网转动连接在刀头架上,所述手柄上设有能驱动动刀单元旋转的切割驱动装置,所述剃毛器圆刀刀头和手柄之间设有能驱动刀网往复转动的往复驱动装置。
如上所述的一种剃毛器,所述切割驱动装置包括连接动刀单元的接头和驱动接头转动的马达,所述往复驱动装置包括摆杆和减速齿轮组,所述减速齿轮组连接马达和摆杆并在二者之间传动以使摆杆转动,所述刀网侧壁上设有在摆杆转动靠向刀网时能供摆杆卡住并带着 刀网一起转动的阻挡结构,而当摆杆转动一定角度并远离刀网时,摆杆从阻挡结构上脱离,所述剃毛器圆刀刀头内设有能将刀网弹性复位的弹性件。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下优点:
1、该剃须刀头通过外环剃须轨道、内环剃须轨道和按摩环形成多环结构,具有较大的剃刮范围,单个刀网和动刀单元组成的切割单元就能够很好适用于一些大面积区域的剃毛,剃毛效率高。而刀网是圆形或者基本接近圆形结构的,在外环剃须轨道的内侧设置按摩环,刀网不管以哪个角度往前移动进行剃毛,外环剃须轨道初次剃毛后,内侧的按摩环都能随后对相关皮肤进行按摩,再到内环剃须轨道进行二次剃刮,有效避免连续剃刮带来的痛感,而在内环剃须轨道剃刮后,继续往前移动时,围在内环剃须轨道后侧的按摩环再次对皮肤进行按摩,形成二次按摩,因此,在移动该剃毛器圆刀刀头剃刮时能够有效的按摩。
2、外环剃须轨道有一个,间隔个按摩环后,紧接着有两个内环剃须轨道,形成内外共四环结构,具有较大的剃刮范围,由于刀网的剃刮范围比较大,所述刀头架上的刀网可以只有一个,通过一个即可替代多个小型单环或二环刀网的剃刮性能,满足剃刮范围较大区域毛发的需求,结构简单。
3、按摩环上具有凸起的按摩结构,特别是橄榄形的凸台,利于梳理毛发。
4、刀网能够相对刀头架转动一定的角度,则通过与手柄配合后, 在驱动动刀单元旋转切割的时,可以驱动刀网往复转动,实现刀网在一定范围内往复甩动的效果,从而利于被刀网遮住且位于进毛槽之外的毛发进入进毛槽,而且刀网带着按摩环转动时,能够提高按摩效果,同时当具有刷毛结构时,能够实现往复扫刷,提高清洁的效果。
5、本实用新型的外网和内网相独立,有利于增加刀网功能,通过独立的外网和内网连接而成,外网和内网能够分别加工制造,以便于扩充刀网的性能,提高旋转剃须刀切割单元的功能特性。
6、外网的内侧壁设有朝向中心的内翻边,所述内网的外侧壁设有朝向外侧的外翻边,所述内翻边和外翻边分别从按摩环的外侧和内侧卡在按摩环的底部上,所述按摩环的底部朝下设有卡在内翻边下方的外卡扣,以及卡在外翻边下方的内卡扣,结构简单,通过卡扣的方式卡接,组装方便。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:
如图1至图5所示的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,包括刀头架1,所述 刀头架1上设有刀网2和能相对刀网2旋转的动刀单元4,所述刀网2包括外环剃须轨道21和内环剃须轨道22,所述外环剃须轨道21和内环剃须轨道22上分别设有进毛槽,所述外环剃须轨道21和内环剃须轨道22之间设有露出在刀网2顶部上的按摩环3。该剃须刀头通过外环剃须轨道21、内环剃须轨道22和按摩环3形成多环结构,如图1所示实施例,所述外环剃须轨道21有一个,所述内环剃须轨道22有两个,外环剃须轨道21和内环剃须轨道22形成内外共三个剃须轨道供动刀单元的动刀在内旋转切割毛发,加上按摩环3,总共四环结构,具有较大的剃刮范围,单个刀网和动刀单元4组成的切割单元就能够很好适用于一些大面积区域的剃毛,剃毛效率高。
所述按摩环3上绕圆周方向设有多个凸起的按摩结构31,在移动该剃毛器圆刀刀头时能够利于按摩皮肤,所述按摩结构31包括橄榄形的凸台,所述凸台橄榄形的两个尖端分别朝向内外方向,利于梳理毛发。优选地,按摩环3的宽度接近外环剃须轨道21或内环剃须轨道22的宽度,且按摩结构31沿径向设置有两个以上,利于其接触皮肤。刀网2是圆形结构的,在外环剃须轨道21的内侧设置按摩环3,刀网不管以哪个角度往前移动进行剃毛,外环剃须轨道21初次剃毛后,内侧的按摩环3都能随后对相关皮肤进行按摩,再到内环剃须轨道22进行二次剃刮,有效避免连续剃刮带来的痛感,而在内环剃须轨道22剃刮后,继续往前移动时,围在内环剃须轨道22后侧的按摩环3再次对皮肤进行按摩,形成二次按摩,因此,在移动该剃毛器圆刀刀头剃刮时能够有效的按摩。
如图5所示实施例,所述按摩环3上设有刷毛32,在边剃须的同时,用于清扫剃刮掉下的毛屑和皮屑。
所述刀网2上设有从上往下内凹的环形安装槽23,所述按摩环3固定在环形安装槽23中。如图3所示实施例,所述按摩环3通过胶水粘贴固定在环形安装槽23中。或者如图4所示实施例,环形安装槽23的侧壁或底部上设有卡接孔24,所述按摩环3上设有能卡接在卡接孔24中的卡扣33。
所述刀头架1上的刀网2只有一个。由于刀网2的剃刮范围比较大,通过一个即可替代多个小型单环或二环刀网的剃刮性能,满足剃刮范围较大区域毛发的需求,结构简单。
如图6所示的一种剃毛器,包括上述的剃毛器圆刀刀头,以及手柄5,所述刀网2转动连接在刀头架1,且刀网2在刀头架1上的转动范围为介于0至90°之间,优选10°至30°之间,所述手柄5上设有能驱动动刀单元4旋转的切割驱动装置,所述剃毛器圆刀刀头和手柄5之间设有能驱动刀网2往复转动的往复驱动装置。
如图7所示实施例,所述切割驱动装置包括连接动刀单元4的接头6和驱动接头6转动的马达7,所述往复驱动装置包括摆杆8和减速齿轮组9,所述减速齿轮组9连接马达7和摆杆8并在二者之间传动以使摆杆8转动,所述刀网2侧壁上设有在摆杆8转动靠向刀网2时能供摆杆8卡住并带着刀网2一起转动的阻挡结构10,而当摆杆8转动一定角度并远离刀网2时,摆杆8从阻挡结构上脱离,所述剃毛器圆刀刀头内设有能将刀网2弹性复位的弹性件11,以使得刀网2 在剃刮的过程中有一个小范围的往复甩动的动作。
所述阻挡结构可以是设在刀网2上的凸台或侧孔。
所述弹性件11为弹性片或弹簧。
所述减速齿轮组9包括连接在马达7转轴上的小齿轮,以及连接摆杆8的大齿轮,在小齿轮和大齿轮之间还可以根据传动比设置其他中间齿轮连接传动。
如图7所示,摆杆8能够随着所在的齿轮做圆周运动,当摆杆8的前端转动摆向刀网2时,摆杆8的前端卡住凸台或卡入侧孔,从而带动刀网2转动,而当其摆动一定角度后,摆杆8慢慢远离刀网2,摆杆8的前端从阻挡结构上脱出,在弹性件11作用下,刀网2转动复位等待下一次摆动。
所述摆杆8可以为能弹性伸缩的伸缩杆,以便摆杆8的前端抵触到刀网2的侧壁时能够缩回继续转动,也利于摆杆8驱动刀网2转动时能够有一个较好的摆动范围。
由于刀网2头部的结构面积比较大,为了更好的进毛,将刀网2设置成一定范围内往复甩动的结构,从而利于被刀网遮住且位于进毛槽之外的毛发进入进毛槽,而且刀网2带着按摩环3转动时,能够提高按摩效果,同时当具有刷毛32结构时,能够实现往复扫刷,提高清洁的效果。
如图8、图10至图12所示的一种剃毛器圆刀的刀网2,包括相独立的外网201和内网202,所述外网201为环形,并套在内网202的外侧,所述外网201上设有外环剃须轨道21,所述内网202上设 有内环剃须轨道22,所述外环剃须轨道21和内环剃须轨道22上分别设有进毛槽,所述外网201和内网202之间通过按摩环3连接。
另外,外网201和内网202相独立,能够分别加工,利于在外环剃须轨道21和内环剃须轨道22上加工其他结构,如图11所示实施例,由于外网201为环形结构,其外侧和内侧具有供加工工具操作的空间,靠近外网201外侧面的进毛槽在外侧面与顶面的转折处设有导毛口200,和/或靠近外网201内侧面的进毛槽在内侧面和顶面的转折处设有导毛口200,通过导毛口提升其进毛的效率。当然,由于内网202的外侧在生产加工时也具有供加工工具操作的空间,靠近内网202外侧面的进毛槽在外侧面与顶面的转折处也可以设置导毛口200,这里省略图示。关于进毛槽上的导毛口,可参考公告号CN212497861U,名称为一种旋转剃须刀的刀网结构中所指出的与进毛槽相对应的喇叭导毛口。
另外,当所述内网202上的内环剃须轨道22为两个时,内网202可以有效共用现有的双环结构的刀网,降低多环结构的刀网的开发成本。
如图8、图10、图15至17所示实施例,所述外网201上的外环剃须轨道21有一个,内网202上的内环剃须轨道22有两个,外环剃须轨道21和内环剃须轨道22形成内外共三个剃须轨道供动刀单元的动刀在内旋转切割毛发,结合按摩环3按摩,该刀网2由外而内形成共四环功能结构,内外共三个剃须轨道覆盖面积大,剃须效率高。
如图10所示实施例,所述按摩结构31包括凸台,所述凸台有多 个且绕圆周方向形成内外两圈,并交错分布,且外圈凸台外侧低而中间高,内圈凸台中间高而内侧低,避免挡住相邻内、外环剃须轨道上的进毛槽进毛。
如图10和图12所示,所述外网201的内侧壁设有朝向中心的内翻边2011,所述内网202的外侧壁设有朝向外侧的外翻边2021,所述内翻边2011和外翻边2021分别从按摩环3的外侧和内侧卡在按摩环3的底部上,所述按摩环3的底部朝下设有卡在内翻边2011下方的外卡扣34,以及卡在外翻边2021下方的内卡扣35,结构简单,组装方便。
所述外网201和内网202上分别设有卡槽203,所述按摩环3上设有与卡槽203相配合以防止外网201和内网202转动的防转部36。
如图8至17所示的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,包括刀头架1,所述刀头架1上设有上述的刀网2,以及能相对刀网2旋转的动刀单元4。
如图9所示实施例,所述刀头架1内设有用于将动刀单元4限制在刀头架1内的限位件12,避免动刀单元掉出。当然,也可以通过与手柄连接时,再通过手柄上的结构将动刀单元限定在刀头架1内。
作为动刀单元的一种实施方式,所述动刀单元4包括与外环剃须轨道21相配合的外动刀组件41,以及与内环剃须轨道22相配合的内动刀组件42,所述外动刀组件41和内动刀组件42相联接并在其中一个转动时带动另一个转动。
如图13所示,所述内动刀组件42包括内刀座421和固定在内刀座421上的内动刀422,所述外动刀组件41包括外刀座411和固定 在外刀座411上的外动刀412,所述外刀座411和内刀座421相联接且二者能上下浮动,所述外刀座411和内动刀组件42之间设有用于将内动刀组件42往上弹性顶压的第一弹性件43,使内动刀422贴在内环剃须轨道22上,如图7和图8所示所述第一弹性件43采用弹片;如图16所示所述第一弹性件43也可以采用弹簧。
如图15和图16所示实施例,所述外刀座411的底部固定有用于与外部旋转驱动装置连接的传动座44,优选地,所述传动座44和外刀座411一体成型,在使用时,通过手柄上的弹性结构弹性顶压传动座44,使外动刀412贴在外环剃须轨道21上。
或者如图17所示实施例,所述外刀座411的底部联接有能相对其上下浮动的传动座44,所述传动座44与外动刀组件41之间设有用于将外动刀组件41往上弹性顶压的第二弹性件45,使外动刀412贴在外环剃须轨道21上。
通过将外动刀组件41和内动刀组件42分别上下浮动设置,以提高内动刀组件42和内网202相配合的切割性能,及外动刀组件41和外网201相配合的切割性能。
如图15至图17所示实施例,限位件12还用于将外网201固定在刀头架1上,并通过动刀单元4向上顶压支撑内网202,以使外网201和内网202形成稳固的连接。

  1. 一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:包括刀头架(1),所述刀头架(1)上设有刀网(2)和能相对刀网(2)旋转的动刀单元(4),所述刀网(2)包括外环剃须轨道(21)和内环剃须轨道(22),所述外环剃须轨道(21)和内环剃须轨道(22)上分别设有进毛槽,所述外环剃须轨道(21)和内环剃须轨道(22)之间设有露出在刀网(2)顶部上的按摩环(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:所述按摩环(3)上设有凸起的按摩结构(31),所述按摩结构(31)包括橄榄形的凸台,所述凸台橄榄形的两个尖端分别朝向内外方向。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:所述按摩环(3)上设有刷毛(32)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:所述外环剃须轨道(21)有一个,所述内环剃须轨道(22)有两个,外环剃须轨道(21)和内环剃须轨道(22)形成内外共三个剃须轨道供动刀单元的动刀在内旋转切割毛发。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:所述刀网(2)上设有从上往下内凹的环形安装槽(23),所述按摩环(3)固定在环形安装槽(23)中,所述按摩环(3)通过胶水粘贴固定在环形安装槽(23)中,或者所述环形安装槽(23)的侧壁或底部 上设有卡接孔(24),所述按摩环(3)上设有能卡接在卡接孔(24)中的卡扣(33)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:刀网(2)包括相独立的外网(201)和内网(202),所述外网(201)为环形,并套在内网(202)的外侧,所述外环剃须轨道(21)设置在外网(201)上,所述内环剃须轨道(22)设置在内网(202)上,所述外网(201)和内网(202)之间通过按摩环(3)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:所述外网(201)的内侧壁设有朝向中心的内翻边(2011),所述内网(202)的外侧壁设有朝向外侧的外翻边(2021),所述内翻边(2011)和外翻边(2021)分别从按摩环(3)的外侧和内侧卡在按摩环(3)的底部上,所述按摩环(3)的底部朝下设有卡在内翻边(2011)下方的外卡扣(34),以及卡在外翻边(2021)下方的内卡扣(35)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:所述外网(201)和内网(202)上分别设有卡槽(203),所述按摩环(3)上设有与卡槽(203)相配合以防止外网(201)和内网(202)转动的防转部(36)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:所述外网(201)和内网(202)上的进毛槽,靠近外网(201)外侧面的进毛槽在外侧面与顶面的转折处设有导毛口(200),和/或靠近外网(201)内侧面的进毛槽在内侧面和顶面的转折处设有导毛口 (200),和/或靠近内网(202)外侧面的进毛槽在外侧面与顶面的转折处设有导毛口(200)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:所述动刀单元(4)包括与外环剃须轨道(21)相配合的外动刀组件(41),以及与内环剃须轨道(22)相配合的内动刀组件(42),所述外动刀组件(41)和内动刀组件(42)相联接并在其中一个转动时带动另一个转动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:所述内动刀组件(42)包括内刀座(421)和固定在内刀座(421)上的内动刀(422),所述外动刀组件(41)包括外刀座(411)和固定在外刀座(411)上的外动刀(412),所述外刀座(411)和内刀座(421)相联接且二者能上下浮动,所述外刀座(411)和内动刀组件(42)之间设有用于将内动刀组件(42)往上弹性顶压的第一弹性件(43);所述外刀座(411)的底部固定有用于与外部旋转驱动装置连接的传动座(44),或者所述外刀座(411)的底部联接有能相对其上下浮动的传动座(44),所述传动座(44)与外动刀组件(41)之间设有用于将外动刀组件(41)往上弹性顶压的第二弹性件(45)。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11中任一项所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:所述刀头架(1)内设有用于将动刀单元(4)限制在刀头架(1)内的限位件(12)。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于: 所述刀头架(1)上的刀网(2)只有一个。

  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种剃毛器圆刀刀头,其特征在于:所述刀网(2)在刀头架(1)上的转动范围为介于10°至30°之间。
  16. 一种剃毛器,其特征在于:包括如上权利要求14所述的剃毛器圆刀刀头,以及手柄(5),所述手柄(5)上设有能驱动动刀单元(4)旋转的切割驱动装置,所述剃毛器圆刀刀头和手柄(5)之间设有能驱动刀网(2)往复转动的往复驱动装置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种剃毛器,其特征在于:所述切割驱动装置包括连接动刀单元(4)的接头(6)和驱动接头(6)转动的马达(7),所述往复驱动装置包括摆杆(8)和减速齿轮组(9),所述减速齿轮组(9)连接马达(7)和摆杆(8)并在二者之间传动以使摆杆(8)转动,所述刀网(2)侧壁上设有在摆杆(8)转动靠向刀网(2)时能供摆杆(8)卡住并带着刀网(2)一起转动的阻挡结构(10),而当摆杆(8)转动一定角度并远离刀网(2)时,摆杆(8)从阻挡结构上脱离,所述剃毛器圆刀刀头内设有能将刀网(2)弹性复位的弹性件(11)。
