在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的智能识别模块可以结合人脸对比识别单元和安全着装识别单元,将视频画面通过人脸对比识别单元识别出的人员信息和通过安全着装识别单元识别出的着装规范信息进行对应,若出现着装不规范情况,获取对应的人员信息并记录,同时可以将对应的告警信息发送到该不规范着装的人员的移动终端。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的智能识别模块可以结合人脸对比识别单元和区域越界告警单元,发生区域越界告警时,通过人脸对比识别记录越界人员信息,同时可以将对应的告警信息发送到越界人员的移动终端。
本发明实施例的智能配电终端,用于接收智能识别模块上传的告警信息,根据告警信息调用AI算法库以获取对应时间点的实时图像,并将告警信息和实时图像一并上传至安全管控系统。本实施例的智能配电终端安装有用于配电室安全的APP,通过APP调用AI算法库的相应功能,获取实时图像,统一通过物联网平台将告警信息和实时图像上传。
本发明实施例的安全管控系统,用于将告警信息和实时图像推送至移动终端。
在一些实施例中,安全管控系统包括显示模块,用于提供视频监视页面,并将告警信息在视频监视页面叠加显示。本实施例的告警信息包括:人脸识别信息、着装异常信息、设备状态和仪表盘数据、异物入侵告警信息等,这些信息在视频监视页面相应的位置叠加显示。例如,人脸识别信息在视频画面中对应的人员附近显示。
在一些实施例中,安全管控系统包括推送单元,用于将告警信息和实时图像通过短信和/或微信和/或系统弹窗方式推送至安全管理人员的移动终端。
在一些实施例中,安全管控系统根据告警信息确定人员信息,并根据人员信息将告警信息和实时图像推送至对应的移动终端。告警信息可以包括人脸识别信息、着装异常信息、设 备状态和仪表盘数据、异物入侵告警信息等,而人员信息则包括人脸识别出的人员信息,着装异常的人员及对应的管理人员信息、设备状态及数据的管理人员信息、配电室现场人员信息等。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的移动终端,用于根据告警信息实时调阅摄像头,查看现场情况进行确认。本实施例中,移动终端在调阅所述摄像头查看现场情况后,将告警信息的确认信息上传至安全管控系统。安全管理人员收到告警信息后,通过实时调阅对应的摄像头查看现场情况,若现场情况不存在告警信息的安全隐患,则发送确认不存在安全隐患或安全隐患已排除的反馈信息至安全管控系统。
本发明实施例可实现以下主动告警,最大程度提升管理效率,降低管理成本。
1.基于AI技术识别人脸,判断是否非法进入。
2.判断作业人员是否穿戴安全帽、工作服、绝缘手套等。
3.配电室内设备状态、变压器油温等告警。
4.实时监控配电室内异物闯入、烟雾、水浸等危险源告警。
尽管本文描述了具体实施方案,但是本领域中的普通技术人员将认识到,许多其它修改或另选的实施方案同样处于本公开的范围内。例如,结合特定设备或组件描述的功能和/或处理能力中的任一项可以由任何其它设备或部件来执行。另外,虽然已根据本公开的实施方案描述了各种例示性具体实施和架构,但是本领域中的普通技术人员将认识到,对本文所述的例示性具体实施和架构的许多其它修改也处于本公开的范围内。
上文参考根据示例性实施方案所述的系统的框图描述了本公开的某些方面。应当理解,框图中的一个或多个块以及框图的块的组合可分别通过执行计算机可执行程序指令来实现。同样,根据一些实施方案,框图中的一些块可能无需按示出的顺序执行,或者可以无需全部执行。另外,超出框图中的块所示的那些部件和/或操作以外的附加部件和/或操作可存在于某些实施方案中。
因此,框图中的块支持用于执行指定功能的装置的组合、用于执行指定功能的元件的组合以及用于执行指定功能的程序指令装置。还应当理解,框图中的每个块以及框图中的块的组合可以由执行特定功能、元件或步骤的专用硬件计算机系统或者专用硬件和计算机指令的组合来实现。
本文所述的程序模块、应用程序等可包括一个或多个软件组件,包括例如软件对象、方法、数据结构等。每个此类软件组件可包括计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令响应于执行而使本文所述的功能的至少一部分(例如,本文所述的例示性方法的一种或多种操作) 被执行。
软件组件可以用各种编程语言中的任一种来编码。一种例示性编程语言可以为低级编程语言,诸如与特定硬件体系结构和/或操作系统平台相关联的汇编语言。包括汇编语言指令的软件组件可能需要在由硬件架构和/或平台执行之前由汇编程序转换为可执行的机器代码。另一种示例性编程语言可以为更高级的编程语言,其可以跨多种架构移植。包括更高级编程语言的软件组件在执行之前可能需要由解释器或编译器转换为中间表示。编程语言的其它示例包括但不限于宏语言、外壳或命令语言、作业控制语言、脚本语言、数据库查询或搜索语言、或报告编写语言。在一个或多个示例性实施方案中,包含上述编程语言示例中的一者的指令的软件组件可直接由操作系统或其它软件组件执行,而无需首先转换成另一种形式。
软件组件可存储为文件或其它数据存储构造。具有相似类型或相关功能的软件组件可一起存储在诸如特定的目录、文件夹或库中。软件组件可为静态的(例如,预设的或固定的)或动态的(例如,在执行时创建或修改的)。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能配电室安全管控系统,其特征在于,包括:
    信息采集模块,包括设置在配电室的摄像头,用于采集配电室的视频或图像信息;
    智能识别模块,包括AI算法库,用于根据所述摄像头实时上传的图像与预置的标准进行比对,根据比对结果得到配电室安全信息,并确定安全隐患;
    智能配电终端,用于接收所述智能识别模块上传的告警信息,根据所述告警信息调用所述AI算法库以获取对应时间点的实时图像,并将所述告警信息和所述实时图像一并上传至安全管控系统;
    安全管控系统,用于将所述告警信息和所述实时图像推送至移动终端;
    移动终端,用于根据所述告警信息实时调阅所述摄像头,查看现场情况进行确认。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能配电室安全管控系统,其特征在于,所述智能识别模块包括:
    人脸对比识别单元,用于根据所述摄像头采集的人员面部信息进行人脸对比识别,并将人脸识别信息通过所述智能配电终端上报所述安全管控系统。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能配电室安全管控系统,其特征在于,所述智能识别模块包括:
    安全着装识别单元,用于根据所述摄像头采集的现场运维检修人员着装并进行着装识别,并将着装异常信息通过所述智能配电终端上报所述安全管控系统。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能配电室安全管控系统,其特征在于,所述智能识别模块包括:
    配电室内设备状态识别单元,用于根据所述摄像头采集的配电室内设备状态及仪表盘进行识别,并将识别数据通过所述智能配电终端上报所述安全管控系统。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能配电室安全管控系统,其特征在于,所述智能识别模块包括:
    异物入侵告警单元,用于根据配电室内标注的禁入区域,所述摄像头采集的现场异物入侵情况,发现有异物入侵情况则进行告警,并将异物入侵告警信息通过所述智能配电终端上报所述安全管控系统。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能配电室安全管控系统,其特征在于,所述智能识别模块包括:
    区域越界告警单元,用于根据配电室内标注的安全工作区域,所述摄像头采集现场运维 检修人员工作情况,发现有工作区域越限行为则进行告警,并将区域越界告警信息通过所述智能配电终端上报所述安全管控系统。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能配电室安全管控系统,其特征在于,所述安全管控系统包括显示模块,用于提供视频监视页面,并将所述告警信息在所述视频监视页面叠加显示。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能配电室安全管控系统,其特征在于,所述安全管控系统包括推送单元,用于将所述告警信息和所述实时图像通过短信和/或微信和/或系统弹窗方式推送至安全管理人员的移动终端。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能配电室安全管控系统,其特征在于,所述移动终端用于在调阅所述摄像头查看现场情况后,将所述告警信息的确认信息上传至所述安全管控系统。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的智能配电室安全管控系统,其特征在于,所述安全管控系统用于根据所述告警信息确定人员信息,并根据所述人员信息将所述告警信息和所述实时图像推送至对应的移动终端。
