本实用新型涉及充气泵技术领域,具体为水上环境使用充气泵。
背景技术
充气泵在水上使用时,由于需要进气和出气的缘故,水很容易从充气泵的进气和出气口进入到充气泵内,从而影响充气泵的使用,同时在水上使用的充气泵可能会因为充气泵的密封效果差而导致水进入到充气泵而影响充气泵的使用。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了水上环境使用充气泵。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:水上环境使用充气泵,包括螺纹盖、气流道和外壳,所述气流道内活动安装有扇叶,所述气流道的壳体远离扇叶的一侧固定安装有马达,所述马达的输出轴与扇叶固定连接且带动扇叶在气流道内自由转动,所述马达的电源接头上连接有电池,所述气流道壳体外部固定安装有外壳,所述电池安装在外壳内,所述气流道的壳体正面安装有包胶件,所述包胶件上与扇叶相适配的位置开设有进气口,所述包胶件上的设计有螺纹接口,所述包胶件上螺纹连接有螺纹盖。
优选的,所述气流道的出气端设计为减少风量通行率流失的矩形风道,所述气流道的进气端与包胶件的进气口位置相适配,所述包胶 件的螺纹接口的中间位置为中空状态且与扇叶的位置相适配,包胶件的进气口处固定安装有进气口密封圈且进气口密封圈与扇叶的位置相适配。
优选的,所述进气口密封圈远离扇叶的一侧上安装有固定盖,所述固定盖的上设计有缺口,且在这个缺口上卡合有密封硅胶塞。
优选的,所述包胶件的远离扇叶的一侧安装有垫板且垫板上同样有缺口,所述垫板上缺口和包胶件上的螺纹结构形状相适配。
优选的,所述垫板上缺口设计为方形且对角设计为圆角,所述包胶件上设计有四面用于卡合垫板的卡扣件。
优选的,所述垫板上安装有密封硅胶圈,且密封硅胶圈的尺寸与垫板的缺口尺寸相适配,所述包胶件螺纹连接到螺纹盖上,所述密封硅胶圈安装在包胶件和螺纹盖之间,所述螺纹盖上固定安装有固定底盘。
优选的,所述固定盖上固定安装有主板,所述主板上固定安装有Type-C接口,所述气流道的壳体上固定安装有Type-C密封柱,所述Type-C密封柱的位置Type-C接口的位置相适配,所述主板和Type-C接口从包胶件的缺口穿过后与Type-C密封柱相连接。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了水上环境使用充气泵,具备以下有益效果:
1、该水上环境使用充气泵,通过较小的扇叶减小噪音,通常使用此种扇叶无法达到足够的充气量,采用每分钟5万转的有刷电机补足 出风量,通过限制气流道的尺寸与方向减少气流的散失达到充气压力的提升,充气噪音减小同时保证出气量。
2、该水上环境使用充气泵,关闭时不进水,使用者在充气后盖上硅胶盖并拧好外盖后可在水上使用现有充气泵并无特殊防水设计,放入水中使用会导致内部受损,本技术通过包胶工艺可以与充气产品密封接合,再透过硅胶盖与螺纹盖密封进气口达到进一步密封防水的效果。
3、该水上环境使用充气泵,可以让用户把充气产品带到水上游玩,增加休闲体验,并且能在必要时刻将充气产品充气后当作漂浮载体,相比市面上内置充气泵不能在水上使用,具备更多使用场景。

请参阅图1-2,水上环境使用充气泵,包括螺纹盖2、气流道14和外壳17,气流道14内活动安装有扇叶13,气流道14的壳体远离扇叶13的一侧固定安装有马达15,马达15的输出轴与扇叶13固定连接且带动扇叶13在气流道14内自由转动,马达15的电源接头上连接有电池16,气流道14壳体外部固定安装有外壳17,电池16安装在外壳17内,气流道14的壳体正面安装有包胶件12,包胶件12上与扇叶13相适配的位置开设有进气口,包胶件12上的设计有螺纹接口,包胶件12上螺纹连接有螺纹盖2。
气流道14的出气端设计为减少风量通行率流失的矩形风道,气流道14的进气端与包胶件12的进气口位置相适配,包胶件12的螺纹接口的中间位置为中空状态且与扇叶的位置相适配,包胶件12的进气口处固定安装有进气口密封圈19且进气口密封圈19与扇叶13的位置相适配。
进气口密封圈19远离扇叶13的一侧上安装有固定盖9,固定盖9的上设计有缺口,且在这个缺口上卡合有密封硅胶塞7。
包胶件12的远离扇叶13的一侧安装有垫板8且垫板8上同样有缺口,垫板8上缺口和包胶件12上的螺纹结构形状相适配。
垫板8上缺口设计为方形且对角设计为圆角,包胶件12上设计有四面用于卡合垫板8的卡扣件。
垫板8上安装有密封硅胶圈4,且密封硅胶圈4的尺寸与垫板8 的缺口尺寸相适配,包胶件12螺纹连接到螺纹盖2上,密封硅胶圈4安装在包胶件12和螺纹盖2之间,螺纹盖2上固定安装有固定底盘1。
固定盖9上固定安装有主板11,主板11上固定安装有Type-C接口10,气流道14的壳体上固定安装有Type-C密封柱18,Type-C密封柱18的位置Type-C接口10的位置相适配,主板11和Type-C接口10从包胶件12的缺口穿过后与Type-C密封柱18相连接。
主板11上安装有按钮电子元件6,按钮电子元件6上安装有硅胶按钮5,螺纹盖2和密封硅胶圈4之间安装有外盖连接件3。

  1. 水上环境使用充气泵,包括螺纹盖(2)、气流道(14)和外壳(17),其特征在于:所述气流道(14)内活动安装有扇叶(13),所述气流道(14)的壳体远离扇叶(13)的一侧固定安装有马达(15),所述马达(15)的输出轴与扇叶(13)固定连接且带动扇叶(13)在气流道(14)内自由转动,所述马达(15)的电源接头上连接有电池(16),所述气流道(14)壳体外部固定安装有外壳(17),所述电池(16)安装在外壳(17)内,所述气流道(14)的壳体正面安装有包胶件(12),所述包胶件(12)上与扇叶(13)相适配的位置开设有进气口,所述包胶件(12)上的设计有螺纹接口,所述包胶件(12)上螺纹连接有螺纹盖(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水上环境使用充气泵,其特征在于:所述气流道(14)的出气端设计为减少风量通行率流失的矩形风道,所述气流道(14)的进气端与包胶件(12)的进气口位置相适配,所述包胶件(12)的螺纹接口的中间位置为中空状态且与扇叶的位置相适配,包胶件(12)的进气口处固定安装有进气口密封圈(19)且进气口密封圈(19)与扇叶(13)的位置相适配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的水上环境使用充气泵,其特征在于:所述进气口密封圈(19)远离扇叶(13)的一侧上安装有固定盖(9),所述固定盖(9)的上设计有缺口,且在这个缺口上卡合有密封硅胶塞(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的水上环境使用充气泵,其特征在于:所述包胶件(12)的远离扇叶(13)的一侧安装有垫板(8)且垫板 (8)上同样有缺口,所述垫板(8)上缺口和包胶件(12)上的螺纹结构形状相适配。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的水上环境使用充气泵,其特征在于:所述垫板(8)上缺口设计为方形且对角设计为圆角,所述包胶件(12)上设计有四面用于卡合垫板(8)的卡扣件。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的水上环境使用充气泵,其特征在于:所述垫板(8)上安装有密封硅胶圈(4),且密封硅胶圈(4)的尺寸与垫板(8)的缺口尺寸相适配,所述包胶件(12)螺纹连接到螺纹盖(2)上,所述密封硅胶圈(4)安装在包胶件(12)和螺纹盖(2)之间,所述螺纹盖(2)上固定安装有固定底盘(1)。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的水上环境使用充气泵,其特征在于:所述固定盖(9)上固定安装有主板(11),所述主板(11)上固定安装有Type-C接口(10),所述气流道(14)的壳体上固定安装有Type-C密封柱(18),所述Type-C密封柱(18)的位置Type-C接口(10)的位置相适配,所述主板(11)和Type-C接口(10)从包胶件(12)的缺口穿过后与Type-C密封柱(18)相连接。
