MEDICAL LIQUID OXYGEN TANK
Technical Field:
This invention is related to the medical liquid oxygen tank used in hospitals to provide the medical oxygen needed by patients.
State of the Art:
When gas consumption increases in hospitals, the most economical and safe solution is to use liquid oxygen. Liquid oxygen is stored in tanks. The utility model application numbered CN203442478 also describes a medical liquid oxygen storage tank containing an internal tank body.
In the utility model application numbered CN203892864,” Liquid oxygen storage tank for medical center oxygen supply system" is described. The invention describes a liquid oxygen storage tank containing a body and a support leg with an internal tank inside, which is applied to the medical central oxygen supply system. The hull includes an inner tank and an outer tank. The lower part of the inner tank is connected with an oxygen transport pipe.
In the utility model application numbered CN208983004 the” liquid oxygen storage tank" is described. The invention includes an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder made of stainless steel S30408.
Stainless steels, which have a wide area of use in industry, are defined as iron-based alloys containing chromium (Cr) at least 10.5% (by mass) and carbon (C) at most 1.2%.
Although stainless steels are the most important material of machinery and structural elements; thanks to their superior mechanical properties, they have a wide range of uses
in the aircraft, chemical, petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical industries, nuclear power plants, tool and stainless goods industries.
As the carbon content in stainless steel increases, the material hardens and becomes difficult to process. Because of its workability and easier to shape, AISI 304/304L material is widely used in the production of medical liquid oxygen tanks.
Since the inner tank in existing medical liquid oxygen tanks is used as AISI 304/304L, the contact of existing tanks with oxygen causes corrosion formation. The delivery of oxygen to the patient in these tanks used in hospitals can cause irreversible health problems.
In addition, since there is no filter with a collapse, it does not retain particles, oxygen purity cannot be monitored and recorded since there is no oxygen measuring device.
Description of the Invention:
This invention is a medical liquid oxygen tank, the peculiarity of which is that it has an internal tank made of AISI 316/316L material to free the sections in contact with oxygen from corrosion and to retain particles that are likely to go to the patient.
The inner tank where oxygen is stored is made of AISI 316/316L material and the corrosion effect is eliminated. Particulate retention is ensured with the collapse filter group.
With the invention, oxygen purity is continuously measured and recorded. The use of AISI 316/316L stainless material prevents corrosion occurring inside the tanks and provides purer oxygen to the patient.
AISI 316 / 316L stainless material is used in the manufacture of internal tanks in contact with oxygen and the necessary filtration has been carried out to prevent corrosion. In addition, complications that may occur in patients are prevented.

Detailed Description of The Invention:
The invention is in the form of an outer cylinder (D) with an inner tank (1) integrated into the oxygen supply system in hospitals. The inner tank (1) is connected by an oxygen transport pipe.
The inner tank (1) is made of AISI 316/316L material to prevent corrosion. The inner tank (1) is connected to the hospital installation (4) with the oxygen transport pipe located inside.
A Collapse filter (2) is positioned between the hospital installation (4) and an internal tank (1) made of AISI 316/316L material, which holds particles that are likely to go to the patient. In addition, an oxygen purity measuring device (3) has been added to the
system to measure the purity of oxygen in an inner tank (1) made of AISI 316/316L material (Figure-1).

CLAIMS - The invention is a medical liquid oxygen tank containing an outer cylinder (D) and an inner tank (1) formed in a form suitable for the outer cylinder (D) to be used in the medical central oxygen supply system, the feature of which is; an inner tank (1) made of AISI 316/316L material to prevent corrosion), a collapse filter (2) that holds particles that are likely to go to the patient and oxygen purity measurement device (3) is included.
