本公开涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种文档的处理方法、装置、终端和存储介质。
背景技术
分栏布局,是文档产品用来横向排版的显示功能,允许多个内容以横向布局的形态展示。通过“分栏”功能,可实现在文档中图文横向排布,同行多图,同行多文本等排版效果。除此之外,允许用户通过调节每一栏的宽度,改变左右排版的宽度大小。目前,分栏区域的创建的方案,是在word的页面布局中触发分栏选项,可以选择分两栏或多栏。
发明内容
本公开提供一种文档的处理方法、装置、终端和存储介质。
本公开采用以下的技术方案。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种文档的处理方法,包括:
确定文档区域中分栏区域的当前状态;
若所述当前状态为非选中状态,一体化显示所述分栏区域和非分栏区域;或,
若所述当前状态为选中状态,区分显示所述分栏区域与所述非分栏区域。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种文档的处理装置,包括:
确定装置,用于确定文档区域中分栏区域的当前状态;
控制装置,用于若所述当前状态为非选中状态,一体化显示所述分栏区域和非分栏区域;或,若所述当前状态为选中状态,区分显示所述分栏区域与所述非分栏区域。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
其中,存储器用于存储程序代码,处理器用于调用所述存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述的方法。

本公开实施例提供的文档的处理方法,当分栏区域处于选中状态,则将分栏区域与非分栏区域区分,这样分栏区域可以与非分栏区域区分开,使得用户知道分栏区域的边界在哪里。在未选中分栏区域时,又能改善显示效果。

在文档区域中可以通过创建分栏的形式将文档中的内容进行显示,如图1所示,分栏区域横向排布,分栏区域与非分栏区域一体化显示,在没有显示文字的情况下,无法分辨出分栏区域和非分栏区域。
在本公开中提出一种文档的处理方法,图2是本公开实施例的文档的处理方法的流程图,包括如下步骤。
S11:确定文档区域中分栏区域的当前状态。
一些实施例中,文档区域是指文档中用于输入和展示文本的区域,文档区域中可以显示有文本或没有文本,分栏区域是指本设置为分栏显示的区域,通常分栏区域在文档区域中以横向并排排布,分栏区域中可以有或者没有文本,也可以有或者没有图片。分栏区域的当前状态可以分为选中状态和非选中状态,基于当前状态的不同选择执行步骤S12和步骤S13。
S12:若当前状态为非选中状态,一体化显示所述分栏区域和非分栏区域。
一些实施例中,当控制标识(例如鼠标)悬停在文档区域上、或者点击文档区域、或者编辑标识(例如文档中用于显示编辑位置的短竖线)位于文档区域内、或者选区停留在分栏区域时,分栏区域为选中状态,如果上述条件均不满足,则分栏区域可以为非选中状态,在处于非选中状态时,一体化显示分栏区域和文档区域中的非分栏区域,此时如果分栏区域中没有显示文本,则无法分辨出该区域是否为分栏区域,此时分栏区域的底色与非分栏区域的底色相同,不显示分栏区域的边界。
S13:若当前状态为选中状态,区分显示所述分栏区域与所述非分栏区域。
一些实施例中,当分栏区域处于选中状态,则将分栏区域与非分栏区域区分,区分显示所述分栏区域与所述非分栏区域可以包括如下的至少一项:在分栏区域显示与非分栏区域的不同的底色、显示分栏区域的边界线。这样分栏区域则可以与非分栏区域区分开,使得用户知道分栏区域的边界在哪里。
为了更好的说明本公开实施例中提出的方法,以下提出一个具体的实施例。本实施例中可以在文档区域的分栏区域里,通过灰色底色提示用户当前编辑区域所在的位置。让用户有效地区分是否在分栏区域内并且能快速地在分栏和非分栏区域切换。当鼠标悬停、光标或选区停留在分栏区域时,在分栏区域显示灰色底色(与非分栏区域的底色不同)以提示当前分栏区域所在的区域,以及该区域下的内容;在鼠标移开、光标或选区移开分栏布局区域时,分栏区域的灰色底色提示消失,使得文档正文和分栏区域融为一体。
在本公开的一些实施例中,确定文档区域中分栏区域的当前状态之前,还包括:响应于分栏区域创建事件,在文档区域内创建分栏区域。在一些实施例中,可以通过各种方式创建分栏区域,对此不作限定。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于分栏区域创建事件,在文档区域内创建分栏区域,包括:响应于对第一控件的第一操作事件,显示分栏创建界面,分栏创建界面包括预设数量个分栏缩略图,响应于对分栏缩略图的选取操作,基于所选取的分栏缩略图的选取数量,在文档区域创建选取数量个分栏区域。
一些实施例中,请参考图3,图3中的“+”可以为第一控件,可以通过将控制标识(例如鼠标)悬停在第一控件上时,显示第一控件对应的二级面板,二级面板可以是图4中的功能选项表,其中具有多个选项,通过触发分栏选项,从而显示分栏创建界面,分栏创建界面上显示有多个分栏缩略图,用户可以通过选取分栏缩略图的形式完成分栏区域数量的选择,选取数量为被选取的分栏缩略图的个数,以选取数量为2为例,在图5中创建两个分栏区域。通过显示分栏缩略图进行选取的方式,提高了用户的交互使用体验。选取分栏缩略图的方式可以是控制标识悬停在分栏缩略图上。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在分栏创建界面中以第一样式显示选取的分栏缩略图,以第二样式显示未选中的分栏缩略图。如图4所示,被选取的缩略图可以改变其中填充的颜色,或者高亮显示,这样用户可以直接的确定所选取的分栏缩略图的个数,在一些实施例中,在分栏创建界面中显示被选取的分栏缩略图的数量,例如图4中显示了“选择栏数2”。一些实施例中,在分栏创建界面中默认选取一个分栏缩略图。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在文档区域内创建分栏区域之后,还包括:在所创建的分栏区域中显示编辑标识;其中,当编辑标识位于分栏区域时,分栏区域为选中状态。一些实施例中,请参考图5,在完成分栏区域的创建后,编辑标识(例如光标“|”)显示在分栏区域内,并且区分显示分栏区域和非分栏区域,以提示当前分栏区域可以进行编辑,一些实施例中,当光标或者选取出现在分栏区域或者鼠标等控制标识悬停在分栏区域时,显示分栏区域的底色,以区分显示分栏区域和非分栏区域。在分栏区域中可以显示提示信息,提示信息例如可以为“输入预设符号以进行选择”。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在创建的分栏区域中显示编辑标识,包括:在所创建的分栏区域中的目标分栏区域的第一栏显示编辑标识;其中,目标分栏区域为所创建的分栏区域中最靠近目标侧的分栏区域。一些实施例中,创建分栏区域时,可以创建一个或多个分栏区域,其中最靠近目标侧的分栏区域为目标分栏区域,例如目标侧可以为左侧,则目标分栏区域为所创建的分栏区域中最靠左侧的分 栏区域,在目标分栏区域的第一栏显示编辑标识,第一栏可以是从上往下数第一行,即可以是在所创建的分栏区域的左上第一行中显示编辑标识,这样最符合用户的书写习惯,从左上开始进行书写。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在分栏区域的关联区域显示有第二控件,响应于对第二控件的第二操作事件,在已有的分栏区域的一侧新增分栏区域。一些实施例中,请参考图6,在分栏区域(示例内容所在的区域)的右上角显示有第二控件(图中的小圆点),通过对第二控件执行第二操作事件,可以在已有分栏的右侧添加分栏,一些实施例中,一个分栏区域对应一个第二控件,在第二控件所在的位置处添加新增分栏。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于对第二控件的第二操作事件,在已有的分栏区域的一侧新增分栏区域,包括:响应于对第二控件的触发操作,隐藏第二控件并显示第三控件,响应于对第三控件的触发操作,在分栏区域的一侧新增分栏区域;其中,第二控件的显示面积小于第三控件的显示面积。
一些实施例中,请参考图6和图7,当控制标识悬停在第二控件上时,隐藏第二控件,显示如图7所示的第三控件,第三控件上显示有提示信息“新增分栏”,第三控件还提示了新增分栏的位置,通过点击等方式触发第三控件可以在第三控件所提示的位置新增分栏。本公开一些实施例中,第二控件显示面积小于第三控件,这样可以减少对于显示面积的占用。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于分栏区域创建事件,在文档区域内创建分栏区域,包括:响应于输入预设字符,显示选项菜单,响应于对选项菜单中分栏选项的第三操作事件创建分栏区域;或者,响应于输入预设字符和分栏文本信息,在选项菜单中搜索与分栏文本信息相匹配的分栏选项,并显示搜索到的分栏选项,响应于对分栏选项的第三操作事件创建分栏区域。
在本公开的一些实施例中,预先设定有预设字符,预设字符可以是使用频率低于频率阈值的字符,在文档区域中输入预设字符的情况下,可以唤出选项菜单,在唤出选项菜单后可以直接选取选项菜单中的选项,在唤出选项菜单之后,如果继续在预设字符后输入文本信息,响应于输入的文本信息,在选项菜单中查询与文本信息相关的选项,这样当选项隐藏在选项菜单的二级菜单或多级菜单中时,用户可以通过搜索的方式查询到选项,而不用在选项中反复查找。一些实施例中,请参考图8,在分栏区域(也可以在非分栏区域中输入)中输入了预设字符“/”之后,显示选项菜单,其中显示了“选项一、选项二”等,此时用户可以通过控制标识点击“分栏”选项创建分栏区域,也可以继续在预设字符后继续输入“分栏”、“fenlan”、“fl”等文本字符,以搜索分栏功能,在新建分栏区域之后,编辑标识会自动定位到新增分栏区域中。一些实施例中,在行首输入或行内空格后输入“/”(全角&半角均可),唤起“/”快捷命令面板,通过搜索“分栏”、“fenlan”、“fl”、“Slash Command”任意关键词可命中「分栏」功能,点击即可添加一个新分栏,并且光标定位到新分栏。
在本公开的一些实施例中,若所输入的预设字符位于已有的分栏区域内,则在所述预设字符所位于的已有的分栏区域的一侧新增分栏区域,新增的分栏区域为响应于分栏区域创建事件所创建的分栏区域。一些实施例中,在已有分栏区域的基础上,仍可通过“/”快捷命令以相同的流程创建分栏区域,所创建的分栏区域将作为新增分栏区域添加到已有的分栏区域,这样可以通过在已有分栏区域中输入字符的方式,在在已有分栏区域右侧添加一个新栏区域。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于分栏区域创建事件,在文档区域内创建分栏区域,包括:响应于将文档区域中第一内容块拖拽到第二内容块的横向一侧,创建承载第一内容块的分栏区域以及承载第二内容块的分栏区域;其中,内容块为承载文档内容的单元。一些实施例中,拖拽一个或多个内容块,到另一个内容块的右侧或者左侧时,会将拖拽的内容块和另一个内容块创建横向的分栏区域进行显示。一些实施例中,内容块可以为一段文字,一个文本框内的内容等,其作为承载内容的基本单元。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于对分栏区域第四操作事件,显示被执行第四操作事件的分栏区域的快照,响应于对快照的拖拽操作,基于快照被拖拽到的位置,调节分栏区域的位置。

在本公开的一些实施例中,在分栏区域处于选中状态时,可以通过改变分栏区域的底色提示用户当前编辑区域所在的位置。让用户有效地区分是否在分栏区域内并且能快速地在分栏区域和非分栏区域切换。具体的,鼠标悬停或光标/选区停留在分栏区域时,显示灰色底色以提示当前分栏布局所在的区域,在鼠标移开或光标/选区移开分栏布局区域时,灰色底色提示消失,使得文档正文和分栏融为一体。

在本公开的一些实施例中,在文档区域的一行中包括至少两个分栏区域时,若至少两个分栏区域中的至少一个为选中状态,则至少两个分栏区域均为选中状态。一些实施例中,文档区域的一行中可以设置有多个分栏区域,此时,同一行的分栏区域可以为关联状态,在一个分栏区域被选中后,同一行的其他关联的分栏区域也会被选中,这样可以减少选中分栏区域的操作步骤,提高处理效率,并且在区分显示分栏区域和非分栏区域时,能够一次性显示整行的所有分栏区域。
在新建分栏时,提供可交互的模板选择,通过鼠标滑过分栏缩略图的栏数快速选择和创建分栏区域,清晰传达创建分栏区域的视觉效果。具体的,通过在第一控件上悬停显示选项列表,点击到分栏选项时,展示分栏创建界面,通过鼠标划过对应的栏数,可设置插入分栏区域的栏数效果。通过点击分栏缩略图,快速插入分栏区域,并且光标出现在新建的分栏区域的第一栏,显示灰色底色提示,方便用户输入。
在已有分栏区域的基础上,通过第二控件实现快速添加新分栏区域的效果。具体的,控制标识悬停到两分栏区域中间区域时,显示灰色小圆点(第二控件)代表添加分栏的入口,控制标识悬停到灰色小圆点时,小圆点变为添加分栏按钮(第三控件);通过点击添加分栏按钮,在小圆点处添加一个新分栏区域。
在已有分栏区域的基础上,通过按住拖拽实现改变两栏顺序的效果。具体的:点击分栏区域边框区域,呈现可拖动表现,拖动时显示快照;将快照拖入左侧或右侧区域时,释放控制标识完成调整分栏区域排序。
本公开的一些实施例中提出一种文档的处理装置,包括:
确定装置,用于确定文档区域中分栏区域的当前状态;
控制装置,用于若当前状态为非选中状态,一体化显示所述分栏区域和所述非分栏区域;或,若当前状态为选中状态,呈现分栏区域与非分栏区域的分界。

    响应于分栏区域创建事件,在所述文档区域内创建分栏区域。
