Abstract
The coveralls are disposable coveralls consisting of a six-piece pattern design, comprising elastics on the wrists and ankles, on the rear waist area, and the hood edge (around the face). In general, it is used in sectors such as health, industry, etc.
Description
DISPOSABLE COVERALLS WITH A SIX-PIECE PATTERN DESIGN
Technical Field
• This invention relates to the production of disposable coveralls, which are personal protective equipment, as a textile product in the form of a joining of six pieces of the pattern.
State of the Art and the Object of the Invention
The examples of the product in the domestic and international markets are formed by joining 8-12 pieces of the pattern. Since this type of coverall consists of more pieces, the production takes more time. When joined with more stitches, it is more permeable to solid, liquid particles and biological agents. These coveralls, which consist of more than 6-pieces of pattern, require more personnel, machines, and materials during production. As a result of reducing the disposable coverall pattern to 6 pieces, the permeability of solid-liquid particles is reduced by fewer stitches, which is essential for this type of clothing made with sewing.
In the coveralls in the state of the art and on the market, the zipper is attached last and the fly is applied thereon. In these 6-piece coveralls, the right (3) and left (4) pattern pieces of the upper group are joined from under the sleeve and the hood (1 and 2) is attached, then the zipper is attached. With the fly (5) formed as a continuation of the upper left piece (4) of the pattern, the need for the fly piece to be applied separately is eliminated. The attachment of the zipper when the product is semi-finished, and the fly attachment work are not applied, thus accelerating production three times.
Fluidity is provided against the liquids coming to that area due to the bias (oblique) cut (8) that goes from the waist area of the pattern to the front crotch, which is not found in any coveralls on the market.
The production is carried out in a shorter time, with less personnel, machinery, energy, and materials by using fewer stitches and cuts with a 6-piece coveralls pattern.
Our invention is produced in half the time according to the state of the art. DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

Description of the Invention and Industrial Applicability The coveralls are disposable coveralls consisting of a six-piece pattern, comprising elastics on the wrists and ankles, on the rear waist area (9), and the hood edge (around the face). In general, it is used in sectors such as health, industry, etc. When compared to the coveralls consisting of more than 6-piece of patterns in the market, the coveralls consisting of 6-piece patterns are different in terms of the following features;
The way of attaching the zipper and design of the zipper fly (flap) (5) as a continuation of the upper left piece (4),
Overlapping of the rear elastic waistband and lower-upper group junction parts (9)
The biasing (oblique) junction of the lower (pants piece) and upper group in the front
piece. It is important that disposable coveralls are impermeable to liquid and solid particles and biological agents. Since each gap to be opened in a disposable coverall will reduce the impermeability, generally, only one gap is opened in this type of clothing to wear the clothing. To provide the expected easy-to-wear (practical use) standards, a zipper of the optimum length according to the body size was made on the front of the coveralls, extending from the end of the cut lines (8) that provide bias (oblique) fluidity, just above the crotch of the pants, to the jaw. A fly (flap) is formed on the zipper in the coveralls available in the market, thus impermeability is provided at this part. The fly (flap) (5) piece of this 6-piece coverall is designed as a continuation of the upper left body pattern piece (4). It is possible to design the fly (5) piece in this way due to the oblique cut (8) on the right and left sides of the crotch of the pants. The oblique cut (8) also provides fluidity against liquids. In the production stage of the coveralls, the right (4) and left (3) sleeve lower parts are sewn after the pattern is cut on the fabric. Then the middle back pieces (3 and 4) are joined. The two-piece hoods (1 and 2) are folded together and attached to the neck area. After these steps, the zipper is attached. The fly (5) is formed on the zipper by itself as a single layer of fabric. In this way, the upper group of the coveralls is completed. The front and rear crotch pieces are joined and the pants (6 and 7) with piled pieces between the legs are joined with the upper group (3 and 4). During joining, the rear waist area (9) is left open. Joining is completed by attaching elastic to this piece (9). The overlap of the elastic and waist line (9) is envisaged with the designed pattern. Since the waist line is separate from the elastic line in the coveralls on the market, more stitches are applied and thus, the permeability is doubled. With such a production, it can be applied to the industry.
