Description

Innovation in the Tank on the Top of the Dispensers Enabling the Water Treated in the Water Purifier to be Stored and Used on the Dispenser
Technical Field
The invention relates to the tank on the top of the dispenser, which ensure the water treated in the water purifier or water from any resource stored and used on the dispenser.
Prior Art
The tank on the top of the dispenser enables the water treated in the purification device to be used on stored on the dispenser. Said tank is directly connected with the purified water line coming from the purification device. There is a float in the tank.
The float is positioned on the cap. Said float ensures that the water is automatically cut off after the tank is full. In addition, when the treated water in the tank is low, it ensures that the water is flowing and that the tank is always full.
A drinking water supply device is mentioned in the Chinese patent document with the code CN106882758A in the prior art. The device provides heating and cooling of drinking water. Said device includes a cold-water tank, a hot water tank, a water supply pipe, a valve, a bypass (a bypass pipe), a bypass valve and a control part (a control device). In the patent document in question, there is no tank in which the purified water is supplied directly to the water dispenser, to instantly meet the hot and cold water needs of the users. There is no mention of a device that has no risk of any overflow, etc. where the carboy water is positioned directly on the water dispenser. A bottled water dispenser with an air inlet valve is mentioned in the European patent document with the code EP 1506935 Al in the prior art. A carboy is placed on water dispenser. It is a classic dispenser that provides the delivery of carboy water to the user with a tap. There is no mention of a tank that has no risk of any overflow, etc. where the water coming from the water purifier is directly sent to the top tank of the water dispenser.
A programmable water purification method and device in a water cooler is mentioned in the American patent document with the code US 13723308 A in the prior art. Said device includes a detector which is anti -overflow, includes the controller and has an ozone generator. Another type of water distributor connects a water resource (e.g. city water, well water) directly to a tank located inside the cabin or concealed in it. A float or other water level controller may be provided to ensure that the tank is always filled with water but not overflowing. Water diverted from city water, well water, or any other resource can be filtered or otherwise purified before it is delivered to the tank. In the patent document in question, there is no mention of a tank that has no risk of any overflow, etc. where the water coming from the water purifier is directly sent to the top tank of the water dispenser.
The tanks on the top of the dispensers in the prior art generally consist of a cap and a body. The cap is placed on the body. The float is positioned on the cap. When the tank is full, the ball of the float is lifted into the air, cutting off the water and preventing overflow. The tank caps on the dispenser, used in the prior art, are placed on the body without a locking mechanism or are fixed to the body with the tight fit method. The tabs and slots on the body and/or cap used in the tight-fitting system expand over time and lose their compression function. Said caps do not have a mechanical locking mechanism against a possible upward force.
In another application in the prior art, there is a cap containing tabs and inlet channels (spaces) on the tank equivalent with these tabs. The outward sloping set surrounding the tank is interrupted by the inlet channels. The tabs on the cap are aligned with the inlet channels on the tank. Then the cap is turned. In this way, the tabs on the cap enter through the aforementioned set gaps (input channel), find their place under the set and mechanical locking is provided. It is difficult to use. Sets, which are exposed to a continuous turning process, can wear out over time and lose their function. Since the tabs on the cap are made of plastic, they lose their flexibility and come to the same level as the outer diameter of the set and can be separated from the set.
There is no mechanical locking system that prevents the cap from moving upwards in the tanks on the top of the dispenser in the prior art. When the tank is filled with water, the cap moves upwards together with the float ball. Separation of the cap from the body causes the water to overflow, the cap is not mechanically locked to the body, in any of the tanks on the top of the dispensers in the prior art.
Purpose of the Invention
The aim of the invention is to obtain a water tank on top of the dispenser, in which the float that rises when the tank is completely filled with water in the treatment systems above the dispenser, prevents the water from overflowing by lifting the cap.
Another aim of the invention is to obtain a tank on the top of the dispenser in which the water treated by the water purifier or from any resource is prevented from being wasted.
Another aim of the invention is to obtain a water tank on the top of the dispenser with a cap that can be easily locked and opened.
The tank (100) on the top of the dispenser includes the body (120) that has at least one locking slot (121) that ends the rotational movement of the cap (110) in the locking direction after getting inserted into locking tab (111) in order to prevent the cap (110) from separating from the body (120) and water overflowing, and the cap (110) having at least one locking tab (111) that mechanically locks the body (120) and the cap (110) by entering the said locking slot (121) and prevents the cap (110) from moving up and down. Description of Figures
Attached Figure - 1 is the top perspective view of the disassembled tank on the top of the dispenser.
Figure-2 is the bottom perspective view of the disassembled tank on the top of the dispenser.
Figure-3 is the front section view of the tank on the top of the dispenser, with the cap unlocked.

Explanation of the Invention
The invention relates to the tanks (100) on the top of the dispenser that ensure the water purified in the purification device or coming from any resource to be used and stored on the dispenser. The tank (100) on the top of the dispenser, which is the subject of the invention, includes a cap (110) with a locking tab (111), hole (112) and handle (113), and a body (120) with a locking slot (121) and a water outlet hole (122).
On the upper part of the cap (110), there is a handle (113) that enables the cap to be easily held. Thanks to the handle (113), the cap (110) can be easily mounted on the body (120). The handle (113) has at least two corners. In alternative embodiments of the invention, the shape and dimensions of the handle (113) may change.
A hole (112) is located on the upper part of the cap (110). Said hole (112) provides water entry into the body (120). In addition, the float to be used in the product is also positioned on and/or inside this hole (112).
There is a locking tab (111) at the bottom of the cap (110) located in the tank (100) on the top of the dispenser, which is the subject of the invention. In alternative embodiments of the invention, the locking tab (111) can also be positioned on the side or top of the cap (110). The locking tab (111) is of such a size and shape that it can enter the locking slot (121) on the body (120). Said locking slot (121) has a substantially inverted or straight "L" shape.
When the locking tab (111) is placed in the locking slot (121) and turned clockwise, the cap (110) and the body (120) are locked together. In this way, the float fixed to the cap (110) lifts the said cap (110) when the body (120) is filled with water, preventing the cap (110) from separating from the body (120). Thus, possible water overflow and water wastage are prevented. In an alternative application of the invention, the direction and shape of the locking slot (121) can be changed. In different applications, depending on the direction and shape of the locking slot (121), the locking process can be performed by turning it not clockwise, but counter clockwise.
After the locking tab (111) enters the locking slot (121), the rotation movement of the cap (110) in the locking direction stops. In this way, the user understands that the cap (110) is locked. By reversing the locking direction of the cap (110), the locking tab (111) is released. In this way, the cap (110) is opened. There is a water outlet hole (122) at the bottom of the body (120). The water outlet hole (122) ensures that the water coming from the purification device or any source enters into the dispenser from the body (120).
A tank on the top of the dispenser that ensures the water purified in the purification device or coming from any resource to be stored and used on the dispenser and characterized in that;
- the body (120) having at least one locking slot (121), which, after the locking tab (111) is inserted, ends the rotational movement of the cap (110) in the locking direction, and - the cap (110) having at least one locking tab (111) that mechanically locks the body (120) and the cap (110) by entering the said locking slot (121) and prevents the cap (110) from moving up and down, in order to prevent the cap (110) from separating from the body (120) and water overflowing.
