Description

The present invention relates to bathroom construction.
This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2021-155124 filed in Japan on September 24, 2021, the contents of which are incorporated herein.
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, houses, various facilities, and the like have been equipped with various facilities for assisting persons requiring assistance, such as physically handicapped persons and elderly persons. As one of them, there is known a bathroom in which the position of the bathtub can be changed according to the physical characteristics and bathing motion of the person requiring assistance.
For example, Patent Literatures 1 and 2 disclose a bathroom unit having a floor surface of a washing place, a floor surface on which a bathtub is placed, and a movable bathtub that can move on the floor surface on which the bathtub is placed. disclosed.
As in Patent Documents 1 and 2, when the floor surface on which the bathtub is placed is lower than the floor surface of the washing place, it is dangerous to expose the part of the floor surface on which the bathtub is not placed. Therefore, a sideboard is installed in the part where the bathtub is not placed so that the height is aligned with the floor of the washing area.
This sideboard must be removed when moving the bathtub, and after the bathtub is moved, it must be re-installed on a newly exposed portion of the floor on which the bathtub is placed. The need to remove and reinstall the sideboard each time the bathtub was moved was a burden on the caregiver.
Furthermore, in the bathroom unit of Patent Document 1, since there is a large step between the floor of the washing place and the floor of the bathtub, there is a large step between the floor of the washing place and the floor of the bathtub. There was also the problem that it was easy to lose balance.
Therefore, Patent Document 3 proposes a bathroom structure in which the height of the floor on which the bathtub is placed is equal to that of the floor of the washing place, and the bathtub is placed in direct contact with the floor on which the bathtub is placed.
According to the bathroom structure of Patent Document 3, there is no need to remove and re-install the sideboard when moving the bathtub, and the step between the floor of the washing area and the floor of the bathtub is small. It is difficult to lose the balance of the body when stepping over the bathtub.
On the other hand, in order to reduce the burden on caregivers, a bathtub equipped with an automatic cleaning device has been proposed. For example, Patent Literature 4 discloses a washing device in which a nozzle for spraying a detergent into a bathtub is attached above the bathtub.
Further, Patent Document 5 discloses a cleaning device in which a nozzle for spraying cleansing water into the bathtub is attached to the center of the floor of the bathtub. A method of spraying washing water in four directions from the center of the floor of the bathtub as in Patent Document 5 is suitable for washing the entire bathtub evenly.

As in Patent Document 3, in a bathtub structure in which the height of the floor on which the bathtub is placed is the same as that of the floor of the washing area, if the cleaning device of Patent Document 5 that sprays detergent from the center of the floor of the bathtub is adopted, the care-requiring person can It can be expected to further reduce the burden on caregivers while ensuring safety.
However, as a result of examination by the present inventors, when the bathtub is placed in direct contact with the floor on which the bathtub is placed, as in Patent Document 3, the portion of the nozzle protruding from the lower surface of the bathtub collides with the floor on which the bathtub is placed. In addition, it was found that the piping for supplying cleaning water to the nozzles could not be installed.
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention makes it easy to make the height of the floor of the washing place and the floor of the bathtub equal, so that the safety of the person requiring care can be easily ensured, the work load when moving the bathtub is small, and , to provide a bathtub structure capable of efficient automatic washing of the bathtub.
The bathroom structure of the present invention comprises a bathtub unit and a waterproof pan on which the bathtub unit is installed. The bathtub pan has a pipe for supplying cleaning liquid to the nozzle, and is movable on the waterproof pan with the longitudinal direction of the bathtub as a moving direction, and the upper surface of the waterproof pan extends along the moving direction. A floor surface, a washing space pan floor surface, and a drainage vertical groove between the bathtub pan floor surface and the washing space pan floor surface, and a drainage horizontal groove that traverses the center in the movement direction in the bathtub pan floor surface. is formed between the bottom surface of the bathtub and the floor surface of the bathtub pan at least within the range in which the nozzle moves along with the movement of the bathtub unit, and the gap is the bottom surface of the bathtub. The protruding portion of the nozzle protruding from and the pipe can be accommodated.
In the bathroom structure described above, a vertical drainage groove is formed between the floor surface of the bathtub pan and the floor surface of the wash area pan. Therefore, there is no need to provide a difference in height between the floor of the bathtub pan and the floor of the washroom pan, making it easy to ensure the safety of the person requiring care. Therefore, there is little work load when moving the bathtub. In addition, since a space that can accommodate the portion of the nozzle that protrudes from the bottom surface of the bathtub and the pipe can be secured regardless of the movement of the bathtub, efficient automatic cleaning of the bathtub is also possible.
In the bathroom structure of the present invention, on the floor surface of the bathtub pan, on both sides of the horizontal drainage groove in the moving direction, from the opposite side of the vertical drainage groove at both ends in the moving direction, the boundary between the horizontal drainage groove and the vertical drainage groove It is preferable that a valley line directed to a part (confluence part) is formed. Moreover, it is preferable that the valley line is inclined downward from the opposite side of the longitudinal drainage groove toward the boundary portion (confluence portion) between the lateral drainage groove and the longitudinal drainage groove.
In the bathroom structure described above, the water on the floor surface of the bathtub pan can easily flow into the drain flutes and can be drained efficiently.
In the bathroom structure of the present invention, the floor surface of the bathtub pan is provided with an inclination B that decreases from the side of the vertical drainage groove toward the valley line in the lateral direction of the bathtub, and Preferably, a slope C decreasing towards the line is provided.
In the bathroom structure described above, the water on the floor surface of the bathtub pan can easily flow into the drainage grooves and can be drained efficiently. In addition, it is easy to form a gap between the bottom surface of the bathtub and the floor surface of the bathtub pan that can accommodate the projecting portion of the nozzle and the pipe. Furthermore, since the gap can be formed without greatly tilting the bottom surface of the bathtub, it is easy to ensure the safety of the person requiring care.
Preferably, in the bathroom structure of the present invention, the inclination B is 5° or more and 15° or less, and the inclination C is 3° or more and 10° or less.
In the bathroom structure described above, since the floor surface of the bathtub pan is sufficiently inclined, water can be drained efficiently. It is easy to form a gap that can accommodate the piping. Furthermore, since the floor surface of the bathtub pan is gently inclined, it is easy to ensure the safety of the person requiring assistance.

A drain plug is preferably provided at the location.
In the bathroom structure described above, even if the inside of the bottom surface is not greatly inclined, the height of the side opposite to the vertical drainage groove on the outside of the bottom surface can be increased to some extent, so there is a space that can accommodate the part of the nozzle that protrudes from the bottom surface of the bathtub and the piping. easy to secure. In addition, water can be quickly drained from the bathtub without tilting the inside of the bottom surface. In addition, since it is not necessary to greatly incline the inside of the bottom surface, it is easy to ensure the safety of the person requiring assistance.
In the bathtub structure of the present invention, the height of the floor surface of the washing area and the floor surface of the bathtub can be easily made equal, so that the safety of the person requiring care can be easily ensured, the work load when moving the bathtub is small, and Efficient automatic cleaning of the bathtub is also possible.

Nozzle pipe 3 is connected to relay box 4 . The junction box 4 is connected to a detergent supply pipe 6 to which detergent is supplied from a detergent container 5 and to a flexible pipe 8 to which water is supplied from a water pipe 7 .
The peripheral surface of the bathtub 10 is covered with a bathtub apron 9. -
The ratio of the short side (short diameter) to the long side (long diameter) of the opening of the bathtub 10 (short side (short diameter)/long side (long diameter)) is 0.2/1.0 to 0.8/ It is preferably 1.0, more preferably 0.3/1.0 to 0.7/1.0.
The nozzle pipe 3 is fixed to the bottom surface 20 of the bathtub, the junction box 4 is fixed to the back surface 24 of the bathtub, and the detergent container 5 is stored between the back surface 24 of the bathtub and the apron 9 of the bathtub. The relay box 4, the detergent container 5, the nozzle pipe 3, and the detergent supply pipe 6 move integrally with the bathtub 10 as the bathtub unit 1 moves.
Since the water pipe 7 is fixed to the wall surface of the bathroom, the distance between the water pipe 7 and the junction box 4 changes as the bathtub unit 1 moves. The length of the flexible pipe 8 is made long enough to accommodate this change in distance.
The nozzle pipe 3 is connected to the nozzle 2 via the bottom of the bathtub 10 from the bathtub back surface 24 side.
Detergent or water is appropriately supplied to the nozzle pipe 3 via the relay box 4 so that the detergent or water can be jetted from the nozzle 2 into the bathtub 10 .
As shown in FIG. 3, the nozzle body 2a of the nozzle 2 protrudes below the outer surface of the bathtub bottom surface 20 (bathtub bottom surface outer side 21). That is, there is a protruding portion that protrudes from the lower surface of the bathtub 10 . The discharge port 2b of the nozzle 2 protrudes slightly upward from the inner surface of the bottom surface 20 of the bathtub (inside 22 of the bottom surface of the bathtub). The nozzle pipe 3 is arranged along the bathtub bottom surface 21 from the bathtub back surface 24 side (bathroom wall surface side, the side opposite to the washing area pan floor surface) and is connected to the nozzle 2 .
As shown in FIG. 2, the bathtub bottom surface 20 is provided with an inclination G that descends from the bathtub back surface 24 side toward the bathtub front surface 23 .
Gradient G preferably has a fractional gradient of 25/1000 to 30/1000. If the fractional slope of the slope G is equal to or higher than the lower limit, the water in the bathtub 10 can be quickly discharged from the bathtub drain plug 14 . Moreover, if the fractional slope of the slope G is equal to or less than the upper limit, the safety of the person requiring assistance is enhanced.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the bathtub drain plug 14 is located at a position where the peripheral surface (bathtub front surface 23) of the bathtub 10 on the washing area side and the bathtub bottom surface 20 intersect (the vertical drainage groove 50 of the bathtub bottom surface 20). side position) and is provided horizontally along the moving direction M. Since the bottom surface 20 of the bathtub has an inclination G, this position is the lowest point inside the bottom surface 22 of the bathtub.
The bathtub drain plug 14 is opened and closed by moving an elliptical plug cover 16 with respect to an elliptical drain outlet portion 15 .
The angle θ of the axial direction of the drainage outlet portion 15 with respect to the height direction T is preferably 55 to 65°. When the angle θ is equal to or greater than the lower limit of the preferable range, the length by which the drainage outlet 15 protrudes downward from the bathtub bottom surface outer side 21 can be reduced. For example, if the angle θ is 62.5°, it is possible to keep the length of the drainage outlet 15 protruding downward from the outside of the bathtub bottom surface 21 to 10 mm. In addition, when the person requiring assistance straddles the bathtub front surface 23, it is easy to avoid stepping on the bathtub drain plug 14.
Since the angle .theta.
Although the specific configuration of the bathtub drain plug 14 is not limited, for example, the configuration of the drain plug device described in JP-A-2020-183648 can be adopted.
Next, the shape of the upper surface of the waterproof pan will be described with reference to FIG. A portion of the vertical drainage groove 50 adjacent to the horizontal drainage groove 31 is defined as a drainage confluence point 56 . A portion adjacent to the drainage confluence portion 56 of the washing space pan floor surface 40 serves as a drainage concave portion 60, and a drainage port 61 is formed.
The drainage lateral groove 31 and the drainage junction 56 form a continuous plane. A plane formed by the horizontal drainage groove 31 and the drainage junction 56 is provided with an inclination A that decreases from the horizontal drainage groove 31 toward the drainage concave portion 60 . The drainage concave portion 60 is formed so as to be slightly stepped from the plane formed by the drainage lateral groove 31 and the drainage junction 56 .
The inclination A is preferably 1 to 15°, more preferably 1 to 10°. If the inclination A is equal to or greater than the lower limit of the preferable angle, the drainage that has reached the drainage lateral groove 31 or the drainage junction 56 can be easily guided to the drainage port 61 . Moreover, if the inclination A is equal to or less than the upper limit of the preferable angle, it is not necessary to make the drainage recess 60 deeper than necessary.

This valley-shaped dent is formed from the side opposite to the vertical drainage groove 50 (bathroom wall side) at each end of the movement direction M of the valley line 32, and the boundary portion (merging) between the horizontal drainage groove 31 and the drainage confluence point 56 in the vertical drainage groove 50. part) on a diagonal line and continuously increasing in depth. With this configuration, the water on the floor surface of the bathtub pan can easily flow into the drainage grooves and can be drained efficiently.
More specifically, on the first bathtub pan floor surface 35 and the second bathtub pan floor surface 36, the horizontal drainage groove 31 and the vertical drainage groove 31 are formed from the opposite side (bathroom wall side) of the vertical drainage groove 50 at both ends in the moving direction M. A valley line 32 leading to a boundary portion (confluence portion) of the drain confluence portion 56 in the groove 50 is formed diagonally.
A planar area 35a is formed on the first bathtub pan floor 35 on the side of the vertical drainage groove 50, and a planar area 36a is formed on the second bathtub pan floor 36 on the side of the vertical drainage groove 50. As shown in FIG.
The heights of the regions 35a and 36a are provided with an inclination B that decreases in the lateral direction N from the vertical drainage groove 50 side toward the valley line 32 . In the movement direction M, there is provided an inclination D that decreases from both end sides in the movement direction M toward the valley line 32 .

If the inclination B is equal to or more than the lower limit of the preferable angle, it is easy to create a gap between the bathtub 10 and the nozzle to accommodate the nozzle. Further, if the inclination B is equal to or less than the upper limit of the preferable angle, it is easy to ensure the flatness of the first bathtub pan floor surface 35 and the second bathtub pan floor surface 36 .
The inclination C is preferably 3-10°, more preferably 4-7°. If the inclination C is equal to or more than the lower limit of the preferable angle, it is easy to create a gap between the bathtub 10 and the nozzle to accommodate the nozzle. Moreover, if the inclination C is equal to or less than the upper limit of the preferable angle, it is easy to ensure the flatness of the first bathtub pan floor surface 35 and the second bathtub pan floor surface 36 .
The inclination D is preferably 1-5°, more preferably 1-3°. If the inclination D is equal to or greater than the lower limit of the preferable angle, the waste water that has reached the first bathtub pan floor surface 35 or the second bathtub pan floor surface 36 can be quickly guided to the horizontal drainage groove 31 or the waste water confluence point 56 . Moreover, if the inclination D is equal to or less than the upper limit of the preferable angle, it is easy to ensure the flatness of the first bathtub pan floor surface 35 and the second bathtub pan floor surface 36 .
A perforated groove cover 71 is placed on both sides of the drainage confluence point 56 in the drainage groove 50 . In addition, decorative groove lids 72 are placed on both outer sides thereof.
The perforated plate-shaped groove lid 71 receives the drainage from the bathtub drain plug 14 and guides it to the drainage vertical groove 50 . The upper surface of the perforated groove lid 71 is concavely curved so that the drain outlet 15 of the bathtub drain plug 14 does not come into contact with it.
The bottom surface of the drainage longitudinal groove 50 is also provided with an inclination J that descends in the direction of the drainage confluence point 56 at the locations where the perforated groove lid 71 and the decorative groove lid 72 are placed.
The inclination J is preferably 1 to 10°. If the inclination J is equal to or greater than the lower limit of the preferable angle, the waste water that has reached the waste water groove 50 can be easily led to the waste water confluence point 56 . Further, if the inclination J is equal to or less than the upper limit of the preferable angle, it is not necessary to deepen the drainage junction 56 and the drainage concave portion 60 more than necessary.
The washing area pan floor surface 40 is configured so as to be continuously lowered from its peripheral portion toward the drainage groove 50 . With such a configuration, the water on the floor surface of the pan in the washing area can easily flow into the drain grooves and can be drained efficiently.
More specifically, two valley lines 42 extending from both ends in the movement direction M at the boundary with the drainage groove 50 to the boundary with the drainage recess 60 are formed on the floor surface 40 of the washing space pan.
Between both ends in the movement direction M at the boundary with the drainage flute 50, an inclination E is provided along the lateral direction N, which descends toward two valley lines 42. As shown in FIG.
In addition, valley lines and ridge lines are appropriately formed on the floor surface 40 of the washing space pan so as to form an inclination that descends toward the boundary with the drainage recess 60 .
Next, as a bathroom structure of this embodiment, a bathroom structure in which the bathtub unit 1 is arranged on the upper surface of the waterproof pan shown in FIG. 5 will be described.
6 and 7 show a state in which the bathtub unit 1 is arranged on the end of the waterproof pan in the direction of movement M (on the left side when viewed from the washing area) in the bathroom structure of the present embodiment. 6, only the bathtub 10, the nozzle 2, and the bathtub drain plug 14 are shown without the bathtub apron 9 and the like in order to clarify the arrangement position of the bathtub 10. As shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 6, the bathtub 10 is placed above the bathtub pan floor 30 and the perforated groove lid 71 placed on the drainage longitudinal groove 50, and the center of the bathtub 10 in the movement direction M is the eye. It is positioned substantially above the center of the dish-shaped groove cover 71 in the direction of movement M thereof.
FIG. 7 is a view of the vicinity of the bottom surface 20 of the bathtub showing the positional relationship between the bottom surface of the bathtub and the waterproof pan in the VII-VII section in this state. A VII-VII cross section is a cross section cut along the lateral direction N at the center of the movement direction M of the bathtub 10, and the nozzle 2 and the bathtub drain plug 14 are present on this cross section. That is, the VII-VII cross section is a cross section at one end of "both ends of the range in which the nozzle moves with movement of the bathtub unit" in the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 7 , the waterproof pan of the present embodiment is constructed by fitting a bathtub pan 17 and a washing pan 18 together at a fitting portion 19 .
The upper surface of the bathtub pan 17 constitutes the bathtub pan floor 30 (the first bathtub pan floor 35 in the VII-VII cross section) and a part of the drainage groove 50, and the upper surface of the washing space pan 18 constitutes the washing space pan floor 40. It constitutes the remainder of the drainage flute 50 .
Bathtub pan 17 is supported by a plurality of support legs 70 .
In the VII-VII cross section, the first bathtub pan floor surface 35 has a height H2 at the location of the valley line 32 . The valley line 32 on the side of the drainage flute 50 has a low inclination B on the side of the valley line 32, and there is a flat surface at the tip of the height H3. The bathroom wall surface 75 side of the valley line 32 has a lower inclination C on the valley line 32 side. The height is H1.
The heights H1, H2, and H3 have the following relationship.
H1 > H3 > H2
Since the height H3 is lower than the height H2, the water on the bathtub pan floor surface 30 flows toward the drainage groove 50 even if there is the lowest point of the height H3 in between. .
In the following description, the height of the floor surface of the washing pan 40 at the boundary with the vertical drainage groove 50 (excluding the portion where the drainage recess 60 is formed; the same shall apply hereinafter) shall be the height H0 of the reference surface. .
In the VII-VII section of this embodiment, an example in which the height H1 is substantially equal to the height H0 is shown, but it is also preferable that the height H1 is slightly higher than the height H0. For example, the height H1 is preferably 10 mm higher than the height H0. By making the height H1 slightly higher than the height H0, even if the gradient to the valley line 32 is gentle, the height H2 can be easily set to a sufficiently low position, and the gap for accommodating the nozzle 2 and the nozzle pipe 3 easy to form.
In the vertical drainage groove 50, the first drainage groove 51 and the first lid placement area 53 (bathtub pan floor 30 side) and the second lid placement area 54 (washing area pan floor 40 side) on both sides of the drainage groove 50 are the parts of the bathtub pan 17. formed on the top surface. In addition, a middle step portion 55 and a second drainage groove 52 are formed on the upper surface of the washing pan 18 on the washing pan floor surface 40 side of the second lid storage space 54 . A fitting portion 19 between the bathtub pan 17 and the washing space pan 18 is formed from the second lid storage space 54 to the boundary between the second lid storage space 54 and the middle step portion 55 .
The first drainage groove 51 is wider and deeper than the second drainage groove 52 . Ribs on both ends of the perforated groove lid 71 in the moving direction M are placed on the first lid storage place 53 and the second lid storage place 54 to support the perforated groove lid 71 . The perforated groove cover 71 covers the first drainage groove 51 and the second drainage groove 52 from above.
Drainage flowing out of the bathtub drain plug 14 enters the second drain groove 52 through the perforated groove cover 71 and then flows to the first drain groove 51 or the drain confluence point 56 .
The washing area pan floor surface 40 is adjacent to the second drainage groove 52 . The portion adjacent to the second drainage groove 52 (the portion adjacent to the vertical drainage groove 50) of the floor surface of the washing pan 40 has a reference plane height H0. The smaller the difference between the height H0 and the height H1, the easier the construction because the height reference plane of the entire waterproof pan can be made the same.
The smaller the difference between the height H0 and the height H3 of the reference surface, which is the portion adjacent to the second drainage groove 52 (the portion adjacent to the vertical drainage groove 50) of the floor surface of the washing area pan 40, the closer the floor surface of the bathtub pan and the washing area are. Since the step at the interface with the floor of the pan is small, it is easy to ensure the safety of the person requiring assistance.
A plurality of downwardly protruding ribs are provided on the bathtub bottom outside 21 of the bathtub 10 at positions where the nozzle piping 3 and the like are not hindered, for example, at positions near the four corners of the bathtub bottom outside 21 .
These ribs are in contact with the bathtub pan floor 30, the perforated groove lid 71, and the decorative groove lid 72 to support the bathtub 10, so that the bathtub bottom outer side 21 in the VII-VII cross section is separated from the bathtub pan floor 30. position.
The bathtub unit 1 can be moved in the movement direction M by pushing these ribs on the bathtub pan floor surface 30 and the like by being pushed in any direction.
As described above, the bathtub bottom surface 20 is provided with an inclination G that descends from the bathroom wall surface 75 toward the bathtub drain plug 14 . The bathtub bottom surface 20 is formed with a uniform thickness as a whole. Therefore, the same slope G is provided on the outside 21 of the bottom surface of the bathtub and the inside 22 of the bottom surface of the bathtub.
In this embodiment, the bathtub drain plug 14 is provided at the lowest point on the side of the drainage groove 50, and the entire lateral direction N of the bathtub bottom surface 20 is inclined in the same direction. Therefore, compared to the case where the drain plug is provided in the center of the lateral direction N, the height of the bathtub bottom outside 21 on the side of the bathroom wall surface 75 can be increased, and the distance between the bathtub bottom outside 21 and the bathtub pan floor 30 can be increased. It is easy to provide a gap in
In the VII-VII section, the nozzle 2 is positioned on the valley line 32 of the floor surface 30 of the bathtub pan. That is, since the portion of the nozzle 2 protruding from the outside of the bathtub bottom surface 21 and the nozzle pipe 3 connected to the nozzle 2 are positioned at the lowest point (height H3) of the bathtub pan floor surface 30, It is housed in the gap between the outside 21 and the bathtub pan floor 30 and does not contact the bathtub pan floor 30.
It should be noted that when the bathtub unit 1 is moved from the position shown in FIG. However, since the region 35b has the same height along the movement direction M, the first bathtub pan floor surface 35 does not come into contact with the nozzle 2 or the nozzle pipe 3 when the nozzle 2 passes through the region 35b.
Next, in the bathroom structure of the present embodiment, FIGS. 8 and 9 show a state in which the bathtub unit 1 is moved to the center of the movement direction M above the waterproof pan. 8 also shows only the bathtub 10, the nozzle 2, and the bathtub drain plug 14 for the bathtub unit 1. As shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 8, the bathtub 10 is placed above the bathtub pan floor 30 and the perforated groove lid 71 placed on the drainage longitudinal groove 50, and the center of the bathtub 10 in the movement direction M is the drainage It is located on the drainage confluence point 56 at the center of the vertical groove 50 in the movement direction M.
FIG. 9 is a view of the vicinity of the bottom surface 20 of the bathtub showing the positional relationship between the bottom surface of the bathtub and the waterproof pan in the IX-IX section in this state. The IX-IX cross section is a cross section cut along the lateral direction N at the center of the moving direction M of the bathtub 10, and the nozzle 2 and the bathtub drain plug 14 are present on this cross section. That is, the IX-IX cross section is the cross section at the middle of "both ends of the range in which the nozzle moves with the movement of the bathtub unit" in the present invention.
Bathtub pan 17 is supported by a plurality of support legs 70 . In the cross section of FIG. 9 , the upper surface of the bathtub pan 17 constitutes the horizontal drainage groove 31 of the bathtub pan floor surface 30 and the drainage confluence point 56 of the vertical drainage groove 50 . As described above, the drainage lateral groove 31 and the drainage junction 56 are continuous at the inclination A in the IX-IX section.
In the IX-IX section, the height H6 of the horizontal drain groove 31 along the bathroom wall surface 75 is much lower than the height H0 of the reference plane.
Due to the difference between the height H6 and the height H0, the first bathtub pan floor surface 35 and the second bathtub pan floor surface 36 are made higher than the horizontal drainage groove 31, thereby enabling prompt drainage to the horizontal drainage groove 31. , between the first and second bathtub pan floors 35 and 36 and the bathtub bottom outer side 21, a gap capable of accommodating the nozzle 2 and the nozzle pipe 3 is easily formed.
A portion adjacent to the fitting portion 19 on the upper surface of the washing pan 18 forms a flat surface that is continuous with the drain confluence portion 56 . The drainage concave portion 60 is formed so as to be slightly stepped down from this plane. In addition, the side opposite to the fitting portion 19 of the drainage concave portion 60 in the lateral direction N is a washing pan floor surface 40 . The washing space pan floor surface 40 is inclined downward toward the drainage concave portion 60 along the lateral direction N while maintaining a height substantially equal to the height H0 of the reference surface.
A drainage port 61 is provided in the drainage recess 60, and a drainage pipe 62 is connected to the drainage port 61 for guiding drainage to the outside of the bathroom. The drain pipe 62 passes under the washing pan floor surface 40 of the washing pan 18 and reaches outside the bathroom.
In the IX-IX cross section, as is clear from FIG. 9, there is a sufficient space between the bathtub bottom outside 21 and the bathtub pan floor 30 to accommodate the nozzle 2 and the nozzle pipe 3 .
A cross section cut along the lateral direction N at the center of the moving direction M of the bathtub 10 in a state in which the bathtub unit 1 is further moved and arranged at the end of the moving direction M above the waterproof pan (on the right side when viewed from the washing area). is the same as the VII-VII section shown in FIG. This cross section is the cross section at the other end of "both ends of the range in which the nozzle moves with movement of the bathtub unit" in the present invention.
The nozzle 2 is positioned on the trough line 32 of the bathtub pan floor surface 30 in this cross section as well as described using FIG.
Also, in the process of moving the bathtub unit 1 from the position shown in FIG. However, since the area 36b has the same height along the moving direction M, the second bathtub pan floor 36 is not in contact with the nozzle 2 or the bottom surface 36 until the nozzle 2 passes through the area 36b and reaches the valley line 32. There is no contact with the nozzle pipe 3.
As described above, according to the bathtub unit 1 of the present embodiment, the floor surface 40 of the washing area and the inner surface 22 of the bathtub bottom can be easily made equal in height. 1 (including the bathtub 10) is less burdensome, and efficient automatic cleaning of the bathtub 10 is also possible.
In the above embodiment, various specific structures of the bathtub pan floor surface 30 have been specified and explained. There is no particular limitation as long as it has a structure capable of creating a space that can accommodate the space.
For example, in the above embodiment, the heights of the regions 35b and 36b are constant in the moving direction M, but they may be inclined downward toward the lateral drainage groove 31. FIG. In the above-described embodiment, the first bathtub pan floor surface 35 and the second bathtub pan floor surface 36 each have planar regions 35a and 35b, and regions 36a and 36b. Curved surface is very good. Therefore, each distinct valley line 32 may not exist.
Further, in order to facilitate movement on the bathtub pan floor surface 30, the bathtub bottom surface 20 may be provided with wheels or the like along with ribs projecting downward from the bathtub bottom surface outer side 21 or in place of the ribs. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the nozzle 2 is arranged in the center of the bottom surface 20 of the bathtub, but the position of the nozzle 2 may be located on the bottom surface of the bottom surface 20 of the bathtub and may be shifted from the center.
In addition, various modifications are possible without departing from the gist of the present invention.
