进一步地,包括具有密封性能的密封圈400,本实施例中的密封圈400套设于第一凸起部202,且密封圈400的两侧分别与第一接头件100和螺纹部203过盈配合。可以理解的是,当第一凸起部202嵌设在第一接头件100的第一端内壁时,使得第一凸起部202有部分区域裸露在外界,将密封圈400套设在该裸露在外界的部分区域时,由于螺纹部203和第一接头件100两侧夹紧,可以大大地提高辅助接头的密封性。
进一步地,包括密封套500,第一接头件100的第一端内壁由外向内包括外阶梯层(图中未示)和内阶梯层(图中未示),第一凸起部202嵌设于外阶梯层,密封套500设于内阶梯层。需要说明的是,密封套500为锥形密封套并与内阶梯层的形状匹配,在内阶梯层设置锥形密封套,不仅可以提高密封性,还可以增加辅助接头整体结构的紧固性。当然为了使得第一接头件100、第二接头件200和接头主体300依次组装后形成管道与现有内窥镜连通,本实施例中的密封套500也是中空设置。
进一步地,内螺纹101的直径大于内阶梯层的直径。
进一步地,第二接头件200的中部向外凸起形成第二凸起部204。
进一步地,接头主体300的第一端中部向所述第二接头件200延伸形成长筒柱301;所述长筒柱301和所述接头主体300外壁之间形成卡槽302,所述长筒柱301嵌插于第二接头件200的第二端内壁,第二接头件200的第二端卡接于卡槽302。
本实施例中的辅助接头包括第一接头件100、第二接头件200和接头主体300,第一接头件100、第二接头件200和接头主体300依次组装后形成管道,通过设于第一接头件100的内螺纹101可以使得辅助接头和奥林巴斯内窥镜连接,通过设于第二接头件200的外螺纹201可以使得辅助接头和宾得内窥镜连接,因此,本申请提供的辅助接头既可以和奥林巴斯内窥镜配合使用,也可以和宾得内窥镜配合使用,不需要仓管人员分别管理不同的接头,且当医护人员使用不同品牌的内窥镜时,无需区分,从而解决了目前没有既可以和宾得内窥镜配合使用,也可以和奥林巴斯内窥镜配合使用的辅助接头,使得医护人员使用不同内窥镜时需要区分不同辅助接头,且也不便于医院管理存货的技术问题。
在本申请实施例的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请实施例和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请实施例的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本申请实施例的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可更换连接,或一体地连接,可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接,可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请实施例中的具体含义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种内窥镜辅助接头,其特征在于,包括接头主体、第一接头件和第二接头件,所述第一接头件、所述第二接头件和所述接头主体依次组装后形成管道,所述管道和内窥镜连通;
    所述第二接头件的第一端嵌设于所述第一接头件的第一端内,所述第二接头件的第二端嵌设于所述接头主体的第一端内;
    所述第一接头件的第二端内壁设有内螺纹,所述第二接头件靠近所述第一接头件的位置处设有外螺纹。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜辅助接头,其特征在于,所述第一接头件的第一端内壁由外向内呈阶梯状;
    所述第二接头件的第二端包括第一凸起部和螺纹部,所述第一凸起部嵌设于所述第一接头件的第一端内壁,所述外螺纹设于所述螺纹部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的内窥镜辅助接头,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部的直径小于所述螺纹部的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的内窥镜辅助接头,其特征在于,包括密封圈,所述密封圈套设于所述第一凸起部,且所述密封圈的两侧分别与所述第一接头件和所述螺纹部过盈配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的内窥镜辅助接头,其特征在于,包括密封套,所述第一接头件的第一端内壁由外向内包括外阶梯层和内阶梯层,所述第一凸起部嵌设于所述外阶梯层,所述密封套设于所述内阶梯层。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的内窥镜辅助接头,其特征在于,所述密封套为锥形密封套。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的内窥镜辅助接头,其特征在于,所述内螺纹的直径大于所述内阶梯层的直径。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜辅助接头,其特征在于,所述第二接头件的中部向外凸起形成第二凸起部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜辅助接头,其特征在于,所述接头主体的第一端中部向所述第二接头件延伸形成长筒柱;
    所述长筒柱和所述接头主体外壁之间形成卡槽,所述长筒柱嵌插于所述第二接头件的第二端内壁,所述第二接头件的第二端卡接于所述卡槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜辅助接头,其特征在于,所述接头主体为单向阀鲁尔接头。
