本申请涉及显示装置的领域,具体涉及一种显示装置。
目前搭载柔性屏技术已成为手机/笔记本市场的新型热门方向,随着柔性屏技术的开发,市场上产生了各式各样的柔性屏终端应用形态。
其中,对于搭载了可折叠柔性屏的移动终端而言,柔性屏所提供的虚拟触控键盘无法提供实体键盘所提供的触摸按压反馈,因此用户难以通过触感、敲击反馈进行盲打快速输入,导致用户在使用搭载了可折叠柔性屏的移动终端进行打字输入时效率降低。
目前的柔性屏存在无法提供实体键盘所提供的触摸按压反馈,导致用户进行打字输入的效率降低的技术问题。
本申请提供一种显示装置,以改善当前用户使用搭载了可折叠柔性屏的移动终端进行打字输入时效率低下的技术问题。
本申请提供一种显示装置,包括:
外壳;
柔性显示屏,设置于所述外壳内;
键盘组件,位于所述外壳与所述柔性显示屏之间,所述键盘组件包括驱动构件和键盘构件,所述柔性显示屏与所述键盘构件固定连接;
其中,所述键盘构件通过所述驱动构件在所述外壳内沿所述柔性显示屏的出光方向升降设置。
在本申请的显示装置中,所述键盘构件包括键盘板和设置于所述键盘板上的多个弹性键盘。
在本申请的显示装置中,所述柔性显示屏包括多个与所述弹性键盘对应的键入部,所述弹性键盘与所述键入部连接。
在本申请的显示装置中,所述弹性键盘与所述键入部通过所述驱动构件在所述外壳内沿所述柔性显示屏的出光方向升降设置。

本申请通过在外壳与柔性显示屏之间设置键盘组件,使键盘组件中的键盘构件可在驱动构件的作用下沿柔性显示屏的出光方向进行升降,用户在需要进行输入时将键盘构件向柔性显示屏一侧升起或向远离柔性显示屏的一侧下降,使柔性显示屏表面形成与键盘构件对应的“凸起键盘”或“凹陷键盘”,从而使搭载有可折叠柔性屏的移动终端可以为用户提供实体键盘所提供的触摸按压反馈,便于用户进行盲打快速输入,提高打字输入效率。

在搭载了可折叠柔性屏的移动终端中,由于柔性屏所提供的虚拟触控键盘无法提供实体键盘所提供的触摸按压反馈,因此用户很难通过触感、敲击反馈进行盲打快速输入,导致用户在使用搭载了可折叠柔性屏的移动终端进行打字输入时效率降低。本申请基于上述技术问题提出了以下方案。
请参阅图1至图11,本申请提供一种显示装置,包括:
外壳100;
柔性显示屏200,设置于所述外壳100内;
键盘组件,位于所述外壳100与所述柔性显示屏200之间,所述键盘组件包括驱动构件300和键盘构件400,所述柔性显示屏200与所述键盘构件400固定连接;
其中,所述键盘构件400通过所述驱动构件300在所述外壳100内沿所述柔性显示屏200的出光方向升降设置。
本实施例通过在外壳100与柔性显示屏200之间设置键盘组件,使键盘组件中的键盘构件400可在驱动构件300的作用下沿柔性显示屏200的出光方向进行升降,用户在需要进行输入时可以通过键盘构件400将与之对应的柔性显示屏200向出光侧顶起或向背光侧下拉,使柔性显示屏200表面形成与键盘构件400对应的“凸起键盘”(如图4所示)或“凹陷键盘”(如图5所示),从而使搭载有可折叠柔性屏的移动终端可以为用户提供实体键盘所提供的触摸按压反馈,便于用户进行盲打快速输入,提高打字输入效率。
在本实施例中,所述外壳100可以由硬质刚性材料如金属、合金等材料制备。所述外壳100为外形呈长方体、内部中空的壳体,所述柔性显示屏200设置于所述外壳100的其中一个端面上。
在本实施例中,所述柔性显示屏200可以为OLED、Mini-LED、Micro-LED柔性显示屏200中的一种。
现结合具体实施例对本申请的技术方案进行描述。需说明的是,以下实施例的描述顺序不作为对实施例优选顺序的限定。
请参阅图2,在本申请的显示装置中,所述键盘构件400包括键盘板410和设置于所述键盘板410上的多个弹性键盘420,所述键盘板410的形状可以为矩形,以及,所述键盘板410可以由金属材料、硬质塑料或其他刚性且质轻的材料构成。
在本实施例中,所述柔性显示屏200包括多个与所述弹性键盘420对应的键入部240,所述弹性键盘420与所述键入部240连接,所述外壳100与所述柔性显示屏200接触的端面上设置有多个键盘孔160,多个所述键盘孔160与多个所述弹性键盘420一一对应,所述弹性键盘420穿过所述键盘孔160与所述键入部240固定连接。所述弹性键盘420与所述键入部240通过所述驱动构件300在所述外壳100内沿所述柔性显示屏200的出光方向升降设置。本实施例通过以上设置,使多个弹性键盘420通过键盘板410与驱动构件300进行连接,多个弹性键盘420实现同步升降,从而使柔性显示屏200的多个键入部240可以形成高度或深度均一的“实体键盘”结构,有利于改善用户的键入体验并提高用户敲击键入部240时的键入速度。本实施例中的弹性键盘420可以为用户提供实体键盘所提供的触摸按压反馈,便于用户进行盲打快速输入,进一步提高打字输入效率。
请参阅图2,在本申请的显示装置中,所述弹性键盘420包括键盘壳421和设置于所述键盘壳421内的弹性件422,所述键盘壳421的第一端与所述键盘板410固定连接,所述键盘壳421的第二端开口设置并与所述键入部240固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述键盘壳421可以为内部中空的立方壳体,或者还可以为内部中空的圆柱壳体,本申请对所述键盘壳421的具体形状不做具体限制。
在本实施例中,所述键盘壳421可以由质轻、硬性的塑料或金属材料制备。
在本实施例中,所述键盘壳421的第一端可以与所述键盘板410焊接或者胶粘连接,或者,所述键盘壳421可以与所述键盘板410一体成型。
在本实施例中,所述键盘壳421的第二端可以与所述柔性显示屏200的键入部240胶粘连接。
在本实施例中,所述弹性件422可以为圆弧顶状的弹性片,以使自身具备一定的形变及恢复形变的空间。所述弹性片的底部边缘固定在所述键盘板410上,所述弹性片的顶部最高点与所述键盘壳421的第二端齐平。
在本实施例中,所述弹性片可以由具有良好形变恢复能力的金属材料或其他弹性材料制成。
本实施例通过在键盘壳421内设置弹性件422,使用户在需要进行打字输入操作时可以通过键盘壳421将所述柔性显示屏200向出光侧顶起或向背光侧下拉,形成供用户进行盲打操作的“键盘”基础,而设置在键盘壳421内的弹性件422可以给用户提供触摸按压反馈,给用户与真实键盘相同的操作感受,进一步提高用户打字输入的速度。
请参阅图2,在本申请的显示装置中,所述弹性键盘420还包括设置于所述键盘壳421内的按压片423。所述按压片423的形状可以与所述键盘壳421的第二端处的开口端面形状相同,所述按压片423的面积略小于所述键盘壳421的开口端面的面积。
在本实施例中,所述按压片423平行于所述键盘板410设置。
在本实施例中,所述按压片423的第一侧面可以与所述键入部240固定连接,所述按压片423的第二侧面可以与所述弹性件422胶粘固定。所述第一侧面为所述按压片423靠近所述键盘板410一侧的侧面,所述第二侧面为所述按压片423远离所述键盘板410一侧的侧面。
在本实施例中,所述第二侧面还可以为所述按压片423与所述键盘壳421接触的周侧面,此时,所述第二侧面与所述键盘壳421的内壁胶粘固定。
在本实施例中,所述按压片423可以由质轻硬质的塑料片或金属片制作。
本实施例通过在所述弹性件422和所述键入部240之间设置按压片423,可使所述按压片423在所述键入部240和所述弹性件422之间起到良好的过渡作用,按压片423为所述键入部240提供更加稳定的按压基础,同时增大敲击键入部240时弹性件422的受力面积,使弹性件422均匀形变,从而更好地为用户提供触摸按压反馈,有利于用户提高打字输入的速度。
请参阅图3,在本申请的显示装置中,所述驱动构件300包括多个升降支杆310和多个驱动件320,所述驱动件320与所述升降支杆310一一对应。所述升降支杆310位于所述键盘板410远离所述柔性显示屏200的一侧,所述升降支杆310垂直于所述键盘板410设置。
在本实施例中,所述升降支杆310的第一端与所述键盘板410可以通过轴承转动连接,所述升降支杆310的第二端连接所述驱动件320,所述升降支杆310在所述驱动件320的作用下沿所述柔性显示屏200的出光方向升降设置。
本实施例通过设置多个升降支杆310和所述驱动件320,使用户在需要进行打字输入时,可以通过多个驱动件320驱动多个升降支杆310沿所述柔性显示屏200的出光方向同步进行升降,既有利于提高显示装置的内部结构稳定性,也可使柔性显示屏200上的键入部240形成得更加均匀、稳定,为用户提供良好的输入条件。
在本实施例中,以所述驱动构件300包括四个升降支杆310和四个驱动件320为例,四个所述升降支杆310和四个所述驱动件320可以分别设置在所述键盘板410的四个端角位置,从而对所述键盘板410起到稳定的支撑作用,键盘板410的升降也更加稳定。
需要说明的是,本申请中所述驱动构件300中的升降支杆310和驱动件320的数量及设置位置可以根据所述键盘板410的尺寸进行调整,本申请不作具体限制。
请参阅图3,在本申请的显示装置中,所述驱动件320包括电机321和第一齿轮322,所述电机321驱动所述第一齿轮322绕中心轴线自转。所述升降支杆310包括螺纹杆,所述第一齿轮322的中心设置有贯穿的螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔的孔径与所述螺纹孔的杆径相同,且所述螺纹孔内的螺纹与所述螺纹杆上的螺纹相适配。
在本实施例中,所述电机321可以为小型或微型伺服电机321,所述电机321的输出端可以通过传动结构(如齿轮、锥齿轮、蜗杆等结构)驱动所述第一齿轮322绕其中心轴线自转。
在本实施例中,所述第一齿轮322与所述键盘板410平行设置,也就是说,所述第一齿轮322的中心轴线垂直于所述键盘板410。
在本实施例中,所述外壳100内设置有用于支撑所述第一齿轮322的支撑件170。所述支撑件170可以为两端开口、内部中空的刚性支撑筒,所述刚性支撑筒可以与所述外壳100一体成型。所述刚性支撑筒的内部腔体空间可用于容纳所述螺纹杆。
在本实施例中,所述刚性支撑筒的中心轴线与所述第一齿轮322的中心轴线重合,所述刚性支撑筒的第一端与所述外壳100的内壁固定,所述刚性支撑筒的第二端与所述第一齿轮322活动连接。具体来说,所述第一齿轮322远离所述键盘板410的侧面与所述刚性支撑筒的第二端抵接,以实现所述第一齿轮322在所述刚性支撑筒上的自转。
在本实施例中,为了防止第一齿轮322在所述刚性支撑筒上移位,所述第一齿轮322远离所述键盘板410的侧面上还可以设置与所述刚性支撑筒的第二端嵌合的环形嵌槽(图中未示出)。
本实施例通过设置包括电机321和第一齿轮322的驱动件320,使电机321可以通过传动结构(如齿轮、锥齿轮、蜗杆等结构)驱动所述第一齿轮322转动,第一齿轮322再通过中心处的螺纹孔与螺纹杆之间的螺纹配合作用驱动所述螺纹杆沿所述柔性显示屏200的出光方向进行升降,实现键盘构件400的升降。此驱动过程具有良好的稳定性,且使键盘构件400的升降比较平缓,避免键盘构件400骤升或骤降对柔性显示屏200带来结构损伤。
请参阅图3,所述驱动件320还可以包括第二齿轮323,所述第二齿轮323与所述第一齿轮322啮合,所述电机321的输出端与所述第二齿轮323的中心固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述第二齿轮323也与所述键盘板410平行设置,也就是说,所述第二齿轮323与所述第二齿轮323的中心轴线平行设置。所述电机321固定设置在所述外壳100内且电机321的输出端与所述第二齿轮323的中心固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述第二齿轮323沿中心轴线方向的厚度与所述第一齿轮322沿中心轴线方向的厚度相等,且所述第二齿轮323与所述第一齿轮322的表面齐平设置。
本实施例通过设置第二齿轮323,使电机321可以通过第二齿轮323对第一齿轮322进行传动,从而实现既可以驱动第一齿轮322转动,又不妨碍螺纹杆升降的效果。
请参阅图3,在本实施例中,为了进一步对所述支撑件170上的第一齿轮322进行位置限制,所述第二齿轮323靠近所述键盘板410的侧面上还设置有限位片324。所述限位片324可以为平行于所述第二齿轮323设置的圆形金属片或圆形塑料片等,所述限位片324的边缘凸出于所述第二齿轮323的边缘设置,所述限位片324可以与所述第一齿轮322靠近所述键盘板410的侧面抵接,以使所述限位片324的边缘可以压合在所述第一齿轮322靠近所述键盘板410的表面上,起到限位作用。
本实施例通过在第二齿轮323靠近所述键盘板410的侧面上设置限位片324,限位片324可以配合支撑件170对所述第一齿轮322起到双重的限位作用,使第一齿轮322在所述外壳100内部的空间位置稳定,提高显示装置的内部结构稳定性。
请参阅图6至图11,在本申请的显示装置中,所述柔性显示屏200包括第一平面部210、第二平面部220以及连接所述第一平面部210和所述第二平面部220的弯折部230。所述键入部240位于所述第一平面部210或所述第二平面部220内。
请参阅图7和图8,在本实施例中,所述外壳100包括对应于所述第一平面部210的第一壳体110、对应于所述第二平面部220的第二壳体120以及连接所述第一壳体110、第二壳体120且对应于所述弯折部230的中间壳体130。所述中间壳体130的第一侧位于所述第一平面部210与所述第一壳体110之间,所述中间壳体130的第二侧位于所述第二平面部220与所述第二壳体120之间。所述中间壳体130可以为内部中空、外形呈长方体状的壳体,该长方体状的壳体的设置方向与所述弯折部230的延伸方向一致。
在本实施例中,所述中间壳体130面向所述弯折部230的端面开口设置,以便于在所述中间壳体130内设置用于将所述第一壳体110和所述第二壳体120进行折叠的传动机构(图中未示出)。
请参阅图9,在本实施例中,所述外壳100还包括设置于所述第一壳体110上的第一支撑板140和设置于所述第二壳体120上的第二支撑板150。所述柔性显示屏200设置于所述第一支撑板140和所述第二支撑板150上。在本实施例中,所述第一支撑板140和所述第二支撑板150间隔设置。所述第一支撑板140的第一端与所述第一壳体110远离所述第二壳体120的一端固定连接,所述第一支撑板140的第二端向所述第二壳体120一侧延伸至所述中间壳体130内,所述第二支撑板150的第一端与所述第二壳体120远离所述第一壳体110的一端固定连接,所述第二支撑板150的第二端向所述第一壳体110一侧延伸至所述中间壳体130内。所述第一支撑板140的第二端与所述第二支撑板150的第二端之间留有空隙。
在本实施例中,所述键盘孔160可以设置于所述第一支撑板140或所述第二支撑板150上,只要与所述弹性键盘420位置对应即可。
请参阅图10和图11,在本实施例中,所述中间壳体130与所述第一壳体110、第二壳体120的接触面边缘均为弧形面,以便于所述中间壳体130与所述第一壳体110、第二壳体120之间发生相对滑动。所述中间壳体130内设置有将所述第一壳体110、第二壳体120进行连接的传动机构(图中未示出),该传动机构可以将第一壳体110与第二壳体120传动连接,以实现第一壳体110与第二壳体120之间的相对转动,实现折叠功能。
在本实施例中,所述显示装置可以为手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑等智能电子设备。
本申请通过在外壳100与柔性显示屏200之间设置键盘组件,使键盘组件中的键盘构件400可在驱动构件300的作用下沿柔性显示屏200的出光方向进行升降,用户在需要进行输入时将键盘构件400向柔性显示屏200一侧升起或向远离柔性显示屏200的一侧下降,使柔性显示屏200表面形成与键盘构件400对应的“凸起键盘”或“凹陷键盘”,从而使搭载有可折叠柔性屏的移动终端可以为用户提供实体键盘所提供的触摸按压反馈,便于用户进行盲打快速输入,提高打字输入效率。

Claims (20)
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括:外壳;柔性显示屏,设置于所述外壳内;键盘组件,位于所述外壳与所述柔性显示屏之间,所述键盘组件包括驱动构件和键盘构件,所述柔性显示屏与所述键盘构件固定连接;其中,所述键盘构件通过所述驱动构件在所述外壳内沿所述柔性显示屏的出光方向升降设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述键盘构件包括键盘板和设置于所述键盘板上的多个弹性键盘。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示屏包括多个与所述弹性键盘对应的键入部,所述弹性键盘与所述键入部连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述弹性键盘与所述键入部通过所述驱动构件在所述外壳内沿所述柔性显示屏的出光方向升降设置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,所述弹性键盘包括键盘壳和设置于所述键盘壳内的弹性件。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述键盘壳的第一端与所述键盘板连接,所述键盘壳的第二端开口设置并与所述键入部连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述弹性键盘还包括设置于所述键盘壳内的按压片。
- 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述按压片的第一侧面与所述键入部固定连接,所述按压片的第二侧面与所述弹性件或所述键盘壳固定连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述驱动构件包括多个升降支杆和多个驱动件,所述驱动件与所述升降支杆一一对应。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述升降支杆位于所述键盘板远离所述柔性显示屏的一侧。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述升降支杆的第一端与所述键盘板连接,所述升降支杆的第二端连接所述驱动件。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述升降支杆在所述驱动件的作用下沿所述柔性显示屏的出光方向升降设置。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述驱动件包括电机和第一齿轮,所述电机驱动所述第一齿轮绕中心轴线自转。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述升降支杆包括螺纹杆,所述第一齿轮的中心设置有螺纹孔,所述螺纹杆与所述螺纹孔螺纹适配。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述驱动件还包括第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮与所述第一齿轮啮合,所述电机的输出端与所述第二齿轮的中心连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二齿轮与所述键盘板平行设置,所述第二齿轮靠近所述键盘板的侧面上设置有限位片,所述限位片压合在所述第一齿轮上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示屏包括第一平面部、第二平面部以及连接所述第一平面部和所述第二平面部的弯折部。
- 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中,所述外壳包括对应于所述第一平面部的第一壳体、对应于所述第二平面部的第二壳体以及连接所述第一壳体、第二壳体且对应于所述弯折部的中间壳体。
- 根据权利要求18所述的显示装置,其中,所述键入部位于所述第一平面部或所述第二平面部内。
- 根据权利要求19所述的显示装置,其中,所述中间壳体靠近所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体的边缘设置为弧形面。
