Description

Device for Waterproof Coating and Waterproof Coiled Material Synchronous Construction Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of construction engineering, in particular to a device for waterproof coating and waterproof coiled material synchronous construction.
Background
At present, the waterproof layer of engineering projects such as basement roof, roof and other parts basically adopts one layer of paint waterproof and one layer of coiled material waterproof. Most of them are usually one layer of non-curing waterproof paint combined with one layer of coiled material waterproof. The conventional construction method is to manually arrange the paint on the base surface in buckets, and then lay the waterproof coiled material, which is very inefficient.
Summary
The invention aims to overcome the low efficiency construction method in the prior art and provide a device for waterproof coating and waterproof coiled material synchronous construction. The present invention combines two kinds of waterproof layer construction elements, which can be effectively combined to form Synchronous-construction, improve construction efficiency and save costs. It is mainly used in large-area plane construction waterproof parts.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a device for waterproof coating and waterproof coiled material synchronous construction, comprising an electric spraying vehicle and an automatic coil vehicle connected behind it;
the electric spraying vehicle is provided with wheels at the bottom, and the electric spraying vehicle is provided with a motor for driving the vehicle, a sprayer for spraying waterproof paint, and an electric control panel for controlling the electric spraying vehicle;
the main body of the automatic coil vehicle is a waterproof coiled material conveying plate with high front and low rear, and the rear end is provided with a ground-based roller with a shaft axis that can be rotated for compacting the waterproof coiled material on the ground.
In some embodiments of the invention, the sprayer is connected with a spraying pipe, the spraying pipe is placed between the electric spraying vehicle and the automatic coil vehicle, and nozzle position of the spraying pipe is downward.
In some embodiments of the invention, the electric spraying vehicle is provided with a storage bin of waterproof paint, the lower part of the storage bin is provided with a discharge port.
In some embodiments of the invention, the device comprising an intelligent control valve is arranged at the discharge port.
In some embodiments of the invention, the device comprising a sprayer control panel arranged near the electric control panel, the sprayer control panel is used for the control of the sprayer and the intelligent control valve.
In some embodiments of the invention, the device comprising a heater is set in the electric spraying vehicle; the heating rod is connected with a heating rod, which extends into the storage bin to heat the waterproof paint.
In some embodiments of the invention, the device comprising a heater control panel arranged near the electric control panel.
In some embodiments of the invention, the electric spraying vehicle is also provided with a handrail.
In some embodiments of the invention, the automatic coil vehicle is provided with a supporting metal framework, and the lower end of the metal framework is connected with an axle assembly and a reverse axle assembly; the reverse axle assembly is used to drag the waterproof roll to the ground and is installed behind the axle assembly. The reverse axle assembly drives the waterproof coiled material to move from the waterproof coiled material conveying plate to the sprayed waterproof paint.
In some embodiments of the invention, the high front end of the automatic coil vehicle is erected with a detachable axle for installing the waterproof coiled material, and a plurality of rotatable axles are arranged on the waterproof coiled material conveying plate of the automatic coil vehicle at intervals.
Preferably, the motor and heater can be set as a whole to save space.
The Beneficial Effects of the Invention:
(1) Through the dynamic control of the movement of the electric spraying vehicle and the temperature of the waterproof paint in the storage bin, erected with the sprayer, the waterproof paint is evenly sprayed on the base surface, and the construction operation can be carried out continuously. Compared with the traditional manual dumping bucket by bucket on the base surface and using tools to drive materials, the present invention greatly improves the construction efficiency and molding quality, and can also ensure the cleanness of the construction site and avoid unnecessary pollution.
(2) Through the movement of the electric spraying vehicle, the automatic coil vehicle behind is driven to move, and its axle rotates to drive the waterproof coiled material to discharge and cover the base surface. During the construction of waterproof coating, the waterproof coiled material is also automatically laid, which improves the construction efficiency, saves labor costs, shortens the construction period, and avoids the quality hidden danger caused by the poor connection between waterproof coiled material and waterproof coating.
(3) Through the rotation of the roller, the waterproof coiled material is discharged and compacted, and the waterproof coiled material laying construction is synchronized, which has good effect and high efficiency.

The main body of the automatic coil vehicle 2 is a waterproof coiled material conveying plate with high front and low rear, and its rear end is equipped with a ground-based roller 202 with a shaft axis that can be rotated to compact the waterproof coiled material 3 on the ground. The roller 202 is used to exhaust and compact the laid waterproof coiled material 3.
The sprayer 120 is connected with a spraying pipe 121, which is placed between the electric spraying vehicle 1 and the automatic coil vehicle 2, and its nozzle position is downward.
The electric spraying vehicle 1 is provided with a storage bin 110 of waterproof paint, the lower part of the storage bin 110 is provided with a discharge port 106.
The discharge port 106 is equipped with an intelligent control valve.
There is a sprayer control panel 122 arranged near the electric control panel 104. The sprayer control panel 122 is used for the control of the sprayer 120 and the intelligent control valve. The intelligent control valve is a conventional technology, not shown.
The electric spraying vehicle 1 is also equipped with a heater 107, which is connected with a heating rod 109, which extends into the storage bin 110 to heat the waterproof paint. There is a heater control panel 108 arranged near the electric control panel 104.
The front end of the electric spraying vehicle 1 is also provided with a handrail 105.
The automatic coil vehicle 2 is provided with a supporting metal framework 201, and the lower end of the metal framework 201 is connected with an axle assembly 203 and a reverse axle assembly 206; the reverse axle assembly 206 is used to drag the waterproof membrane 3 to the ground and is installed behind the axle assembly 203. The reverse axle assembly 206 drives the waterproof coiled material 3 to move from the waterproof coiled material conveying plate to the sprayed waterproof paint.
The high front end of the automatic coil vehicle 2 is provided with a detachable axle 204 for installing and sheathing the waterproof coil material 3, and a plurality of rotatable axles 205 are arranged on the waterproof coiled material conveying plate of the automatic coil vehicle 2 at intervals.
Further, the motor 103 is arranged on the lower side of the electric spraying vehicle 1, which is connected with the wheels 101/102 and the electric control panel 104 to form a whole. The motor 103 can be an external power supply or a power storage power supply. The heater 107 is arranged on the other side of the lower part of the electric spraying vehicle 1, which is connected with the heating rod 109 and the heater control panel 108 to form a whole. The connection between the heating rod 109 and the electric spraying vehicle 1 is isolated from heat transmission, and the non-curing paint temperature in the electric spraying vehicle 1 is controlled to ensure the fluidity of the paint.
Further, the sprayer 120 is arranged at the front end of the container skeleton, and is connected with the intelligent control valve, the spraying pipe 121 and the sprayer control panel 122 to form a whole. The intelligent control valve is controlled by the sprayer control panel 122, so as to control the entry of waterproof paint and coating spraying. The paint is evenly sprayed on the waterproof base course through the spraying pipe.

  5. The device according to claim 4, comprising a sprayer control panel arranged near the electric control panel, the sprayer control panel is used for the control of the sprayer and the intelligent control valve.
