Claims (5)
- 신발과 상기 신발에 내장되어 지면 접지와 정전기 방출수단을 구비하는 인솔로 이루어지되,상기 인솔은 깔판과,깔판의 상면에 접착되고 동판을 재질로 하는 발밀착판과,상기 발밀착판의 양측면 또는 후방으로 부터 연장되어 발목지지부 위로 노출되어 접지부가 연결될 수 있도록 하기 위한 도통부와,상기 도통부와 전기적으로 도통하도록 연결되어 지면에 접지되도록 하기 위한 접지부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 지면 접지와 정전기 방출을 위한 신발 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 도통부는 발밀착판의 양측면 또는 후방으로 부터 연장되는 연장부와, 상기 연장부로 부터 연장되어 신발의 발목지지부 위에 얹히는 절곡부와, 상기 절곡부로 부터 연장되어 아래를 향해 수직으로 형성되는 접지연결부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 지면 접지와 정전기 방출을 위한 신발 구조.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 연장부, 절곡부, 접지연결부는 동판으로 이루어지되, 상기 동판의 일측면에는 동판을 보호하기 위해 피복판이 접착되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 지면 접지와 정전기 방출을 위한 신발 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 접지부는 동판과 상기 동판의 일측면에 부착되는 피복판으로 이루어지되 상기 접지부의 동판은 접지연결부의 동판과 밀착되도록 맞대어 결합수단에 의해 체결되도록 하고, 접지부의 하단은 접어지거나 말아진 지면접지부가 형성되도록 하여 동판이 지면에 접하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 지면 접지와 정전기 방출을 위한 신발 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 접지부는 금속사슬로 이루어져 접지연결부에 연결되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 지면 접지와 정전기 방출을 위한 신발 구조.
