Abstract
L'invention concerne un kit et un procédé de construction d'un bassin de type raceway pour la culture d'algues. Le kit comprend des éléments structuraux comprenant chacun un substrat, un bloc inférieur et un bloc supérieur présentant une cavité en forme de U. La fondation du lit du bassin de type raceway est formée par dépôt d'un substrat sur une zone de sol nivelée. Une paroi périphérique et une cloison centrale du bassin de type raceway sont construites par : montage et fixation de blocs inférieurs sur un substrat, le long du périmètre et de la ligne centrale du lit du bassin de type raceway, de telle sorte que les blocs inférieurs montés sont adjacents horizontalement en série ; montage et fixation de blocs supérieurs sur les blocs inférieurs le long du périmètre et de la ligne centrale du lit du bassin de type raceway de telle sorte que les blocs supérieurs montés sont adjacents horizontalement en série, leur cavité orientée vers le haut pour ainsi former des cavités adjacentes de blocs supérieurs successifs ; et positionnement d'éléments de renfort dans les cavités, liaison des éléments de renfort en eux et remplissage des cavités avec un agent de remplissage. Le kit comprend en outre un élément terminal à coque semi-cylindrique, et est monté de manière à former une partie curviligne sur l'extrémité longitudinale respective de la cloison centrale.
