TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a drum type washer dryer, and further relates to a gasket of the drum type washer dryer.
BACKGROUND
CN101622391A discloses a household appliance for clothes care, which has an elastic sealing sleeve. A clothes deflection device is integrally arranged on the sealing sleeve, and the device includes at least one wedge-shaped deflection element. The clothes deflection device can release clothes entering the sealing sleeve during operation of the household appliance, to prevent various adverse results caused by the clothes stuck in the household appliance.
A gasket of a drum type washer dryer, namely, the elastic sealing sleeve mentioned in CN101622391A, is usually provided with an air passage, and hot air is introduced from an external air channel. An outlet of the air passage usually radially protrudes toward the inside of the gasket and is spaced apart from the deflection device. Because the outlet of the air passage is a convex structure, the outlet may be deformed due to airflow impact, aging, and clothes extrusion. In addition, some small clothes may be stuck between the clothes deflection device and the outlet of the air passage.
SUMMARY
An objective of the invention is to resolve or improve at least one of the foregoing problems.
Therefore, embodiments of the invention include: a gasket of a drum type washer dryer, including an annular peripheral wall having axial wrinkles, where a radial inner side of the annular peripheral wall includes a clothes deflection device radially protruding inward, the annular peripheral wall is further provided with an air passage, and an outlet of the air passage is fixedly connected to the clothes deflection device.
Preferred embodiments include that the clothes deflection device, the air passage, and the annular peripheral wall are integrally formed by an elastic material.
In some other embodiments, the clothes deflection device includes two clothes deflection elements respectively located on two sides of the outlet of the air passage.
Further, one side of each of the two clothes deflection elements is connected to a side wall of the outlet, and another side of each of the two clothes deflection elements leans to the annular peripheral wall and is in smooth transition.
Beneficial improvements further include that the outlet of the air passage includes an extension wall extending toward the radial inner side of the annular peripheral wall, the extension wall includes an edge, and peak portions of the two clothes deflection elements are respectively connected to the edge.

The embodiments of the invention further include: a drum type washer dryer, including a housing, a door opening provided on the housing, a door connected to the housing and capable of opening and closing the door opening, a tub located in the housing, and a drum rotatably arranged in the tub, where the tub includes a tub opening opposite to the door opening, and the gasket described above connects the door opening and the tub opening.
Preferably, the outlet of the air passage faces toward a rear portion of the drum.
The foregoing embodiments may also be randomly combined. If technical conditions permit, the subject matter claimed by any independent claim of the invention can be
combined with a single subject matter or a combination of a plurality of subject matters claimed by any dependent claims to form a novel subject matter.
According to the invention, the outlet of the air passage of the gasket is fixedly connected to the clothes deflection device, which means that the clothes deflection device is circumferentially extended, so that clothes can be better returned to directions of the tub and the drum, thereby preventing the clothes from being stuck between the door and the gasket. In addition, the outlet of the air passage is enhanced and prevented from deformation, to ensure that an ideal flow path is provided for hot air.
The following describes specific implementations of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a drum type washer dryer;
FIG. 2 is a partial view of a gasket;
FIG. 3 is a view of the gasket in FIG. 2 with an annular peripheral wall being partially removed; and
FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the gasket in FIG. 2 in an A-A direction.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
As shown in FIG. 1, a drum type washer dryer 100 includes a housing 2. A door opening 20 is provided on the housing 2. A door 4 connected to the housing 2 can open or close the door opening 20. The door 4 includes a protruding portion 40 protruding toward the inside of the housing 2, which is usually made of glass. A tub 6 is arranged in the housing 2. A rotatable drum 8 is arranged in the tub 6. Clothes are cleaned and/or dried in the drum 8. The tub 6 includes a tub opening 60 opposite to the door opening 20. A gasket 10 is connected in a sealed manner to the door opening 20 and the tub opening 60 respectively, so that washing liquid or hot air in the tub 6 does not overflow through the door opening 20 or the tub opening 60. The protruding portion 40 can push the clothes to the drum 8, to prevent the clothes from staying in the gasket 10 and not being fully washed or dried.
Because the tub 6 vibrates relative to the housing 2 during operation of the drum type washer dryer 100, the gasket 10 is usually made of an elastic material such as rubber, and the gasket 10 usually includes an annular peripheral wall 12 having axial wrinkles. The tub 6 has a greater movement freedom degree relative to the housing 2 due to the wrinkle part.
An air passage 14 is provided on the annular peripheral wall 12. Preferably, the air passage 14 is provided on a horizontal plane on which a central axis 11 of the annular peripheral wall 12 is located. In addition, preferably, the air passage 14 is integrally formed on the annular peripheral wall 12.
A first end 91 of a drying air channel 9 is connected to a rear wall 62 of the tub 6 to be in fluid communication with the tub 6, and a second end 92 of the drying air channel is connected to the air passage 14 of the gasket 10. A blowing device 94 and a heating device 96 are arranged in the drying air channel 9. The blowing device 94 can blow air to circulate and flow in the tub 6, the drum 8, and the drying air channel 9. A flow direction is that the air flows from the first end 91 of the drying air channel 9 to the second end 92, and enters the tub 6 and the drum 8 from the air passage 14. The heating device 96 can heat the air passing through the drying air channel 9, so that the air entering from the air passage 14 has a suitable temperature. Alternatively, in some clothes processing procedures, the air may flow while the heating device 96 is not started.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, an outlet 15 of the air passage 14 includes an extension wall 16 extending toward a radial inner side of the annular peripheral wall 12. The extension wall 16 bends to a direction of a rear portion of the drum 8, so that the outlet 15 of the air passage 14 faces toward the rear portion of the drum 8, and the air is guided to the rear portion that is not easy to reach of the drum 8 so as to come into contact with the clothes more fully.
The extension wall 16 includes an edge 18. The edge 18 also forms an edge of the outlet 15. Preferred embodiments include that a part of the extension wall 16 that is close to the edge 18 is approximately parallel to the central axis 11 of the annular peripheral wall 12. In this way, more airflows are guided by the extension wall 16 to above the rear portion of the drum 8, and then flow to the first end 91 of the drying air channel 9 provided at a lower position of the rear wall 62 of the tub 6. Therefore, the airflow distribution is more uniform. In the related art, an airflow cannot easily reach above the rear portion of the drum 8.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, preferably, the edge 18 is a flat structure in a plane perpendicular to the central axis 11 of the annular peripheral wall. In this way, the airflow distribution in a left-right direction shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 is uniform. On the contrary, if a middle portion of the edge 18 protrudes upward, most airflows flow out from two sides, and the clothes in a middle portion of the drum 8 cannot come into contact with the airflows fully. If the middle portion of the edge 18 is recessed downward, most airflows flow to the middle portion of the drum 8, and the clothes close to two sides cannot come into contact with the airflows fully.
As shown in FIG. 3, preferably, the air passage 14 includes a contraction portion 19 causing a flow section to decrease in an airflow direction. The contraction portion 19 forms a smooth step surface inward. Therefore, the airflows flowing through the step surface can be accelerated, and the penetration of the airflows on the clothes is enhanced. In addition, a gap between the air passage 14 and the wrinkles of the annular peripheral wall 12 can be increased, to prevent or reduce a possibility of friction between the air passage and the wrinkles of the annular peripheral wall during vibration.
To prevent the clothes from being stuck between the protruding portion 40 of the door 4 and the gasket 10, as shown in FIG. 2, the radial inner side of the annular peripheral wall 12 includes a clothes deflection device 30 radially protruding inward. Preferably, the clothes deflection device 30 and the annular peripheral wall 12 are integrally formed. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the clothes deflection device 30 includes two clothes deflection elements 32 respectively located on two sides of the outlet of the air passage 14. In another embodiment, the clothes deflection device 30 may include one or more clothes deflection elements 32.
The outlet 15 of the air passage 14 is fixedly connected to the clothes deflection device 30. For example, one side of each of the two clothes deflection elements 32 is connected to a side wall 17 of the outlet 15, and another side of each of the two clothes deflection elements 32 leans to the annular peripheral wall 12 and is in smooth transition.
Preferably, peak portions 34 of the two clothes deflection elements 32 are respectively connected to the edge 18 of the extension wall 16. Therefore, in a process that pushing the clothes, the edge 18 of the air passage 14 and the clothes deflection elements 32 have a better integrity and also have good advantages and improvements in terms of
strength, so that the clothes can be better pushed, and a better deformation resistance capability is provided.
Preferably, the edge 18 and another side of each of the two clothes deflection elements 32 that is away from the air passage 14 are in smooth transition. Therefore, friction and pulling to the clothes can be reduced.
The various specific implementations described above and shown in the accompanying drawings are only used to illustrate the invention, but are not all of invention. Any variation made by a person of ordinary skill in the art to the invention within the scope of the basic technical concept of the invention shall fall within the protection scope of the invention.
