定位查找器 技术领域
本发明涉及定位设备领域,特别为一种定位查找器。
背景技术
定位查找器即用于位置定位和追踪的设备。在登山、野营等户外活动中,人们普遍喜欢在背包上悬挂一个定位查找器。现有的定位查找器主要分为安装有GPS等定位模块的电子定位查找器,其主要功能是用于大范围的定位;还有一种是用于小范围定位的定位查找器,方便用户进行物品的查找,该定位查找器主要是依靠发声的方式提示用户其所在位置。现有发声式定位查找器主要采用扬声器进行提示报警,扬声器在使用过程十分耗电,一般使用期限仅为3-5天,电量耗尽后需更换电池,使用起来极为不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服以上缺点提供一种省电且发声音量大的定位查找器。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:一种定位查找器,其特征在于:包括壳体,所述壳体的内部设有位于上方的第一共鸣腔、位于下方的第二共鸣腔以及用于将第一共鸣腔和第二共鸣腔分隔开且用于发声的蜂鸣片,所述定位查找器还包括与蜂鸣片相连接的用于控制蜂鸣片通断电的主板以及与主板相连接的用于为主板供电的电源装置。
为了更好的实施本方案,还提供如下优化方案:
优选地,所述第一共鸣腔和第二共鸣腔组成一大一小的两个空间。

实施例一:
如图1-8所示,一种定位查找器,其特征在于:包括壳体1,所述壳体1的内部设有位于上方的第一共鸣腔a、位于下方的第二共鸣腔b以及用于将第一共鸣腔a和第二共鸣腔b分隔开且用于发声的蜂鸣片2,所述定位查找器还包括与蜂鸣片2相连接的用于控制蜂鸣片2通断电的主板3以及与主板3相连接的用于为主板3供电的电源装置。
所述定位查找器采用蜂鸣片2进行发声,相比于蜂鸣器或扬声器等发声元件,蜂鸣片2的耗电量少,使用时间更长,采用纽扣电池即可满足使用要求。蜂鸣片2主要由一块两面印刷有电极的压电陶瓷板和一块金属板黄铜或不锈钢等组成。使用粘合剂,将压电振动板和金属片粘接在一起,当在压电振动板的两个电极间施加直流电压时,由于压电效应,导致机械变形,即可发出声音,由于蜂鸣片2发出的声音较小,所述定位查找器在蜂鸣片2的下方和上方设置共鸣腔,蜂鸣片2发出的声音能与第一共鸣腔a和第二共鸣腔b发生共振从而达到两头扩声的效果。

  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的定位查找器,其特征在于:所述蜂鸣片(2)的外周直径为:6.5mm-50mm,所述蜂鸣片(2)的厚度为:0.15mm-0.85mm。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的定位查找器,其特征在于:所述蜂鸣片(2)包括基板以及设置在基板上的导电陶瓷介质,所述基板采用铜片、不锈钢片、镍合金片和铁片中的之一或其任意组合。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的定位查找器,其特征在于:所述主板 (3)安装在壳体(1)并位于蜂鸣片(2)的上方,所述主板(3)与蜂鸣片(2)之间通过顶针(6)或弹性折脚(7)相连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的定位查找器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)包括下壳体(11)和上壳体(12)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的定位查找器,其特征在于:所述上壳体(12)的上表面设有下凹的电池仓(121),所述电源装置为纽扣电池并安装在电池仓(121)中,在电池仓(121)的顶部还盖设有盖体(8)。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的定位查找器,其特征在于:所述主板(3)上还设有与能与外部设备相连接的通讯模块。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的定位查找器,其特征在于:所述第二共鸣腔(b)呈上大下小的漏斗状。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的定位查找器,其特征在于:所述第二共鸣腔(b)和第一共鸣腔(a)组成漏斗状的空气环流系统。
  15. 根据权利要求3所述的定位查找器,其特征在于:所述透光通孔(21)的直径不超过6mm。
  16. 根据权利要求5所述的定位查找器,其特征在于:所述用于方便发声的发声通孔(51)的单孔直径不超过10mm。
