Description
A SYSTEM MAKING CHARACTER ANALYSIS FROM FACE
Technological Area:
This invention is about a system that can make character analysis from face and can be used in many areas such as education, health, security, entertainment and particularly human resources.
Current Situation of the Technique:
Character analysis today has a great importance in many areas such as human resources, education, health, security and entertainment. These kinds of analyses, in education area; makes it possible for curriculums to be designed and applied specific for the individual according to the student's fields of interest and talents. In security area; it makes it possible to prevent problems before arising up through following a proactive approach and before handedly avoiding negativities which can be revealed by the individual's character analysis and possible frailties. In human resources or skill management area; it can make positive contribution to the interviewing and choosing candidates. This way it enables employees to plan their careers and guides human resources to manage the skills effectively. In business world, particularly in marketing area; it makes it possible to guide marketing activities through establishing meaningful relations between customer options and consumer behaviors and individuals' face analysis based on deep learning. In history; it makes it possible to review historical events and communication processes with a different information source through making character analyses of important figures in history whose facial features and photographs are included in literature. In engineering; it makes it possible to design the facial expressions of robots - the embodied versions of artificial intelligence (such as the robot Sophia from Hanson Robotics) - according to the final users' or target consumers' characteristic features revealed as a result of the face analyses of them. In social relations network; individuals can identify each of others' character in a short time in
line with the face analyses and can have an idea about the suitability of their characters. For having such kind of advantages, character analyses have always had an importance in literature.
There are similar applications today which can make character analysis from face. These types of applications are based on calculating the golden ratio and made as follows:
1. Manual Calculation: In manual calculation method, the photograph taken from the user is calculated with the tools used in golden ratio calculation. In these tools, the person who will be calculating the golden ratio should have knowledge on how to calculate each part of the face. For human factor is involved, these kind of calculations take a long time and has a quite high possibility of making mistakes while calculating.
2. Linear Calculation: The intention of this method is to make face-part detection from their tone differences, geometrical forms and suchlike features over the pixel squares of the photograph but like in the previous method this has also a quite high error rate. The reason for this is that each human being may have the same skin color with different geometrical features which in turn poses an obstacle to calculate correctly.
In the methods mentioned above, the inventions considered are those that are based on golden ratio calculation and character analysis. But regarding methods do not include innovational technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. For this reason, the golden ratio calculation cannot be made fast without human factor and experience.
In conclusion, there's a need for a new technology which can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above, make character analysis with golden ratio calculation, does not need human factor, can make precise and correct detection and includes innovational technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.

This invention is a system that makes character analysis from face and its' characteristic is; being a new technology that can make character analysis with golden ratio calculation, does not need human factor, can make precise and correct detection and includes innovational technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
In order to achieve all the purposes mentioned above and revealed by the detailed description below, the basic characteristics of the invention are; including innovational technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, calculating the golden ratio fast without human factor and experience and identifying numerous human type and face parts through machine learning without looking at skin color and geometrical forms.
The system subject to invention has a lot of advantages such as providing more efficient employment opportunities for individuals of different nations, enabling multinational corporations to utilize international human resources more efficiently and reach correct information, adapting the algorithm and method for national necessities at various fields, diversifying marketing activities according to consumer's characteristic features, making preliminary preparations and inferences of communication in commercial and political relations, making estimations on how will the strategy-setter corporations, leaders and administrators of countries decide on which subjects and in many other issues such as intelligence and security.
In addition to the advantages above, one another issue is cosmetic surgeries. Today cosmetic surgeries are made in a way to set face parts as close to golden ratio as possible. But every part must be calculated separately before the surgery in order to make a correct calculation and this requires the operator making these calculations to be competent and experienced on this subject. Human factor is effectively used in these calculations. Thus calculation time takes a lot and error rate is high. With the system subject to invention golden ratio calculations give fast results thank to the artificial intelligence module which's trained on numerous human faces.
The structural and characteristic properties of the product subject to invention, will be understood more clearly with the figures given below and the detailed information written referring these figures that's why the assessment should be made considering these figures and the detailed description.

Invention will be explained by referring to the annexed figures this way function and characteristics of the invention will be understood more clearly but this is not intended to limit the invention with these specific arrangements. Contrary, it's intended to cover all alternatives, changes and equivalencies that can be included in the area the invention is described in by the claims in the annex. It's best to note that shown details are demonstrated and presented only for the purpose of explaining the preferred arrangements of the current invention and providing the most practical and easy definition of both the development of methods and the rules and conceptual features of the invention. Detailed Description of Invention:
The smart device (1) used in the product subject to invention is the section where the user is able to upload photograph to the system and view the analysis results. The server (2) is the part including the artificial intelligence module (2) and the data base (4) sections. The artificial intelligence (3) is the part with numerous models trained with machine learning over human faces. The data base (4) is the section that contains information on the characteristic features corresponding to the results obtained after golden ratio calculation.
The method of character analysis from face in the system subject to invention, composed of various subcomponents. This structure is shown in Figure-4. The data input to the system is made by users sending the photograph they wish to be analyzed, to the system via smart devices (1). This face photograph received by the user, is transferred to the algorithms (5) integrated into the cloud system (6) with high processing power. Virtual computers (7) operating the algorithms (5) and artificial intelligence systems, begins analyzing operations on the photography square sent by the user. There's an artificial intelligence module (3) and this separates the face into its' parts and analyze each part on how much they are close to golden ratio. According to the forms of the face parts in the data base (4) prepared according to scientific research results, the characteristic features of the user's face parts are inferred. At the last phase,
a comprehensive analysis result (8) is sent to the user as a report containing information such as how much the face is close to golden ratio, which characteristic features does the face geometry resulted in. The smart device (1), the data base (4) and the artificial intelligence module (3) is connected to the server (2). Information received from the user are transferred via smart devices (1) to the server (2). Received photograph is separated into its' parts and locally detected by the artificial intelligence module (3). With the algorithms (5) developed for the detected parts, golden ratios are calculated. As a result of the calculations, corresponded information in the data base (4) is sent to the user and the character analysis of the user is made. In line with these information, the golden ratio results of the system subject to invention, are as follows:

1- The invention is about a system that can make character analysis from face and its' characteristic is including; a smart device (1) which the user uploads photograph to the system and view analysis results, algorithms (5) integrated into the cloud system (6) with high processing power where the face photographs are transferred to by the server (2) which includes parts such as the artificial intelligence module (3) and the data base (4), an artificial intelligence module (3) containing models that are trained up using machine learning on numerous models generated from human faces and a data base (4) containing the information on which characteristic feature corresponds to the result obtained after making golden ratio calculation.
2- What's mentioned in Claim 1 is a system that can make character analysis from face and its' characteristic is; the photograph of the face to be analyzed being sent to the system by smart devices (1) and this face photograph received from the user being transferred to the artificial intelligence module (3) integrated into the servers (2) with high processing power.
