Abstract

An information provision method of an electronic apparatus, according to various embodiments of the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: identifying a first message to be provided to a customer in relation to a service; identifying a priority of the first message and a category of the first message; if the priority satisfies a specific condition, providing the first message in both a first section of a message center page of an application related to the service and a second section of the message center page; and if the priority does not satisfy the specific condition, omitting the provision of the first message in the first section, and providing the first message in the second section.

Various embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an information providing method and an electronic device using the same.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Due to the development of devices such as smart phones, the number of users using e-commerce service platforms is increasing. In particular, as the center of shopping, which was mainly processed offline, is shifting to online, the frequency of ordering products using e-commerce service platforms is increasing.

The customer may receive a message for which a notification is set on a notification center page (eg, a message center page) of an application related to the service. The notification messages provided by the customer can be classified into several categories, and the customer can check all notification messages on the corresponding page. Among various messages, the importance of each category may be different for each customer. Therefore, the service platform needs to clearly deliver a message of a category necessary for the customer among various notification messages.

On the other hand, Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2021-0034700 discloses a notification message push method, but it does not disclose a method of separately classifying notification messages to be provided to customers preferentially by classifying notification messages to customers by category. .

Among the notification center messages of the service, notification messages related to delivery, restocking, customer center, etc. related to the customer's order may be more important than other notification messages. You can easily check important notification messages.

According to various embodiments, the electronic device categorizes each message category in the third section 360 and displays its name.
