Abstract

SPORT ARRANGEMENT, SPORT SYSTEM AND PROCEDURE OF OPERATION

The invention relates to a sports arrangement, a sports system and an operating method for a sports arrangement and a sports system.

Various types of sports and training equipment, which can also be generally referred to as sports equipment, are known with which the physical fitness of a user or a group of users can be improved with simple means, especially in the private sphere.

For example, DE 20 2021 000 134 Ul discloses a sports arrangement in the form of a sports, yoga or training mat, which provides a user with an essentially flat material base on which to sit, stand, lie and perform movements and other exercises in provides these or other postures. One or more users use such a mat by assuming a posture intended for the intended training on the mat and, if necessary, assuming or executing a sequence of postures and/or movements with other devices or without devices.

The disadvantage of this known training mat as a sports arrangement is that data for training must be recorded by a user or an assistant during the training process in an additional process. This applies, for example, to the listing of training duration, number and sequence of exercises, exercise frequency and heart rate. This additional manual data collection is time-consuming, may require an assistant, and it is also prone to errors, because it requires the attention of a person and a certain kind of accounting care and list keeping, and possibly also a certain intellectual demand, especially in the longer-term evaluation of training courses - and physiological data.

The invention is based on the object of specifying a sports arrangement, a sports system and a method for its operation, in which the training performance of a user and other data are recorded in a particularly detailed and error-free manner during training with a sports arrangement using particularly simple and reliable means and in general sense can be managed.

The object on which the invention is based is achieved in a sports arrangement according to the invention with the features of claim 1, in a sports system according to the invention with the features of Claim 9 and in an operating method for a sports arrangement and/or for a sports system according to the invention with the features of claim 12. According to a first aspect of the present invention there is provided a sports assembly (i) comprising a mat body comprising or of mat material and having a first side or surface and a second side or surface as or in the manner of a

In this way, a particularly wide range of properties and/or applications can be realized with a comparatively small amount of material use and manufacturing effort.

In another preferred embodiment of the sports arrangement according to the invention, the mat body and/or one or the mat material has a uniform thickness or strength, so that the first and second sides or surfaces are constantly spaced apart from one another in a mechanically unloaded state and in a rolled-out state or at least not rolled up and not or unfolded state are arranged parallel or substantially to each other.

This data can, for example, but not only, relate to gender, age, height and/or body weight, which can then be used as a basis for a further physiological evaluation and an evaluation of the training data. Expectations

1. Sports arrangement (10),
