当人体患病、受伤或者接受麻醉时,往往需要外部设备主导给氧或者辅助呼吸,此时便需要建立一个与鼻子相接的人工通气结构,例如鼻孔通气塞和鼻罩等,现有的连接鼻孔的通气结构在使用过程中往往会出现漏气,以及使用时造成患者不舒适的状况出现,因此有必要对其进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提出一种鼻孔通气塞,提高使用时的人体体验以及通气过程中的气密性。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:

申请人认为为了提高使用者的舒适度,鼻塞2不能伸入鼻腔太多,同时为了保证密封性,鼻塞2的底部应该加宽,将鼻塞2设置成由顶部至中部、由中部至底部依次加宽的形状,所以,本发明中,鼻塞2包括塞入部4和压紧部5,其中,塞入部4中开设有贯穿压紧部5和基座1的气孔6,塞入部4负责插入鼻腔中通过气孔6进行通气,而压紧部5则用于塞紧鼻孔撑起鼻翼来进行密封,当塞入部4塞入鼻孔时,向鼻腔方向抵压基座1能加强鼻腔气道的密封,这样的方式首先不需要塞入部4进入鼻腔较深,所以不会刺激鼻腔内 粘膜导致瘙痒不适,也不会占据鼻腔内部空间导致通气时鼻腔内气压较高,然后通过压紧部5塞紧和撑起鼻孔,对鼻腔进行封堵,产生密封效果避免漏气,如此一来既能避免鼻塞2导致的鼻孔不适,又能保证密封性避免气体泄漏。
进一步的,如图2所示,所述鼻塞2的上部为塞入部4,所述鼻塞2的中部和下部为压紧部5且其外径大于塞入部,所述压紧部5外侧轮廓线上各点处的切线与水平线之间的夹角α的范围为20°<α<80°。
具体的,由于塞入部4不宜于伸入鼻腔太深,因此在本发明中,鼻塞2的上部为塞入部4,即塞入部4占鼻塞2整体的1/3,相应的鼻塞2的中部和下部为压紧部5,即压紧部5占鼻塞2整体的2/3,压紧部5的外轮廓线优选的为平滑曲线,平滑曲线在接触鼻孔时更能适配,避免抵压住鼻孔导致不适,同时压紧部5外侧轮廓线上各点处的切线与水平线之间的夹角α的范围为20°<α<80°,由上至下逐渐加宽,在面对不同大小的鼻孔时,压紧部5都能撑起鼻翼、塞紧鼻孔、封堵鼻腔的作用。
进一步的,所述基座1的唇侧设置有贴合边7,所述贴合边7与鼻唇沟相贴合以使基座在将塞入部全部插入鼻孔时能够覆盖鼻孔,两个所述鼻塞2的内侧边缘线由上至下逐渐贴近以使间隙3呈收拢状。
具体的,该鼻孔通气塞在使用时,基座1要紧靠鼻子和上嘴唇之间的鼻唇沟,因此在基座1的唇侧设置有贴合边7,贴合边7的中部隆起两侧有凹陷,能够更好的附和鼻唇沟,提高使用的舒适感,而鼻中隔会嵌入两个鼻塞2之间的间隙3,为了保证佩戴的稳定性以及进一步加强密封性,两个鼻塞2的内侧边缘线由上至下应该逐渐贴近,以使间隙3呈收拢状,能够将鼻中隔夹在中间。而且当塞入部4大部分塞入鼻孔后,其基座1可覆盖鼻孔开口,抵压基座1能加强对鼻腔气道的密封性。
所述鼻孔通气塞材质为医用硅胶或者橡胶硅胶。本实施例中,鼻塞2是通过医用硅胶制成的软套或者是由橡胶硅胶制成的软套,能够保证与鼻腔接触时的舒适度,并且存在一定的弹性也能提高与鼻孔和鼻中隔接触过程中的密封性。
实施例2
如图3所示,所述鼻孔通气塞整体上包括外部气囊8和填充介质9,所述填充介质9填充在外部气囊8中,所述填充介质9为气体、液体或者凝胶。
在本实施例中,鼻孔通气塞由外部气囊8和填充介质9两部分构成,通过在外部气囊8中加注填充介质9使外部气囊8鼓起,与鼻腔接触时起到保证舒适度和提高气密性的作用,这种方式能够使得鼻孔通气塞整体上更加的柔软,与实施例1相比,佩戴更加舒适但是气密性相对不足。
实施例3
如图4、5、6所示,一种麻醉用鼻罩,包括鼻罩主体10和鼻孔通气塞,所述鼻罩主体10中设有连通管11,所述鼻罩主体10上设置有与连通管11相接通的插接管12,所述鼻孔通气塞通过气孔6套装在插接管12上,所述鼻罩主体10整体上呈中间镂空的三角形框状且贴合鼻周面部脸颊,所述鼻罩主体10包括通气部13和对称式连接于通气部13两端的固定部14,所述连通管11设置在通气部13中,所述连通管11上接设有外接管15,所述外接管15用于连接外部供气设备。
在本实施例中,提出了一种带有上述鼻孔通气塞的麻醉用鼻罩,具体的,该鼻罩包括鼻罩主体10和鼻孔通气塞,鼻罩主体10中设有连通管11,鼻罩主体10上还设置有与连通管11相接通的插接管12,鼻孔通气塞通过气孔6套装在插接管12上。
使用时,鼻罩主体10需要佩戴在面部的鼻子上,因此,该鼻罩整体上呈中间镂空的三角形框状并且贴合鼻周面部脸颊,即鼻罩主体10包括通气部13和对称式连接于通气部13两端的定位部14,固定部14与通气部13之间形成三角形框架,佩戴时,鼻子则对应三角型框架中间的镂空部分,定位部14与鼻子两侧的面部贴合,通气部13则位于鼻子和上嘴唇之间,鼻孔通气塞的基座1紧贴鼻唇沟,鼻塞2则插入鼻孔中输送气流,进一步的,连通管11上接设有外接管15,外接管15则可以连接外部的供气设备,用于辅助人体进行呼吸。
如图8所示,进一步的,所述固定部14上分别设置有可以互相卡合的固定绑带16。
具体的,在固定部14上分别设置可以相互卡合的固定绑带16,在佩戴鼻罩时,当鼻 罩主体10的位置贴合鼻周面部脸颊之后,可以通过固定绑带16对鼻罩主体10的位置进行固定,能够避免使用过程中鼻罩发生松弛掉落的状况,同时固定绑带16将鼻罩紧束在面部,也能进一步的使通气结构中的鼻塞2与鼻翼和鼻中隔中间更加紧密,提高气密性。
进一步的,申请人针对现有的水滴形鼻塞的鼻罩和上述鼻罩进行了相应的气密性对比试验:
根据体重将15名实验人员分别划分为:30-50kg、50-70kg、70-100kg的三组,每组5人,每个人先后佩戴鼻罩A(水滴形)和鼻罩B(上述实施例4),并将鼻罩通气端与手持式精密压差表相接,在压差表调零之后,实验人员一手轻轻抵压鼻罩使其与鼻孔贴紧,另一手手持压差表并深吸一口气,随后尽力呼出,观察压差表的数据并记录,以下为实验数据对比表:

根据实验的数据可以看出,使用鼻罩A的实验者,压力数据没有超过20mmH 2O的,而使用鼻罩B的实验者,压力数据都在40mmH 2O以上,由此可知,采用本发明方案的鼻罩的气密性远比现有的水滴形鼻罩更好,更能满足使用者的需求。
需要强调的是,本发明所述的实施例是说明性的,而不是限定性的,因此本发明包括并不限于具体实施方式中所述的实施例,凡是由本领域技术人员根据本发明的技术方案得出的其他实施方式,同样属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种鼻孔通气塞,其特征在于:包括基座(1)和对称式设置在基座(1)上的两个鼻塞(2),两个所述鼻塞(2)的内侧边缘形成一个用以嵌入鼻中隔的间隙(3),所述鼻塞(2)包括用于插入鼻腔中输送气流的塞入部(4)和用于抵压在鼻孔上封堵鼻腔的压紧部(5),所述压紧部(5)的底端一体成型在基座(1)上,所述塞入部(4)一体成型在压紧部(5)的顶端,所述塞入部(4)中开设有贯穿压紧部(5)和基座(1)的气孔(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鼻孔通气塞,其特征在于:所述鼻塞(2)的上部为塞入部(4),所述鼻塞(2)的中部和下部为压紧部(5)且其外径大于塞入部,所述压紧部(5)外侧轮廓线上各点处的切线与水平线之间的夹角α的范围为20°<α<80°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鼻孔通气塞,其特征在于:所述基座(1)的唇侧设置有贴合边(7),所述贴合边(7)与鼻唇沟相贴合以使基座(1)在塞入部(4)全部插入鼻孔时能覆盖鼻孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鼻孔通气塞,其特征在于:两个所述鼻塞(2)的内侧边缘线由上至下逐渐贴近以使间隙(3)呈收拢状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鼻孔通气塞,其特征在于:所述鼻孔通气塞材质为医用硅胶或者橡胶硅胶。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鼻孔通气塞,其特征在于:所述鼻孔通气塞整体上包括外部气囊(8)和填充介质(9),所述填充介质(9)填充在外部气囊(8)中,所述填充介质(9)为气体、液体或者凝胶。
  7. 一种麻醉用鼻罩,其特征在于:包括鼻罩主体(10)和如权利要求1-6任一所述的鼻孔通气塞,所述鼻罩主体(10)中设有连通管(11),所述鼻罩主体(10)上设置有与连通管(11)相接通的插接管(12),所述鼻孔通气塞通过气孔(6)套装在插接管(12)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种麻醉用鼻罩,其特征在于:所述鼻罩主体(10)整体上呈中间镂空的三角形框状且贴合鼻周面部脸颊,所述鼻罩主体(10)包括通气部(13)和 对称式连接于通气部(13)两端的固定部(14),所述连通管(11)设置在通气部(13)中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种麻醉用鼻罩,其特征在于:所述连通管(10)上接设有外接管(15),所述外接管(15)用于连接外部供气设备。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种麻醉用鼻罩,其特征在于:所述固定部(14)上分别设置有可以互相卡合的固定绑带(16)。
