1.上靠背框和下靠背框形成靠背的框架结构,而设于上靠背框和下靠背框之间的靠背支撑部便于承受人靠在靠背框架上的力。上扶手框、下扶手框、扶手连接部连接成扶手框架结构。连接在上靠背框端部和上扶手框另一端部之间连接有第一柔性连接件,第二柔性连接件在下靠背框端部和下扶手框另一端部之间连接有第二柔性连接件,将靠背架和扶手架连接成一个整体,并且使得设于靠背架两侧的扶手架可以沿着第一柔性连接件和第二柔性连接件的连接轴进行弯折,进而将靠背架两侧的扶手架折叠到靠背架上,减小折叠椅架的占用空间。
2.柔性连接管两端与上靠背框、上扶手框以插接的方式进行连接,连接方式简单易实现。
3.上靠背框、上扶手框均为至少端部位置为空心的管状结构,第一柔性连接件为管径小于所述管状结构端部位置的内径,第一柔性连接件分别插接在上靠背框、上扶手框的端部内以连接两者。上靠背框和上扶手框均采用硬度较强的材质,不易弯折,将扶手架在第一柔性连接件处朝靠背架进行折叠时,设于上靠背框、上扶手框内的第一柔性连接件对上靠背框、上扶手框施加力时,不会对上靠背框、上扶手框的结构造成影响,保证了结果的稳定性。第二柔性连接件与下靠背框和下扶手框之间的连接方式同理。
4.靠背支撑部为支撑在上靠背框和下靠背框之间的多个板状结构,因人体靠在靠背上是主要与靠背支撑部接触,板状结构的靠背支撑部与人体接触的一面为平面,舒适度较高。
5.扶手连接部包括用于与上扶手框连接的一弧形结构,弧形结构使得上扶手框与扶手连接部之间连接得较为平滑,不易会形成棱角,提高扶手架的舒适度。
6.支撑在上扶手框和下扶手框之间的多个板状结构可以加强扶手架的强度,同时板状结构靠近人体的一面为平面,舒适度较高。
7.下靠背框与两侧的下扶手框,以及连接它们的第二柔性连接件围成用于安装坐垫的U形空间,可直接将与U形空间结构相匹配的坐垫设于U形空间处,并通过将坐垫与第一坐垫安装部和第二坐垫安装部连接,连接成完整的座椅。同时,因坐垫连接与第一坐垫安装部和第二坐垫安装部连接,即使得坐垫和靠背架、扶手架固定连接,形成稳定的结果,防止扶手架在第一柔性连接件、第二柔性连接件处发生弯折,保证了安装好后座椅的结构稳定性。

本发明的实施方式
这里使用的术语仅用于描述特定实施例的目的,而不意图限制本发明。除非另外定义,否则本文使用的所有术语具有与本发明所属领域的普通技术人员通常理解的相同的含义。将进一步理解的是,常用术语应该被解释为具有与其在相关领域和本公开内容中的含义一致的含义。本公开将被认为是本发明的示例,并且不旨在将本发明限制到特定实施例。
本实施例提供了一种便于运输的折叠椅架,如图1,包括靠背架1、分别设置在靠背架1左右两侧的扶手架2,靠背架1和扶手架2之间通过柔性连接件连接,使得扶手架2能由靠背架1侧面折叠于靠背架1上。
本实施例中,靠背架1和扶手架2连接成一体结构,形成折叠椅架,本实施例中采用罗圈椅中靠背的形式,便于提高座椅的舒适度,而这种结构的靠背:扶手架2设置在靠背架1两侧,且垂直于靠背架1设置,且高度与靠背架1的高度相差不多,占用的立体空间较大,为了减小折叠椅架的占用空间,在外力作用下,可在柔性连接件处实现将靠背架1两侧的扶手架2朝靠背架1折叠,使得扶手架2折叠在靠背架1上,与靠背架1相贴,形成类似于板状的结构,在整体上减小折叠椅架的立体空间。
本实施例中,靠背架1包括上下设置的上靠背框1-1和下靠背框1-2,以及连接上靠背框1-1和下靠背框1-2的靠背支撑部1-3;扶手架2包括上扶手框2-1、下扶手框2-2、连接在上扶手框2-1和下扶手框2-2的同一端部之间的扶手连接部2-3;柔性连接件包括连接在上靠背框1-1端部和上扶手框2-1另一端部之间的第一柔性连接件3-1、连接在下靠背框1-2端部和下扶手框2-2另一端部之间的第二柔性连接件3-2。
其中,由上靠背框1-1、下靠背框1-2、靠背支撑部1-3组成的靠背架1中间有若干个镂空的部分,减少靠背架1的用材,因靠背支撑部1-3足以提供人靠在靠背上的支撑力,靠背支撑部1-3为支撑在上靠背框1-1和下靠背框1-2之间的多个板状结构。板状结构的靠背支撑部1-3靠近人体的一面为平面,不会给人的后背造成不适感,因此也不影响靠背的舒适度。而且靠背支撑部1-3可根据需求采用较柔软的材质,进一步提高靠背的舒适度。上扶手框2-1、下扶手框2-2、扶手连接部2-3组成扶手架2,将第一柔性连接件3-1连接在上扶手框2-1和上靠背框1-1之间,将第二柔性连接件3-2连接在下扶手框2-2和下靠背框1-2之间,仅仅在靠背架1与扶手架2外围边框处连接有柔性连接件,可减小连接面积,减少柔性连接件的用材。
本实施例中,第一柔性连接件3-1为分别与上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1插接的柔性连接管;第二柔性连接件3-2为分别与下靠背框1-2、下扶手框2-2的柔性连接管。其中,柔性连接管可采用金属、橡胶、EPE等材质,以便于将扶手架2折叠在靠背架1上。第一柔性连接件3-1与上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1之间以插接的方式连接,第二柔性连接件3-2与下靠背框1-2、下扶手框2-2之间以插接的方式连接,便于安装。其中,在将第一柔性连接件3-1与上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1插接时,可采用两种插接方式:第一种,将第一柔性连接件3-1的两端分别插入上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1内,第二种,将上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1分别插入第二柔性连接件3-2的两端。本实施例中采用第一种方式,即,上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1均为至少端部位置为空心的管状结构,第一柔性连接件3-1为管径小于管状结构端部位置的内径,第一柔性连接件3-1分别插接在上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1的端部内以连接两者。由于第一柔性连接件3-1为柔性连接管,强度较小,采用第二种连接方式时,在第一柔性件处受力发生弯折时,第一柔性连接件3-1对设于其两端内部内的上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1施加弯折的作用力,同时,上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1对第一柔性件施加抗弯折的反作用力,上靠背框1-1和上扶手框2-1的硬度较强,在施加反作用力时易使得硬度小的第一柔性连接件3-1变形,在反作用力较大时,易导致第一柔性连接件3-1的管壁被破坏,导致靠背架1与扶手架2之间连接的断开,导致靠背架1和扶手架2之间的整体性被破坏。而采用第一种连接方式时,在第一柔性连接件3-1处受外力弯折时,第一柔性连接件3-1朝套在其两端的上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1施加抗弯折力,但由于上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1硬度较强,受到的力不足以影响上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1的结构,因而,保证了靠背架1与扶手架2之间连接的稳定性。同理,将第二柔性连接件3-2与下靠背框1-2、下扶手框2-2插接时,采用将第二柔性连接件3-2的两端插入下靠背框1-2、下扶手框2-2内,具体为,下靠背框1-2、下扶手框2-2均为至少端部位置为空心的管状结构,第二柔性连接件3-2为管径小于管状结构端部位置的内径,第二柔性连接件3-2分别插接在下靠背框1-2、下扶手框2-2的端部内以连接两者。
本实施例中,为了进一步提高第一柔性连接件3-1与上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1之间连接的稳定性,以及第二柔性连接件3-2与下靠背框1-2、下扶手框2-2之间连接的稳定性,上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1与第一柔性连接件3-1之间通过固定件4连接,固定件4为螺栓结构或枪钉结构,由上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1的外壁朝位于其内部的第一柔性连接件3-1设置,且至少有一部分设于第一柔性连接件3-1内部,保证上靠背框1-1、上扶手框2-1与第一柔性连接件3-1连接处的稳定性。同上,下靠背框1-2、下扶手框2-2与第二柔性连接件3-2之间也通过固定件4连接。
本实施例中,扶手连接部2-3设于远离靠背架1的一端,人在使用扶手架2时,手搭在上扶手框2-1和扶手连接部2-3处,本实施例中,扶手连接部2-3包括用于与上扶手框2-1连接的一弧形结构2-31。弧形结构2-31使得上扶手框2-1与扶手连接处之间连接得较为平滑,提高扶手架2的舒适度。除此之外,扶手架2还包括支撑在上扶手框2-1和下扶手框2-2之间的多个板状结构2-4。加强扶手架2的强度,使得其不易变形,同时板状结构2-4设在上扶手框2-1和下扶手框2-2之间,可提高扶手架2的舒适度。
本实施例中,下靠背框1-2与两侧的下扶手框2-2,以及连接它们的第二柔性连接件3-2围成用于安装坐垫6的U形空间5,下靠背框1-2设置有用于安装坐垫6的第一坐垫安装部1-21,下扶手框2-2设置有用于安装坐垫6的第二坐垫安装部2-21。如图2,第一坐垫安装部1-21和第一坐垫安装部1-21均朝U形空间5的内部设置,且垂直于对应的靠背架1、扶手架2,便于对坐垫6提供支撑。其中,第一坐垫安装部1-21和第一坐垫安装部1-21上均设有便于与坐垫6连接的连接孔1-211,其中,可直接通过螺栓等由第一坐垫安装部1-21、第一坐垫安装部1-21下端穿过连接孔1-211与坐垫6连接;也可在坐垫6下端设置与连接孔1-211对应的连接限位部,连接限位部穿过连接孔1-211,连接限位部被限制在连接孔1-211内,不能发生移动水平方向的移动,进而保证坐垫6与连接支撑部的稳定。
本实施例还提供了一种便于运输的折叠椅,如图2,包括上述的一种便于运输的折叠椅架、安装在折叠椅架上的坐垫。
虽然描述了本发明的实施方式,但是本领域普通技术人员可以在所附权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于运输的折叠椅架,包括靠背架、分别设置在所述靠背架左右两侧的扶手架,其特征在于:
    所述靠背架和所述扶手架之间通过柔性连接件连接,使得所述扶手架能由所述靠背架侧面折叠于所述靠背架上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于运输的折叠椅架,其特征在于:
    所述靠背架包括上下设置的上靠背框和下靠背框,以及连接所述上靠背框和下靠背框的靠背支撑部;
    所述扶手架包括上扶手框、下扶手框、连接在所述上扶手框和所述下扶手框的同一端部之间的扶手连接部;
    所述柔性连接件包括连接在所述上靠背框端部和所述上扶手框另一端部之间的第一柔性连接件、连接在所述下靠背框端部和所述下扶手框另一端部之间的第二柔性连接件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于运输的折叠椅架,其特征在于:
    所述第一柔性连接件为分别与所述上靠背框、所述上扶手框插接的柔性连接管;
    所述第二柔性连接件为分别与所述下靠背框、所述下扶手框的柔性连接管。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于运输的折叠椅架,其特征在于:
    所述上靠背框、所述上扶手框均为至少端部位置为空心的管状结构,所述第一柔性连接件为管径小于所述管状结构端部位置的内径,所述第一柔性连接件分别插接在所述上靠背框、所述上扶手框的端部内以连接两者。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于运输的折叠椅架,其特征在于:
    所述下靠背框、所述下扶手框均为至少端部位置为空心的管状结构,所述第二柔性连接件为管径小于所述管状结构端部位置的内径,所述第二柔性连接件分别插接在所述下靠背框、所述下扶手框的端部内以连接两者。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于运输的折叠椅架,其特征在于:
    所述靠背支撑部为支撑在所述上靠背框和所述下靠背框之间的多个板状结构。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于运输的折叠椅架,其特征在于:
    所述扶手连接部包括用于与所述上扶手框连接的一弧形结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种便于运输的折叠椅架,其特征在于:
    所述扶手架还包括支撑在所述上扶手框和所述下扶手框之间的多个板状结构。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于运输的折叠椅架,其特征在于:
    所述下靠背框与两侧的下扶手框,以及连接它们的第二柔性连接件围成用于安装坐垫的U形空间,所述下靠背框设置有用于安装坐垫的第一坐垫安装部,所述下扶手框设置有用于安装坐垫的第二坐垫安装部。
  10. 一种便于运输的折叠椅,其特征在于:
    包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的一种便于运输的折叠椅架、安装在所述折叠椅架上的坐垫。
