本发明提供一种呼叫业务切换方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,通过监测目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼,能够在符合相应切换条件时,释放工作状态为呼叫中的第一组呼、并进入工作状态为呼叫建立的目标组呼,此时目标组呼的工作状态即切换为呼叫中、第一组呼被释放后即处于非工作状态/呼叫中。本发明提出一种PoC通信系统下存在多个组呼时,不使用系统决策迟后进入目标组呼的流程,使终端可以选择接入当前进行的隶属组呼,便于实现终端用户的意愿,减少交互流程,节省流量和带宽,提升服务器的处理性能。

Description

呼叫业务切换方法、装置、系统及相关产品 技术领域
本发明涉及PoC通信技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种呼叫业务切换方法、装置、系统及相关产品。
背景技术
现有PoC(Professional-PTT Over Cellular,专网无线一键通)集群通信系统中,在原有组呼的通话没有结束之前,终端不感知其他同优先级组呼的呼叫,只能接收到相关通知,在该终端所在组呼的呼叫结束后,服务器才能通过迟后接入流程将本终端拉入正在进行的其他所属组呼的通话中。这就会存在以下问题:
1)用户无法选择切换到哪路组呼业务中,用户体验不好;
2)进入另一路组呼的流程较多,切换速度慢。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种呼叫业务切换方法、装置、系统及相关产品,技术方案如下:
本发明一方面提供一种呼叫业务切换方法,所述方法应用于服务器,所述方法包括:
监测目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼,所述多个组呼中第一组呼的工作状态为呼叫中、至少一个第二组呼的工作状态为呼叫建立;
确定当前符合所述目标终端对应的切换条件;
释放所述第一组呼,并控制所述目标终端进入所述至少一个第二组呼中的目标组呼,所述目标组呼的工作状态由呼叫建立切换为呼叫中,所述第一组呼 被释放后处于非工作状态/呼叫中。
优选的,所述方法还包括:
将所述多个组呼的工作状态下发至所述目标终端,所述目标终端的显示界面中具有多个显示区域,一个显示区域对应所述目标终端所属的一个组呼,所述显示区域用于显示所对应组呼的工作状态。
优选的,所述确定当前符合所述目标终端对应的切换条件,包括:
接收所述目标终端发送的切换指令,所述切换指令中至少包含所述目标组呼的标识,所述目标组呼的标识是所述目标终端响应针对所述目标组呼所对应显示区域的输入操作获得的。

相较于现有技术,本发明实现的有益效果为:
本发明提供一种呼叫业务切换方法、装置、系统及相关产品,通过监测目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼,能够在符合相应切换条件时,释放工作状态为呼叫中的第一组呼、并进入工作状态为呼叫建立的目标组呼,此时目标组呼的工作状态即切换为呼叫中、第一组呼被释放后即处于非工作状态/呼叫中。本发明提出一种PoC通信系统下存在多个组呼时,不使用系统决策迟后进入目标组呼的流程,使终端可以选择接入当前进行的隶属组呼,便于实现终端用户的意愿,减少交互流程,节省流量和带宽,提升服务器的处理性能。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
为方便理解本发明,以下首先对PoC通信系统下的呼叫处理流程进行说明。以终端包括A、B、C和D进行说明,Group即组呼:
假设:终端A隶属于Group1,终端B隶属于Group2,终端C隶属于Group3,终端D同时隶属于Group1、Group2和Group3。
1)参见图1所示的信令流程图。Group1、Group2和Group3三者的优先级相同。
终端A发起Group1呼叫:终端A向服务器发送建立请求CALL REQUEST(Group1),服务器接受、向终端A返回相应的响应信息CALL ACCEPT;
终端D处于空闲状态,其接收到服务器发送的建立请求CALL REQUEST后接受、向服务器返回相应的响应信息CALL ACCEPT,并参与到Group1的呼叫中;
终端B发起Group2呼叫:终端B向服务器发送建立请求CALL REQUEST(Group2),服务器接受、向终端B接受返回相应的响应信息CALL ACCEPT;
由于终端D正在参与Group1呼叫中,因此其接收到服务器发送的建立请求CALL REQUEST后拒绝、向服务器返回相应的响应信息CALL REJECT(Group2);
终端C发起Group3呼叫:终端C向服务器发送建立请求CALL REQUEST(Group3),服务器接受、向终端C返回相应的响应信息CALL ACCEPT;
由于终端D正在参与Group1呼叫中,因此其接收到服务器发送的建立请求CALL REQUEST后拒绝、向服务器返回相应的响应信息CALL REJECT(Group3);
终端D主动退出Group1:向服务器发送释放请求CALL RELEASE  REQUEST(Group1),服务器接受、向终端D返回相应的响应信息CALL RELEASE RESPONSE;
服务器判断Group2和Group3呼叫是否在进行中。如果两者都在进行中,则向终端D分别发送建立请求CALL REQUEST(Group2)和建立请求CALL REQUEST(Group3)。
终端D根据先后、优先级等策略决定接入哪路组呼。Group2和Group3优先级相同,由于服务器先发送CALL REQUEST(Group2),因此终端D参与到Group2的呼叫中、向服务器返回相应的响应信息CALL ACCEPT(Group2),拒绝参与Group3的呼叫中、向服务器返回响应的响应信息CALL REJECT(Group3)。
2)参见图2所示的信令流程图。Group1优先级较低、Group2和Group3两者优先级相同且较高。
对于终端A发起Group1呼叫、终端D参与Group1的呼叫,以及终端B发起Group2呼叫过程不再赘述,可以参见图1相应描述部分。
由于Group2的优先级高于Group1,因此虽然终端D正在参与Group1呼叫中,其接收到服务器发送的建立请求CALL REQUEST后主动退出Group1、向服务器返回释放请求CALL RELEASE REQUEST(Group1),服务器接受、向终端D返回相应的响应信息CALL RELEASE RESPONSE,终端D继续向服务器返回响应信息CALL ACCEPT(Group2)。此时,终端D参与到Group2的呼叫中。
终端C发起Group3呼叫。该过程可以参见图1相应描述部分。
由于Group2的优先级与Group3优先级相同,因此终端D收到服务器发送的建立请求CALL REQUEST后拒绝、向服务器返回相应的响应信息CALL REJECT(Group3);
终端D主动退出Group2:向服务器发送释放请求CALL RELEASE REQUEST(Group2),服务器接受、向终端D返回相应的响应信息CALL RELEASE RESPONSE;
服务器判断Group1和Group3呼叫是否在进行中。如果两者都在进行中,则向终端分别发送建立请求CALL REQUEST(Group1)和建立请求CALL REQUEST(Group3)。
终端D根据先后、优先级等策略决定接入哪路组呼。如Group1的建立请求 先发、Group3的建立请求后发,由于Group3的优先级高于Group1,会出现终端D先参与到Group1的呼叫中、向服务器返回相应的响应信息CALL ACCEPT(Group1),但随即被Group3打断,终端D主动退出Group1、向服务器发送释放请求CALL RELEASE REQUEST(Group1),并最终参与到Group3的呼叫中、向服务器返回相应的响应信息CALL ACCEPT(Group3)。
需要说明的是,对于隶属一组呼的多个终端,服务器正常处理组呼建立后的话权和语音流程。而对于非隶属于某组呼的终端,服务器则不予转发该组呼的话权和语音流程给该终端。并且,一个组呼的呼叫结束后,由服务器通知该组呼下的各终端释放相关资源。
还需要说明的是,对于一个终端来说,其接收到组呼的创建请求后,需要判断自身是否处于空闲状态;若是,则向服务器返回响应信息CALL ACCEPT,并接入该组呼;若否,则向服务器返回响应信息CALL REJECT。
对于上述呼叫处理流程的方案,终端结束通话或退出呼叫后服务器根据事件触发终端所属组的通话迟后,终端根据先后或优先级进行迟后处理。但是,迟后接入的组呼未必是用户最想参与的组呼,用户体验不好;存在迟后信令多,交互多,浪费流量,占用带宽,增加了服务器压力。
对此,本发明提出一种呼叫业务切换方案,用户可选择切换到组呼,且减少迟后信令,减少交互流程,节省流量和带宽,提升服务器处理性能。
参见图3所示的方法流程图。本发明实施例提供一种呼叫业务切换方法,该方法应用于服务器,包括如下步骤:
S101,监测目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼,多个组呼中第一组呼的工作状态为呼叫中、至少一个第二组呼的工作状态为呼叫建立。
本发明实施例中,目标终端可以为PoC通信系统中任意一个终端,可以由管理者指定,还可以是符合指定条件的终端,比如终端用户启用该呼叫业务切换流程的终端。
再者,对于目标终端所属的组呼,其状态可以分为非工作状态和工作状态,非工作状态即呼叫结束的状态,工作状态分为呼叫中和呼叫建立两种状态。
继续以终端D为例进行说明,其参与到终端A发起的Group1中后,某个 时间下终端B发起Group2呼叫、而终端C未发起Group3呼叫。此时,终端D所属的多个组呼,其中Group1和Group2处于工作状态、且Group1的工作状态为呼叫中、Group2的工作状态为呼叫建立,Group3处于非工作状态。
需要说明的是,同一时间内目标终端能够参与的组呼为一个,即工作状态的多个组呼中仅一个组呼的工作状态为呼叫中,即第一组呼的数量为一个。而工作状态为呼叫建立的第二组呼的数量为一个或多个。
S102,确定当前符合目标终端对应的切换条件。
本发明实施例中,针对目标终端可以设置相应的呼叫业务的切换条件,基于该切换条件,能够将目标终端从第一组呼切换至某个第二组呼,即目标组呼。需要说明的是,该切换条件可以由终端用户设置,以此满足终端用户的体验。
在一些实施例中,为使终端用户即时获得各组呼的状态,本发明实施例还进一步执行如下步骤:
将多个组呼的工作状态下发至目标终端,目标终端的显示界面中具有多个显示区域,一个显示区域对应目标终端所属的一个组呼,显示区域用于显示所对应组呼的工作状态。
本发明实施例中,服务器将每个组呼的工作状态下发给目标终端,对于呼叫中和呼叫建立两种工作状态,目标终端可以采用不同的显示方式提示终端用户。
再者,目标终端的显示界面上具有多个显示区域,对应目标终端所属的各组呼,一个显示区域对应一个组呼。可以理解的是,对于目标终端所属的、处于非工作状态的组呼,虽然其状态并未由服务器下发给目标终端,但目标终端基于所接收到的多个组呼的工作状态,也能确定非工作状态下的组呼,进而以一种区别于工作状态的显示方式在相应的显示区域内提示终端用户。
继续以终端D为例进行说明,终端D所属的多个组呼,其中Group1和Group2处于工作状态、且Group1的工作状态为呼叫中、Group2的工作状态为呼叫建立,Group3处于非工作状态。该终端D的显示界面中可以设置三个显示区域,显示区域1对应Group1、显示区域2对应Group2、显示区域3对 应Group3,每个显示区域用与状态相匹配的方式显示所对应组呼的状态,比如显示区域1显示绿色表示Group1呼叫中、显示区域2显示黄色表示Group2呼叫建立,显示区域3显示红色表示Group3非工作状态。由此,终端D能够在有组呼呼叫时及时参与,并且后续有其他组呼的呼叫时也能允许接入,但其只需要接入并参与一路组呼的呼叫。
在此基础上,为实现终端用户对于所参与组呼的主动切换,本发明实施例中,步骤S102“确定当前符合目标终端对应的切换条件”可以采用如下步骤:
接收目标终端发送的切换指令,切换指令中至少包含目标组呼的标识,目标组呼的标识是目标终端响应针对目标组呼所对应显示区域的输入操作获得的。
本发明实施例中,终端用户基于显示界面中各显示区域的显示方式能够准确获得终端所属各组呼的状态。考虑到终端用户自身的意愿,其可以通过对显示界面进行触控操作来完成所参与组呼的切换,由此产生切换指令,该切换指令中至少包含待切换组呼,即目标组呼的标识,其可以通过终端用户对该目标组呼所对应显示区域的输入操作来获得,比如,终端用户常按该显示区域。另外,组呼的标识可以唯一标记相应组呼,其可以为组呼名称、还可以为组呼编号等,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
继续以终端包括A、B、C和D进行说明。参见图4所示的信令流程图。Group1、Group2和Group3三者的优先级相同。
终端A发起Group1呼叫、终端D参与到Group1的呼叫中、终端B发起Group2呼叫、终端D拒绝参与Group2的呼叫、终端C发起Group3呼叫、以及终端D拒绝参与Group3的呼叫过程不在赘述,可以参见图1相应描述部分。
对于终端D来说,服务器将其所属的Group1、Group2和Group3的工作状态下发给终端D。由此终端D的显示区域1显示绿色表示Group1呼叫中、显示区域2显示黄色表示Group2呼叫建立、显示区域3显示黄色表示Group3呼叫建立。对此,假设终端用户选择呼叫业务由Group1切换到Group3,其可以对Group3的显示区域执行输入操作,比如常按超过3S后,终端D即相同该输入操作产生切换指令,该切换指令中至少包含Group3的标识,当然该切 换指令中还可以包含呼叫中的组呼的标识,即Group1的标识,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
在此基础上,服务器在接收到该切换指令后,即可确定当前符合终端D的切换条件。服务器从该切换指令中解析获得Group3的标识,即可确定终端D的终端用户指示由Group1切换至Group3,后续服务器即释放Group1、并控制终端D接入Group3。
继续参见图4所示的信令流程图。终端D发送切换指令CALL RELEASE REQUEST(Group1/Group3),服务器接受、向终端D返回相应的响应信息CALL RELEASE RESPONSE;服务器释放Group1,即不再将Group1的话权和语音转发给终端D,进而向终端D发送建立请求CALL REQUEST(Group3),终端D接受、向服务器返回相应的响应信息CALL ACCEPT。
由此,即可以实现终端用户基于终端界面在多个组呼间进行呼叫业务的切换。
在此基础上,为实现终端用户对于所参与组呼的非主动切换,本发明实施例中,步骤S102“确定当前符合目标终端对应的切换条件”可以采用如下步骤:
接收第一组呼所对应的发起终端所发送的释放指令,发起终端为具有发起组呼权限的终端。
继续以终端D为例进行说明,其所属的多个组呼中Group1的工作状态为呼叫中。Group1的发起终端为终端A,此时服务器接收到终端A发送的释放指令后,即可以确定Group1的呼叫业务结束,后续通知Group1的组成员——终端D组呼释放,释放结束后Group1的状态即由呼叫中切换为非工作状态。
假设,针对终端D,预先配置“Group 1结束后、期望接入Group 3”的切换策略,由此服务器释放Group1,即不再将Group1的话权和语音转发给终端D,进而向终端D发送建立请求CALL REQUEST(Group3),终端D接受、向服务器返回相应的响应信息CALL ACCEPT,由此终端D进入Group 3。
在具体实现过程中,目标组呼的确定过程,可以采用如下步骤:
向目标终端发送针对第一组呼的释放请求;接收目标终端基于释放请求所返回的响应信息,响应信息中包含预先设置的至少一个候选组呼的标识;基于响应信息中的标识,从至少一个候选组呼中确定目标组呼。
继续以终端包括A、B、C和D进行说明。参见图5所示的信令流程图。Group1、Group2和Group3三者的优先级相同。
终端A发起Group1呼叫、终端D参与到Group1的呼叫中、终端B发起Group2呼叫、终端D拒绝参与Group2的呼叫、终端C发起Group3呼叫、以及终端D拒绝参与Group3的呼叫过程不在赘述,可以参见图1相应描述部分。
终端A结束Group1呼叫:终端A向服务器发送释放请求CALL RELEASE REQUEST(Group1),服务器接受、向终端A返回相应的响应信息CALL RELEASE RESPONSE。
由于终端D参与Group1呼叫中,因此服务器继续向终端A发送释放请求CALL RELEASE REQUEST(Group1),终端A接受、向服务器返回相应的响应信息CALL RELEASE RESPONSE(Group1/Group3),显然终端A向服务器返回的响应信息中仅包含一个候选组呼——Group3的标识。
服务器直接将Group3作为目标组呼,进而向终端A发送建立请求CALL REQUEST(Group3)。终端A接受、向服务器返回相应的响应信息CALL ACCEPT,并参与到Group3的呼叫中。
在其他一些实施例中,对于响应信息所包含候选组呼的标识包括多个,本发明确定目标组呼的过程可以采用如下步骤:
确定至少一个候选组呼与至少一个第二组呼的交集;对于交集中的至少一个候选组呼,从中选择优先级最高的一个作为目标组呼。
本发明实施例中,多个候选组呼与第二组呼的交集,即确定工作状态属于呼叫建立的候选组呼。进而,考虑候选组呼的优先级,选择优先级最高的一个作为目标组呼。
S103,释放第一组呼,并控制目标终端进入至少一个第二组呼中的目标组呼,目标组呼的工作状态由呼叫建立切换为呼叫中,第一组呼被释放后处于非 工作状态/呼叫中。
本发明实施例中,控制目标终端进入目标组呼时,服务器还可以进一步判断目标组呼当前是否处于呼叫建立的工作状态;如果是,则对目标终端发起迟后接入的流程,使其参与至目标组呼中;如果否,则不对目标终端发起迟后接入的流程,如有需要可由目标终端对目标组呼发起呼叫。
需要说明的是,如果目标终端为发起组呼的终端,例如发起Group1呼叫的终端A,则第一组呼(即Group1)会被完全释放,参与到该第一组呼的所有终端均结束呼叫,此时第一组呼处于非工作状态。而如果目标终端并非发起组呼的终端,例如上述终端D,则其当前参与的第一组呼不会被完全释放,还是处于工作状态,即呼叫中,只有该第一组呼被完全释放,才进入非工作状态。
综上,本发明提出一种新的PoC通信系统下多组呼之间的快速切换方式,终端用户可选择加入哪个组呼,不再单一的只能使用系统决策迟后进入目标组呼,这使得组呼之间切换更加迅速,提升用户体验,并且填补PoC多路呼叫功能,属于PoC通信产品的新业务,可使PoC产品更具竞争优势。
在性能提升方面:终端D所属组呼Group1呼叫中、Group2和Group3呼叫建立,从Group1退出,期望进入Group3中。
若Group2、Group3同优先级,则本发明节省Group2的Request\Reject交互过程2条信令;
若Group2、Group3不同优先级且Group3优先级高,则本发明节省Group2交互过程Request\Accept\complete\Release\Response共5条信令交互;
按当前系统支持单组1000成员算,本发明单组释放节省信令2*1000=2000条或5*1000=5000条,通过减少信令的交互、节省流量与带宽,降低迟后对服务器的压力。
基于上述实施例提供的呼叫业务切换方法,本发明实施例则对应提供执行上述呼叫业务切换方法的装置,该装置的结构示意图如图6所示,包括:
状态监测模块101,用于监测目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼,多个组呼中第一组呼的工作状态为呼叫中、至少一个第二组呼的工作状态为呼叫建立;
切换确定模块102,用于确定当前符合目标终端对应的切换条件;
组呼切换模块103,用于释放第一组呼,并控制目标终端进入至少一个第二组呼中的目标组呼,目标组呼的工作状态由呼叫建立切换为呼叫中,第一组呼被释放后处于非工作状态/呼叫中。
可选的,状态监测模块101,还用于:
将多个组呼的工作状态下发至目标终端,目标终端的显示界面中具有多个显示区域,一个显示区域对应目标终端所属的一个组呼,显示区域用于显示所对应组呼的工作状态。
可选的,切换确定模块102,具体用于:
接收目标终端发送的切换指令,切换指令中至少包含目标组呼的标识,目标组呼的标识是目标终端响应针对目标组呼所对应显示区域的输入操作获得的。
可选的,切换确定模块102,具体用于:
接收第一组呼所对应的发起终端所发送的释放指令,发起终端为具有发起组呼权限的终端。
可选的,用于确定目标组呼的组呼切换模块103,具体用于:
向目标终端发送针对第一组呼的释放请求;接收目标终端基于释放请求所返回的响应信息,响应信息中包含预先设置的至少一个候选组呼的标识;基于响应信息中的标识,从至少一个候选组呼中确定目标组呼。
可选的,用于从至少一个候选组呼中确定目标组呼的组呼切换模块103,具体用于:
确定至少一个候选组呼与至少一个第二组呼的交集;对于交集中的至少一个候选组呼,从中选择优先级最高的一个作为目标组呼。
本发明实施例还提供一种服务器,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;存储器存储有程序,处理器调用存储器存储的程序,程序用于实现上述实 施例提供的呼叫业务切换方法。
基于上述实施例提供的呼叫业务切换方法,本发明实施例还提供一种呼叫业务切换方法,方法应用于目标终端,目标终端的显示界面中具有多个显示区域,一个显示区域对应目标终端所属的一个组呼,该方法包括如下步骤,方法流程图如图7所示:
S201,接收服务器下发的目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼的工作状态,多个组呼中第一组呼的工作状态为呼叫中、至少一个第二组呼的工作状态为呼叫建立。
S202,在显示区域内显示所对应组呼的工作状态。
S203,响应针对目标组呼所对应显示区域的输入操作获得目标组呼的标识,并将至少包含目标组呼的标识的切换指令发送至服务器,目标组呼为至少一个第二组呼中的一个,切换指令是服务器确定当前符合目标终端对应的切换条件的依据,服务器释放第一组呼并控制目标终端进入目标组呼,目标组呼的工作状态由呼叫建立切换为呼叫中,第一组呼被释放后处于非工作状态/呼叫中。
需要说明的是,本发明各流程步骤的具体实现可以参见上述呼叫业务切换方法实施例对应公开部分,在此不再赘述。
基于上述实施例提供的呼叫业务切换方法,本发明实施例则对应提供一种呼叫业务切换装置,该装置的结构示意图如图8所示,包括:
状态接收模块201,用于接收服务器下发的目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼的工作状态,目标终端的显示界面中具有多个显示区域,一个显示区域对应目标终端所属的一个组呼,多个组呼中第一组呼的工作状态为呼叫中、至少一个第二组呼的工作状态为呼叫建立;
状态显示模块202,用于在显示区域内显示所对应组呼的工作状态;
切换控制模块203,用于响应针对目标组呼所对应显示区域的输入操作获得目标组呼的标识,并将至少包含目标组呼的标识的切换指令发送至服务器,目标组呼为至少一个第二组呼中的一个,切换指令是服务器确定当前符合目标终端对应的切换条件的依据,服务器释放第一组呼并控制目标终端进入目标组呼,目标组呼的工作状态由呼叫建立切换为呼叫中,第一组呼被释放后处于非工作状态/呼叫中。
本发明实施例还提供一种目标终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;存储器存储有程序,处理器调用存储器存储的程序,程序用于实现上述实施例提供的呼叫业务切换方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种呼叫业务切换系统,该系统包括服务器和多个终端。
服务器,用于监测目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼,多个组呼中第一组呼的工作状态为呼叫中、至少一个第二组呼的工作状态为呼叫建立,目标终端的显示界面中具有多个显示区域,一个显示区域对应目标终端所属的一个组呼;将多个组呼的工作状态下发至目标终端;
目标终端,用于在显示区域内显示所对应组呼的工作状态;响应针对目标组呼所对应显示区域的输入操作获得目标组呼的标识,并将至少包含目标组呼的标识的切换指令发送至服务器,目标组呼为至少一个第二组呼中的一个;
服务器,还用于确定当前符合目标终端对应的切换条件;释放第一组呼,并控制目标终端进入至少一个第二组呼中的目标组呼,目标组呼的工作状态由呼叫建立切换为呼叫中,第一组呼被释放后处于非工作状态/呼叫中。
本发明实施例还提供一种存储介质,存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令用于执行服务器对应的呼叫业务切换方法或者执行目标终端对应的呼叫业务切换方法。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种呼叫业务切换方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于服务器,所述方法包括:
    监测目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼,所述多个组呼中第一组呼的工作状态为呼叫中、至少一个第二组呼的工作状态为呼叫建立;
    确定当前符合所述目标终端对应的切换条件;
    释放所述第一组呼,并控制所述目标终端进入所述至少一个第二组呼中的目标组呼,所述目标组呼的工作状态由呼叫建立切换为呼叫中,所述第一组呼被释放后处于非工作状态/呼叫中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将所述多个组呼的工作状态下发至所述目标终端,所述目标终端的显示界面中具有多个显示区域,一个显示区域对应所述目标终端所属的一个组呼,所述显示区域用于显示所对应组呼的工作状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定当前符合所述目标终端对应的切换条件,包括:
    接收所述目标终端发送的切换指令,所述切换指令中至少包含所述目标组呼的标识,所述目标组呼的标识是所述目标终端响应针对所述目标组呼所对应显示区域的输入操作获得的。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定当前符合所述目标终端对应的切换条件,包括:
    接收所述第一组呼所对应的发起终端所发送的释放指令,所述发起终端为具有发起组呼权限的终端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标组呼的确定方式,包括:
    向所述目标终端发送针对所述第一组呼的释放请求;
    接收所述目标终端基于所述释放请求所返回的响应信息,响应信息中包含预先设置的至少一个候选组呼的标识;
    基于所述响应信息中的标识,从所述至少一个候选组呼中确定所述目标组呼。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述至少一个候选组呼中确定所述目标组呼,包括:
    确定所述至少一个候选组呼与所述至少一个第二组呼的交集;
    对于所述交集中的至少一个候选组呼,从中选择优先级最高的一个作为所述目标组呼。
  7. 一种呼叫业务切换装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    状态监测模块,用于监测目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼,所述多个组呼中第一组呼的工作状态为呼叫中、至少一个第二组呼的工作状态为呼叫建立;
    切换确定模块,用于确定当前符合所述目标终端对应的切换条件;
    组呼切换模块,用于释放所述第一组呼,并控制所述目标终端进入所述至少一个第二组呼中的目标组呼,所述目标组呼的工作状态由呼叫建立切换为呼叫中,所述第一组呼被释放后处于非工作状态/呼叫中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述状态监测模块,还用于:
    将所述多个组呼的工作状态下发至所述目标终端,所述目标终端的显示界面中具有多个显示区域,一个显示区域对应所述目标终端所属的一个组呼,所述显示区域用于显示所对应组呼的工作状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切换确定模块,具体用于:
    接收所述目标终端发送的切换指令,所述切换指令中至少包含所述目标组呼的标识,所述目标组呼的标识是所述目标终端响应针对所述目标组呼所对应 显示区域的输入操作获得的。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切换确定模块,具体用于:
    接收所述第一组呼所对应的发起终端所发送的释放指令,所述发起终端为具有发起组呼权限的终端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,用于确定所述目标组呼的所述组呼切换模块,具体用于:
    向所述目标终端发送针对所述第一组呼的释放请求;接收所述目标终端基于所述释放请求所返回的响应信息,响应信息中包含预先设置的至少一个候选组呼的标识;基于所述响应信息中的标识,从所述至少一个候选组呼中确定所述目标组呼。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,用于从所述至少一个候选组呼中确定所述目标组呼的所述组呼切换模块,具体用于:
    确定所述至少一个候选组呼与所述至少一个第二组呼的交集;对于所述交集中的至少一个候选组呼,从中选择优先级最高的一个作为所述目标组呼。
  13. 一种呼叫业务切换方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于目标终端,所述目标终端的显示界面中具有多个显示区域,一个显示区域对应所述目标终端所属的一个组呼,所述方法包括:
    接收服务器下发的所述目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼的工作状态,所述多个组呼中第一组呼的工作状态为呼叫中、至少一个第二组呼的工作状态为呼叫建立;
    在所述显示区域内显示所对应组呼的工作状态;
    响应针对目标组呼所对应显示区域的输入操作获得所述目标组呼的标识,并将至少包含所述目标组呼的标识的切换指令发送至所述服务器,所述目标组呼为所述至少一个第二组呼中的一个,所述切换指令是所述服务器确定当前符合所述目标终端对应的切换条件的依据,所述服务器释放所述第一组呼并控制 所述目标终端进入所述目标组呼,所述目标组呼的工作状态由呼叫建立切换为呼叫中,所述第一组呼被释放后处于非工作状态/呼叫中。
  14. 一种呼叫业务切换装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    状态接收模块,用于接收服务器下发的目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼的工作状态,所述目标终端的显示界面中具有多个显示区域,一个显示区域对应所述目标终端所属的一个组呼,所述多个组呼中第一组呼的工作状态为呼叫中、至少一个第二组呼的工作状态为呼叫建立;
    状态显示模块,用于在所述显示区域内显示所对应组呼的工作状态;
    切换控制模块,用于响应针对目标组呼所对应显示区域的输入操作获得所述目标组呼的标识,并将至少包含所述目标组呼的标识的切换指令发送至所述服务器,所述目标组呼为所述至少一个第二组呼中的一个,所述切换指令是所述服务器确定当前符合所述目标终端对应的切换条件的依据,所述服务器释放所述第一组呼并控制所述目标终端进入所述目标组呼,所述目标组呼的工作状态由呼叫建立切换为呼叫中,所述第一组呼被释放后处于非工作状态/呼叫中。
  15. 一种呼叫业务切换系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括服务器和多个终端;
    所述服务器,用于监测目标终端所属的、处于工作状态的多个组呼,所述多个组呼中第一组呼的工作状态为呼叫中、至少一个第二组呼的工作状态为呼叫建立,所述目标终端的显示界面中具有多个显示区域,一个显示区域对应所述目标终端所属的一个组呼;将所述多个组呼的工作状态下发至所述目标终端;
    所述目标终端,用于在所述显示区域内显示所对应组呼的工作状态;响应针对目标组呼所对应显示区域的输入操作获得所述目标组呼的标识,并将至少包含所述目标组呼的标识的切换指令发送至所述服务器,所述目标组呼为所述至少一个第二组呼中的一个;
    所述服务器,还用于确定当前符合所述目标终端对应的切换条件;释放所述第一组呼,并控制所述目标终端进入所述至少一个第二组呼中的目标组呼, 所述目标组呼的工作状态由呼叫建立切换为呼叫中,所述第一组呼被释放后处于非工作状态/呼叫中。
  16. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;所述存储器存储有程序,所述处理器调用所述存储器存储的程序,所述程序用于实现如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的呼叫业务切换方法。
  17. 一种目标终端,其特征在于,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;所述存储器存储有程序,所述处理器调用所述存储器存储的程序,所述程序用于实现如权利要求13所述的呼叫业务切换方法。
  18. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的呼叫业务切换方法或者执行权利要求13所述的呼叫业务切换方法。
