Le problème qui se pose c'est la gestion et l'arrangement qui se fait manuellement souvent par les tickets et des bouts de papier dont les numéros de série est écrit à la main donc quand le client se présente pour récupérer ses vêtements l'identification prends du temps, l'employé cherche toujours le numéro de série manuellement cela peut prendre des minutes et cause une perte de temps. Selon un premier mode de réalisation, la présente invention peut fonctionner pour le type de laverie qui ont un tube fixe. Dans le cas ordinaire quand on se rend à la laverie on nous donne un reçu pour nous identifier et le présenter pour récupérer les vêtements, cela provoque souvent des problèmes de confusion et de perte de temps car l'opération est manuelle. Nous avons conçu un système à RFID, quand le client présente ses vêtements on lui donne un code QR après avoir accroché un tags RFID afin de savoir à qui appartient le linge puis on le scanne pour le détecter lorsque le client vient pour récupérer le linge.
