Abstract
La présente demande se rapporte au domaine des instruments médicaux, et divulgue un dispositif de stimulation de nerf hypoglosse, comprenant un dispositif in vivo et un dispositif in vitro. Le dispositif in vivo est monté au niveau d'une extrémité distale d'un nerf hypoglosse, et comprend une puce intégrée, une électrode de stimulation et une bobine flexible ; la puce intégrée est reliée à l'électrode de stimulation et à la bobine flexible, respectivement ; la bobine flexible est utilisée pour recevoir des informations d'énergie et de stimulation envoyées par le dispositif in vitro ; la puce intégrée est utilisée pour générer une impulsion de stimulation selon les informations d'énergie et de stimulation reçues ; et l'électrode de stimulation est utilisée pour transmettre l'impulsion de stimulation au nerf hypoglosse. Le dispositif in vitro est monté sur la surface de corps au-dessus du dispositif in vivo, et comprend une bobine et un dispositif de commande ; le dispositif de commande est relié à la bobine, et est utilisé pour générer des informations d'énergie et de stimulation ; et la bobine est utilisée pour transmettre les informations d'énergie et de stimulation au dispositif in vivo. Le dispositif de stimulation de nerf hypoglosse est divisé en dispositif in vivo et dispositif in vitro qui exploitent une liaison d'induction magnétique formée par la bobine in vivo et la bobine in vitro pour réaliser une communication et une transmission d'énergie, la taille du dispositif in vivo est réduite, et la praticité et la sécurité sont améliorées.
