为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的实现进行详细的描述。
本实施例的附图中相同或相似的标号对应相同或相似的部件;在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,若有术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此附图中描述位置关系的用语仅用于示例性说明,不能理解为对本专利的限制,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语的具体含义。
参照图1-9所示,为本发明提供的较佳实施例。
弹性调节的按摩带和呼啦圈,用户可单独使用按摩带,也可将按摩带配合呼啦圈使用,具体地,将按摩带置于在呼啦圈的内侧,以人体腰部按摩为例,也就是将按摩带套设至人体腰部,随后将呼啦圈套设至按摩带外,按摩带按摩,同时甩动呼啦圈,从而起到按摩并燃脂的效果,或者是双重按摩的效果,具体感受因人而异。
按摩带包括具有弹性的带体100和控制板150,可适用于不同腰围尺寸的用户,且同一用户减肥过后也可以使用。
带体100沿呼啦圈的内侧延伸布置,带体100内设有呈条状布置的柔性线路110,柔性线路110沿带体100的长度方向延伸布置,柔性线路110弯曲布置在带体100上,便于配合带体100的弹性伸缩,当拉伸带体100时,弯曲布置的柔性线路110可在带体100弹性伸缩时顺利伸缩,可有效避免柔性线路110被拉断;且柔性线路110内设有数据线,数据线沿柔性线路110的延伸方向延伸,与柔性线路110一致,弯曲布置,这样,拉伸带体100时,柔性线路110与数据线都可顺利被拉伸,且不会被拉断。
带体100内设有多个按摩件200,多个按摩件200与控制板150电性连接,由控制板150控制各个按摩件200,多个按摩件200之间通过柔性线路110连接,带体100上还设有开关130和调节按钮140,开关130、调节按钮140与控制板150电性连接,通过开关130控制按摩件200的开关,通过调节按钮140调节按摩元件230的按摩程度,智能化,使用更方便。
带体100具有布置的内侧面,按摩件200具有按摩端,按摩端凸出带体100的内侧面布置。
上述提供的弹性调节的按摩带,使用时,将按摩带套设在用户的腰部,也可以是其他需要按摩的位置;按摩带内设有多个按摩件200,且多个按摩件沿着带体100的长度方向间隔排列布置,可通过按摩件200对人体多个部位同时进行按摩;按摩带具有弹性,可根据用户腰围尺寸的不同适应调整,同一用户在不同时期,腰围尺寸不同也同样适用,并且在按摩带在按摩过程中,具有弹性的带体100还能根据用户腰围尺寸的细微变化而自动调整,使按摩件更贴合用户皮肤,按摩效果更好,实用性更强;且按摩件的按摩端凸出带体的内侧面,可直接抵接用户身体,按摩效果更佳,使用起来更舒适。
上述提供的呼啦圈,用于套设在按摩带的外侧,可以单独使用按摩带,也可以将按摩带配合呼啦圈一同使用;具体地,将按摩带置于呼啦圈的内侧,甩动呼啦圈时,呼啦圈配合弹性按摩带,将呼啦圈起到的按摩效果通过按摩带传至用户待按摩部位,从而产生更好的按摩效果。
沿着柔性线路110的长度方向,柔性线路110包括多个呈弯曲状的变形段,多个变形段依序间隔布置,按摩件布置在相邻的变形段之间,即使变形段变形,按摩件也始终位于这两个相邻的变形段之间。
沿着变形段的延伸方向,变形段至少两次弯折布置,具体地,变形段包括平直段以及两个间隔并行布置的纵向段,平直段的两端分别对应与两个纵向段的上端连接,平直段与纵向段之间弯折布置,平直段与纵向段之间围合形成弯折区域111,按摩件安装在弯折区域111;相邻的变形段之间通过连接段连接,连接段的两端分别对应连接在相邻的纵向段的下端,当拉伸按摩带时,变形段变形,弯折区域的形状改变。
带体100上设有按摩面120,按摩面120上设有多个通孔,多个通孔与多个按摩件200一一对应布置,按摩件200通过通孔显露在按摩面120上,当用户将带体100套设至需要按摩处时,按摩面120抵接用户皮肤,同时显露出来的按摩件200也抵接用户皮肤,按下开关130,使按摩件200对用户进行按摩,并根据调节按钮140调节至合适的挡位。
当按摩带变形时,按摩件200也始终位于通孔处,不会影响按摩件200的按摩效果。
柔性线路110上设有连接接口112,连接接口112朝向弯折区域111延伸布置,数据线通过连接接口112延伸出柔性线路110与按摩件200连接。
弯折区域111设有多个弹性条113,多个弹性条113间隔布置,弹性条113的一端对接在平直段的侧边,弹性条113的另一端对接在纵向段的侧边,帮助变形段由于被拉伸变形后顺利回缩。
且沿弹性条113的一端至另一端的方向,弹性条113的宽度逐渐增大,使弹性条113的弹性更好,回缩能力更强。
弯折区域111的外端呈敞开布置,弯折区域111的内端形成弯折角端,弯折角端填充有弹性片114,弹性片114的侧边分别对应对接在平直段的侧边及纵向段的侧边。
按摩件200包括固定件一210、按摩元件230、固定件二220;按摩元件230置于固定件一210与固定件二220之间,固定件一210与柔性线路110连接,其中的按摩元件230可以是发热片、振动片等等可用于按摩的器件,这些器件通过数据线电性连接控制板150,由控制板150统一控制。
另外,按摩元件230也可以是电路板,用于产生低频脉冲电流,低频脉冲电流主要有三种生理和治疗作用:1、兴奋神经肌肉组织;2、促进局部血液循环;3、镇痛;这三种重要作用,不仅能起到按摩的效果,还能加强燃脂效果,燃脂效果更佳。
或者是在固定件一210、固定件二220之间设置多个按摩元件230,从而满足按摩带的多功能按摩效果。
其中的固定件二220为五金件,五金件通过通孔显露,直接抵接用户皮肤,是按摩效果更佳。
进一步的,固定件一210设有安装槽位211,安装槽位211用于安装按摩元件230,安装槽位211上设有多个连接孔212,固定件二220上设有多个与连接孔212对应的连接片221,连接片221穿过连接孔212与柔性线路110连接,从而使整个按摩件200与连接带体100形成连接,且固定件一210上设有供数据线穿过的穿孔,所述数据线穿过穿孔与按摩元件230电性连接。
其中的多个连接孔212沿安装槽位211的四周间隔环绕布置,相对应的,多个连接片221与各个连接孔212对应布置。
带体100的两端分别设有第一连接端160和第二连接端170,第一连接端160朝向第二连接端170布置,第二连接端170朝向第一连接端160布置;第一连接端160活动设置有按压件161,按压件161的一端显露在第一连接端160的外部,按压件161的另一端朝第一连接端160的内部延伸布置,且设有扣位部;第二连接端170设有朝向扣位部设有扣位端头171,将第二连接端170朝向第一连接端160移动,使扣位端头171与扣位部相扣合,从而使第一连接端160与第二连接端170连接,带体100封闭。
当需要将第一连接端160与第二连接端170分离时,朝按压件161的另一端的方向按压按压件161的一端,此时,按压件161朝向按压件161的另一端的方向移动,使扣位部与扣位端头171分离,从而使第一连接端160与第二连接端170分离,拆卸方便迅速,省时省力,便于用户快速带上或者拆开按摩带,使用更方便。
扣位部包括第一扣位孔162,第一扣位孔162的内壁凸设有定位端头163;扣位端头171设有第二扣位孔172,扣位端头171嵌入第一扣位孔162,定位端头163嵌入第二扣位孔172,从而将扣位部与扣位端头171相扣合。
第一扣位孔162具有朝向按压件161的一端的方向的朝向面167,定位端头163的一端连接朝向面167,定位端头163的另一端朝向按压件161的一端的方向延伸布置,当扣位端头171嵌入在第一扣位孔162内,定位端头163嵌入在第二扣位孔172内时,朝向按压件161的另一端的方向按压按压件161的一端,此时按压件161朝向按压件161的另一端的方向移动,使定位端头163沿远离扣位端头171的方向移动,从而使定位端头163移离第二扣位孔172,从而使扣位部与扣位端头171分离。
进一步的,沿定位端头163的一端至另一端的方向,定位端头163的横截面积逐渐减小;沿定位端头163的一端至另一端的方向,定位端头163的两侧相向倾斜延伸布置,按压件161的另一端设有抵压件165,第一连接端160内设有弹性件,弹性件与抵压件165正对布置,按压按压件161的一端时,弹性件被压缩,将扣位端头171移入第一扣位孔162后,松开按压件161,此时按压件161在弹力的作用下朝向按压件161的一端的方向移动,从而定位端头163朝向第二扣位孔172移动,定位端头163顺着倾斜的两侧面,顺利进入第二扣位孔172内,扣合方便快速。
第一扣位孔162靠近按压件161的一端的一侧设有导向件166,导向件166具有朝向扣位端头171的倾斜面;朝向按压件161的一端的方向,倾斜面朝向扣位端头171的方向倾斜布置,定位端口可直接顺着倾斜面滑入第一扣位孔162内。
进一步的,第一扣位孔162呈方形布置,相对应的,扣位端头171也设置为方形,便于扣位端头171嵌入第一扣位孔162,且扣位端头171具有朝向按压件161的朝向端面,朝向端面的四周呈圆弧状布置,便于扣位端头171顺利并且能快速滑入第一扣位孔162内。
按压件161的一端设有按压端头164,按压端头164的直径大于按压件161的直径;第一连接端160设有通孔,按压件161穿过通孔,按压端头164显露在第一连接端160的外部,按压端头164的直径大于通孔的直径,便于用户按压按压端头164,且将按压件161限制在通孔处移动。

Claims (10)

  1. 弹性调节的按摩带,其特征在于,包括具有长度弹性变形且可围合呈环状的带体以及控制板,所述带体内设有呈条状的柔性线路,所述柔性线路沿所述带体的长度方向延伸布置,所述柔性线路与所述控制板电性连接;所述带体内设有多个由所述控制板控制的按摩件,多个所述按摩件分别与所述柔性线路电性连接,多个所述按摩件沿所述带体的长度方向间隔排列布置;所述带体具有布置的内侧面,所述按摩件具有按摩端,所述按摩端凸出所述带体的内侧面布置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的弹性调节的按摩带,其特征在于,沿着柔性线路的长度方向,所述柔性线路包括多个呈弯曲状的变形段,多个所述变形段依序间隔布置,所述按摩件布置在相邻的变形段之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的弹性调节的按摩带,其特征在于,沿着所述变形段的延伸方向,所述变形段至少两次弯折布置。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的弹性调节的按摩带,其特征在于,所述变形段包括平直段以及两个间隔并行布置的纵向段,所述平直段的两端分别对应与两个纵向段的上端连接,所述平直段与纵向段之间弯折布置,所述平直段与纵向段之间围合形成弯折区域;相邻的所述变形段之间通过连接段连接,所述连接段的两端分别对应连接在相邻的纵向段的下端。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的弹性调节的按摩带,其特征在于,所述弯折区域设有多个弹性条,多个所述弹性条间隔布置,所述弹性条的一端对接在平直段的侧边,所述弹性条的另一端对接在纵向段的侧边。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的弹性调节的按摩带,其特征在于,所述弯折区域的外端呈敞开布置,所述弯折区域的内端形成弯折角端,所述弯折角端填充有弹性片,所述弹性片的侧边分别对应对接在平直段的侧边及纵向段的侧边。
  7. 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的弹性调节的按摩带,其特征在于,所述带体内设有限位绳,所述限位绳沿所述带体的长度方向延伸布置;所述限位绳的两端固定布置,所述限位绳的中部呈松弛状;当所述带体弹性拉伸至设定长度后,所述限位绳呈绑紧状,限制所述带体继续拉伸。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的弹性调节的按摩带,其特征在于,所述带体内具有多个分别用于放置按摩件的放置区域,多个所述放置区域沿着带体的长度方向间隔布置;所述限位绳具有位于相邻的放置区域之间的间隔段以及与放置区域对应的区域段,所述区域段的两端分别对应与相邻的间隔段的端部对接;所述间隔段的端部固定布置,所述间隔段呈松弛状,当所述带体弹性拉伸至设定长度后,所述间隔段呈绑紧状,限制所述带体继续拉伸。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的弹性调节的按摩带,其特征在于,所述区域段的两端呈固定布置,所述区域段呈松弛状布置,所述区域段的拉伸变形长度小于所述间隔段的拉伸变形长度。
  10. 呼啦圈,其特征在于,包括圈体以及权利要求1至9任一项所述弹性调节的按摩带,所述带体环绕布置在所述呼啦圈的内侧。
