Abstract

A system for providing user assistance is provided. The system includes a processing subsystem which includes an input module (40) which receives input(s) and preference(s) of a user. The processing subsystem also includes an input processing module (50) which identifies a sub-field or the field(s) corresponding to at least one of the input(s) and the preference(s). The processing subsystem also includes a user welfare module (60) which provides a counseling facility by conducting a counseling-type questionnaire with the user when the sub-field corresponds to a counseling assistance sub-field, interprets a financial status of the user when the sub- field corresponds to a financial-related sub-field, generates financial plan recommendation(s) for the user, and fills finance-related document(s) of the user based on at least one of the input(s), the preference(s), and a selection of the financial plan recommendation(s), when the sub-field corresponds to a form-filling assistance sub- module, thereby providing the user assistance.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING USER ASSISTANCE

This Application claims priority from a patent application filed in India having Patent Application No. 202141037515, filed on August 18, 2021 and titled “SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING USER ASSISTANCE.”
FIELD OF INVENTION
Embodiments of a present disclosure relate to assisting a user in multiple fields, and more particularly to a system and a method for providing user assistance.
BACKGROUND
User assistance refers to guided assistance to a user in multiple fields, to make multiple decisions, to understand multiple factors, and the like. The user assistance that the user may need could be related to user welfare such as health, financial advice, personal life decision making, professional life decision making, and the like. The user assistance could also be related to updating a skill set of the user, help to find new jobs, help to find the right candidates for a job profile, and the like. Thus, different user needs a different kind of assistance in a different field. There are multiple approaches to provide such user assistance.
However, such multiple approaches are less efficient because of a complexity involved in an implementation of a system used in such multiple approaches. Also, a kind of the user welfare provide by a system of some of the multiple approaches may be insufficient for the user, thereby making the system less reliable.
Hence, there is a need for an improved system and method for providing user assistance which addresses the aforementioned issues.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
In accordance with one embodiment of the disclosure, a system for providing user assistance is provided. The system includes a processing subsystem hosted on a server. The processing subsystem is configured to execute on a network to control bidirectional communications among a plurality of modules. The processing subsystem includes an input module. The input module is configured to receive one or more inputs in real-time upon selecting one or more fields displayed on an input interface upon registration of a user. The one or more inputs corresponds to information associated with the user, and pertaining to the one or more fields. The one or more fields include at least one of a user welfare-related field, an upskilling-related field, and an employment assistance-related field. The input module is also configured to receive one or more preferences of the user, corresponding to the one or more fields upon receiving the one or more inputs. The processing subsystem also includes an input processing module operatively coupled to the input module. The input processing module is configured to identify a sub-field or the one or more fields corresponding to at least one of the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences by processing the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences using a natural language processing technique. Further, the processing subsystem also includes a user welfare module operatively coupled to the input processing module. The user welfare module is configured to provide a counseling facility for the user by conducting a counseling-type questionnaire with the user when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a counseling assistance sub-field of the user welfare-related field. The user welfare module is also configured to interpret a financial status of the user based on at least one of the counseling facility provided for the user and one or more finance-related parameters when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a financial-related sub-field of the user welfare-related field. Further, the user welfare module is also configured to generate one or more financial plan recommendations for the user based on the interpretation of the financial status of the user and pre-stored data. Furthermore, the user welfare module is also configured to fill one or more finance-related documents of the user based on at least one of the one or more inputs, the one or more preferences, and a selection of the one or more financial plan recommendations by the user, when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a form- filling assistance sub-module of the user welfare-related field, thereby providing the user assistance.
In accordance with another embodiment, a method for providing user assistance is provided. The method includes receiving one or more inputs in real-time upon selecting one or more fields displayed on an input interface upon registration of a user, wherein the one or more inputs corresponds to information associated with the user, and pertaining to the one or more fields, wherein the one or more fields comprises at least one of a user welfare -related field, an upskilling-related field, and an employment assistance-related filed. The method also includes receiving one or more preferences of the user, corresponding to the one or more fields upon receiving the one or more inputs. Further, the method also includes identifying a sub-field or the one or more fields corresponding to at least one of the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences by processing the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences using a natural language processing technique. Furthermore, the method also includes providing a counseling facility for the user by conducting a counseling -type questionnaire with the user when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a counseling assistance sub-field of the user welfare-related field. Furthermore, the method also includes interpreting a financial status of the user based on at least one of the counseling facility provided for the user and one or more finance-related parameters when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a financial-related sub-field of the user welfare-related field. Furthermore, the method also includes generating one or more financial plan recommendations for the user based on the interpretation of the financial status of the user and pre-stored data. Furthermore, the method also includes filling finance-related documents of the user based on at least one of the one or more inputs, the one or more preferences, and a selection of the one or more financial plan recommendations by the user, when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a form-filling assistance sub-module of the user welfare-related field, thereby providing the user assistance.

In the following specification and the claims, reference will be made to a number of terms, which shall be defined to have the following meanings. The singular forms “a”, “an”, and “the” include plural references unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a system for providing user assistance. As used herein, the term “user assistance” is defined as guided assistance to a user in multiple fields, to make multiple decisions, to understand multiple factors, and the like. Basically, the user may need assistance for multiple purposes. In one embodiment, the user may include an employee, an employer, a candidate, a student, a trainer, a fresher, a subject matter expert, or the like. The system described hereafter in FIG. 1 is the system for providing the user assistance.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram representation of a system (10) for providing user assistance in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The system (10) includes a processing subsystem (20) hosted on a server (30). In one embodiment, the server (30) may include a cloud server. In another embodiment, the server (30) may include a local server. The processing subsystem (20) is configured to execute on a network (not shown in FIG. 1) to control bidirectional communications among a plurality of modules. In one embodiment, the network may include a wired network such as a local area network (LAN). In another embodiment, the network may include a wireless network such as wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi), Bluetooth, Zigbee, near field communication (NFC), infra-red communication (RFID), or the like.
In one exemplary embodiment, the system (10) generates one or more trained models using a machine learning (ML) technique, wherein the one or more trained models may be used at multiple different instances by the plurality of modules to perform a plurality of operations. In one embodiment, the one or more trained models may include at least one of a medical-related trained model, an upskilling-related trained model, a financial plan-related trained model, and the like. As used herein, the term “machine learning” is defined as an application of artificial intelligence that provides systems the ability to automatically learn and improve from experience without being explicitly programmed. Thus, in an embodiment, the system (10) may generate one or more trained models by feeding an exhaustive dataset to the system (10) to learn and understand the same. In one exemplary embodiment, the exhaustive dataset may be related to the corresponding plurality of operations which the corresponding plurality of modules may be performing. In one embodiment, the exhaustive dataset may be stored in a database (as shown in FIG. 2) of the system (10). In one exemplary embodiment, the database may include a local database or a cloud database. Further, as the system (10) may receive new data, the system (10) may use the one or more trained models to understand the new data received and perform the corresponding plurality of operations, based on the exhaustive data pre-stored in the database. Later, the database may be updated with the new data received along with an outcome after the performing of the corresponding plurality of operations.
Further, in an embodiment, for a user to be able to use the system (10) for receiving the user assistance, the user may have to be registered with the system (10). In one embodiment, the processing subsystem (20) may include a registration module (as shown in FIG. 2). The registration module may be configured to register the user upon receiving a plurality of user details via a registration interface associated with a user device. In one embodiment, the plurality of user details may include at least one of a username, one or more contact details, a designation, a qualification, address, and the like. Moreover, in an embodiment, the plurality of user details may be stored in the database. Also, in an embodiment, the user device may include a mobile phone, a tablet, a laptop, or the like. Furthermore, in an embodiment, for the system (10) to be able to understand a type of the user assistance that may be needed by the user, the user may have to provide certain inputs to the system (10). Thus, the processing subsystem (20) includes an input module (40) operatively coupled to the registration module. The input module (40) is configured to receive one or more inputs in realtime upon selecting one or more fields displayed on an input interface upon registration of the user. The one or more inputs corresponds to information associated with the user, and pertaining to the one or more fields. The one or more fields include at least one of a user welfare -related field, an up skilling -related field, an employment assistance-related field, and the like.
In one exemplary embodiment, the one or more inputs pertaining to the user welfare- related field may include counseling-related information such as, but not limited to, a request for at least one of a personal counseling facility, a professional counseling facility, a medical counseling facility, a financial counseling facility, and the like. In another exemplary embodiment, the one or more inputs pertaining to the user welfare- related field may include medical-health-related information such as, but not limited to, a medical history of the user, one or more medical test reports, information of a current diet plan, and physical exercises, bodyweight of the user, height of the user, neck and abdominal length of the user, age of the user, gender of the user, and the like. In yet another exemplary embodiment, the one or more inputs pertaining to the user welfare-related field may include finance-related information such as, but not limited to, an income of the user, information of one or more liabilities of the user, information of income source of the user, and the like. Further, in yet another exemplary embodiment, the one or more inputs pertaining to the user welfare-related field may include a transportation service-related information such as but not limited to, a traveling schedule of the user, information of a bank account of the user, and the like. Furthermore, in yet another exemplary embodiment, the one or more inputs pertaining to the user welfare-related field may include form-filling-related information. In such embodiment, when the user may be performing an insurance claiming operation via the system (10), then the form- filling-related information may include a hospital name, an insurance policy number, user health-related information from the hospital, and the like. In one exemplary embodiment, the one or more inputs pertaining to the upskilling- related field may include skill-related information such as, but not limited to, one or more preferred domains, one or more hobbies, information of user achievements, and the like. In yet another exemplary embodiment, the one or more inputs pertaining to the upskilling-related field may include trainer information such as, but not limited to, skill set information, a technical experience, a learning curve information, a training history, a track record of assessment, and the like of the user, when the user may be a trainer, a subject matter expert, an employer, an employee, or the like. Additionally, in one exemplary embodiment, the one or more inputs pertaining to the employment assistance-related field may include employment-related information such as, but not limited to, a job requirement request, a current job type, one or more skills, an experience, a qualification, a current designation, and the like, when the user may be a fresher, an employee, a candidate, or the like. In one exemplary embodiment, the employment-related information may include job-opening -related information, one or more required skills, a required experience, a required qualification, an available designation, and the like.
Upon providing the one or more inputs, the user may have certain preferences pertaining to the user assistance needed by the corresponding user. Thus, the input module (40) is also configured to receive one or more preferences of the user, corresponding to the one or more fields upon receiving the one or more inputs. In one exemplary embodiment, the one or more preferences corresponding to the user welfare-related field may include a request to calculate one or more health-related parameters, a request to consult a doctor, a request to prioritize a treatment of a patient with a genuine reason, and the like. In another exemplary embodiment, the one or more preferences corresponding to the user welfare-related field may include a preferred financial plan, a preferred mode of payment, a preferred mode for traveling, and the like. Moreover, in one exemplary embodiment, the one or more preferences corresponding to the up skilling -related field may include one or more preferred skills the user is willing to learn, a learning speed of the user, one or more trainer-related requirements of the user, and the like. Also, in one exemplary embodiment, the one or more preferences corresponding to the employment assistance-related field may include a preferred job type, a preferred designation, a preferred company culture, and the like. Upon receiving the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences from the user, the system (10) may have to understand the same upon processing and perform the plurality of operations. Thus, the processing subsystem (20) also includes an input processing module (50) operatively coupled to the input module (40). The input processing module (50) is configured to identify a sub-field or the one or more fields corresponding to at least one of the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences by processing the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences using a natural language processing (NLP) technique. As used herein, the term “natural language processing” is defined as a branch of artificial intelligence that helps computers understand, interpret and manipulate human language. Basically, the database may be pre-fed with a plurality of words with meaning, for the system (10) to understand the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences received from the user. Also, with time, the system (10) may be trained with analyzing and understanding a plurality of new words using the one or more trained models, and hence may get updated, thereby improving a user experience with time. Thus, upon understanding the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences received from the user, the input processing module (50) may easily identify the sub-field or the one or more fields to which the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences may belong.
Subsequently, upon identifying the sub-field or the one or more fields, the system (10) may perform the plurality of operations. Thus, the processing subsystem (20) also includes a user welfare module (60) operatively coupled to the input processing module (50). The user welfare module (60) is configured to provide a counseling facility for the user by conducting a counseling-type questionnaire with the user when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a counseling assistance sub-field of the user welfare-related field. In one embodiment, the counseling-type questionnaire may include a personal counseling -type questionnaire, a professional counseling-type questionnaire, a financial counselingtype questionnaire, a health-related counseling-type questionnaire, or the like. Suppose the one or more inputs or the one or more preferences may include the counseling-related information, then the input processing module (50) may identify the sub-field to be the counseling assistance sub-field. The input processing module (50) may further identify a type of the counseling facility the user is requesting for. Suppose in an embodiment, the user is willing to receive a personal type of counseling. In such embodiment, the user welfare module (60) may be configured to generate the personal counseling-type questionnaire by conducting a personal-life-based question and answer session with the user by understanding one or more answers of the user using an artificial intelligence (Al)-based technique. As used herein, the term “artificial intelligence” refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines that are made to think like humans and mimic their actions. In one embodiment, the AI- based technique may include at least one of the NLP technique, an image processing technique, an audio processing technique, a video processing technique, an optical character recognition (OCR) technique, and the like.
As used herein, the term “image processing” is defined as a method of manipulating an image to either enhance the quality or extract relevant information from it. In Al, image processing may refer to combining one or more image processing services with ML and computer vision to process large volumes of one or more images easily and quickly. Basically, in an embodiment, the user welfare module (60) may also receive the one or more images while conducting the personal counseling-type questionnaire with the user. Thus, in an embodiment, in order to analyze and understand the corresponding one or more images, the image processing technique may be used. Further, as used herein, the term “optical character recognition” is defined as a form of technology that identifies the characters like numbers and letters included in an image. The OCR also recognizes patterns and classifies information for Al to use. Basically, in an embodiment, whenever the user is responding with an image having text and numbers, for the system (10) to analyze and understand the same, the OCR technique may be used. Similarly, in an embodiment, when the user welfare module (60) may also receive one or more videos or one or more audios, then the video processing technique or the audio processing technique may be used respectively. Ultimately, based on the personal counseling facility received by the user, the user may be able to decide a most appropriate path which the user may have to follow to achieve one or more personal life-related goals.
Suppose in another embodiment, the user is willing to receive a professional type counseling. In such embodiment, the user welfare module (60) may be configured to generate the professional counseling-type questionnaire by conducting a professional- life-based question and answer session with the user by understanding one or more answers of the user using the Al-based technique. Ultimately, based on the professional counseling facility received by the user, the user may be able to decide a most appropriate path which the user may have to follow to achieve one or more professional life-related goals. In yet another embodiment, suppose the user is willing to receive a financial type counseling. In such embodiment, the user welfare module (60) may be configured to generate the financial counseling-type questionnaire by conducting a financial-life-based question and answer session with the user by understanding one or more answers of the user using the Al-based technique. The user welfare module (60) is also configured to interpret a financial status of the user based on at least one of the counseling facility provided for the user and one or more finance- related parameters when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a financial-related sub-field of the user welfare-related field. In one exemplary embodiment, the financial status of the user may include a poor status, a lower-middle-class status, a middle-class status, an upper-middle-class status, a rich status, or the like. Also, in an embodiment, the one or more finance-related parameters may include a standard income range for allotting the financial status, advice from one or more financial advisors, and the like.
Later, the user welfare module (60) is also configured to generate one or more financial plan recommendations for the user based on the interpretation of the financial status of the user and pre-stored data. In one embodiment, the pre-stored data may refer to the exhaustive dataset pre-fed to the database of the system (10) for generating the financial plan-related trained model. The financial plan-related trained model may be used by the user welfare module (60) to generate the one or more financial recommendations for the user. In one exemplary embodiment, the one or more financial plan recommendations may include a short-term investment, a medium-term investment, or a long-term investment. In addition, the user welfare module (60) is also configured to fill one or more finance-related documents of the user based on at least one of the one or more inputs, the one or more preferences, and a selection of the one or more financial plan recommendations by the user, when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a form-filling assistance submodule of the user welfare-related field, thereby providing the user assistance. In one embodiment, the finance-related documents may include a health insurance related document, a tax filing document, a tax return filing document, or the like. In one exemplary embodiment, the user welfare module (60) may also be configured to generate one or more transport service recommendations for the user based on the interpretation of the financial status of the user when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a transportation assistance sub-filed of the user welfare-related field. Suppose the financial status of the user is the middleclass status, then the user welfare module (60) may recommend a transportation service to the user which is feasible for the user to pay. Later, the user welfare module (60) may also be configured to initiate a transaction corresponding to a booking of a transportation service via a predefined transaction mode upon selection of the one or more transport service recommendations and receiving a confirmation for the corresponding transaction by the user. In one embodiment, the predefined transaction mode may include cash, card payment, net banking, or the like.
In one embodiment, suppose the user is willing to receive a medical type counseling. In such embodiment, the user welfare module (60) may also be configured to generate the health-related counseling-type questionnaire by conducting a health-related-life- based question and answer session with the user by understanding one or more answers of the user using the Al-based technique. Later, in an embodiment, the user welfare module (60) may further be configured to identify a health condition of the user based on at least one of the counseling facility provided for the user and one or more medical- related parameters when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a medical-related sub-field of the user welfare field. In one embodiment, the one or more medical-related parameters may include standard body temperature, advice from a medical practitioner, one or more symptoms corresponding to a predefined disease, one or more medicines to cure the predefined disease, and the like.
Further, the user welfare module (60) may also be configured to calculate one or more health-related parameters corresponding to the user using a predefined calculating technique based on at least one of the identification of the health condition of the user and the one or more inputs received by the input module (40). In one exemplary embodiment, the one or more health-related parameters may include body mass index (BMI), body metabolic rate (BMR), or the like. Also, the user welfare module (60) may further be configured to generate one or more lifestyle-related recommendations for the user based on the health condition and the one or more health-related parameters corresponding to the user. In one exemplary embodiment, the one or more lifestyle-related recommendations may include one or more proper diet plans matching the health condition of the user, one or more physical exercises to improve the health condition of the user, a medication course, and the like. Additionally, the user welfare module (60) may also be configured to track and modify one or more health-related habits of the user using the medical-related trained model upon selection of the one or more lifestyle-related recommendations. Suppose the user is having the one or more health-related habits. Now, upon receiving the one or more lifestyle- related recommendations, the user may select at least one and try to follow the same. Thus, keeping the track of whether the user to maintaining the one or more health- related habits in accordance with the one or more lifestyle -related recommendations or no may be important for the user to check for a progress in the health condition of the user.
Later, in one exemplary embodiment, the user may need assistance in upskilling oneself for employment purpose. Thus, in an embodiment, the processing subsystem (20) may further include an upskilling module (as shown in FIG. 2) operatively coupled to the input processing module (50). The upskilling module may be configured to identify one or more traits of the user by conducting a predefined assessment test with the user when the one or more fields identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to the upskilling-related field. In one exemplary embodiment, the one or more traits may include at least one of one or more strengths, one or more weaknesses, one or more areas of interest, and the like. Upon identifying the one or more traits, the user may have to go through training for upskilling oneself. Thus, the upskilling module may also be configured to generate a suggestion using the upskilling-related trained model based on the one or more traits of the user. The suggestion may correspond to one or more trainers suitable to train the user for upskilling in a preferred domain. In one embodiment, the preferred domain may be chosen based on the one or more traits of the user. In one exemplary embodiment, the preferred domain may correspond to at least one of a domain of interest of the user, a subject of interest of the user, a skill, and the like. Once the training has been initiated, a progress of the user may be known upon track. Thus, the upskilling module may also be configured to track the progress of the user in upskilling under the preferred domain by allotting a predefined grading to the user upon conducting a progress assessment test with the user. In one embodiment, the predefined grading may correspond to a predefined rating, a predefined grade digital coin, predefined marks, or the like. The user may be classified as a beginner, a moderate, an advanced, or an expert in the preferred domain based on the predefined grading allotted to the user.
Moreover, in an embodiment, the user may need assistance to get employment opportunities. Thus, in one embodiment, the processing subsystem (20) may also include an employment assistance module (as shown in FIG. 2) operatively coupled to the upskilling module. The employment assistance module may be configured to prioritize the user for the employment purpose based on the progress tracked by the upskilling module when the one or more fields identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to the employment assistance-related field. Basically, the user with the predefined grading having a higher value may be given a higher priority for the employment purpose, which means an employer may give higher priority to the corresponding user. Later, the employment assistance module may also be configured to generate one or more notifications for the user based on the prioritization of the user. The one or more notifications may correspond to information for the user for the employment purpose. In one exemplary embodiment, the one or more notifications may include a text message, an e-mail, a pop-up notification, or the like. In one embodiment, the one or more notifications may correspond to the information for the user regarding a job opening availability when the user corresponds to an employee, a fresher, a candidate, or the like. In another embodiment, the one or more notifications may correspond to the information for the user regarding availability of a candidate with a matching profile when the user corresponds to an employer, a recruiter, a manager, or the like.
FIG. 2 is a block diagram representation of an exemplary embodiment of the system (10) for providing the user assistance of FIG. 1 in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The system (10) includes the processing subsystem (20) hosted on the server (30). Basically, one or more employees (70) working in an organization (80) always focus on upskilling themselves to achieve career growth both in terms of income as well as a designation level. Thus, the corresponding one or more employees (70) may use the system (10) to receive the user assistance in upskilling themselves. Initially, the one or more employees (70) register with the system (10) upon providing a plurality of employee -related details via respective one or more employee mobile phones (90) to the registration module (100). The plurality of employee-related details is stored in the database (110) of the system (10). Upon registration, the one or more employees (70) may then provide the skill -related information along with the one or more preferences corresponding to the same via the input module (40). The system (10) also provides the user assistance for employment purpose as well as for the user welfare. Therefore, the one or more employees (70) can also provide information related to a job requirement, the counseling-related information, the medical-health- related information, the finance-related information, the transportation service -related information, the form-filling-related information, and the like.
Upon receiving the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences, the system (10) identifies the sub-field or the one or more fields corresponding to the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences received upon processing via the input processing module (50). The one or more employees (70) are interested in upskilling themselves and hence provide the information accordingly. For example, say that the one or more employees (70) have provided the following statement “Willing to identify my strengths and weaknesses”. The input processing module (50) using the NLP understands the words like the ‘strengths’ and ‘weaknesses’ which belongs to the upskilling-related field. Then, the one or more traits of the one or more employees (70) are identified, one or more trainers (120) are then allotted to each of the one or more employees (70), and the progress of the one or more employees (70) is tracked via the upskilling module (130). Basically, the one or more trainers (120) are also registered with the system (10) using one or more respective trainer devices (140) via the registration module (100). Later, based on the progress, the one or more employees (70) are enlisted via the employment assistance module (150), and a higher priority is given to the one or more employees (70) with a higher value for the predefined grading allotted to each of the one or more employees (70). Then, the one or more employees (70) and one or more recruiters (160) are sent with the one or more notifications via the employment assistance module (150). Basically, the one or more recruiters (160) are also registered with the system (10) using one or more respective recruiter devices (170) via the registration module (100). Moreover, the user welfare that the one or more employees (70) may receive from the system (10), now can be termed as an employee welfare. Suppose the one or more employees (70) are finding it difficult to make personal decisions and professional decisions. Then, the system (10) provides the counseling facility to the one or more employees (70) via the user welfare module (60). Based on the counseling, the one or more employees (70) may reach a state of sense to make proper personal decisions and proper professional decisions.
FIG. 3 is a block diagram of a user assistance computer (180) or a user assistance server (180) in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The user assistance server (180) includes processor(s) (190), and memory (200) operatively coupled to a bus (210). The processor(s) (190), as used herein, means any type of computational circuit, such as, but not limited to, a microprocessor, a microcontroller, a complex instruction set computing microprocessor, a reduced instruction set computing microprocessor, a very long instruction word microprocessor, an explicitly parallel instruction computing microprocessor, a digital signal processor, or any other type of processing circuit, or a combination thereof.
Computer memory elements may include any suitable memory device(s) for storing data and executable program, such as read only memory, random access memory, erasable programmable read only memory, electrically erasable programmable read only memory, hard drive, removable media drive for handling memory cards and the like. Embodiments of the present subject matter may be implemented in conjunction with program modules, including functions, procedures, data structures, and application programs, for performing tasks, or defining abstract data types or low-level hardware contexts. Executable program stored on any of the above-mentioned storage media may be executable by the processor(s) (190).
The memory (200) includes a plurality of subsystems stored in the form of executable program which instructs the processor(s) (190) to perform method steps illustrated in FIG. 4. The memory (200) includes a processing subsystem (20) of FIG 1. The processing subsystem (20) further has following modules: an input module (40), an input processing module (50), and a user welfare module (60).
The input module (40) is configured to receive one or more inputs in real-time upon selecting one or more fields displayed on an input interface upon registration of a user. The input module (40) is also configured to receive one or more preferences of the user, corresponding to the one or more fields upon receiving the one or more inputs. The input processing module (50) is configured to identify a sub-field or the one or more fields corresponding to at least one of the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences by processing the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences using a natural language processing technique.
The user welfare module (60) is configured to provide a counseling facility for the user by conducting a counseling-type questionnaire with the user when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a counseling assistance sub-field of the user welfare -related field. The user welfare module (60) is also configured to interpret a financial status of the user based on at least one of the counseling facility provided for the user and one or more finance-related parameters when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a financial-related sub-field of the user welfare-related field. The user welfare module (60) is also configured to generate one or more financial plan recommendations for the user based on the interpretation of the financial status of the user and pre-stored data. The user welfare module (60) is also configured to fill one or more finance- related documents of the user based on at least one of the one or more inputs, the one or more preferences, and a selection of the one or more financial plan recommendations by the user, when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a form-filling assistance sub-module of the user welfare- related field, thereby providing the user assistance.
FIG. 4 is a flow chart representing steps involved in a method (220) for providing user assistance in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method (220) includes receiving one or more inputs in real-time upon selecting one or more fields displayed on an input interface upon registration of a user, wherein the one or more inputs corresponds to information associated with the user, and pertaining to the one or more fields, wherein the one or more fields comprises at least one of a user welfare-related field, an up skilling -related field, and an employment assistance-related filed in step 230. In one embodiment, receiving the one or more inputs may include receiving the one or more inputs by an input module (40).
The method (220) also includes receiving one or more preferences of the user, corresponding to the one or more fields upon receiving the one or more inputs in step 240. In one embodiment, receiving the one or more preferences may include receiving the one or more preferences by the input module (40).
Furthermore, the method (220) includes identifying a sub-field or the one or more fields corresponding to at least one of the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences by processing the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences using a natural language processing technique in step 250. In one embodiment, identifying the sub-field or the one or more fields may include identifying the subfield or the one or more fields by an input processing module (50).
Furthermore, the method (220) also includes providing a counseling facility for the user by conducting a counseling-type questionnaire with the user when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a counseling assistance subfield of the user welfare-related field in step 260. In one embodiment, providing the counseling facility may include providing the counseling facility by a user welfare module (60).
Furthermore, the method (220) also includes interpreting a financial status of the user based on at least one of the counseling facility provided for the user and one or more finance-related parameters when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a financial-related sub-field of the user welfare-related field in step 270. In one embodiment, interpreting the financial status may include interpreting the financial status by the user welfare module (60).
Furthermore, the method (220) also includes generating one or more financial plan recommendations for the user based on the interpretation of the financial status of the user and pre-stored data in step 280. In one embodiment, generating the one or more financial plan recommendations may include generating the one or more financial plan recommendations by the user welfare module (60).
Furthermore, the method (220) also includes filling finance-related documents of the user based on at least one of the one or more inputs, the one or more preferences, and a selection of the one or more financial plan recommendations by the user, when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a form-filling assistance sub-module of the user welfare-related field, thereby providing the user assistance in step 290. In one embodiment, filling the finance-related documents may include filling the finance-related documents by the user welfare module (60).
In one exemplary embodiment, the method (220) may also include identifying one or more traits of the user by conducting a predefined assessment test with the user when the one or more fields identified by the input processing module corresponds to the upskilling-related field. In such embodiment, identifying the one or more traits may include identifying the one or more traits by an upskilling module (130).
Further, in one exemplary embodiment, the method (220) may also include generating a suggestion using an upskilling-related trained model based on the one or more traits of the user, wherein the suggestion corresponds to one or more trainers suitable to train the user for upskilling in a preferred domain. In such embodiment, generating the suggestion may include generating the suggestion by the upskilling module (130). Furthermore, in one exemplary embodiment, the method (220) may also include tracking a progress of the user in upskilling under the preferred domain by allotting a predefined grading to the user upon conducting a progress assessment test with the user. In such embodiment, tracking the progress may include tracking the progress by the upskilling module (130).
Furthermore, in one exemplary embodiment, the method (220) may also include prioritizing the user for employment purpose based on the progress tracked by the upskilling module when the one or more fields identified by the input processing module corresponds to the employment assistance-related field. In such embodiment, prioritizing the user may include prioritizing the user by an employment assistance module (150). Furthermore, in one exemplary embodiment, the method (220) may also include generating one or more notifications for the user based on the prioritization of the user, wherein the one or more notifications correspond to information for the user for the employment purpose. In such embodiment, generating the one or more notifications may include generating the one or more notifications by the employment assistance module (150).
Further, from a technical effect point of view, the implementation time required to perform the method steps included in the present disclosure by the one or more processors of the system is very minimal, thereby the system maintains very minimal operational speed.
Various embodiments of the present disclosure enable providing the user assistance to the user such that the user may find almost every kind of assistance upon using the system, with much ease and simple steps implementation. Also, as the system chooses a trainer based on an examination of an expertise of the corresponding trainer in the preferred domain, makes the system more efficient and more reliable in providing the user assistance in the up-skilling field. Further, the system also provides the user welfare including health, financial, transportation, counseling, and the like, along with upskilling and employment, thereby making the system a multiple purpose assistance system, and hence better than conventional systems.
While specific language has been used to describe the disclosure, any limitations arising on account of the same are not intended. As would be apparent to a person skilled in the art, various working modifications may be made to the method in order to implement the inventive concept as taught herein.
The figures and the foregoing description give examples of embodiments. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that one or more of the described elements may well be combined into a single functional element. Alternatively, certain elements may be split into multiple functional elements. Elements from one embodiment may be added to another embodiment. For example, order of processes described herein may be changed and are not limited to the manner described herein. Moreover, the actions of any flow diagram need not be implemented in the order shown; nor do all of the acts need to be necessarily performed. Also, those acts that are not dependent on other acts may be performed in parallel with the other acts. The scope of embodiments is by no means limited by these specific examples.

Claims

I/WE CLAIM:
1. A system (10) for providing user assistance, wherein the system (10) comprises: a processing subsystem (20) hosted on a server (30), and configured to execute on a network to control bidirectional communications among a plurality of modules comprising: an input module (40) configured to: receive one or more inputs in real-time upon selecting one or more fields displayed on an input interface upon registration of a user, wherein the one or more inputs corresponds to information associated with the user, and pertaining to the one or more fields, wherein the one or more fields comprises at least one of a user welfare-related field, an up skilling -related field, and an employment assistance-related field; and receive one or more preferences of the user, corresponding to the one or more fields upon receiving the one or more inputs; an input processing module (50) operatively coupled to the input module (40), wherein the input processing module (50) is configured to identify a sub-field or the one or more fields corresponding to at least one of the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences by processing the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences using a natural language processing technique; and a user welfare module (60) operatively coupled to the input processing module (50), wherein the user welfare module (60) is configured to: provide a counseling facility for the user by conducting a counseling-type questionnaire with the user when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a counseling assistance sub-field of the user welfare-related field; interpret a financial status of the user based on at least one of the counseling facility provided for the user and one or more finance- related parameters when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a financial-related sub-field of the user welfare-related field; generate one or more financial plan recommendations for the user based on the interpretation of the financial status of the user and pre-stored data; and fill one or more finance-related documents of the user based on at least one of the one or more inputs, the one or more preferences, and a selection of the one or more financial plan recommendations by the user, when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a form-filling assistance sub-module of the user welfare-related field, thereby providing the user assistance.
2. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the counseling-type questionnaire comprises a personal counseling-type questionnaire, a professional counseling-type questionnaire, a financial counseling-type questionnaire, and a health-related counseling-type questionnaire.

The system (10) as claimed in claim 2, wherein the user welfare module (60) is configured to: generate the personal counseling-type questionnaire by conducting a personal-life -based question and answer session with the user by understanding one or more answers of the user using an artificial intelligence-based technique; generate the professional counseling-type questionnaire by conducting a professional-life -based question and answer session with the user by understanding one or more answers of the user using the artificial intelligence-based technique; generate the financial counseling-type questionnaire by conducting a financial-life-based question and answer session with the user by understanding one or more answers of the user using the artificial intelligence-based technique; and generate the health-related counseling-type questionnaire by conducting a health-related-life-based question and answer session with the user by understanding one or more answers of the user using the artificial intelligencebased technique.

The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user welfare module (60) is configured to: generate one or more transport service recommendations for the user based on the interpretation of the financial status of the user when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a transportation assistance subfiled of the user welfare-related field; and initiate a transaction corresponding to a booking of a transportation service via a predefined transaction mode upon selection of the one or more transport service recommendations and receiving a confirmation for the corresponding transaction by the user.
5. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user welfare module (60) is configured to: identify a health condition of the user based on at least one of the counseling facility provided for the user and one or more medical -related parameters when the sub-field identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to a medical- related sub-field of the user welfare field; calculate one or more health-related parameters corresponding to the user using a predefined calculating technique based on at least one of the identification of the health condition of the user and the one or more inputs received by the input module (40); generate one or more lifestyle -related recommendations for the user based on the health condition and the one or more health-related parameters corresponding to the user; and track and modify one or more health-related habits of the user using a medical-related trained model upon selection of the one or more lifestyle -related recommendations.

The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing subsystem (20) comprises an upskilling module (130) operatively coupled to the input processing module (50), wherein the upskilling module (130) is configured to: identify one or more traits of the user by conducting a predefined assessment test with the user when the one or more fields identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to the upskilling-related field; generate a suggestion using an up skilling -related trained model based on the one or more traits of the user, wherein the suggestion corresponds to one or more trainers suitable to train the user for upskilling in a preferred domain; and track a progress of the user in upskilling under the preferred domain by allotting a predefined grading to the user upon conducting a progress assessment test with the user.

The system (10) as claimed in claim 6, wherein the processing subsystem (20) comprises an employment assistance module (150) operatively coupled to the upskilling module (130), wherein the employment assistance module (150) is configured to: prioritize the user for an employment purpose based on the progress tracked by the upskilling module (130) when the one or more fields identified by the input processing module (50) corresponds to the employment assistance-related field; and generate one or more notifications for the user based on the prioritization of the user, wherein the one or more notifications correspond to information for the user for the employment purpose.
8. A method (220) for providing user assistance, wherein the method (220) comprises: receiving, by an input module (40), one or more inputs in real-time upon selecting one or more fields displayed on an input interface upon registration of a user, wherein the one or more inputs corresponds to information associated with the user, and pertaining to the one or more fields, wherein the one or more fields comprises at least one of a user welfare-related field, an upskilling-related field, and an employment assistance-related filed; (230) receiving, by the input module (40), one or more preferences of the user, corresponding to the one or more fields upon receiving the one or more inputs; (240) identifying, by an input processing module (50), a sub-field or the one or more fields corresponding to at least one of the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences by processing the one or more inputs and the one or more preferences using a natural language processing technique; (250) providing, by a user welfare module (60), a counseling facility for the user by conducting a counseling-type questionnaire with the user when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a counseling assistance sub-field of the user welfare-related field; (260) interpreting, by the user welfare module (60), a financial status of the user based on at least one of the counseling facility provided for the user and one or more finance-related parameters when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a financial-related sub-field of the user welfare- related field; (270) generating, by the user welfare module (60), one or more financial plan recommendations for the user based on the interpretation of the financial status of the user and pre-stored data; and (280) filling, by the user welfare module (60), finance-related documents of the user based on at least one of the one or more inputs, the one or more preferences, and a selection of the one or more financial plan recommendations by the user, when the sub-field identified by the input processing module corresponds to a form- filling assistance sub-module of the user welfare-related field, thereby providing the user assistance (290).
9. The method (220) as claimed in claim 8, comprises: identifying, by an upskilling module (130), one or more traits of the user by conducting a predefined assessment test with the user when the one or more fields identified by the input processing module corresponds to the upskilling-related field; generating, by the upskilling module (130), a suggestion using an up skilling -related trained model based on the one or more traits of the user, wherein the suggestion corresponds to one or more trainers suitable to train the user for upskilling in a preferred domain; and tracking, by the upskilling module (130), a progress of the user in upskilling under the preferred domain by allotting a predefined grading to the user upon conducting a progress assessment test with the user.
10. The method (220) as claimed in claim 9, comprises: prioritizing, by an employment assistance module (150), the user for employment purpose based on the progress tracked by the upskilling module when the one or more fields identified by the input processing module corresponds to the employment assistance-related field; and generating, by the employment assistance module (150), one or more notifications for the user based on the prioritization of the user, wherein the one or more notifications correspond to information for the user for the employment purpose.
