实施例一:
请参阅图1和图2,现对本申请实施例一提供的牙刷进行说明。该牙刷包括刷柄1、一端与刷柄1铰接的连接座2、与连接座2的另一端相连的刷头3和安装于连接座2上的弹性件4,该弹性件4的一端与刷柄1连接,弹性件4的另一端与连接座2连接。其中,连接座2与刷柄1之间设有限位结构,当连接座2在刷柄1上摆动时,通过该限位结构可限制连接座2及刷头3的摆动角度。此结构,本申请通过在刷柄1上铰接有连接座2,以及连接该连接座2与刷柄1的弹性件4。在刷牙的过程中,当刷头3受到外力作用时,刷头3可通过连接座2在刷柄1上实现一定幅度内的摆动;当作用于刷头3的外力消失时,刷头3和连接座2可在弹性件4的弹性拉动作用下恢复至初始位 置状态,以便后续的重复刷牙作业。因此,本申请通过连接座2与弹性件4将刷头3与刷柄1连接,刷头3具有一定的弹性变形能力,有助于提高刷牙的舒适感。而且,通过限位结构可对连接座2的摆动角度进行限制,避免刷头3的摆动角度过大。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图2和图3,作为本申请实施例一提供的牙刷的一种具体实施方式,该限位结构包括设于刷柄1的一端之两侧的第一拱形凸部11、设于刷柄1的一端之另外两侧的第一抵挡部13、设于连接座2上并对应于各第一拱形凸部11的弧形凹槽231和设于连接座2上并对应于各第一抵挡部13的第二抵挡部22;两个第一拱形凸部11和两个第一抵挡部13位于刷柄1的同一侧,各第一拱形凸部11伸入相应弧形凹槽231中,各第一抵挡部13与相应第二抵挡部22之间间隔形成间隙。具体地,连接座2远离刷头3的一端具有两个相对设置的铰接端21和两个相对设置的第二抵挡部22,两个相对设置的铰接端21分别铰接于刷柄1上。此结构,各第一抵挡部13与相应第二抵挡部22之间间隔形成的间隙可供连接座2绕两个铰接端21的连线形成的转动轴线转动,两个相对设置的第二抵挡部22可分别与刷柄1上的两个第一抵挡部13配合抵挡,从而可限制连接座2及刷头3的摆动角度。通过两个第一拱形凸部11与两个弧形凹槽231的配合,可提高连接座2相对刷柄1摆动的可靠性。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3,作为本申请实施例一提供的牙刷的一种具体实施方式,连接座2包括与刷柄1铰接的铰接座23、安装于铰接座23上的支撑座24和连接支撑座24与刷头3的连接杆26;弹性件4远离刷柄1的一端与支撑座24连接。具体地,铰接座23于两个相对设置的铰接端21的位置处开设有弧形凹槽231。此结构,通过将连接座2设置为铰接座23、支撑座24与连接杆26,从而便于对连接座2的拆解及维护。通过连接杆26将支撑座24与刷头3连接,便于刷头3与连接座2之间的拆卸及维护。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图4,作为本申请实施例一提供的牙刷的一种具体实施方式,支撑座24包括安装于铰接座23之一端的第一基座241和安装于铰接座23之另一端的第二基座242,连接杆26远离刷头3的一端与第一基座241相连,弹性件4远离刷柄1的一端与第二基座242相连。此结构,通过将支撑座24设置为第一基座241和第二基座242,便于对支撑座24的拆解及维护;通过将连接杆26和弹性件4分别设于连接座2的两端,从而便于分别与刷头3和刷柄1连接,互不干涉,且有助于提高弹性件4对连接座2的回弹拉动能力。
在一些实施例中,第一基座241、第二基座242和铰接座23可为一体成型。当然,在其它实施例中,第一基座241、第二基座242和铰接座23也可以分体设置,从而有助于对连接座2的拆解及维护。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图4和图5,作为本申请实施例一提供的牙刷的一种具体实施方式,第一基座241上开设有供连接杆26远离刷头3的一端插入的通孔2410。此结构,通过通孔2410可实现对连接杆26的快速定位安装,效率高。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图4和图5,作为本申请实施例一提供的牙刷的一种具体实施方式,第一基座241上还开设有两个相对设置的第一安装孔2411,各第一安装孔2411与通孔2410连通;连接杆26上开设有第二安装孔260和安装于第二安装孔260中的锁紧件261,锁紧件261分别穿过两个第一安装孔2411和第二安装孔260。此结构,通过锁紧件261可提高连接杆26与第一基座241的连接强度,避免连接杆26脱离第一基座241。其中,锁紧件261可为螺栓。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图4,作为本申请实施例一提供的牙刷的一种具体实施方式,第二基座242上安装有插条2421,铰接座23上对应开设有供插条2421插入的插槽(图未示)。此结构,通过插条2421与插槽的配合,可提高第二基座242与铰接座23的对位精度,提高第二基座242与铰接座23之间的安装效率。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图6,作为本申请实施例一提供的牙刷的一种具体实施方式,刷头3上分别开设有供连接杆26远离刷柄1的一端插入的第一插孔31和供连接座2远离刷柄1的一端插入的第二插孔32,第二插孔32与第一插孔31连通。具体地,连接杆26远离刷柄1的一端插入第一插孔31中,第一基座241远离刷柄1的一端插入第二插孔32中。此结构,通过第一插孔31可提高连接杆26与刷头3的对位精度,通过第二插孔32可提高第一基座241与刷头3的对位精度,进而提高安装效率,也便于连接杆26和连接座2分别与刷头3的拆卸及维护。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图5和图6,作为本申请实施例一提供的牙刷的一种具体实施方式,连接座2上开设有卡孔2412,具体是第一基座241上开设有卡孔2412,第二插孔32的内侧壁上安装有与卡孔2412配合卡合的卡钩33。此结构,通过卡钩33与卡孔2412的配合,可实现连接座2与刷头3的紧固连接,提高刷头3与连接座2之间的安装稳固性,避免分离。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图2和图3,刷头3靠近刷柄1的一端开设有定位槽34,连接座2上对应设有伸入定位槽34中的定位凸部232。具体地,铰接座23的顶部设有该定位凸部232。此结构,通过定位槽34与定位凸部232的配合,可提高刷头3与连接座2的对位精度。
实施例二:
请参阅图7至图9,现对本申请实施例二提供的牙刷进行说明。该实施例二提供的牙刷是在上述实施例一提供的牙刷的基础上的改进,该实施例二提供的牙刷与上述实施例一提供的牙刷的区别在于:该限位结构包括设于刷柄1的一端之两侧的第二拱形凸部12、设于刷柄1的一端之另外两侧的凹陷部14和设于连接座2的外周面上的台阶部25;两个第二拱形凸部12和两个凹陷部14位于刷柄1的同一侧,凹陷部14与台阶部25之间间隔形成间隙。具体地,连接座2远离刷头3的一端之两个相对设置的铰接端21分别铰接于刷柄1上,连接座2的中部位置设置有台阶部25。此结构,凹陷部14与台阶部25之间间隔形成的间隙可供连接座2绕两个铰接端21的连线形成的转动轴 线转动,两个凹陷部14可分别与台阶部25配合抵挡,从而限制连接座2及刷头3的摆动角度。通过两个第二拱形凸部12可对连接座2的摆动起到引导作用。
本申请实施例二提供的牙刷的其它结构与上述实施例一提供的牙刷的对应结构相同,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 牙刷,其特征在于,包括:
    刷柄;
    连接座,一端与所述刷柄铰接;
    刷头,与所述连接座的另一端相连;
    弹性件,安装于所述连接座上,所述弹性件的一端与所述刷柄连接,所述弹性件的另一端与所述连接座连接,所述弹性件用于弹性拉动所述连接座;
    其中,所述连接座与所述刷柄之间设有限位结构,所述限位结构用于限制所述刷头的摆动角度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的牙刷,其特征在于:所述限位结构包括设于所述刷柄的一端之两侧的第一拱形凸部、设于所述刷柄的一端之另外两侧的第一抵挡部、设于所述连接座上并对应于各所述第一拱形凸部的弧形凹槽和设于所述连接座上并对应于各所述第一抵挡部的第二抵挡部;各所述第一拱形凸部伸入相应所述弧形凹槽中,各所述第一抵挡部与相应所述第二抵挡部之间间隔形成间隙。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的牙刷,其特征在于:所述限位结构包括设于所述刷柄的一端之两侧的第二拱形凸部、设于所述刷柄的一端之另外两侧的凹陷部和设于所述连接座的外周面上的台阶部,所述凹陷部与所述台阶部之间间隔形成间隙。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的牙刷,其特征在于:所述连接座包括与所述刷柄铰接的铰接座、安装于所述铰接座上的支撑座和连接所述支撑座与所述刷头的连接杆;所述弹性件远离所述刷柄的一端与所述支撑座连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的牙刷,其特征在于:所述支撑座包括安装于所述铰接座之一端的第一基座和安装于所述铰接座之另一端的第二基座,所述连接杆远离所述刷头的一端与所述第一基座相连,所述弹性件远离所述刷柄的一端与所述第二基座相连。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的牙刷,其特征在于:所述第一基座上开设有供所述连接杆远离所述刷头的一端插入的通孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的牙刷,其特征在于:所述第一基座上开设有两个相对设置的第一安装孔,各所述第一安装孔与所述通孔连通;所述连接杆上开设有第二安装孔和安装于所述第二安装孔中的锁紧件,所述锁紧件分别穿过两个所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的牙刷,其特征在于:所述第二基座上安装有插条,所述铰接座上对应开设有供所述插条插入的插槽。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的牙刷,其特征在于:所述刷头上分别开设有供所述连接杆远离所述刷柄的一端插入的第一插孔和供所述连接座远离所述刷柄的一端插入的第二插孔,所述第二插孔与所述第一插孔连通。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的牙刷,其特征在于:所述连接座上开设有卡孔,所述第二插孔的内侧壁上安装有与所述卡孔配合卡合的卡钩。
