Abstract
The disclosure relates generally to methods and compositions for characterizing an RNA molecule, comprising modifying an RNA molecule by replacing or modifying a first peripheral domain with a first kissing loop and a second peripheral domain with a second kissing loop in the RNA molecule, and determination of RNA structures using single-particle cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM).
