图1为本公开实施例提供的一种数据交互方法的流程示意图,该方法可以由数据交互装置执行,其中该装置可由软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在电子设备中。所述电子设备可以为手机、智能手表、平板电脑以及个人数字助理等移动设备;也可为台式计算机等其他设备。如图1所示,该方法包括:
步骤101、在预设应用程序的视频流推送页面中展示匹配预设推荐品类的视频流。
本公开实施例中,对预设应用程序的类型不做限定,例如预设应用程序可以是短视频应用程序或直播应用程序等,还可以是其他类型的应用程序。预设应用程序具有视频流推送功能,所述视频流可以包括直播视频流或短视频的视频流等等,视频流的来源和推送机制等可以由预设应用程序根据实际需求设定。一般的,视频流可以由登录预设应用程序的用户发布,也可以由预设应用程序对应的平台发布。
示例性的,推荐品类可以理解为推荐对象的种类或类别,本实施例对品类的划分方式不做限定,一般的,属于同一推荐品类的推荐对象可以是相互关联的或者可以是能够相互替代的。推荐对象可以包括商品或者服务等,例如推荐对象可以是一个商家或店铺提供的有形的商品或者特定的服务,商家或店铺可以称为推荐对象的提供方。其中,商品可包括食品、鲜花、药品、化妆品或日用品等;服务可包括保洁服务、维修服务或安装服务等。为了便于理解,下文中部分内容将以推荐对象为商品,提供方为店铺进行示意性说明。预设推荐品类可以理解为想要借助视频流实现推荐或推广的品类。
示例性的,匹配预设推荐品类可以理解为视频流中包含与预设推荐品类相关的信息。视频流中的视频内容可以包括属于预设推荐品类的推荐对象的相关信息,相关信息可以包括如推荐对象的语音讲解、图文讲解或视频讲解等。例如,视频流为视频直播流,预设推荐品类为烧烤,属于烧烤类的推荐对象例如可以包括烤羊腿,视频直播流中可以包含主播试吃烤羊腿的实时画面以及主播 对烤羊腿的讲解等;又如,视频流为短视频的视频流,预设推荐品类为口红,属于口红类的推荐对象例如可以包括石榴红色号的口红,短视频中可以包含短视频作者试用该色号口红的视频画面以及短视频作者对该色号口红的讲解等。
示例性的,预设推荐品类可以由视频流的发布者来设定,本实施例对设定方式不做限定,例如可以自定义品类名称,还可以从预设应用程序提供的推荐品类库中进行选择。
示例性的,预设推荐品类也可以由预设应用程序对视频流中的内容进行识别得到,本实施例对识别方式不做限定。例如,可以对视频流中除人物以外的主体进行图像截取,并利用预先训练的神经网络模型对所截取的图像进行目标识别,进而确定对应的预设推荐品类。
步骤102、接收作用于所述视频流推送页面的预设触发操作。
本公开实施例中,对预设触发操作的形式不做限定,例如预设触发操作可以是点击、双击、长按或滑动等。电子设备可以根据预设触发操作对应的输入方式来接收预设触发操作,并对预设触发操作进行识别。
一实施例中,可以在视频流推送页面中显示预设控件,预设控件可以理解为用于触发显示后文所述的预设页面的控件,本实施例对预设控件存在形式以及显示位置等不做限定。一般的,视频流推送页面可以包含一些供用户输入交互操作的控件,可以将原有控件复用为预设控件,也可在原有控件基础上新增预设控件。用户可以在预设控件上输入预设触发操作,本步骤可以是接收作用于所述预设控件的预设触发操作。
步骤103、响应于所述预设触发操作,显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,其中,所述预设页面中提供针对推荐对象的预设服务,所述推荐对象属于所述预设推荐品类。
本公开实施例中,预设页面可以是预设应用程序的原生页面,也可以是预设应用程序关联的小程序的页面,本实施例对页面形式不做限定。在确定接收到作用于视频流推送页面的预设触发操作后,可对预设触发操作进行响应,响应方式可以包括显示预设推荐品类对应的预设页面。在预设页面中,可以提供针对推荐对象的预设服务,推荐对象属于预设推荐品类,推荐对象的数量可以是一个或多个,可以预先设置,也可根据实际情况动态确定。如上述举例,预设推荐品类为烧烤,推荐对象可包括不同店铺提供的烤羊腿,还可包括羊肉串、烤扇贝或烤豆角等等;预设推荐品类为口红,推荐对象可包括不同品牌提供的石榴红色号的口红,还可包括其他色号的口红或者具有特殊功能的口红,如具备防晒功能的口红等等。
示例性的,预设服务可包括即时配送服务、预定服务、优惠信息提供服务、团购服务或快递邮寄服务等等。其中,即时配送服务可以理解为响应于用户的服务请求,在短时间内向用户提供的配送推荐对象的服务,也可理解为外卖服务,这里的外卖可以从广义层面理解,通过外出的方式提供商品和服务均可理解为外卖。上述短时间可以包括立即送出,也可包括在预约时间内送达。若推荐对象对应的提供方支持预约配送,例如可支持预约未来1天或几天内送达,则可以在用户指定的预约时间提供配送服务,更加灵活地满足用户的需求。以直播场景为例,用户可以采用立即下单并预约配送的方式锁定推荐对象的优惠价格,并在自己方便的时间接受推荐对象的配送服务。即时配送服务可以由推荐对象的提供方提供,也可以由预设应用程序对应的平台提供,本实施例对此不做限定。对于推荐对象为有形的商品的情况,可以由商家负责将商品运送到用户处,或者由预设应用程序对应的平台负责到商家取到商品后,再将商品运送到用户处;对于推荐对象为特定的服务的情况,可以由商家分配专人外出至用户处为用户提供相应服务。
本公开实施例中,对预设页面所显示的内容不做限定。示例性的,预设页面中可以包括推荐对象对应的预设服务申请入口,用户可以通过该申请入口对预设服务进行申请,例如下单,还可针对预设服务进行其他相关操作,如设置收货地址、选择支付方式以及支付订单等,在下单后,还可查看订单状态、查看订单信息、取消订单、申请退款以及联系提供方等。示例性的,预设页面中还可以包括预设推荐品类对应的目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口等。
本公开实施例中提供的数据交互方案,在预设应用程序的视频流推送页面中展示匹配预设推荐品类的视频流,接收作用于视频流推送页面的预设触发操作,响应于预设触发操作,显示预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,其中,预设页面中提供针对推荐对象的预设服务,推荐对象属于预设推荐品类。通过采用上述技术方案,在推送的视频流中,以品类为单位进行相关推荐对象的推荐,在用户观看匹配预设推荐品类的视频流的过程中,若对预设推荐品类感兴趣,则可通过在视频流推送页面输入触发操作的方式,进入提供针对属于预设推荐品类的推荐对象的预设服务,提高同品类下的不同推荐对象被推荐给用户的概率,相比于相关技术中仅针对特定品牌特定店铺的特定商品的推荐方式来说,也能够丰富用户的选择范围,推荐方式更加灵活,基于视频流的交互形式更加多样化,提升交互效果,丰富应用程序功能,此外,还可提高预设应用程序的流量效率,进而提高对应平台或服务器等相关资源的利用率。
在一些实施例中,所述预设页面包括目标提供方的聚合页面,所述目标提供方用于提供针对所述推荐对象的预设服务,所述聚合页面内包含所述目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口;其中,在所述显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设 页面之前,还包括:从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择目标提供方。这样设置的好处在于,可以由预设应用程序自动为用户选择合适的目标提供方,并在聚合页面内显示目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口,方便用户根据个人喜好触发相应的入口,以便获得相应的预设服务。其中,预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合,可以理解为预设应用程序对应的平台预先设置的一定数量的提供方构成的集合,例如可以包括一个城市内能够与平台进行对接的店铺。
一般的,所选的目标提供方可以是多个,若当前满足预设选择条件的提供方不存在多个时,目标提供方也可以是一个或0个。例如,预设服务为即时配送服务,而用户所在位置比较偏僻,不存在满足配送要求的店铺时,目标提供方可以是0个,此时可以对用户进行提示,如提示更换收货地址等。目标提供方为多个时,聚合页面内包含多个目标提供方分别对应的多个预设服务页面的入口,用户可以根据个人需求进行选择。
在一些实施例中,从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择目标提供方,包括:根据用户的位置信息、用户对候选提供方子集合的兴趣信息、用户对推荐对象的兴趣信息、用户对视频流内容的兴趣信息以及提供方的状态信息中的至少一个,从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择目标提供方,其中,所述预设提供方集合中包括至少一个候选提供方子集合。这样设置的好处在于,可以准确地选择目标提供方,更加贴合用户的实际需求。
示例性的,用户的位置信息可包括定位信息或配送地址信息等,用户的定位信息可以在用户的授权下通过全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)定位等方式获取,配送地址信息可以根据用户的输入确定或者根据用户的历史配送目的地信息确定。可以根据用户的位置信息确定用户与每个提供方之间距离,进而可以筛选出处于服务范围内的提供方,或者距离用户更近的提供方。
示例性的,对于一些提供方来说,可能属于一个提供方组织,例如一些店铺是同属于一个品牌的,可以是一品牌的加盟店、总店或分店等。预设提供方集合中包括至少一个候选提供方子集合,一个候选提供方子集合中可以包含相同品牌下的不同店铺。对于同一个品类来说,用户对不同品牌的感兴趣程度可能是不同的,因此,可以根据用户对候选提供方子集合的兴趣信息选择用户更加感兴趣的候选提供方子集合中的提供方作为目标提供方。
示例性的,用户对视频流内容的兴趣信息可包括用户对视频流中的内容的感兴趣程度,若感兴趣程度较高,可多推荐一些目标提供方,若感兴趣程度较低,可少推荐一些目标提供方。
示例性的,提供方的状态信息例如可包括提供方当前是否处于正常服务状 态,正常服务状态可包括如营业中或接受预定等状态,相对应的,异常服务状态例如可包括暂停营业或休息中暂停服务等。此外,还可包括如繁忙程度等,对于对时效性要求较高的服务,如即时配送服务,若店铺目前比较繁忙,可能无法及时接单,可能会影响服务质量,也可作为确定目标提供方时考虑的因素。
一实施例中,可以基于上述中至少两项来进行目标提供方的选择,从而可以从多个维度进行评估,选出更加适合当前用户的目标提供方。选择哪几项可以根据预设服务的类型进行设定。
所确定的多个目标提供方中,可以包含同一组织下的不同提供方,也可以是任意两个目标提供方均属于不同组织。一实施例中,先确定目标提供方组织,也即目标候选提供方子集合,再针对目标候选提供方子集合确定相应的一个或多个目标提供方。
在一些实施例中,可根据用户的位置信息、用户对候选提供方子集合的兴趣信息、用户对推荐对象的兴趣信息、用户对视频流内容的兴趣信息以及提供方的状态信息中的至少一个,对预设提供方集合中的每个候选提供方进行评分,并根据评分结果确定目标提供方。例如,可以将评分大于分数阈值的候选提供方确定为目标提供方,或者将评分排名高于预设排名的候选提供方确定为目标提供方等。本实施例对评分规则不做限定,对于存在多个评分项目的情况,可以设置不同的权重系数,以得到更合理的评分。
所述显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,包括:根据所述目标提供方的评分结果显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,其中,所述预设页面中的目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口按照评分由高至低的顺序进行显示。这样设置的好处在于,按照评分顺序进行入口的显示,可以为用户的选择提供有价值的参考,帮助用户快速选择满意的目标提供方。
在一些实施例中,所述视频流中携带有所述预设推荐品类对应的品类标识,所述品类标识由所述视频流对应的发布者设定;其中,所述从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择目标提供方,包括:从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择与所述品类标识相匹配的目标提供方。这样设置的好处在于,发布者在对视频流进行发布之前,可以自主选择想要进行推荐的预设推荐品类,使得自己的讲解或视频流的制作过程更加有针对性,提升推荐效果。一实施例中,预设应用程序可以向发布者提供品类标识列表,由发布者从该列表中选择品类标识。预设应用程序中可以维护品类标识和提供方之间的对应关系,从而在根据上述至少一个信息确定目标提供方的过程中,可以快速地根据品类标识定位到相应的提供方。
在一些实施例中,所述预设页面包括多个目标提供方的聚合页面,所述聚 合页面内包含所述多个目标提供方分别对应的多个预设服务页面的入口,所述多个目标提供方用于提供针对所述推荐对象的预设服务,所述多个目标提供方分别所属的多个候选提供方子集合由所述视频流的发布者设定。这样设置的好处在于,可以允许发布者根据预设推荐品类自主地选择想要进行推荐的多个目标组织,这种情况下,目标组织一般是经过发布者严格考察筛选过的,更有利于保证推荐对象的质量,且视频流中的内容更有针对性,方便用户深度了解预设推荐品类的详细信息。
在一些实施例中,所述视频流推送页面包括直播视频流推送页面;其中,在显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面的同时,还包括:确定主播正在讲解的当前推荐对象;在所述预设页面中采用第一预设显示方式对所述当前推荐对象的目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口进行显示,采用第二预设显示方式对预设推荐对象的目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口进行显示,其中,所述第一预设显示方式与所述第二预设显示方式不同,预设推荐对象包括预设页面中除当前推荐对象之外的推荐对象。这样设置的好处在于,主播可以针对属于预设推荐品类的不同目标提供方的不同推荐对象进行分别讲解,方便用户进行横向对比,针对当前正在讲解的推荐对象,进行差异化显示,方便用户快速准确地定位到对应的目标提供方对应的预设服务页面的入口,进而获取相应的预设服务。差异化显示可以理解为与预设页面中的剩余目标提供方对应的预设服务页面的入口的显示方式不同,例如,可将当前推荐对象的目标提供方对应的预设服务页面的入口置顶显示,还可增加如“正在讲解”的提示信息,还可采用不同于其他入口的背景色等。
图2为本公开实施例提供的另一种数据交互方法的流程示意图,本公开实施例以上述实施例中的方案为基础进行说明,以短视频推荐场景提供即时配送服务为例,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤201、确定短视频应用的短视频推送页面中即将展示的目标短视频。
示例性的,对于需要切换视频作者的短视频推荐场景,可以按照短视频的推荐算法来确定目标短视频;对于用户主动选择待播放的短视频的情况,如用户在一个视频作者的个人主页中选择一个短视频作品,则可以根据用户的选择确定目标短视频。
步骤202、在短视频推送页面中展示匹配目标商品品类的目标短视频和预设控件,其中,目标短视频中携带有目标商品品类对应的目标品类标识,目标品类标识由目标短视频对应的发布者在发布目标短视频前进行设定。
示例性的,短视频作者在拍摄短视频前、拍摄短视频过程中或拍摄完毕发布前,可以选择需要进行推荐或带货的商品品类,如家常菜、奶茶、小龙虾或 烤串等。一实施例中,短视频应用可以为短视频作者提供品类列表,便于短视频作者快速进行选择,也可支持自定义输入。在设定目标商品品类后,短视频作者可以不需要选择商品品牌或店铺,发布短视频即可。
示例性的,当用户浏览到匹配目标商品品类的目标短视频时,短视频应用可以在短视频推送页面中展示预设控件,该预设控件可以用于向用户表示当前播放的目标短视频可以支持商品的即时配送服务。一实施例中,在预设控件的预设范围内显示即时配送服务提示信息。
示例性的,目标商品品类为家常菜,图3为本公开实施例提供的一种交互过程的页面示意图,如图3所示,短视频推送页面301中的短视频内容为视频作者对属于家常菜品类的红烧鱼的讲解,可以显示预设控件302,并在预设控件302右侧显示目标商品品类为“家常菜”以及“外卖到家”字样的即时配送服务提示信息,用户可以通过触发预设控件302来实现跳转至店铺的聚合页面。
步骤203、接收作用于预设控件的预设触发操作。
步骤204、根据用户的位置信息、用户对商品品牌的兴趣信息、用户对商品的兴趣信息、用户对短视频内容的兴趣信息以及店铺的状态信息,对短视频应用程序对应的预设店铺集合中的与目标品类标识相匹配的候选店铺进行评分。
示例性的,可先根据目标品类标识从预设店铺集合中筛选出可提供目标商品品类的商品的即时配送服务的候选店铺,针对每个候选店铺,将上述多个信息输入至预先训练的神经网络模型中,根据模型输出结果,确定对应的候选店铺的评分。
步骤205、根据评分结果确定目标店铺。
一实施例中,步骤204和步骤205也可以在步骤203之前执行,也即提前确定目标店铺,以便提高预设触发操作的响应速度,还可提前预加载聚合页面,提高交互效率。
步骤206、响应于预设触发操作,显示目标店铺的聚合页面,聚合页面内包含目标店铺的即时配送服务页面的入口,且入口按照对应评分由高至低的顺序进行显示,即时配送服务页面用于提供针对属于目标商品品类的目标商品的即时配送服务。
如图3所示,当用户点击预设控件302后,进入目标店铺的聚合页面303。假设目标店铺有3个,鉴于聚合页面的显示空间可能受到电子设备屏幕尺寸的限制,可以先在聚合页面中显示部分目标店铺的即时配送服务页面的入口,可通过上下滑动或左右滑动等方式切换至其他目标店铺对应的入口。如图3所示,聚合页面303中显示了2个目标店铺的即时配送服务页面的入口,可分别记为 第一入口304和第二入口305。在入口处,可以显示目标店铺下的预设数量的备选商品,例如可以是店铺的热卖菜品,图中示出的3个热卖菜品作为备选商品。
步骤207、基于聚合页面接收用户输入的针对目标入口的触发操作。
如图3所示,两家店铺均可提供家常菜品类的商品的即使配送服务,用户可根据个人喜好,选择目标入口,例如用户更喜欢“妈妈家常菜”这个店铺,因此,可以针对第一入口304输入触发操作,也即此时目标入口为第一入口304。一实施例中,针对目标入口的触发操作可以作用于所显示的备选菜品(也即备选推荐对象)上,被选中的备选菜品可以记为目标备选菜品(也即目标备选推荐对象)。
步骤208、响应于针对目标入口的触发操作,进入目标入口对应的目标店铺的即时配送服务页面。
如图3所示,用户点击第一入口304后,可以进入对应的目标店铺的即时配送服务页面。一实施例中,因为用户在聚合页面中选择了宫保鸡丁,因此,目标备选菜品为宫保鸡丁,可采用预设显示方式对目标备选菜品对应的即时配送服务申请入口306进行差异化显示,预设显示方式可以是置顶显示并变更入口背景颜色。
步骤209、基于即时配送服务页面接收用户操作,并根据操作结果执行即时配送服务的相关操作。
示例性的,用户完成下单后,可以向目标店铺侧推送相关订单信息,由目标店铺进行相关菜品的制作等,以向用户提供菜品外卖服务。此外,用户还可以在短视频应用中进行查看订单信息、联系店家以及联系配送员等相关操作。
本公开实施例提供的数据交互方法,可应用于短视频推送场景,短视频作者可以自主设定讲解的商品品类,并发布内容素材与该商品品类匹配的短视频,用户观看短视频并触发预设控件后,短视频应用可自动从平台的商品库中识别出用户可能感兴趣的店铺和商品,并显示包含多个商铺的相关服务服务页面入口的聚合页面,品牌、店铺以及价格等维度的丰富度可以大大提升,为用户提供更多的选择,基于短视频的交互形式更加多样化,提升交互效果,且可以扩大受众面,提高商品推荐效率,当短视频数量达到一定规模后,对应相同商品品类的短视频之间可以形成协同效应,提高流量效率,进而提高短视频平台或短视频应用后端服务器等相关资源的利用率。
在上述实施例基础上,短视频也可替换为直播流,可以根据直播流推送页面的特点设计相应的预设控件,其他交互逻辑和页面设计可以类似,此处不再赘述。
图4为本公开实施例提供的又一种数据交互方法的流程示意图,本公开实施例以上述实施例中的方案为基础进行说明,以视频直播场景为例场景提供即时配送服务为例,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤401、确定直播应用的直播流推送页面中即将展示的目标直播流。
示例性的,对于需要切换直播间的情况,可以按照直播流的推送算法来确定目标直播间,进而确定目标直播间中即将播放的目标直播流;对于同一直播间来说,可以根据主播侧的操作来确定主播即将讲解的商品品类,进而确定对应的目标直播流。
步骤402、在直播流推送页面中展示匹配目标商品品类的目标直播流和预设控件。
示例性的,主播在开播前,可以选择需要进行推荐或带货的商品品类。一实施例中,直播应用可以为主播提供品类列表,便于主播快速进行选择,也可支持自定义输入。在设定目标商品品类后,主播可以继续设定与所选品类相匹配的需要进行推荐或带货的多个商品品牌。一实施例中,可以预先根据主播的选择生成预设推荐品类(预设商品品类)对应的多个目标提供方(目标店铺)的聚合页面,聚合页面内包含多个目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口,可支持主播对多个入口的顺序进行调整,对于目标提供方属于目标组织的情况,目标提供方可以是目标组织中的任意一个提供方,设置完成的聚合页面可以与预设控件被触发后显示的聚合页面相匹配,例如,主播设置的聚合页面中的目标提供方所属的目标组织的排列顺序与用户侧显示的聚合页面中的目标提供方所属的目标组织的排列顺序一致,但相同目标组织在两个聚合页面中分别对应的店铺可能不同例如,主播选择商品品牌A,生成的聚合页面中显示商品品牌A下的店铺a的即时配送服务页面的入口,用户观看直播过程中触发预设控件后所显示的聚合页面中可能显示商品品牌A下的店铺b的即时配送服务页面的入口,原因可能在于店铺b对于用户来说距离更近。
示例性的,当用户浏览到匹配目标商品品类的目标直播流时,直播应用可以在直播流推送页面中展示预设控件,该预设控件可以用于向用户表示当前直播流可以支持商品的即时配送服务。
示例性的,预设控件可以是设定样式的图标,如雪花样式,也可以是目标商品对应的讲解卡片等。图5为本公开实施例提供的另一种交互过程的页面示意图,如图5所示,直播流推送页面501中,主播正在讲解属于家常菜品类的红烧鱼,可以显示第一预设控件502和第二预设控件503,第二预设控件503可以是红烧鱼的讲解卡片,用户可以通过触发第一预设控件502和第二预设控件503中的任意一个控件来实现跳转至聚合页面。
步骤403、接收作用于预设控件的预设触发操作。
步骤404、获取用户的位置信息,并根据位置信息确定主播所选的目标品牌对应的目标店铺。
示例性的,主播在开播前设定了多个目标品牌,此时,可以根据用户所在位置,将距离用户最近的目标品牌下的店铺确定为目标店铺,方便用户能够更快地得到目标店铺配送的商品。
步骤405、响应于预设触发操作,显示主播预先配置的目标店铺的聚合页面,聚合页面内包含目标店铺的即时配送服务页面的入口,即时配送服务页面用于提供针对属于目标商品品类的目标商品的即时配送服务。
如图5所示,当用户点击预设控件502后,进入目标店铺的聚合页面504聚合页面504中显示了2个目标店铺的即时配送服务页面的入口,在入口处,可以显示目标店铺下的预设数量的备选商品,例如可以是店铺的热卖菜品,图中示出的3个热卖菜品作为备选商品。
步骤406、获取主播当前讲解的第一商品。
示例性的,假设主播正在讲解的第一商品为“妈妈家常菜”店铺中的妈妈红烧鱼。
步骤407、在聚合页面中采用预设显示方式对第一商品的目标店铺对应的即时配送服务页面的入口进行差异化显示。
如图5所示,正在讲解的第一商品对应的目标店铺为妈妈家常菜店铺,因此,可以对该店铺的即时配送服务页面的入口进行背景色变更,同时在第一商品下方显示“正在讲解”的字样。方便用户快速定位到主播正在讲解的商品,更深入的了解商品细节,从而更准确地选择自己喜欢的店铺或商品。
步骤408、基于聚合页面接收用户输入的针对目标入口的触发操作。

本公开实施例提供的数据交互方法,可应用于视频直播场景,主播在开播之前,可以选择需要进行推荐或带货的商品品类,然后继续设定与所选品类相匹配的多个商品品牌,在直播过程中,针对所选商品品类进行集中讲解,当用户对该品类感兴趣时,可以通过触发预设控件的方式进入多个商铺对应的聚合页面,且聚合页面中能够实时显示主播当前正在讲解的商铺和商品,帮助用户 从多个店铺中选择自己喜欢的商品,基于视频直播的交互形式更加多样化,提升交互效果,且可以扩大受众面,提高商品推荐效率,提高流量效率,进而提高直播平台或直播应用后端服务器等相关资源的利用率。
图6为本公开实施例提供的一种数据交互装置的结构框图,该装置可由软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在电子设备中,可通过执行数据交互方法来进行数据交互。如图6所示,该装置包括:
视频流展示模块601,设置为在预设应用程序的视频流推送页面中展示匹配预设推荐品类的视频流;触发操作接收模块602,设置为接收作用于所述视频流推送页面的预设触发操作;预设页面显示模块603,设置为响应于所述预设触发操作,显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,其中,所述预设页面中提供针对推荐对象的预设服务,所述推荐对象属于所述预设推荐品类。
本公开实施例中提供的数据交互装置,在推送的视频流中,以品类为单位进行相关推荐对象的推荐,在用户观看匹配预设推荐品类的视频流的过程中,若对预设推荐品类感兴趣,则可通过在视频流推送页面输入触发操作的方式,进入提供针对属于预设推荐品类的推荐对象的预设服务,提高同品类下的不同推荐对象被推荐给用户的概率,也能够丰富用户的选择范围,推荐方式更加灵活,数据交互形式更加多样化,提升交互效果,丰富应用程序功能,此外,还可提高预设应用程序的流量效率,进而提高对应平台或服务器等相关资源的利用率。
一实施例中,所述预设页面包括目标提供方的聚合页面,所述目标提供方用于提供针对所述推荐对象的预设服务,所述聚合页面内包含所述目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口。所述装置还包括:目标提供方确定模块,设置为在所述显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面之前,从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择目标提供方。
一实施例中,目标提供方确定模块,设置为根据用户的位置信息、用户对候选提供方子集合的兴趣信息、用户对推荐对象的兴趣信息、用户对视频流内容的兴趣信息以及提供方的状态信息中的至少一个,从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择目标提供方,其中,所述预设提供方集合中包括至少一个候选提供方子集合。
一实施例中,目标提供方确定模块,设置为根据用户的位置信息、用户对候选提供方子集合的兴趣信息、用户对推荐对象的兴趣信息、用户对视频流内容的兴趣信息以及提供方的状态信息中的至少一个,对预设提供方集合中的每个候选提供方进行评分,并根据评分结果确定目标提供方。预设页面显示模块603,设置为根据所述目标提供方的评分结果显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设 页面,其中,所述预设页面中的目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口按照评分由高至低的顺序进行显示。
一实施例中,所述视频流中携带有所述预设推荐品类对应的品类标识,所述品类标识由所述视频流的发布者设定。其中,目标提供方确定模块,设置为从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择与所述品类标识相匹配的目标提供方。
一实施例中,所述预设页面包括多个目标提供方的聚合页面,所述聚合页面内包含所述多个目标提供方分别对应的多个预设服务页面的入口,所述多个目标提供方用于提供针对所述推荐对象的预设服务,所述多个目标提供方分别所属的多个候选提供方子集合由所述视频流的发布者设定。
一实施例中,所述视频流推送页面包括直播视频流推送页面。所述装置还包括:第一推荐对象获取模块,设置为在显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面的同时,确定主播正在讲解的当前推荐对象;在所述预设页面中采用第一预设显示方式对所述当前推荐对象的目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口进行显示,采用第二预设显示方式对预设推荐对象的目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口进行显示,其中,所述第一预设显示方式与所述第二预设显示方式不同。
下面参考图7,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备700的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的电子设备700可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平板电脑(PAD)、便携式多媒体播放器(Portable Media Player,PMP)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字电视(Television,TV)、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图7示出的电子设备700仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图7所示,电子设备700可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)701,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)702中的程序或者从存储装置708加载到随机访问存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)703中的程序而执行多种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 703中,还存储有电子设备700操作所需的多种程序和数据。处理装置701、ROM 702以及RAM 703通过总线704彼此相连。输入/输出(Input/Output,I/O)接口705也连接至总线704。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口705:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置706;包括例如液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置707;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置708;以及通信装置709。通信装置709可以允许 电子设备700与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图7示出了具有多种装置的电子设备700,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。
根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在非暂态计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信装置709从网络上被下载和安装,或者从存储装置708被安装,或者从ROM 702被安装。在该计算机程序被处理装置701执行时,执行本公开实施例的方法中限定的上述功能。

上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:在预设应用程序的视频流推送页面中展示匹配预设推荐品类的视频流;接收作用于所述视频流推送页面的预设触发操作;响应于所述预设触发操作,显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,其 中,所述预设页面中提供针对推荐对象的预设服务,所述推荐对象属于所述预设推荐品类。

在预设应用程序的视频流推送页面中展示匹配预设推荐品类的视频流;
接收作用于所述视频流推送页面的预设触发操作;
响应于所述预设触发操作,显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,其中,所述预设页面中提供针对推荐对象的预设服务,所述推荐对象属于所述预设推荐品类。
一实施例中,所述预设页面包括目标提供方的聚合页面,所述目标提供方用于提供针对所述推荐对象的预设服务,所述聚合页面内包含所述目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口;
其中,在所述显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面之前,还包括:

一实施例中,所述从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择目标提供方,包括:
根据用户的位置信息、用户对候选提供方子集合的兴趣信息、用户对推荐对象的兴趣信息、用户对视频流内容的兴趣信息以及提供方的状态信息中的至少一个,从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择目标提供方,其中,所述预设提供方集合中包括至少一个候选提供方子集合。
一实施例中,所述根据用户的位置信息、用户对候选提供方子集合的兴趣信息、用户对推荐对象的兴趣信息、用户对视频流内容的兴趣信息以及提供方的状态信息中的至少一个,从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择目标提供方,包括:
根据用户的位置信息、用户对候选提供方子集合的兴趣信息、用户对推荐对象的兴趣信息、用户对视频流内容的兴趣信息以及提供方的状态信息中的至少一个,对预设提供方集合中的每个候选提供方进行评分,并根据评分结果确定目标提供方;

根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种数据交互装置,包括:
视频流展示模块,设置为在预设应用程序的视频流推送页面中展示匹配预设推荐品类的视频流;
触发操作接收模块,设置为接收作用于所述视频流推送页面的预设触发操作;
预设页面显示模块,设置为响应于所述预设触发操作,显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,其中,所述预设页面中提供针对推荐对象的预设服务,所述推荐对象属于所述预设推荐品类。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种数据交互方法,包括:
    在预设应用程序的视频流推送页面中展示匹配预设推荐品类的视频流;
    接收作用于所述视频流推送页面的预设触发操作;
    响应于所述预设触发操作,显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,其中,所述预设页面中提供针对推荐对象的预设服务,所述推荐对象属于所述预设推荐品类。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述预设页面包括目标提供方的聚合页面,所述目标提供方用于提供针对所述推荐对象的预设服务,所述聚合页面内包含所述目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口;
    在所述显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面之前,还包括:
    从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择所述目标提供方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择所述目标提供方,包括:
    根据用户的位置信息、用户对候选提供方子集合的兴趣信息、用户对推荐对象的兴趣信息、用户对视频流内容的兴趣信息以及提供方的状态信息中的至少一个,从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择所述目标提供方,其中,所述预设提供方集合中包括至少一个候选提供方子集合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述根据用户的位置信息、用户对候选提供方子集合的兴趣信息、用户对推荐对象的兴趣信息、用户对视频流内容的兴趣信息以及提供方的状态信息中的至少一个,从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择所述目标提供方,包括:
    根据所述用户的位置信息、所述用户对候选提供方子集合的兴趣信息、所述用户对推荐对象的兴趣信息、所述用户对视频流内容的兴趣信息以及所述提供方的状态信息中的至少一个,对所述预设提供方集合中的每个候选提供方进行评分,并根据评分结果确定所述目标提供方;
    所述显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,包括:
    根据所述目标提供方的评分结果显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,其中,所述预设页面中的目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口按照评分由高至低的顺序进行显示。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述视频流中携带有所述预设推荐品类对应的品类标识,所述品类标识由所述视频流的发布者设定;
    所述从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择所述目标提供方,包括:
    从所述预设应用程序对应的预设提供方集合中选择与所述品类标识相匹配的目标提供方。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述预设页面包括多个目标提供方的聚合页面,所述聚合页面内包含所述多个目标提供方分别对应的多个预设服务页面的入口,所述多个目标提供方用于提供针对所述推荐对象的预设服务,所述多个目标提供方分别所属的多个候选提供方子集合由所述视频流的发布者设定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述视频流推送页面包括直播视频流推送页面;
    在显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面的情况下,还包括:
    确定主播正在讲解的当前推荐对象;
    在所述预设页面中采用第一预设显示方式对所述当前推荐对象的目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口进行显示,采用第二预设显示方式对预设推荐对象的目标提供方的预设服务页面的入口进行显示,其中,所述第一预设显示方式与所述第二预设显示方式不同。
  8. 一种数据交互装置,包括:
    视频流展示模块,设置为在预设应用程序的视频流推送页面中展示匹配预设推荐品类的视频流;
    触发操作接收模块,设置为接收作用于所述视频流推送页面的预设触发操作;
    预设页面显示模块,设置为响应于所述预设触发操作,显示所述预设推荐品类对应的预设页面,其中,所述预设页面中提供针对推荐对象的预设服务,所述推荐对象属于所述预设推荐品类。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的数据交互方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的数据交互方法。
