BED STRUCTURE WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF HARDNESS
Technical Field
The invention relates to the bed structure also known as mattresses, which is used in the production of bed, which are used by lying on them for resting and sleeping, and which are used by placing them on a bed base or similar pedestals, in which four different hardness levels are obtained by changing its position in four directions.
Background of the Invention
Bed selection is directly related to sleep quality. A poor quality sleep causes us to feel tired all day and negatively affects our immune system in the long run. The way to get a quality sleep is to choose the bed that gives the best answer to our needs.
The most important thing to consider when choosing a bed is the hardness of the mattress. While some people provide comfort by sleeping on a hard bed, some people prefer a softer bed.
The beds used today have started to be produced with different features in order for the users to have a more comfortable sleep. Bed production in the current technique; sponge types, spring, wool layer, cotton layer, felt etc. It is made by combining the layers by placing them on top of each other or by using a single piece.
The mentioned bearings have certain processes used in mass production. With the production technique, which is widely known in the production of mattresses, two different degrees of hardness can be obtained on a single bed and double-sided use can be achieved. Therefore, the user has to prefer the hardness of one of the front and back surfaces of the bed.
Regarding the subject in the utility model application numbered TR 2020/1559 in the literature, “The invention is related to the beds we use in our daily lives, and its feature is; It is a structure that can be changed according to the desired hardness level of the desired area of the bed with the instant intervention of the user.” statements are included.
In the aforementioned application, there is a bed configuration in which the desired hardness level is obtained in the desired area of the bed.
Again in the literature, in the European patent application numbered EP3403540B1 "A pocket spring mattress arrangement, such as a bed arrangement, having adjustable firmness is disclosed. The mattress arrangement comprises a pocket spring mattress having a plurality of pocketed units of coil springs individually arranged in pockets formed of a casing material. The mattress has at least two parts of which at least one is a compactable part. Further, at least one elongate actuation member extends perpendicular to a compacting direction for the compactable part(s), corresponding to a width or length direction of the mattress, and is embedded within the mattress between two of the parts. The actuation member is moveable in the compacting direction to expand or contract at least one of the one or more compactable part(s) of the mattress. Elastic elements may further be provided to contract one or more of the compactable parts.” statements are included.
In the mentioned application, there is no mattress assembly such as a mattress with adjustable firmness.
Again in the literature, in the European patent application numbered EP1259142B1 “A bed construction having a one-sided mattress assembly supported on a rigid foundation. The one-sided mattress assembly includes a core of pocketed coil springs having a layer of resiliently compressible material covering the upper surface thereof and having a bottom surface constructed of a substantially rigid material without a compressible layer. The core of coil springs is attached to the bottom surface around its periphery. The foundation has a rigid inner construction and a noncompressible top layer. The bed construction reduces the amount of compressible padding in the mattress by one-half and consequently the mattress is capable of exhibiting a substantial reduction in the amount of permanent deflection in use.” statements are included. In the mentioned patent application, there is no less collapsing bed structure.
Due to the above-mentioned reasons, there has been a need to present a bed structure with different hardness levels.
Disclosure of the Invention
Based on this position of the technique, the aim of the invention is to present a bed structure that eliminates the existing disadvantages and obtains different hardness levels.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure in which four different hardness levels can be obtained by changing the position of the bearing in four directions.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that allows users to lie in the most suitable degree of hardness.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that allows more than one person using the same bed in common, to use it at the desired hardness level without changing the bed.
Another aim of the invention is to provide a structure that allows the user to have a more efficient sleep while protecting their health.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed explanation, the innovation that is the subject of the invention is only explained with examples that will not have any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject.
The invention relates to the bed structure also known as mattresses, which is used in the production of bed, which are used by lying on them for resting and sleeping, and which are used by placing them on a bed base or similar pedestals, in which four different hardness levels are obtained by changing its position in four directions characterized in that; comprises one-piece support layer (1 ) positioned as the top layer of said bed structure and connected to said bed structure as a support element, the soft layer (2) with soft hardness, which is formed in the form of a triangular prism by cutting it from one side edge to the other side with an acute angle and decreasing its height as the bottom layer, having the same width and length dimensions as the said one-piece support layer (1 ), the hard layer (3) with a degree of hardness which is hard layer formed in the appearance of a triangular prism by cutting the said one-piece support layer (1 ) and soft layer (2) in the same width and length dimensions and as the bottom layer of these, from one side edge to the other side with an acute angle and with an increased height.

The bed structure according to invention consist main parts of one-piece support layer (1 ) positioned as the top layer of said bed structure and connected to said bed structure as a support element, the soft layer (2) with soft hardness, which is formed in the form of a triangular prism by cutting it from one side edge to the other side with an acute angle and decreasing its height as the bottom layer, having the same width and length dimensions as the said one-piece support layer (1), the hard layer (3) with a degree of hardness which is hard layer formed in the appearance of a triangular prism by cutting the said one-piece support layer (1 ) and soft layer (2) in the same width and length dimensions and as the bottom layer of these, from one side edge to the other side with an acute angle and with an increased height, left side (A), right side (B), top side (C) and bottom side (D) of said bed.
It is a known technique to provide the user with only two hardness options in the same bed, by using materials with different hardness levels in the upper and lower layers in bed production. With the invention, four different hardness levels as “hard”, “medium hard”, “soft”, “medium soft” are offered in the same bed with “Z CUTTING AND BONDING TECHNIQUE”.
First of all, a one-piece support layer (1 ) is prepared to be used on the upper part of the bed.
A triangular prism appearance is obtained by cutting the soft layer (2) at an angle from the lateral edge (height part) to the other side edge, so that its thickness is not binding. When the one-piece support layer (1) and the soft layer (2) are viewed from above, there is no change in width and length, while an angled cut occurs at the edge where the height is measured. Another part of the bed is formed by applying the same cutting technique to the hard layer (3).
Channels are formed by making thin incisions (groove) on the outer surfaces of both parts, namely the soft layer (2) and the hard layer (3) (which remains in the upper and lower parts when combined) in the direction of the width of the soft layer (2) and the hard layer (3).
The width and depth dimensions of these channels play an active role in adjusting the firmness level of the mattress. (Not numbered in the figures)
When looking at the side of the bed seen in Figure 1, for example, the first two cm of the 22 cm high bed is the one-piece support layer (1) and the soft layer (2) continues from left to right, starting from 18 cm and narrowing.
The hard layer (3) placed under it, on the contrary, starts from 2 cm in height and continues to increase. Therefore, in Figure 1 , the hardness level continues from "soft" to "medium hardness" from left to right.
The dimensions in the example given above are not binding. The use of measures such as layer thickness, cutting angle, cutting depth and width may vary.
When the left side (A) and right side (B) of the mentioned bed are used in such a way that they remain fixed, the lying surface will be “Soft”.
When the left side (A) and right side (B) of the mentioned bed are placed in such a way that they are interchanged, the lying surface will be “Medium Soft”.
When the left side (A) and right side (B) of the mentioned bed are placed in the first position and the top side (C) and the bottom side (D) are placed in such a way that they are displaced, the lying surface will be "Medium Hard". When the top side (C) and bottom side (D) of the mentioned bed are in the final position, when the left side (A) and right side (B) are placed in such a way that they are displaced, the lying surface will be "hard".

Claims

CLAIMS The invention relates to the bed structure also known as mattresses, which is used in the production of bed, which are used by lying on them for resting and sleeping, and which are used by placing them on a bed base or similar pedestals, in which four different hardness levels are obtained by changing its position in four directions characterized in that; comprises one-piece support layer (1 ) positioned as the top layer of said bed structure and connected to said bed structure as a support element, the soft layer (2) with soft hardness, which is formed in the form of a triangular prism by cutting it from one side edge to the other side with an acute angle and decreasing its height as the bottom layer, having the same width and length dimensions as the said one-piece support layer (1 ), the hard layer (3) with a degree of hardness which is hard layer formed in the appearance of a triangular prism by cutting the said one-piece support layer (1 ) and soft layer (2) in the same width and length dimensions and as the bottom layer of these, from one side edge to the other side with an acute angle and with an increased height. The bed structure according to claim 1 , comprises channels whose width and depth dimensions play an active role in adjusting the firmness level of the bed is formed by making thin incisions on the outer surfaces of the said soft layer (2) and the hard layer (3), which remain in the lower and upper parts, in the width direction of the soft layer (2) and the hard layer (3).
