针对森林资源一张图年度更新工作中质检逻辑规则修改困难和更新效率低下的问题,本发明提供了一种森林资源一张图质检逻辑规则更新方法、装置和云平台,通过建立省级质检逻辑规则数据库,县级用户使用相关质检功能时,会自动将本地存储的质检逻辑规则数据库同省级质检逻辑规则数据库同步,因此省级用户修改和维护质检逻辑规则不需要重新编译和打包软件,县级用户也不用重新安装,并通过加密技术实现森林资源一张图质检逻辑规则安全更新,及时部署,提高工作效率和质量。
相比于现有技术,本发明具备有以下有益效果:
1、时效性高。由于省级用户更新省级质检逻辑规则数据库后,用户就可以通过同步对比发现质检逻辑规则的变化,省级用户可以使用实时更新方式替代之前的集中集体更新方式,提高整体更新的时效性。
2、减少工作重复。通过动态更新,省级用户不需要反复重新编译打包软件,县级用户也无需反复进行软件安装,减少了工作的重复。
3、分散工作压力。省级用户无需担心省级质检逻辑规则数据库频繁更新造成的省县两级软件整体更新的工作压力,将精力更集中于质检逻辑规则的整理和修订,县级用户也无需关心软件版本的更新,不用担心由于使用软件版本错 误而造成成果不合格。
4、质检逻辑规则安全性更高。通过加密技术,对省县两级质检逻辑规则数据库进行防护,防止质检逻辑规则被恶意攻击,增强质检工作的安全性。

本发明实施例如下,参照图1和图2,森林资源一张图质检逻辑规则更新方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)分别建立上级质检逻辑规则数据库和下级质检逻辑规则数据库;
(2)上级质检逻辑规则数据库的更新:对上级质检逻辑规则数据库中的质检逻辑规则完成添加、删除、更新操作并保存修改内容,并更新修改时间字段和修改用户字段,在使用加密对象对上级质检逻辑规则数据库进行加密处理,输出密文存储的上级质检逻辑规则数据库;
(3)下级质检逻辑规则数据库的更新:用户登录下级质检逻辑规则数据库 后,访问上级质检逻辑规则数据库,读取上级质检逻辑规则数据库的修改时间字段,同下级质检逻辑规则数据库中的修改时间字段进行对比,判断是否一致,是,则逐条执行下级质检逻辑规则数据库的逻辑规则,输出检查结果,否,则下载上级质检逻辑规则数据库替换更新下级质检逻辑规则数据库,然后再逐条执行下级质检逻辑规则数据库的逻辑规则,输出检查结果;使用加密对象对下级质检逻辑规则数据库加密存储,完成更新。
当上级质检逻辑规则数据库和下级质检逻辑规则数据库分别为省级质检逻辑规则数据库和县级质检逻辑规则数据库时的一种具体实施例如下:
省级质检逻辑规则数据库的建立与更新步骤如下,如图1:
1)建立省级质检逻辑规则数据库,设置访问用户和权限。由省级管理员建立省级质检逻辑规则数据库,设置省级质检逻辑规则数据库的省级和县级访问组和用户,并授权各访问组和用户使用权限。省级质检逻辑规则数据库逻辑结构为(质检号、质检类型、逻辑类型、逻辑规则名称、逻辑规则条件,逻辑规则提示,修改时间,修改用户)。
其中质检号为省级质检逻辑规则数据库的唯一标识;
质检类型是质检项目名称,质检项目按森林资源一张图年度更新工作内容包括但不限于政区图层图形和属性质检类型、森林督查图形和属性质检类型、档案图层图形和属性质检类型、现状图层图形质检类型、现状图层属性质检类型、变化图层属性质检类型。一个质检项目包含一个或多个逻辑类型。
逻辑类型是质检项目下质检逻辑规则的归类,逻辑类型一般分为图形质检逻辑类型和属性质检逻辑类型,但对于逻辑规则较多的质检项目,按质检逻辑规则所执行字段对象相关性或是质检逻辑规则自身相关性进行归类,形成新的逻辑类型。例如现状图层属性质检逻辑类型就进一步分为字典域检查逻辑类型、区划因子检查逻辑类型、基本因子检查逻辑类型、管理因子检查逻辑类型、森林生态检查逻辑类型、地形土壤因子检查逻辑类型、林分因子检查逻辑类型等。一个逻辑类型包含一个或多个逻辑规则。
逻辑规则是省级质检逻辑规则数据库中的最小单元,是具体执行的质检条目。逻辑规则由逻辑规则名称、逻辑规则条件、逻辑规则提示三部分组成。逻辑规则名称是逻辑规则执行内容的描述,逻辑规则条件是逻辑规则执行的内容,逻辑规则提示是逻辑执行报错时,显示的提示内容。例如(“林地必须填写林地 保护等级”,“GLLX=10 AND LD_JD=0”,“当管理类型为林地时,必须填写林地保护等级!”)分别是一条逻辑规则的逻辑规则名称、逻辑规则条件和逻辑规则提示。
修改时间为省级质检逻辑规则数据库最后一次被修改和保存的时间。
修改用户为省级质检逻辑规则数据库最后一次被修改和保存的用户。
2)省级用户访问省级质检逻辑规则数据库,读取省级质检逻辑规则数据库中质检库中记录。
3)判断读取省级质检逻辑规则数据库是否为空,如果是空执行步骤4),不是执行步骤8)
4)提示用户输入访问密码并进行身份验证。
5)获取用户访问密码,使用用户访问密码初始化加密对象,此处加密对象使用对称加密算法,常使用算法有DES、3DES等。
6)使用加密对象对省级质检逻辑规则数据库进行解密处理。
7)获得省级质检逻辑规则数据库明文结果。
8)用户对省级质检逻辑规则数据库完成添加、删除、更新等操作并保存修改内容。
9)更新保存时系统时间和用户名到修改时间字段和修改用户字段。
10)使用用户密码初始化加密对象,此处使用算法同步骤5)相同。
11)使用加密对象对省级质检逻辑规则数据库进行加密处理。
12)输出密文存储的省级质检逻辑规则数据库。

8)使用加密对象对县级质检逻辑规则数据库加密存储。

1)执行省级质检逻辑规则数据库创建模块。在省级云服务器应用系统通过 省级管理员建立省级质检逻辑规则数据库,设置省级质检逻辑规则数据库的省级和县级访问组和用户,并授权各访问组和用户使用权限。
2)执行省级质检逻辑规则数据库维护模块。按照“省级质检逻辑规则数据库的建立与更新”方法,配置省级质检逻辑规则数据库的逻辑规则项目,包含不限于政区图层图形和属性质检类型、森林督查图形和属性质检类型、档案图层图形和属性质检类型、现状图层图形质检类型、现状图层属性质检类型、变化图层属性质检类型。
3)执行工程创建和数据导入模块。县级用户按要求导入本地数据,包含并不限于森林资源前期数据库、行政区划数据库、森林资源现状数据库、森林督查数据库,建立森林资源一张图年度更新工程文件。
4)执行质检逻辑规则数据库对比模块。按“县级质检逻辑规则数据库的建立和更新”方法,县级用户读取并解密省级质检逻辑规则数据库数据,将省级质检逻辑规则数据库修改时间同县级质检逻辑规则数据库修改时间进行对比,如果一致执行步骤6)。
5)执行质检逻辑规则数据库更新模块。按“县级质检逻辑规则数据库的建立和更新”方法,下载省级质检逻辑规则数据库替换更新县级的质检逻辑规则数据库。
6)执行森林资源一张图质检模块。完成县级森林资源一张图质检的检查逻辑,包含不限于政区图层图形和属性质检类型、森林督查图形和属性质检类型、档案图层图形和属性质检类型、现状图层图形质检类型、现状图层属性质检类型、变化图层属性质检类型共6项大类质检项目的检查工作,直到没有错误为止。
本发明还提供一种森林资源一张图质检逻辑规则更新云平台,如图6,部署有所述的森林资源一张图质检逻辑规则更新系统,包括
县级客户端,搭载有所述县级客户端应用系统;
省级云服务端,搭载有所述省级服务端应用系统;
基础云平台,用于为县级客户端应用系统和省级服务端应用系统提供计算、存储、网络通信及系统运行能力支持。
