技术领域
本公开涉及灯具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种蜡烛灯光源及电子蜡烛灯。
背景技术
通常电子蜡烛采用以下两种方式模拟蜡烛火焰,其一是通过控制LED灯亮度和闪烁来模拟火焰效果,其二是通过电磁力驱动光源片晃动,从而模拟摇摆的蜡烛火焰。然而,第一种电子蜡烛效果呆板,模仿蜡烛火焰的燃烧效果不佳。第二种电子蜡烛由于是利用电磁场及光线反射原理,蜡烛片通常在正面观察效果不错,但是由于蜡烛片为平面结构,在侧面观察则效果不佳,此外,该电子蜡烛结构复杂,反射光线亮度通常较弱,而且组装工艺也相对繁琐。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于提供一种蜡烛灯光源及电子蜡烛灯,以缓解现有技术中电子蜡烛装配工艺复杂,组装效率低下的技术问题。
第一方面,本公开提供的蜡烛灯光源,包括:蜡烛灯体和接插件;
所述蜡烛灯体与所述接插件连接,所述接插件设有接插引脚,所述接插引脚配置成与灯座可拆卸连接。

实施例一
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本公开实施例提供的蜡烛灯光源,包括:蜡烛灯体100和接插件200;
蜡烛灯体100与接插件200连接,接插件200设有接插引脚201,接插引脚201配置成与灯座300可拆卸连接。
当接插引脚201与灯座300连接时,接插件200与灯座300过盈配合。接插件200能够安装在灯座300上,并且,接插件200可自灯座300上拆下,蜡烛灯光源可作为电子蜡烛灯的可更换配件,且蜡烛灯光源的安装无需焊接,便于组装和更换蜡烛灯光源,提高了组装效率,便于大批量生产。另外,接插件200可设置集成电路,从而集成安装控制芯片等电子元器件,提高了产品电器元件的结构紧凑度。
如图1、图2和图3所示,在本公开实施例中,蜡烛灯体100包括:蜡烛灯罩110和灯芯120,蜡烛灯罩110套设在灯芯120外部。
具体的,蜡烛灯罩110采用硅胶材质制作,且蜡烛灯罩110可制成所需模拟的火焰形状,从而确保火焰模拟更加逼真。蜡烛灯罩110套设在灯芯120外部,且蜡烛灯罩110可根据需要拆除和更换,以便选用所需火焰形状的蜡烛灯罩110。
进一步的,灯芯120的发光面绕灯芯120的周向延伸,且发光面对应的圆心角为360度。
本实施方式中,灯芯120可实现360度全方位发光,类似于真实蜡烛火苗的360度发光效果,无论从哪个视角观察都接近真实的蜡烛火苗。
进一步的,灯芯120包括:透明基体121和多个LED芯片122,多个LED芯片122间隔设置, 且多个LED芯片122安装于透明基体121上。
具体的,灯芯120可采用控制芯片编程控制,从而可以选择点亮LED芯片122的数量和次序,由此模拟各种火焰燃烧效果,例如:火苗闪烁,火苗摇摆和火苗上窜等。
实施例二
如图1、图4和图5所示,本公开实施例提供的电子蜡烛灯,包括:灯座300和实施例一提供的蜡烛灯光源,接插件200与灯座300可拆卸连接。
在本公开实施例中,接插件200通过插拔方式与灯座300可拆卸连接,从而便于蜡烛灯光源拆卸和更换。当蜡烛灯光源损耗时,可更换蜡烛灯光源,从而持续利用灯座300,避免不必要的资源浪费。
进一步的,灯座300包括:电池盒310和外壳320;
电池盒310安装于外壳320,接插件200可拆卸连接于外壳320的顶部。
具体的,电池盒310安装在外壳320的底部,电池可安装在电池盒310内,通过电池盒310内的电池为蜡烛灯光源供电,接插件200采用插拔方式可拆卸连接于外壳320上。
如图5所示,外壳320上安装有接插母座321,接插件200可拆卸地插设于接插母座321内。
具体的,外壳320可采用一体结构,或者,接插母座321可自壳体上拆分,接插母座321上设有与接插件200相适配的插口,接插件200采用插拔方式安装于接插母座321上。
如图4和图5所示,外壳320内安装有电路板330,电池盒310与电路板330连接,电路板330与接插母座321可拆卸连接。
具体的,电路板330与外壳320连接,或者,电路板330与电池盒310连接,电池盒310内的电池与电路板330导通,电路板330与接插引脚201导通,从而为蜡烛灯光源供电。
进一步的,灯座300还包括接插排线340,接插排线340的一端与接插母座321连接,接插排线340的另一端与电路板330连接。
具体的,接插排线340包括:第一接头、第二接头和排线,排线连接在第一接头和第二接头之间,第一接头和第二接头中的其一与接插母座321连接,第一接头和第二接头中的另一与电路板330上的插座连接,采用插拔方式拆装接插排线340,便于组装和维修。
进一步的,电路板330上安装有红外接收头350,红外接收头350与蜡烛灯光源的控制器连接。采用红外接收头350接收遥控器的控制信号,可通过遥控方式调节蜡烛灯光源的发光方式,从而模拟所需的蜡烛火焰效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种蜡烛灯光源,其特征在于,包括:蜡烛灯体(100)和接插件(200);
    所述蜡烛灯体(100)与所述接插件(200)连接,所述接插件(200)设有接插引脚(201),所述接插引脚(201)配置成与灯座(300)可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蜡烛灯光源,其特征在于,所述蜡烛灯体(100)包括:蜡烛灯罩(110)和灯芯(120),所述蜡烛灯罩(110)套设在所述灯芯(120)外部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的蜡烛灯光源,其特征在于,所述灯芯(120)的发光面绕所述灯芯(120)的周向延伸,且所述发光面对应的圆心角为360度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的蜡烛灯光源,其特征在于,所述灯芯(120)包括:透明基体(121)和多个LED芯片(122),多个所述LED芯片(122)间隔设置,且多个所述LED芯片(122)安装于所述透明基体(121)上。
  5. 一种电子蜡烛灯,其特征在于,包括:灯座(300)和权利要求1-4任一项所述的蜡烛灯光源,所述接插件(200)与所述灯座(300)可拆卸连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子蜡烛灯,其特征在于,所述灯座(300)包括:电池盒(310)和外壳(320);
    所述电池盒(310)安装于所述外壳(320),所述接插件(200)可拆卸连接于所述外壳(320)的顶部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子蜡烛灯,其特征在于,所述外壳(320)上安装有接插母座(321),所述接插件(200)可拆卸地插设于所述接插母座(321)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子蜡烛灯,其特征在于,所述外壳(320)内安装有电路板(330),所述电池盒(310)与所述电路板(330)连接,所述电路板(330)与所述接插母座(321)可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子蜡烛灯,其特征在于,所述灯座(300)还包括接插排线(340),所述接插排线(340)的一端与所述接插母座(321)连接,所述接插排线(340)的另一端与所述电路板(330)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子蜡烛灯,其特征在于,所述电路板(330)上安装有红外接收头(350),所述红外接收头(350)与所述蜡烛灯光源的控制器连接。
