本公开涉及摄像头技术领域,尤其是涉及一种摄像头支架。
背景技术
在自动驾驶汽车或者自动驾驶相关研究的过程中经常需要用到摄像头,而固定摄像头就需要用到摄像头支架。常见的摄像头固定方式是用螺钉将摄像头固定于摄像头支架,再用螺钉将摄像头支架固定于整车或者试验台架上。这种固定方式并不便于摄像头的拆装,在研究过程中需要频繁拆装摄像头的情况下,工作效率较低。
发明内容
本公开为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种摄像头支架,包括:框架,具有相对设置的支撑件和受力件,所述支撑件和所述受力件之间直接或间接固定连接,并在二者之间构成压合空间;连接杆,活动穿设在所述支撑件上,并可沿着所述连接杆的长度方向往复运动;压件,位于所述压合空间内,所述连接杆位于所述压合空间内的一端与所述压件连接,所述压件与所述受力件相对配合,用于夹持摄像头的至少部分结构;弹性件,用于向所述压件施加弹性压力。
本实施例中,拉动连接杆并克服弹性件的弹性力,使压件朝着远离受力件的方向运动,可以形成用来夹持摄像头的空间,将摄像头伸入压件和受力件之间,释放连接杆可以使压件对摄像头形成弹性固定夹持。
在一个具体的可实施方案中,所述支撑件和所述受力件均为大致板状件,两个所述大致板状件之间通过侧壁板件相对固定,且两个所述大致板状件之间还具有可露出所述压合空间的开口。

一并参考图1至图8所示,本实施例提供的一种摄像头支架,包括框架100,具有相对设置的支撑件110和受力件120,所述支撑件110和所述受力件120之间直接或间接固定连接,并在二者之间构成压合空间140;摄像头支架还包括连接杆200,活动穿设在所述支撑件110上,并可沿着所述连接杆200的长度方向往复运动;摄像头支架还包括压件300,位于所述压合空间140内;所述连接杆200位于所述压合空间140内的一端与所述压件300连接,所述压件300与所述受力件120相互配合,用于夹持摄像头的至少部分结构;摄像头支架还包括弹性件500,用于向所述压件300施加弹性压力。其中,连接杆200活动穿设在所述支撑件110上的结构,可以通过在支撑件110上开设通孔111或缺口等的结构来实现,可选的,可以将通孔111开设在支撑件110的中央位置,进而使连接杆200可以在支撑件110的大致中央位置处活动穿设。
支撑件110的主体平面和受力件120的主体平面之间的相对设置可以为相互平行的 相对设置,也可以为具有一定锐角的相对设置,例如锐角可以在30度到60度之间。例如,在支撑件110和受力件120均为大致板状件的情况下,当二者相对平行时,二者之间可以利用其他结构间接的形成固定连接;当二者具有一定锐角时,二者可以直接形成连接。支撑件110的作用主要是承接连接杆200和压件300,作为压件300往复运动的承接基础;受力件120的主要作用是与压件300配合,形成弹性压合效果。这样,只要支撑件110能够形成对连接杆200和压件300的承接,并且受力件120能够与压件300形成相对配合,至于框架100的具体结构、形状以及部件多少,不做具体限定。而压件300的形状可以为大致板状,也可以为其他结构。并且,当压件300能够与受力件120配合的面积越大,则对摄像头的压合效果则越稳定,但是不限于压件300根据摄像头的具体结构采用其他任意结构形式,例如圆形、柱形、球形等,在此不做限定。
参考图2所示,在一个可选的方案中,框架100除了支撑件110和受力件120以外,所述框架100还包括侧壁板件130,所述支撑件110和所述受力件120均为板状件,两个所述板状件之间通过侧壁板件130相对固定,且两个所述板状件之间还具有可露出所述压合空间140的开口150。此时,由支撑件110、受力件120和侧壁板件130构成的框架100结构可以使支撑件110与受力件120形成相对稳定的连接,也属于间接连接。其中,侧壁板件130可以为弧形、直板形以及具有弯折结构的板形等,只要能够将支撑件110和受力件120之间的部分空间形成围合即可。一般来说,围合的部分面积越大,则支撑件110和受力件120之间的连接则越稳定。
当侧壁板件130在支撑件110和受力件120的周向将二者形成稳定连接后,侧壁板件130需要形成未满一周的围绕,进而预留出开口150,该开口150的作用是露出压件300、压合空间140,然后构成摄像头夹持端伸入到压合空间140的通道,摄像头可通过开口150伸入到压合空间140内。而且,在一个可选的方案中,支撑件110和受力件120对应的两个所述板状件可以相对平行;所述侧壁板件130为两个,两个所述侧壁板件130可以对称设置在两个所述板状件110、120的相对两侧,构成纵截面为矩形环状的方体框架,并形成两个相对的所述开口150。其中,所述框架100可以为方体框架,也可以为其他形状。这样,所述开口150形成在所述方体框架100的一个侧面或两个侧面,用来伸入摄像头的夹持端。所以,框架100不仅可以通过支撑件110形成对压件300运动的承接基础,而且还能够与压件300配合形成实现对摄像头的夹持。一种可选的方案中,所述框架100可以为一体式结构,此时,前述支撑件110、受力件120以及侧壁板件130为所述一体式结构框架上的不同部分。
作为一个可选的方案,继续参考图2所示,当形成两个相对的所述开口150时,所述摄像头支架还包括限位件700,设置在所述受力件120上,所述限位件700的至少一部分高于所述受力件120的上表面。而且限位件700可以为螺钉或螺杆,同时还可以包括垫圈710,套接在所述限位件700上。由于限位件700的至少一部分高于受力件120的表面,所以该限位件700实际上能够对压件300和受力件120之间的空间形成干涉,这种干涉主要体现在摄像头的夹持端从一侧的开口150伸入到压件300和受力件120之间的压合空间140内时,限位件700可以通过抵接干涉的方式防止摄像头从另一侧的开口150脱出,进而抵接固定住摄像头,防止其脱离。
继续参考图2所示,所述连接杆200位于所述压合空间140外的一端设置有限制所述连接杆200运动距离的限位部400。具言之,连接杆200插接在通孔111内以后,连接杆200的两端分别位于通孔111的两侧,可以利用限位部400形成限位,进而使连接杆200既能够在通孔111内移动,又能够在限位部400的限制下不脱离通孔111,保证连接杆200的稳定运动。限位部400可以采用刚性的部件,也可以采用柔性的部件,例如所述连接杆200为螺杆,所述螺杆的螺杆头构成所述限位部400;所述压件300上可开设有第二螺纹孔320,所述螺杆与所述第二螺纹孔320螺纹连接。除此之外,连接杆200和限位部400可以是分离的,通过两个单独的部件构成,二者可以采用螺纹连接、卡接等方式形成装配结构,以便拆卸和替换。
弹性件500可为各种形式,例如可以为具备弹性效果的任何部件或材料,只需要具备足够的弹性力,并施加在支撑件110和压件300之间即可。利用该弹性力,支撑件110和压件300之间可以具有相对分离的弹性效果,同时该弹性力也可以形成压件300和受力件120之间相对靠近的弹性效果。所以依据该弹性力,压件300便可以与受力件120配合形成弹性夹持效果。
参考图1所示,对摄像头进行固定时,可以先拉动连接杆200,克服弹性件500的弹性力并使压件300与受力件120分离开,留出用来夹持摄像头的空间。此时将摄像头的夹持端伸入到压合空间140内,并位于压件300和受力件120之间,然后便可以释放连接杆200,解除对弹性件500的弹性力的克服,使压件300在弹性件500施加的弹性力的作用下,将摄像头弹性压合在压件300和受力件120之间,对摄像头形成固定弹性夹持,进而完成了摄像头的固定。释放摄像头时只需要反向重复操作即可,在此不做赘述。
在一个可选的方案中,所述弹性件500为压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧套接在所述连接 杆200上,且两端弹性抵接在所述压件300和所述支撑件110之间。利用弹簧不仅能够施加弹性力,而且还方便弹簧与连接杆200之间的安装。这种套接的安装形式十分稳定,并且可以保证弹簧施加在支撑件110和压件300之间的弹性力施加方向不发生偏移,使压件300与受力件120之间的弹性夹持更稳定。
为了确保连接杆200在通孔111内的稳定运动,所述侧壁板件130上可设置有导轨结构131。所述导轨结构131的导向轨迹与所述连接杆200的长度方向平行。所述压件300通过导轨件132与所述导轨结构131导向连接。该导轨结构131可以对连接杆200的运动形成导向作用,使连接杆200仅能够按照预设的方向带动压件300运动,使压件300的运动是完全严格的按照远离和靠近受力件120的方向进行的,也保证了压件300和受力件120之间的夹持效果。
导轨结构131可以采用开孔的结构,也可以采用附加导轨的结构。在一个可选的方案中,继续参考图1所示,所述导轨结构131为长腰孔,所述导轨件132的一端与所述压件300连接,另一端与所述长腰孔导向连接。此时,导轨件132可以沿着长腰孔运动,长腰孔的导向轨迹严格规定了导轨件132的运动,进而严格限定了压件300能够运动的方向。其中,导轨件132可以采用柱状、片状、块状等结构。在一个可选的方案中,所述导轨件132可为螺钉,所述压件300上可开设有第一螺纹孔310,所述螺钉132与第一螺纹孔310螺纹连接。利用螺钉的结构可以方便导轨件132与压件300连接,而且螺钉的螺钉头还能够与长腰孔形成限位,进而防止脱离。
作为一个可选的方案,继续参考图1所示,所述摄像头支架还包括连接耳600,设置在所述受力件120上,所述连接耳600上开设有安装孔610。连接耳600可以方便整个摄像头支架安装在例如车辆、实验台等设备上。例如,安装孔610既可以穿过螺钉等结构,也利用穿过其他杆状件,进而辅助摄像头支架的安装。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本公开各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种摄像头支架,其特征在于,包括:
    框架,具有相对设置的支撑件和受力件,所述支撑件和所述受力件之间构成压合空间;
    连接杆,活动穿设在所述支撑件上,并可沿着所述连接杆的长度方向往复运动;
    压件,位于所述压合空间内,所述连接杆位于所述压合空间内的一端与所述压件连接,所述压件与所述受力件相对配合,用于夹持摄像头的至少部分结构;
    弹性件,用于向所述压件施加弹性压力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架,其特征在于,
    所述支撑件和所述受力件均为大致板状件,
    两个所述大致板状件之间通过侧壁板件相对固定,且
    两个所述大致板状件之间还具有可露出所述压合空间的开口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的摄像头支架,其特征在于,
    两个所述大致板状件相对平行;
    两个所述侧壁板件对称设置在两个所述大致板状件的相对两侧,构成纵截面为矩形环状的所述框架,并形成两个相对的所述开口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架,其特征在于,所述框架为一体式结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的摄像头支架,其特征在于,还包括:
    限位件,设置在所述受力件上,所述限位件的至少一部分高于所述受力件的上表面。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的摄像头支架,其特征在于,
    所述侧壁板件上设置有导轨结构,所述导轨结构的导向轨迹与所述连接杆的长度方向平行;
    所述压件通过导轨件与所述导轨结构导向连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的摄像头支架,其特征在于,
    所述导轨结构为长腰孔,
    所述导轨件的一端与所述压件连接,另一端与所述长腰孔导向连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的摄像头支架,其特征在于,
    所述导轨件为螺钉,
    所述压件上开设有第一螺纹孔,作为所述导轨件的螺钉与所述第一螺纹孔螺纹连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的摄像头支架,其特征在于,
    所述弹性件为压缩弹簧,
    所述压缩弹簧套接在所述连接杆上,且两端分别弹性抵接所述压件和所述支撑件。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的摄像头支架,其特征在于,所述连接杆位于所述压合空间外的一端设置有限制所述连接杆运动距离的限位部。
  11. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的摄像头支架,其特征在于,还包括:
    连接耳,设置在所述受力件上,所述连接耳上开设有安装孔。
