本发明涉及龙头拆装领域,特别是一种龙头快装快拆装置。
背景技术
现有的龙头固定安装中,包括有套筒螺纹固定、单螺杆固定、双螺杆固定等。较为稳固的方式属螺纹套筒式安装,环形螺母锁紧,整圈端面固定,橡胶固定不易松动,但因台下安装空间狭小,无法可视操作。且固定安装所需的力度要求较大,螺纹锁紧长度又长,安装和拆卸均不方便且困难,还需借助活动扳手(空间狭小很多时候活动扳手无法使用)或是特制的塑料内六角扳手才能锁紧固定。
另外,现有普通塑料螺母固定无法承受国际标准要求的61N.m的扭力要求。安装时,龙头两根冷热进水软管的六角螺母很难穿过套筒的锁紧螺母,常见螺母为M33*1.5和M32*1.5,六角螺母和软管管径加起来需要38.5的直径才能顺利穿过;市面上很多产品采用铜螺母C型开口,这样为了保证螺纹的足够长度及开口的强度需增加C型螺母的厚度及材料的强度。
套筒螺纹固定方式均只能用于一种螺母的固定,用于M33*1.5螺纹固定就不能用于M32*1.5螺纹的固定,反之,用于M32*1.5螺纹固定就不能用于M33*1.5螺纹的固定;且大部分锁紧螺母均采用铜螺母锁紧,金属材料成本越来越高,成本高昂。
因此,现有快装方式零件繁多,产品装配复杂较难保证产品的稳定性及可靠性,无法达到不同螺纹的通用,国内龙头的进水软管均采用G1/2螺母,六角螺母大于国外的G3/8螺母无法达到快速安装,尼龙材料韧性较强作为螺纹件无法保证其强度,市面上大部分的快装结构均采用可变形塑料做螺纹锁紧无法保证固定所需的强度要求。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服现有的龙头快装零件繁多,产品装配复杂、较难保证产品的稳定性及可靠性的缺陷,提出一种龙头快装快拆装置,部件少、结构简单、拆装方便、通用性高。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种龙头快装快拆装置,用于固定龙头,包括底座、上盖和至少两锁紧块,该底座设有安装孔以供龙头穿过,该上盖套设于龙头外且与底座可拆卸连接,该至少两锁紧块位于底座内且沿安装孔周向间隔分布,其特征在于:锁紧块上设有第一斜面,该上盖对应设有至少两传动部以推动对应锁紧块的第一斜面使得锁紧块沿径向向内移动抱紧龙头;所述底座内壁设有至少两沿径向倾斜延伸的弹性组件,该弹性组件末端插入锁紧块对应端以驱使锁紧块沿径向向外移动松开龙头。
优选的,所述锁紧块设有两对称设置的卡槽,该卡槽为沿周向延伸或轴向延伸;所述弹性件组包括两对称设置的弹性件,该弹性件末端插入对应的卡槽内。所述卡槽设有开口,该开口位于所述锁紧块外周且靠近端部处,开口一侧还设有向外倾斜的导向斜面。

4、本发明的装置,锁紧块设有滑动面,装配槽内对应设有导向件,导向件与滑动面为滑动配合,则锁紧块沿径向向内或向外移动时,其滑动面可沿导向件滑动,起到导向作用。
5、本发明的装置,上盖顶面与底座顶面之间具有锁紧时可调节的间隙,则锁紧块抱紧龙头的螺管时,该间隙可以使不同螺纹的锁紧块均可锁紧,即可根据螺管的螺纹大小来调整底座锁紧高度,满足不同螺管的锁紧需求,通用性高。
6、本发明的装置,在锁紧块端部内侧设有缺口,相邻两锁紧块的缺口构成让位缺口,该让位缺口起到让位软管接头的作用,即可直接将龙头装入或拆下而无需拆卸软管接头。
7、本发明的装置,锁紧块可采用刚性很强的高温改性刚性塑料,该材料保证锁紧强度及稳定性,底座和上盖可采用常规的塑料材质制成,例如普通的POM料,从而降低整体成本、结构更为简化,组装更为便利。

另外,上盖20内侧设有挡圈22,锁紧块30限位于挡圈22和装配槽12底面之间,即限制锁紧块30在轴向上的活动。该挡圈22即为通孔25的侧壁,其从上盖20顶面沿轴向向下延伸。
该至少两锁紧块30为沿安装孔11周向间隔分布,每个锁紧块30上还设有第一斜面31,该第一斜面31可位于锁紧块30外侧顶部且沿径向向上倾斜。上盖20对应设有至少两传动部23,该传动部23内侧对应设有与第一斜面31适配的第二斜面24,该传动部23推动对应锁紧块30的第一斜面31使得锁紧块30沿径向向内移动抱紧龙头。
其中,相邻锁紧块30的两相对端之间具有间隔,则至少两锁紧块30围成的孔可供龙头的螺管50轻易通过。锁紧块30两端内侧还分别设有缺口37,则相邻两锁紧块30的缺口37可构成让位缺口38,该让位缺口38可让位进水软管接头使其轻易通过,则拆装时,可直接将龙头装入或拆下而无需拆卸软管接头。锁紧块30的数量可根据需求设定,可以是两个、三个甚至更多,优选为两个。
底座10内壁设有至少两沿径向倾斜延伸的弹性组件16,该弹性组件16末端插入对应的锁紧块30以驱使锁紧块30沿径向向外移动松开龙头。其中,每个锁紧块30可设有两对称设置的卡槽32,卡槽32为沿周向延伸,卡槽32设有开口35,该开口35位于锁紧块外周且靠近端部,开口35靠近锁紧件30一侧还设有向外倾斜的导向斜面36。弹性组件16的数量可与锁紧块30数量适配,弹性组件16包括两对称设置的弹性件16a,每个弹性件16a由装配槽12侧面沿径向倾斜延伸也即朝向卡槽32的开口35方向延伸,该弹性件16a可为筋条。倾斜设置的弹性件16a具有形变能力,其末端插入对应的卡槽32内且与导向斜面36抵靠接触时,驱使锁紧块30沿径向向外移动至松开龙头位置。
本发明中,根据需要,该弹性件16a也可由装配槽12底面向上沿径向倾斜延伸,卡槽32可对应设置成沿轴向延伸,即从锁紧块30底面向上延伸,锁紧块30的底面和外侧设有开口以供弹性件组件16末端插入,卡槽32和弹性件16a的数量、位置可根据实际情况进行调整,不限于此。
进一步的,锁紧块30外侧设有沿垂直锁紧块30移动方向延伸的支撑面33,装配槽12对应设有支撑件14,该支撑件14与支撑面33适配。该支撑面33位于第一斜面31下方,且该支撑面33可设置成平面,支撑件14对应为平板状,在弹性组件16作用下,支撑面33可抵靠于支撑件14,起到限位作用。设置该支撑件14还可支撑传动部23推动锁紧块30时的产生的力,防止其变形。
进一步的,锁紧块30设有至少一滑动面34,该滑动面34为沿锁紧块30移动方向延伸,装配槽12内对应设有导向件15,该导向件15与滑动面34为滑动配合。该滑动面可形成于锁紧块端部外周,该导向件15可设置于两锁紧块30间隔处。则锁紧块30沿径向向内或向外移动时,其滑动面34可沿导向件15滑动,起到导向作用。
本发明中,锁紧块30可采用刚性很强的高温改性刚性塑料,该材料保证锁紧强度及稳定性,底座10和上盖20可采用常规的塑料材质制成,例如普通的POM料,从而降低整体成本、结构更为简化,组装更为便利。实际应用中,锁紧块30还可采用高韧性塑料或金属材料等其它常规材料制成,不限于此。
安装龙头时,参见图17,在台面60下,先将垫片40、装有上盖20的底座10依次从下至上套入龙头的螺管50上,此时,第一扣部13扣于第二扣部21,由于弹性组件16作用,两锁紧块30松开螺管50,参见图9至图12;而后上压底座10,上盖20顶面抵靠于台面60的底面,上盖20顶部边缘与底座10顶面之间的间隙变小,第一扣部13可脱离第二扣部21,传动部23端部挤入支撑板和锁紧块30之间,其第二斜面24推动对应锁紧块30的第一斜面31,则两锁紧块30沿径向向内移动抱紧龙头的螺管50的整圈端面,弹性件16a形变,而后正向旋转底座10即可实现安装锁紧,参见图13至图16、图18。
拆卸龙头时,反向旋转底座10一圈,上盖20不动,底座10下移,则上盖20顶部边缘与底座10顶面之间的间隙变大,弹性组件16回位驱使锁紧块30沿径向向外移动松开龙头,再将底座10从螺管50上拆下,实现快速拆卸。
本发明中,上盖20顶部边缘与底座10顶面之间具有间隙,锁紧块30抱紧龙头的螺管50时,该间隙可以使锁紧块30锁紧不同螺纹的龙头螺管。即可根据螺管50的螺纹大小来调整底座锁紧高度,例如锁M33螺纹时,上盖20顶部边缘与底座10顶面之间的间隙较大,锁M32螺纹时,上盖20顶部边缘与底座10顶面之 间没有间隙。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
工业实用性
本发明一种龙头快装快拆装置,其部件少、结构简单、无需在可视环境下操作,通用性高,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种龙头快装快拆装置,用于固定龙头,包括底座、上盖和至少两锁紧块,该底座设有安装孔以供龙头穿过,该上盖套设于龙头外且与底座可拆卸连接,该至少两锁紧块位于底座内且沿安装孔周向间隔分布,其特征在于:锁紧块上设有第一斜面,该上盖对应设有至少两传动部以推动对应锁紧块的第一斜面使得锁紧块沿径向向内移动抱紧龙头;所述底座内壁设有至少两沿径向倾斜延伸的弹性组件,该弹性组件末端插入对应的锁紧块以驱使锁紧块沿径向向外移动松开龙头。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种龙头快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧块设有两对称设置的卡槽,该卡槽为沿周向延伸或轴向延伸;所述弹性件组包括两对称设置的弹性件,该弹性件末端插入对应的卡槽内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种龙头快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽设有开口,该开口位于所述锁紧块外周且靠近端部处,开口一侧还设有向外倾斜的导向斜面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种龙头快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述底座顶部设有装配槽,所述锁紧块位于装配槽内,所述弹性组件设置于该装配槽侧壁。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种龙头快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧块外侧设有沿垂直锁紧块移动方向延伸的支撑面;所述装配槽对应设有支撑件,该支撑件与支撑面适配。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种龙头快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧块设有至少一滑动面,该滑动面为沿锁紧块移动方向延伸;所述装配槽内对应设有导向件,该导向件与滑动面为滑动配合。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种龙头快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧块两端内侧分别设有缺口,相邻两所述锁紧块的缺口构成让位缺口;或者所述锁紧块采用高温改性刚性塑料制成。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种龙头快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述底座靠近顶部设有第一扣部,所述上盖设有第二扣部,通过第二扣部扣于第一扣部实现可拆卸连接。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的一种龙头快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述上盖 设有挡圈,所述锁紧块限位于挡圈和所述装配槽底面之间。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种龙头快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述第一斜面位于所述锁紧块外侧且沿径向向上倾斜,所述传动部内侧对应设有与之适配的第二斜面。
