本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
根据附图1至图8所示,本发明的带有灯具的骑马抽装柜,包括柜体和开合于柜体上的骑马抽1,所述骑马抽1包括左侧板11、右侧板12、后侧板13、底板14和将左侧板11、右侧板12、后侧板13、底板14组合装配成框体用的组合连接件。其中,所述骑马抽1设有灯条2、灯控装置,灯条2设在左侧板11与右侧板12的底部,所述灯控装置包括灯控供电源3、灯控开关4,所述灯控供电源3可以拆装在后侧板13上,所述组合连接件的前端与灯控开关4相配安装,所述灯条2通过电源线分别与灯控供电源3、灯控开关4连接,灯控开关4与灯控供电源3连接并随着开合期间与柜底距离变大或变小以控制灯控供电源3的通断。
这样,在骑马抽1增添灯条2,结构简单,拆装方便,增加视野清晰感,而且可以实现随着骑马抽1的开闭实时控制灯具通断,实用性强,使用方便,使用效果好。
参照图1至图8所示,进一步细化,所述组合连接件包括前连接件6、侧板连接件7和后连接件8。所述前连接件6、后连接件8分别卡装在左侧板11与右侧板12的前端和后端,所述后侧板13卡装在后连接件8与后连接件8之间,所述底板14卡装在前连接件6、后连接件8的底部。
其中,所述左侧板11与右侧板12分别为相配卡装在前连接件6、后连接件8之间的玻璃或透光侧板,后侧板13设为相配卡装在后连接件8与后连接之间的木质侧板,底板14设为卡装在前连接件6、后连接件8底部的木质底板14。
而且,所述前连接件6设有与灯控开关4相配安装的卡接空位61,所述侧板连接件7的上端设有与左侧板11或右侧板12对应的灯具卡槽72,所述灯条2分别滑装在灯具卡槽72上。
采用本灯条2隐藏式安装在骑马抽1上,结构稳定,装配方便,同时减少对灯条2的损坏,延长灯条2的使用寿命,又能减少空间占用,提升美观感,保证产品的使用效果。
期间,所述灯条2的上方设有散光片9,侧板连接件7设有与散光片9相配卡装用的定位卡槽71;所述定位卡槽71处于灯具卡槽72的上方。在散光片9的作用下,提升灯条2光线的分布,提高产品使用效果。
参照图1至图8所示,所述灯控开关4设为光电反射开关,光电反射开关与灯控供电源3电连接。
在实际应用中,所述组合连接件的前端与灯控开关4相配安装用的连接卡座5,所述前连接件6设有与连接卡座5相配安装的卡接空位61,且光电反射开关安装在连接卡座5。以及,所述连接卡座5设有与光电反射开关扣接用的安装扣51。简化装配程序,便于维护与更换,确保装配的稳定性。
即,骑马抽1打开时,光电反射开关随着骑马抽1往外移动,以使光电反射开关离开柜底时距离变大,从而控制灯控供电源3通电,使灯条2的灯亮起。骑马抽1闭合时,光电反射开关随着骑马抽1往内移动,以使光电反射开关对着柜底距离变小,从而控制灯控供电源3断电,使灯条2的灯熄灭。这样,实现随着骑马抽1的开闭实时控制灯具通断,实用性强,使用方便,使用效果好。
另外,所述灯控供电源3包括电源盒31和电池32,所述电源盒31设有扣装在后侧板13用的挂扣33,所述电池32拆装在电源盒31上并与灯条2电连接。
采用本结构的灯控供电源3,结构稳固,拆装方便,便于更换与维护,确保灯条2使用光亮性,保证产品的使用质量。
参照图9至图25所示,另一实施例,其所述骑马抽1包括门板10、左侧板11、右侧板12、后侧板13、底板14和将左侧板11、右侧板12、后侧板13、底板14组合装配成框体用的组合连接件。所述骑马抽1设有灯条2、灯控装置,所述灯控装置包括灯控供电源3、感应头15、感应开关16、感应固定座17,所述灯条2分别与灯控供电源3、感应开关16电连接。所述组合连接件安装有分别便于左侧板11、右侧板12相配卡装用的侧板连接件7,所述灯条2安装在侧板连接件7的顶部上,所述灯控供电源3安装在后侧板13并且与感应开关16电连接,所述感应头15与感应开关16信号连接,且所述感应头15和感应开关16分别嵌装在感应固定座17内。所述感应固定座17滑装在侧板连接件7内,所述感应开关16在开合期间随着骑马抽1与柜体1的距离变大或变小以控制灯控供电源3通断。
即,骑马抽1打开时,感应头15随着骑马抽1往外移动,以使感应头15离开柜底时距离变大,感应头15将信息反馈给感应开关16,感应开关16闭合以控制灯控供电源3通电,使灯条2的灯亮起。骑马抽1闭合时,感应头15随着骑马抽1往内移动,以使感应头15对着柜底距离变小,感应头15将信息反馈给感应开关16,感应开关16闭合控制灯控供电源3断电,使灯条2的灯熄灭。
这样,在骑马抽1增添灯条2,增加视野清晰感,且通过灯控供电源3、感应头15、感应开关16、感应固定座17与骑马抽1的侧板连接件7的结构配合,装配方便,减少占用体积,提高适用性,同时可随着骑马抽1的开合以控制光电反射开关通断,实用性强,加强产品使用质量。
在优化方案中,所述感应固定座17的一端头设有固定卡扣18,所述侧板连接件7开有供感应固定座17由外往内滑装用的卡槽位73,卡槽位73设有与固定卡扣18相配扣装用的卡接孔74。防止感应固定座17脱落,加强结构稳固性;同时便于灯控装置拆装,方便维护与更换,提升骑马抽1的使用效果。
参照图9至图25所示,进一步细化,所述组合连接件包括前连接件6、侧板连接件7和后连接件8。所述前连接件6、后连接件8分别卡装在左侧板11与右侧板12的前端和后端,所述后侧板13的两端分别卡装在左侧的后连接件8与右侧的后连接件8之间,所述底板14的左端、右端与后端分别卡装在侧板连接件7、后连接件8的底部。而且,所述前连接件6和后连接件8的底部均设有卡装在侧板连接件7上用的插装块19,侧板连接件7开有适配插装块19卡接用的开口上槽位75,所述开口上槽位75的前后两端内分别滑装有防变形的定位加强垫块20。
采用本结构的组合连接件,便于骑马抽1的组装,又在定位加强垫块20的作用下,减少变形,加强抗压强度,提升结构稳固性,确保产品的使用质量。
参照图9至图25所示,所述前连接件6内安装有L型的门板调节安装板21,门板调节安装板21安装有门板调节组件22。门板调节组件22的活动端通过螺钉与门板10固定安装,所述门板调节组件22的活动端相对门板调节安装板21内前后、上下滑移,且所述前连接件6的后端嵌装有玻璃前卡块23,玻璃前卡块23的顶部设有弹性压于左侧板11、右侧板12的顶部用的弹性片24。
以及,所述后连接件8的底部设有插后连接件8内嵌装有连接活动轨的后倾斜调节组件25。后倾斜调节组件25设有卡接左侧板11、右侧板12用的定位弹性块26,定位弹性块26分布在后倾斜调节组件25的一侧。
通过配合门板调节组件22、后倾斜调节组件25的结构,装配方便,且可以有效地调整门板10的安装位置和调整滑轨与骑马抽1之间的倾斜度,提高骑马抽1装配精准度,增加美观,确保骑马抽1运行顺畅稳定。同时,在弹性片24、定位弹性块26的作用下,保护骑马抽1的玻璃侧板不受损,减少晃动。
而且,侧板连接件7的底部安装有扣接滑轨的固定轨用的前扣组件29,所述侧板连接件7设有前安装螺钉27和后安装螺钉28,前安装螺钉27由下往上地依次穿过前扣组件29、侧板连接件7、定位加强垫块20、开口上槽位75以与门板调节安装板21的底部螺纹连接,后安装螺钉28由下往上地依次穿过侧板连接件7、定位加强垫块20、开口上槽位75以与后倾斜调节组件25的固定部螺纹连接。
这样,定位加强垫块20不仅可以防止侧板连接件7的铝形材变形,又能防止前连接件6和后连接件8卡入侧板连接件7时往里面掉,再配合前安装螺钉27和后安装螺钉28,确保装配稳固性。
参照图9至图25所示,进一步细化,所述灯条2滑装在开口上槽位75上。所述灯条2上套装有散光片9,所述散光片9插装在开口上槽位75上,且前连接件6和后连接件8的侧插装块19夹在散光片9的左右两侧。结构简单,装配方便,且在散光片9的作用下,提升灯条2光线的分布,提高产品使用效果。
上述具体实施例仅为本发明效果较好的具体实施方式,凡与本发明的带有灯具的骑马抽装柜相同或等同的结构,均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种带有灯具的骑马抽装柜,包括柜体和开合于柜体上的骑马抽(1),所述骑马抽(1)包括左侧板(11)、右侧板(12)、后侧板(13)、底板(14)和将左侧板(11)、右侧板(12)、后侧板(13)、底板(14)组合装配成框体用的组合连接件,其特征在于:所述骑马抽(1)设有灯条(2)、灯控装置,灯条(2)设在左侧板(11)与右侧板(12)的底部,所述灯控装置包括灯控供电源(3)、灯控开关(4),所述灯控供电源(3)可以拆装在后侧板(13)上,所述组合连接件的前端与灯控开关(4)相配安装,所述灯条(2)通过电源线分别与灯控供电源(3)、灯控开关(4)连接,灯控开关(4)与灯控供电源(3)连接并随着开合期间与柜底距离变大或变小以控制灯控供电源(3)的通断。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述带有灯具的骑马抽装柜,其特征在于:所述组合连接件包括前连接件(6)、侧板连接件(7)和后连接件(8),所述前连接件(6)、后连接件(8)分别卡装在左侧板(11)与右侧板(12)的前端和后端,所述后侧板(13)卡装在后连接件(8)与后连接件(8)之间,所述底板(14)卡装在前连接件(6)、后连接件(8)的底部,
    所述前连接件(6)设有与灯控开关(4)相配安装的卡接空位(61),所述侧板连接件(7)的上端设有与左侧板(11)或右侧板(12)对应的灯具卡槽(72),所述灯条(2)分别滑装在灯具卡槽(72)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述带有灯具的骑马抽装柜,其特征在于:所述灯条(2)的上方设有散光片(9),侧板连接件(7)设有与散光片(9)相配卡装用的定位卡槽(71)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述带有灯具的骑马抽装柜,其特征在于:所述定位卡槽(71)处于灯具卡槽(72)的上方。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述带有灯具的骑马抽装柜,其特征在于:所述左侧板(11)与右侧板(12)分别为相配卡装在前连接件(6)、后连接件(8)之间的玻璃侧板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述带有灯具的骑马抽装柜,其特征在于:所述灯控开关(4)设为光电反射开关,光电反射开关与灯控供电源(3)电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述带有灯具的骑马抽装柜,其特征在于:所述灯控供电源(3)包括电源盒(31)和电池(32),所述电源盒(31)设有扣装在后侧板(13)用的挂扣(33),所述电池(32)拆装在电源盒(31)上并与灯条(2)电连接。
