本实用新型提出一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线,所述天线为三层的一体式折叠结构,折叠结构的各层之间以弹性的基板为支撑;所述天线的天线辐射臂包括由弯折的天线辐射回路结构、折叠形态的金属辐射片组成的偶极子标签;所述偶极子标签的中部搭载有RFID标签天线的芯片;所述金属辐射片表面设有用于调整标签天线阻抗的弯曲金属回路;当金属辐射片处于折叠形态并在金属环境下使用时,其折叠形态两面的金属回路性能相同;本实用新型覆盖我国超高频RFID标签天线的应用频段,不仅拥有良好的定向性和宽带特性,而且尺寸紧凑,结构简单,适合应用在物联网智能识别系统中。

Description

一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线 技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其是一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线。
背景技术
射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)主要由三部分构成:第一部分是应答器:一般来说是标签,标签根据使用场景的不同有针对性的设计。第二部分是阅读器:用来向标签读取和写入信息的设备。第三部分是应用软件系统:根据不同场景将收集到的数据进一步处理并为人们所使用。
RFID系统第一次在现实中得到应用是在二战的英国。英国利用RFID标签配合雷达来识别敌我飞机的身份,此后RFID系统开始逐步的发展。直到20世纪60年代,RFID系统开始在商业活动中应用,但是RFID标签昂贵的价格限制了RFID技术的应用场景。随着时间发展到21世纪初,RFID标签的成本越来越低,如今RFID标签价格为0.1元/枚甚至更低。随着生产成本的降低,RFID系统开始朝着多元化的方向发展。
但是当标签工作于不同的目标物体时,尤其是金属物体则会产生明显的失谐效应,甚至导致整个RFID系统出现异常。在实际应用中,为满足不同需求,标签需要工作在包括金属在内的多种物体上。因此,国内外众多学者对抗金属的电子标签展开研究。
技术问题
近年来,抗金属标签天线的方案已被大量提出,折叠天线、缝隙天线、使用新型材料制作的标签天线等。但以上方案仅能保证标签天线一面的性能,无法正反两面都有良好的抗金属特性。
技术解决方案
本实用新型提出一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线,覆盖我国超高频RFID标签天线的应用频段,不仅拥有良好的定向性和宽带特性,而且尺寸紧凑,结构简单,适合应用在物联网智能识别系统中。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案。
一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线,所述天线为三层的一体式折叠结构,折叠结构的各层之间以弹性的基板为支撑;所述天线的天线辐射臂包括由弯折的天线辐射回路结构、折叠形态的金属辐射片组成的偶极子标签;所述偶极子标签的中部搭载有RFID标签天线的芯片;所述金属辐射片表面设有用于调整标签天线阻抗的弯曲金属回路;当金属辐射片处于折叠形态并在金属环境下使用时,其折叠形态两面的金属回路性能相同。
所述基板为以泡棉成型的介质基板;所述金属辐射片为以铜箔或铝箔经腐蚀法成型的金属面。
所述弯折的金属回路的弯折形状为矩形或带弧度的矩形;所述金属辐射片的形状为矩形或带槽矩形。
当天线处于折叠形态时,折叠结构各层的层间距为固定值,折叠形态的金属辐射片形成位于天线折叠形态最上方和最下方的相同的具备抗金属特性的金属辐射面。
所述金属辐射片的总长度为天线工作频段中心频率的四分之一波长对应的长度或其整数倍。
所述金属辐射片的总长度与标签天线搭载的芯片型号相匹配。
所述基板包括厚度为相同固定值的第一层泡棉基板和第二层泡棉基板,第一层泡棉基板和第二层泡棉基板的形状与基板上的金属辐射片相同。
当金属辐射片处于折叠形态并在金属环境下使用时,其折叠形态两面的金属回路的抗金属特性的性能相同。
所述天线处于折叠形态时,其尺寸为42×13mm×2mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优势:在辐射面的一侧天线臂上采用弯折结构,能够有效地压缩天线的尺寸并且保证其频点不产生偏移;另一侧天线臂起到调节阻抗和折叠的作用,使得标签天线上下面完全对称,保证双面使用时性能相同,且都具有抗金属特性。该天线尺寸可为42×13mm×2mm,与现有的折叠式标签天线相比尺寸更小更薄,且该天线性能良好、尺寸紧凑,制造成本低,适合应用在物联网智能识别中。
有益效果
本发明采用一体式的折叠结构,不仅结构设计简单、尺寸紧凑,而且由于标签天线自身折叠后对称的特点,无论是正反两面都能够有极好的抗金属性能,可以覆盖我国超高频RFID标签天线的应用频段,实现天线宽带辐射,适合应用在物联网智能识别系统中。

本发明的实施方式
如图所示,一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线,所述天线为三层的一体式折叠结构,折叠结构的各层之间以弹性的基板为支撑;所述天线的天线辐射臂包括由弯折的天线辐射回路结构1、折叠形态的金属辐射片4组成的偶极子标签;所述偶极子标签的中部搭载有RFID标签天线的芯片2;所述金属辐射片表面设有用于调整标签天线阻抗的弯曲金属回路;当金属辐射片处于折叠形态并在金属环境下使用时,其折叠形态两面的金属回路性能相同。
所述基板为以泡棉成型的介质基板;所述金属辐射片为以铜箔或铝箔经腐蚀法成型的金属面。
所述弯折的金属回路的弯折形状为矩形或带弧度的矩形;所述金属辐射片的形状为矩形或带槽矩形。

所述金属辐射片的总长度为天线工作频段中心频率的四分之一波长对应的长度或其整数倍。
所述金属辐射片的总长度与标签天线搭载的芯片型号相匹配。
所述基板包括厚度为相同固定值的第一层泡棉基板3和第二层泡棉基板5,第一层泡棉基板和第二层泡棉基板的形状与基板上的金属辐射片相同。
当金属辐射片处于折叠形态并在金属环境下使用时,其折叠形态两面的金属回路的抗金属特性的性能相同。
所述天线处于折叠形态时,其尺寸为42×13mm×2mm。

  1. 一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线,其特征在于:所述天线为三层的一体式折叠结构,折叠结构的各层之间以弹性的基板为支撑;所述天线的天线辐射臂包括由弯折的天线辐射回路结构、折叠形态的金属辐射片组成的偶极子标签;所述偶极子标签的中部搭载有RFID标签天线的芯片;所述金属辐射片表面设有用于调整标签天线阻抗的弯曲金属回路;当金属辐射片处于折叠形态并在金属环境下使用时,其折叠形态两面的金属回路性能相同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线,其特征在于:所述基板为以泡棉成型的介质基板;所述金属辐射片为以铜箔或铝箔经腐蚀法成型的金属面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线,其特征在于:所述弯折的金属回路的弯折形状为矩形或带弧度的矩形;所述金属辐射片的形状为矩形或带槽矩形。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线,其特征在于:当天线处于折叠形态时,折叠结构各层的层间距为固定值,折叠形态的金属辐射片形成位于天线折叠形态最上方和最下方的相同的具备抗金属特性的金属辐射面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线,其特征在于:所述金属辐射片的总长度为天线工作频段中心频率的四分之一波长对应的长度或其整数倍。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线,其特征在于:所述金属辐射片的总长度与标签天线搭载的芯片型号相匹配。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种双面抗金属小型化RFID标签天线,其特征在于:所述基板包括厚度为相同固定值的第一层泡棉基板和第二层泡棉基板,第一层泡棉基板和第二层泡棉基板的形状与基板上的金属辐射片相同。
