Abstract
The invention relates to the field of radio electronics, and more particularly to solid-state L-band amplifiers. The essence of the invention consists in that a power limiter board is additionally used in order to protect against excess input power, and the power amplifying units are combined amplifier stages. The technical result of the proposed invention is that of: amplifying super-high frequency input signals, protecting transistors in the event of a short circuit or of an open circuit at the output, limiting the variable power at the input within 20 dB, protecting against overheating with blocking of the power supply, and diagnosing the operation of the amplifier with provision of a "Failure" signal.

При нагрузке данного усилителя отсутствует отраженная волна и присутствует падающая волна, детектируемая детектором падающей мощности (8), а при обрыве напряжения срабатывает детектор отраженной

Плата питания и контроля (9) формирует необходимое напряжение питания и выдает сигнал контроля для отключения питания на транзисторы при коротком замыкании, а также обрывов нагрузки в процессе работы через 1 минуту. При этом заявляемый усилитель мощности выдает контрольный сигнал при превышении температуры и автоматическое отключение его при превышении температуры более 75°С, а также имеет управление для включения усиления.
