背景技术
在关技术中,皂液分配龙头主要由龙头本体、泵主机、储液罐组成。泵主机一般与储液罐直接连接,并通过软管插入储液罐中连通泵的进液口。泵主机与储液罐构成的整体固定于水槽安装平面下,龙头本体固定于水槽安装平面上。
上述皂液分配龙头主要缺陷在于:现有的感应皂液分配龙头由于储液罐安装于安装平面下方的水槽中,在需要加液、换液时,需要打开水槽柜门并卸下液壶,这样的操作十分繁琐,因此,需要简化加液操作。且在安装过程中,储液罐的固定、储液罐与泵主机的连接均增加了安装的复杂度。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的实施例提出一种皂液分配龙头,包括龙头本体,所述龙头本体包括外壳及安装于外壳内的泵体、控制系统、触发机构和储液罐,所述外壳的底部设置有安装部;
所述触发机构检测信号并反馈至控制系统,所述控制系统控制所述泵体启动和关闭;
所述储液罐固定连接所述外壳,且所述储液罐和所述泵体自上而下安装。

在一个实施例中,储液罐20采用透明材质,外壳11上开设有观察口112,观察口112沿储液罐20的高度方向设置,以使从观察口112能够看到储液罐20内皂液的液位。通过设置观察口112以及选用透明材质的储液罐20,使得更容易了解皂液的存量,从而及时添加皂液。这里的高度方向为皂液分配龙头安装后的竖直方向,观察口112的形状为长条状,其长度方向沿储液罐20的高度方向延伸。
其中,观察口112可以设置一个或者多个,若设置一个,则可以设置在喷液管40的正上方,若设置多个,可以围绕外壳11周向等间距分布。
在一个实施例中,泵体12为蠕动泵、隔膜泵中的一种。控制系统13为印刷电路板(PCB)。触发机构14为机械压力开关、感应开关中的一种。例如,触发机构14可以采用红外感应器。PCB具有调节电压和电流的作用,使得外界电源输送过来的电符合泵体12和触发机构14的需求。
本实施方式进一步还提供一种洗漱台,该洗漱台包括安装平面和上述任一实施例的皂液分配龙头。龙头本体10通过安装部16安装于安装平面。该洗漱台集成了皂液分配龙头,从而无需单独安装皂液分配龙头。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种皂液分配龙头,包括龙头本体(10),所述龙头本体(10)包括外壳(11)及安装于外壳(11)内的泵体(12)、控制系统(13)、触发机构(14)和储液罐(20),所述外壳(11)的底部设置有安装部(16);
    所述触发机构(14)检测信号并反馈至控制系统(13),所述控制系统(13)控制所述泵体(12)启动和关闭;
    所述储液罐(20)固定连接所述外壳(11),且所述储液罐(20)和所述泵体(12)自上而下安装。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述储液罐(20)设置于所述外壳(11)内部;
    所述外壳(11)的内壁和所述储液罐(20)的外壁之间形成第一容置腔(101),所述储液罐(20)内形成用于储存皂液的第二容置腔(102),
    所述泵体(12)、控制系统(13)和触发机构(14)安装于第一容置腔(101)内,所述储液罐(20)底部开设有用于连通所述泵体(12)的进液口和所述第二容置腔(102)的通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述第二容置腔(102)的顶部开设有加液口,所述加液口上安装有可拆卸的端盖(17)。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述第一容置腔(101)内固定设置有第一安装块(50)和第二安装块(51),所述控制系统(13)固定于所述第一安装块(50),所述泵体(12)固定于所述第二安装块(51)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述第一容置腔(101)内固定设置有顶固件(52),所述顶固件(52)与所述安装部(16)连接,并顶推所述第一安装块(50)和所述第二安装块(51)至所述储液罐(20)底部。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述外壳(11)上设置有喷液管(40),所述喷液管(40)上设置有喷嘴(111),所述喷液管(40)连接于所述第一容置腔(101)外侧,所述喷嘴(111)与所述泵体(12)的出液口连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述储液罐(20)采用透明材质,所述外壳(11)上开设有观察口(112),所述观察口(112)沿所述储液罐(20)的高度方向设置,以使从所述观察口(112)能够看到所述储液罐(20)内皂液的液位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述观察口(112)为一个或多个,
    当所述观察口(112)为一个时,所述观察口(112)设置在所述喷液管(40)的正上方,
    当所述观察口(112)为多个时,多个所述观察口(112)围绕所述外壳(11)轴向等间 距分布。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述安装部(16)为中空螺纹管,所述中空螺纹管内穿设有电源线,所述电源线与所述控制系统(13)电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述电源线的端部具有USB插头。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述泵体(12)为蠕动泵、隔膜泵中的一种。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述控制系统(13)为印刷电路板。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述触发机构(14)的引脚和所述泵体(12)的引脚电性连接到所述印刷电路板上。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的皂液分配龙头,其中所述触发机构(14)为机械压力开关、感应开关中的一种。
  15. 一种洗漱台,包括安装平面和如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的皂液分配龙头;所述龙头本体(10)通过所述安装部(16)安装于所述安装平面。
