在锁体1的内侧设置有触摸屏模块、显示模块、屏下指纹模块、中央处理模块、功能锁控制模块,触摸屏模块检测用户手在屏上相对位置,并将数据反馈给中央处理模块。中央处理模块根据触摸屏模块提供的位置坐标数据和当前显示模块的显示状态,进行相应的判断处理;显示模块用于显示指纹识别的按压位置,键盘密码输入界面,功能锁选择界面等界面;中央处理模块用于处理触摸屏13输入信号,提供屏下指纹驱动信号,接收屏下指纹反馈信号,控制功能锁工作状态,以及其他逻辑运算等控制工作;屏下指纹模块 通过技术对显示屏12发送探测信号。由于手指表面不平整(指纹特性),会对探测信号进行不同程度的反射,屏下指纹模块根据接收到的反馈信号形成指纹图像,以供中央处理器储存或比对;中央处理模块待电子锁权限解锁后,根据维保人员或用户进行电梯锁的功能选择进行控制并向电梯控制系统提供相应的锁信号。其中,触摸屏模块、显示模块、屏下指纹录入端14的输出端均与中央处理模块电性连接,中央处理模块的输出端与功能锁控制模块的输入端电性连接,而屏下指纹录入端14对应屏下指纹模块,显示屏12对应显示模块,触摸屏13对应触摸屏模块,当初次使用锁体1时,用户将通过显示屏12上半隐藏式的指纹唤醒屏下指纹录入端14进行指纹解密,当用户不想使用指纹解密权限时也可通过显示屏12上半隐藏式的键盘输入唤醒按钮切换到键盘输入界面。此时,用户可以通过超级密码进行解密权限。亦或在已有指纹保存的前提下,通过显示屏12上半隐藏式的指纹唤醒按钮唤醒屏下指纹录入端14,用户通过按压相应区域进行解密权限,通过权限解密后,屏幕将切换到功能锁界面,供于用户进行功能选择,待用户3s后不进行锁功能选择时,屏将切换到电梯运行显示状态。
其中,锁体1采用屏下指纹识别技术,有效的提升了电梯特殊功能的安全性操作,而且,采用屏下指纹识别技术没有配套的钥匙,减少配套的操作工具,节省维保人员的时间,具有较好的实用性能。
