Abstract

本申请提供一种摄像头装饰组件。摄像头装饰组件包括装饰件、安装件和紧固件,装饰件从壳体露出;装饰件与安装件通过紧固件或扣合连接,且分别压持于壳体的相对两侧。安装件包括主体和镶嵌于主体内的导通件;导通件为金属结构,且部分从主体中露出以与装饰件电导通及接地。该摄像头装饰组件通过装饰件从壳体的外侧安装,安装件从壳体内侧安装,并与装饰件通过紧固件或者扣合连接在一起。位于壳体外侧的装饰件的外观尺寸,不受移动终端设备的内部结构的尺寸及布局限制。本申请还提出一种含该摄像头装饰组件的移动终端设备。

技术领域
本申请实施例涉及终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种摄像头装饰组件及移动终端设备。
背景技术
摄像头的装饰件露出在设备的外部,装饰件位于设备外部的外观尺寸通常受限于设备内部的结构尺寸及布局,例如,移动终端设备300(例如,手机)的布局如图1所示,壳体301为手机的电池盖,主板区和电池区在壳体301内部相邻且依次布置,主板区靠近壳体301的顶部,摄像头303与主板305电连接,装饰件307从壳体301的内部安装,并从壳体301露出至设备的外部,装饰件307的外观尺寸Y受限于主板区的尺寸和电池区的位置。具体地,装饰件的外观尺寸Y=X-A-B-C。其中,X为电池309到壳体301顶部距离,X的大小主要取决于主板305的长度;A为装饰件307到电池309的最小避让距离,设定A为避免在移动终端设备300跌落等过程中装饰件307撞到电池309,以保证电池309的可靠性;B为装饰件307与壳体301之间的有效密封宽度,设定B为保证移动终端设备300的防水防尘的可靠性;C为壳体301允许的最小宽度,设定C为保证壳体301具有一定的可加工性和可靠性。因此装饰件307的外观尺寸Y会受限于主板305的长度及电池309到壳体301顶部的位置尺寸。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种不受设备的内部结构的尺寸及布局限制的摄像头装饰组件。
第一方面,本申请提供一种摄像头装饰组件,包括装饰件、安装件和紧固件。所述装饰件与所述安装件通过所述紧固件连接,且分别用于压持于一壳体的相对两侧。
显然,上述设计中,利用装饰件和安装件分别从壳体的外侧和内侧安装以连接在一起,使位于壳体外侧的装饰件的外观尺寸不再受限于移动终端设备的内部结构的尺寸及布局。
在一种可能的设计中,所述装饰件为金属结构;所述安装件包括主体和导通件;导通件为金属结构,镶嵌于所述主体内,且部分从所述主体中露出以与所述装饰件电导通及接地。
显然,上述设计中,装饰件为金属时,通过导通件接地,提高了使用安全性。
在一种可能的设计中,所述主体为塑胶结构,所述导通件设置有第一孔,所述装饰件设置有螺纹孔;所述紧固件包括压持部和设置于所述压持部一侧的螺纹部,所述螺纹部通过所述第一孔且与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接,所述压持部压持于所述导通件上。
显然,上述设计中,紧固件通过压持在金属结构的导通件上,使装饰件和安装件连接,提高了摄像头装饰组件连接在壳体上的强度。
第二方面,本申请提供一种摄像头装饰组件,包括装饰件和安装件。所述安装件包括主体和镶嵌于所述主体内的导通件;所述导通件为金属结构,且部分从所述主体中露出以与所 述装饰件电导通及接地;所述装饰件与所述安装件扣合连接,且分别用于压持于一壳体的相对两侧。
显然,上述设计中,装饰件从壳体的外侧安装。安装件从壳体内侧安装,并与装饰件连接在一起。位于壳体外侧的装饰件的外观尺寸,不受移动终端设备的内部结构的尺寸及布局限制。
在一种可能的设计中,所述主体或所述导通部设置有扣孔,所述装饰件设置有凸出的扣合部,所述扣合部扣合连接于所述扣孔内。
显然,上述设计中,摄像头装饰组件中装饰件与安装件采用在扣合连接方式,安装方便。
在一种可能的设计中,所述导通件包括第一导通部和第二导通部;所述主体设置有第二孔和第三孔,所述第一导通部从所述第二孔露出,所述第二导通部从所述第三孔露出并用于接地;所述摄像头装饰组件还包括金属结构的弹片,所述弹片分别与所述第一导通部和所述装饰件接触。
显然,上述设计中,弹片分别与第一导通部和装饰件弹性地接触,进一步提高了装饰件接地的可靠性。
在一种可能的设计中,所述弹片位于所述第二孔内,所述装饰件设置有凸出的导接部,所述导接部伸入所述第二孔并压持在所述弹片上。
显然,上述设计中,导接部伸入第二孔压持在弹片上,使弹片弹性地接触导接部,提高了弹片分别与导通件和装饰件接触的可靠性。
在一种可能的设计中,所述装饰件包括第一子饰件和第二子饰件,所述第二子饰件位于所述第一子饰件与所述壳体之间,所述第二子饰件设置有第四孔,所述第一子饰件通过所述第四孔与所述安装件连接,且压持所述第二子饰件于所述壳体上。
显然,上述设计中,装饰件中第一子饰件与第二子饰件形成台阶结构,构成装饰的不同效果,第一子饰件通过紧固件或者扣合连接于第二子饰件,使第二子饰件与安装件卡持在壳体的两侧。
在一种可能的设计中,所述摄像头装饰组件还包括第一密封件和第二密封件,所述第一密封件设置于所述第一子饰件与所述安装件之间,所述第二密封件设置于所述安装件与所述壳体之间。
显然,上述设计中,第一密封件与第二密封件使摄像头装饰组件与壳体密封连接,提高了移动终端设备的防水、防尘的可靠性。
第三方面,本申请提供一种移动终端设备,包括壳体、摄像头和上述摄像头装饰组件,所述摄像头固定于所述壳体的内部,所述摄像头装饰组件安装于所述壳体上,且与所述摄像头对应。
第三方面所带来的技术效果可参见上述第一方面和第二方面涉及的摄像头装饰组件相关的描述,此处不再赘述。

为能进一步阐述本申请达成预定申请目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及实施方式,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。
本申请一些实施方式提出一种摄像头装饰组件。所述摄像头装饰组件包括装饰件、安装件和紧固件。所述装饰件与所述安装件通过所述紧固件连接,且分别用于压持于一壳体的相对两侧。或者所述摄像头装饰组件包括装饰件和安装件。所述安装件包括主体和镶嵌于所述主体内的导通件。所述导通件为金属结构,且部分从所述主体露出以与所述装饰件电导通及接地。所述装饰件与所述安装件扣合连接,且分别用于压持于一壳体的相对两侧。
上述摄像头装饰组件通过装饰件从壳体的外侧安装,安装件从壳体的内侧安装,并与装饰件通过紧固件或者扣合连接在一起。位于壳体外侧的装饰件的外观尺寸,不受移动终端设备的内部结构的尺寸及布局限制。
下面结合附图,对本申请的一些实施方式作详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
请参阅图2,本申请的一实施例提出一种移动终端设备200。移动终端设备200包括壳体201、摄像头203和摄像头装饰组件100。摄像头203固定安装于壳体201的内部。摄像头装饰组件100安装于壳体201上,且与摄像头203对应,用于装饰摄像头203。具体地,摄像头装饰组件100包括装饰件10和安装件20。装饰件10与安装件20连接并分别压持于壳体201的相对两侧。装饰件10和安装件20分别从壳体201的外侧及内侧安装并连接在一起。位于壳体201外侧的装饰件10的外观尺寸Z,不受移动终端设备200的内部结构的尺寸及布局限制。
可以理解,移动终端设备200包括但不限于移动电话、平板电脑、手表、可穿戴设备等。壳体201可以为移动终端设备200的装饰外壳或电池盖等壳体结构。
移动终端设备200还包括主板205和电池209。主板205和电池209在壳体201的内部相邻且依次设置。摄像头203和摄像头装饰组件100设置于壳体201靠近主板205处,摄像头203与主板205电连接。
装饰件10可以为采用金属材质制成的金属结构,也可以为采用塑胶材质制成的塑胶结构,又或者可以为金属与塑胶材质制成的合成结构。安装件20可以为采用金属材质制成的金属结构,也可以为采用塑胶材质制成的塑胶结构,又或者可以为金属与塑胶材质制成的合成结构。装饰件10能够伸出于壳体201外,以对摄像头203起到装饰作用。装饰件10可以依据移动终端设备200的外观要求选择材质。安装件20位于壳体201的内侧,为减小移动终端设备200的重量以及降低成本,安装件20可以设定为塑胶结构;为提高安装件20的强度,安装件20可以设定为金属结构。
请参阅图2,摄像头装饰组件100还包括镜片70。镜片70安装于装饰件10背离壳体201的一侧。摄像头203能够透过镜片70进行拍摄。
第一实施例
请同时参阅图3和图4,摄像头装饰组件100还包括紧固件30。装饰件10与安装件20通过紧固件30连接。紧固件30位于壳体201的内部。紧固件30的一端通过安装件20后与装饰件10连接,另一端压持在安装件20上。
装饰件10从壳体201的外侧安装,安装件20从壳体201内侧安装,并与装饰件10连接在一起。位于壳体201外侧的装饰件10的外观尺寸,不受移动终端设备200的内部结构的尺寸及布局限制。
装饰件10与安装件20通过紧固件30连接,易于拆装,且结构简单易制造。
请同时参阅图3和图5,装饰件10为金属结构。为使装饰件10接地,以保证移动终端设备200的使用安全性,安装件20包括主体21和导通件23。主体21为塑胶材质制成的塑胶结构,导通件23为金属材质制成的金属结构。导通件23镶嵌于主体21内。安装件20可以采用注塑一体成型。导通件23的部分从主体21中露出以与装饰件10电导通及接地。
安装件20采用塑胶材质的主体21,减轻了重量,同时采用金属材质的导通件23镶嵌在主体21内,利用导通件23实现装饰件10接地,提高了使用安全性。
请参阅图5,导通件23设置有第一孔231。装饰件10设置有螺纹孔101。紧固件30包括压持部31和设置于压持部31一侧的螺纹部33,如图3所示。螺纹部33通过第一孔231且与螺纹孔101螺纹连接。压持部31压持于导通件23上。紧固件30可以为螺钉、螺栓等结构。
紧固件30通过压持在金属结构的导通件23上,使装饰件10和安装件20连接,提高了摄像头装饰组件100连接在壳体201上的强度。
第一孔231、螺纹孔101和紧固件30的数量分别为三个,但不限于此。可以理解,其他实施例中,第一孔231、螺纹孔101和紧固件30的数量也可以为一个或其他数量。
可以理解,其他实施例中,紧固件30的螺纹部33也可以省略,并设置与装饰件10采用扣合连接的扣合结构。
可以理解,其他实施例中,紧固件30也可以通过主体21后与装饰件10连接,且紧固件30的压持部31压持在主体21上。
主体21设置有第二孔211(如图3所示)和第三孔213(如图4所示)。导通件23包括第一导通部233(如图3所示)和第二导通部235(如图4所示)。第一导通部233从第二孔211露出并与装饰件10接触(如图5所示)。第二导通部235从第三孔213露出并用于接地。
具体地,请继续参阅图6,导通件23还包括导通本体237。导通本体237大致为金属片状结构。第一导通部233为导通本体237朝向装饰件10一侧的面,第二导通部235为导通本体237朝向背离装饰件10的一侧弯折形成的L形或者U形片状结构。第二导通部235采用面接触方式接地。
可以理解,其他实施例中,第二导通部235也可以为导通本体237背离装饰件10一侧的面;或者,另一实施例中,第二导通部235也可以为导通本体237上凸出设置的一球形块结构,第二导通部235采用点接触方式接地;又或者,又一实施例中,第二导通部235为导通本体237朝向背离装饰件10的一侧弯折形成的平面片状结构,利用该平面片状结构的一端接地。
可以理解,其他实施例中,主体21和导通件23也可以为独立的两个结构,并采用粘接方式连接在一起。
可以理解,其他实施例中,导通件23也可以省略,主体21也可以为金属结构,安装件20与装饰件10接触,安装件20接地以保证装饰件10接地。
可以理解,其他实施例中,导通件23也可以省略,装饰件10通过与壳体201接触,壳体201设置为金属结构,且利用壳体201接地以实现装饰件10接地。
请同时参阅图3和图4,为进一步提高装饰件10接地的可靠性,摄像头装饰组件100还包括金属结构的弹片40。弹片40分别与导通件23和装饰件10接触。弹片40位于第二孔211内。装饰件10设置有凸出的导接部107。导接部107伸入第二孔211并压持在弹片40上。
请参阅图3,弹片40包括相接的第一接触部41和第二接触部43。第一接触部41卡固于主体21上,并与第一导通部233接触。第二接触部43相对于第一接触部41弯折一角度,并向装饰件10的一侧倾斜。装饰件10的导接部107伸入第二孔211内,并压持第二接触部43,使第二接触部43弹性变形,进而使第二接触部43与导接部107弹性地接触,提高了弹片40分别与导通件23和装饰件10接触的可靠性。装饰件10、弹片40、第一导通部233、第二导通部235依次电导通并接地。
可以理解,其他实施例中,导接部107也可以省略。弹片40直接与装饰件10朝向安装件20的面接触即可。
可以理解,其他实施例中,弹片40也可以为V形、U形或者圆弧形等其他形状的片状结构。只要弹片40容置于第二孔211,并分别能够与第一导通部233和装饰件10弹性地接触即可。
可以理解,其他实施例中,弹片40也可以焊接于导通件23上,或弹片40也可以镶嵌于主体21内并与导通件23接触。
可以理解,其他实施例中,弹片40也可以省略。导通件23的第一导通部233与导接部107直接接触即可。
可以理解,其他实施例中,弹片40也可以省略,同时第一导通部233也可以与装饰件10不接触。因紧固件30压持于导通件23上、且紧固件30与装饰件10连接,故紧固件30分别与导通件23和装饰件10接触,当紧固件30采用金属材质制成时,导通件23与装饰件10通过紧固件30电导通。
请参阅图4和图5,装饰件10朝向安装件20的一侧设置有凸出部103。螺纹孔101设置于凸出部103上。凸出部103能够伸入主体21内,与导通件23通过紧固件30连接在一起,以减小摄像头装饰组件100的整体厚度。
请同时参阅图3和图5,装饰件10包括第一子饰件11和第二子饰件13。第二子饰件13位于第一子饰件11与壳体201之间。第二子饰件13设置有第四孔105。螺纹孔101设置于第一子饰件11上。第一子饰件11通过第四孔105与安装件20连接,且压持于第二子饰件13上,使第二子饰件13和安装件20分别压持在壳体201的相对两侧。第一子饰件11为金属结构,第二子饰件13可以为金属或塑胶结构。第一子饰件11与第二子饰件13形成台阶结构,以使摄像头203的摄像头装饰组件100具有独特的视觉美感。可以理解,其他实施例中,第二子饰件13也可以省略,第一子饰件11直接与壳体201接触。
请同时参阅图3和图5,摄像头装饰组件100还包括第一密封件50和第二密封件60。第一密封件50设置于第一子饰件11与安装件20之间。第二密封件60设置于安装件20与壳体201之间。第一子饰件11与安装件20通过第一密封件50实现密封连接,安装件20与壳体201通过第二密封件60实现密封连接,进而使摄像头装饰组件100与壳体201实现密封连接。
第一密封件50与第二密封件60使摄像头装饰组件100与壳体201密封连接,提高了移动终端设备200的防水、防尘的可靠性。
第一密封件50为泡棉结构,第一密封件50的相对两侧分别与第一子饰件11和安装件20接触或粘接。第一密封件50不仅使装饰件10和安装件20之间实现密封,同时能够具有一定的形变,使装饰件10与安装件20之间得到缓冲。第二密封件60为背胶。安装件20与壳体201之间通过第二密封件60粘接在一起,提高了密封的可靠性。
第二实施例
第二实施例的移动终端设备200a与第一实施例中的移动终端设备200的结构大致相同,区别在于:第二实施例的摄像头装饰组件100a中装饰件10a与安装件20a的连接方案,与第一实施例中摄像头装饰组件100中装饰件10与安装件20的连接方案不同。装饰件10a与安装件20a扣合连接。
请同时参阅图7至图9,摄像头装饰组件100a无摄像头装饰组件100的紧固件30、且装饰件10a无螺纹孔101、安装件20a无第一孔231。安装件20a包括主体21a和导通件23a。装饰件10a与主体21a扣合连接,且分别压持于壳体201的相对两侧。
具体地,安装件20a的主体21a设置有扣孔215。第一子饰件11a朝向安装件20a设置有凸出的扣合部109。扣合部109扣合连接于扣孔215内。具体地,扣合部109包括连接部1091和卡持部1093。第一子饰件11a朝向安装件20a的面的部分延伸形成连接部1091。卡持部1093设置于连接部1091上且向连接部1091的一侧延伸。第一子饰件11a朝向安装件20a移动的过程中,卡持部1093受压带动连接部1091变形,使卡持部1093通过扣孔215,然后连接部1091恢复原形,卡持部1093卡持在扣孔215周侧的主体21 背离第一子饰件11a的一侧,主体21a与第一子饰件11a通过扣合部109与扣孔215的扣合连接而相对固定。
装饰件10a通过弹片40和导通件23a实现接地。
可以理解,其他实施例中,弹片40也可以省略。扣孔215可以设置于导通件23a上,扣合部109与扣孔215扣合连接,使第一子饰件11a与导通件23a接触,进而实现装饰件10a接地。
可以理解,其他实施例中,第二子饰件13a可以省略,或者第二子饰件13a与第一子饰件11a为一体式结构。
装饰件10a从壳体201的外侧安装。安装件20a从壳体201内侧安装,并与装饰件10a连接在一起。位于壳体201外侧的装饰件10a的外观尺寸,不受移动终端设备200的内部结构的尺寸及布局限制。
摄像头装饰组件100a中装饰件10a与安装件20a采用在扣合连接方式,安装方便。
摄像头装饰组件100和移动终端设备200,利用装饰件10和安装件20分别从壳体201的外侧和内侧安装以连接在一起,使位于壳体201外侧的装饰件10的外观尺寸不再受限于移动终端设备200的内部结构的尺寸及布局。

  1. 一种摄像头装饰组件,包括装饰件,其特征在于,所述摄像头装饰组件还包括:
    安装件;
    紧固件;
    所述装饰件与所述安装件通过所述紧固件连接,且分别用于压持于一壳体的相对两侧。
  2. 一种摄像头装饰组件,其特征在于,所述摄像头装饰组件包括:
    装饰件、安装件和紧固件;其中,
    所述装饰件为金属结构,所述安装件内包含金属部件,所述安装件的所述金属部件与所述装饰件接触,所述装饰件与所述安装件通过所述紧固件固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的摄像头装饰组件,其特征在于,所述安装件为金属结构。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的摄像头装饰组件,其特征在于,所述装饰件为金属结构;所述安装件包括:
    主体;
    导通件,为金属结构,镶嵌于所述主体内,且部分从所述主体中露出以与所述装饰件电导通及接地。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的摄像头装饰组件,其特征在于:所述主体为塑胶结构,所述导通件设置有第一孔,所述装饰件设置有螺纹孔;
    所述紧固件包括压持部和设置于所述压持部一侧的螺纹部,所述螺纹部通过所述第一孔且与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接,所述压持部压持于所述导通件上。
  6. 一种摄像头装饰组件,包括装饰件;其特征在于,所述摄像头装饰组件还包括:
    安装件,包括主体和镶嵌于所述主体内的导通件;所述导通件为金属结构,且部分从所述主体中露出以与所述装饰件电导通及接地;
    所述装饰件与所述安装件扣合连接,且分别用于压持于一壳体的相对两侧。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的摄像头装饰组件,其特征在于:所述主体或所述导通部设置有扣孔,所述装饰件设置有凸出的扣合部,所述扣合部扣合连接于所述扣孔内。
  8. 如权利要求4-7任一项所述的摄像头装饰组件,其特征在于:所述导通件包括第一导通部和第二导通部;所述主体设置有第二孔和第三孔,所述第一导通部从所述第二孔露出,所述第二导通部从所述第三孔露出并用于接地;
    所述摄像头装饰组件还包括金属结构的弹片,所述弹片分别与所述第一导通部和所述装饰件接触。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的摄像头装饰组件,其特征在于:所述弹片位于所述第二孔内,所述装饰件设置有凸出的导接部,所述导接部伸入所述第二孔并压持在所述弹片上。
  10. 如权利要求4-7任一项所述的摄像头装饰组件,其特征在于:所述装饰件包括第一子饰件和第二子饰件;
    所述第二子饰件位于所述第一子饰件与所述壳体之间,所述第二子饰件设置有第四孔;
    所述第一子饰件通过所述第四孔与所述安装件连接,且压持于所述第二子饰件上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的摄像头装饰组件,其特征在于:所述摄像头装饰组件还包括第一密封件和第二密封件,所述第一密封件设置于所述第一子饰件与所述安装件之间,所述第二密封件设置于所述安装件与所述壳体之间。
  12. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的摄像头装饰组件,其特征在于,所述紧固件为螺钉。
  13. 一种移动终端设备,包括壳体、摄像头和摄像头装饰组件,所述摄像头固定于所述壳体的内部,所述摄像头装饰组件安装于所述壳体上,且与所述摄像头对应,其特征在于:所述摄像头装饰组件为权利要求1-12任一项所述的摄像头装饰组件。
