Description

FACE MASK STRUCTURE FOR NOSE COVERAGE Branch of Science Associated with the Invention
Engineering in parts concerned with the face mask structure for nose coverage.
Background of related art or science In reference to Thai Petty Patent Application No.1803001128, the face mask structure covers both the mouth and nose. The face mask structure has a disadvantage from not having sealed air filtering, which allows germs to pass through face masks. Furthermore, the face mask structure in the abovementioned patent has no filter cover system and portable air filters to effectively filter pure air. The next disadvantage is that users cannot speak clearly and eat when the face mask covers the mouth.
Description and Purpose of the Invention
The face mask structure for nose coverage has a frame such that the cup-shaped interior is hollow and contains air inside. The base of the frame has a diameter larger than the nose and functions to cover only the nose. One position of the frame has Air Outlet One as a one-way valve functioning to transport exhaled air out and one position of the frame has Air Inlet One functioning to transport pure air in with an air tube and a portable air filter connected to Air Inlet One.
This invention is aimed at creating a face mask structure for nose coverage and functions with a filter cover and a portable air filter without covering the mouth to allow clear speech and eating along with preventing air-borne diseases such as coronaviruses.
Full Disclosure of Invention
Figure 1 (see Figure 2) shows components of the face mask structure for nose coverage with characteristics consisting of the following:
The frame (10) is cup-shaped with a hollow interior functioning as a space for containing air inside. The base of the frame (10) has a diameter larger than the nose and covers only the nose. The frame (10) has a part that stretches horizontally to create a space for containing air inside.
One position of the frame (10) has Air Outlet One (11) as a one-way valve functioning to transport exhaled air out.
One position of the frame (10) has Air Inlet One (12) functioning to transport pure air.
Air Inlet One (12) is installed and connected to the air filter lid (20) shaped as a lid. At the center of the lid is an opening (21) allowing air to be transported outside the frame (10). The lower side of the air filter lid (20) has the air filter (22) functioning to filter pure air and trap dust, germs and uncleanliness.
Air Inlet One (12) is installed and connected to: a. The air filter lid (20) is shaped as a lid. The center of the lid has the opening (21) to allow air into the frame (10). The lower side of the air filter lid (20) has the filter (22) functioning to filter pure air and trap dust, germs and uncleanliness. The aforementioned air filter lid (20) is the air filter lid (20) with the same characteristics as the air filter lid (20) used with Air Outlet One (11).
In cases without an air filter lid (20), Air Inlet One (12) will be installed and connected to: b. The air tube (30). The air tube (30) is connected to Air Inlet One (12) with a threaded mechanism (23). One side of the thread (23) is connected to Air Inlet One (12) and the opposite side of the thread (23) is connected to the air tube (30) or the air tube (30) is connected to Air Inlet One (12) by locking together.
The end of the air tube (30) is connected to the portable air filter (40) which functions to filter air and transport pure air through the air tube (30) into the frame (10).
Air Outlet One (11) which is a one-way valve has at least one slot. Air Inlet One (12) has at least one slot.
Air Outlet One (11) which is a one-way valve and Air Inlet One (12) are in opposite positions. The left side of the frame (10) has the first pad (31) which has the first elastic ear band (1). The right side of the frame (10) has the second pad (32) which has the second elastic ear band (2). These ear bands function together to allow the mask to be worn on the face. Figure 2 (see Figure 1) shows components of the portable air filter (40) and the face mask structure for nose coverage installed to the face for use.
The portable air filter (40) consists of the fan (41) which functions to vacuum air. Next to the fan (41) is the air filter (42) which traps dust and germs. Next to the air filter (42) is the UV light (43) which sterilizes the front of the fan (41). A rough grate cover (44) traps dust, germs and uncleanliness in the first stage. The area between the air tube (30) and the portable air filter (40) is installed and held together with the tube port (45) which is a locking hook mechanism to support assembly.
The portable air filter (40) is portable and has a fat (41) and the filter (42) as main components with mechanisms for assembly to the air tube (30). Figure 3 (see Figure 4) shows images and components of the clamp (50) which consists of the body (53).
At the connection point of the clamp (50) and the body (53) is Rotating Point One (111), which spreads out to clamp the mask (60). The body (53) has the inlet tube (51) and the outlet tube (52) to transport air. The body (53) is assembled with the air tube (30) with a locking mechanism to transport pure air into the face mask (60) for use in cases where there is no face mask structure for nose coverage as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
The area between the air tube (30) and the portable air filter (40) is installed and held together with the tube port (45), which is a locking hook mechanism to support assembly as shown in Figure 2.
